In this paper, relationship between the hardware requirements of PC, the value of digital signal jitter was clarified. Recently, PC audio systems as sound reproduction equipment are popular. The sound quality deterioration would be affected by D/A conversion are performed inside PC. The other hand, it is said that the sound quality are deteriorated with the hardware requirements of PC. These causes might be digital signal jitter in clock signal of D/A conversion. Jitter is fluctuation of the time interval upon digital pulse waveform. If jitter is contained in digital signal, the analog output signal which should not change theoretically will change, and sound quality will be deteriorated. To clarify cause of these deteriorations of sound quality, we devised D/A Converter and PC audio system and measurement experiment was proposed. The significant difference in value of jitter in D/A conversion clock was measured when CPU and memory equipment of PC were changed., 本報告では, オーディオ用PC の動作環境とサンプリングClock のjitter との関係性に着目し，高品位音楽再生を目的としたPC オーディオシステムの構築を目指す．

In this paper, we have clarified experimentally that the field coil magnet loud speakers have higher quality than ordinary ferrite loud speakers. Firstly, we evaluated both type loud speakers under the condition that only magnet were different. We have obtained "+2" rank better in the seven grade scale on field coil magnet loudspeakers. As a result of the measurements, we proved that field coil magnet loud speakers have large amplitude and better damping., 本報告では，音楽再生における質の観点から，音楽愛好家の間でも評価の高い電磁石スピーカに注目し，深い感性に関連する物理要因・特性を測定と分析により明らかにする．具体的には，同一形式，同一口径の（磁気回路のみ異なる）電磁石スピーカとフェライト磁石スピーカを用意し，それぞれの音質を深い感性と関連する音質評価語群を用いた主観評価により追求し，評価に深く関連している物理特性を測定分析した7)．更に，前述のスピーカとは違う種類だが，同一形式，同一口径のアルニコ磁石スピーカと，フェライト磁石スピーカを用意し，測定分析する．以上のことより，スピーカにおける磁石の違いを心理物理学的に考察・検討する．

application/pdf, The following pages constitute the second half of 《The Transfiguration of Le Charivan》, the first half having appeared in the last number of the same proceedings. As it was announced, I tried to clarify the main strategies adopted by this satirical journal in the last four months of the year 1835. The September Law imposed the severe press censorship particularly on political lithographs. In spite of its different essays to escape the government control (e.g., putting more importance on the social satire than the political, and using more space and lines than before to treat general problems interesting to the public, etc.), Le Charivari was obliged to insert lithographs only every Sunday. And in one sense, the journal also seems to have shown the new tendency of journalism without any rigid political opinion—that is, the economic cycle of《cheaper price—more readers—more advertisements》, which would become more pronounced six months later by the publication of La Presse, a journal launched by E. de Girardin.

application/pdf, The September Law (1835), a direct result of the Fieski affair, caused discontinuance of many journals in opposition; La Caricature, a satirical journal launched by Charles Philipon, was one of them. On the contrary, Le Charivari, his another satirical journal, could survive this crisis. How and by what expediences was it possible? That is the question we made to ourself. In trying to answer that question, this first part of our essay (1/2) examined the contents of Le Charivari in the first eight months of the year 1835, principally the themes and subjects of the lithographs. Their extreme variety, although the center of the journal's interest was undeniably in the political domain, seems to herald the eventual tranformation of the editorial line adopted and followed by then. In the second and final part (2/2), we will examine the lithographs in the last four months of the year, and make clear how the journal succeeded in survival.

Herein is reported a case of the nutcracker phenomenon with severe gross hematuria which was surgically treated. A 14-year-old boy had been suffering from left flank pain and recurrent gross hematuria causing urinary retention with blood clots. Radiological images including three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) and angiography disclosed the nutcracker phenomenon with left renal venous hypertension. Since the aforementioned symptoms could not be managed conservatively, he underwent transposition of the left renal vein at 5.5 cm caudal from the original position. Postoperative course was uneventful and the patient has had no further hematuria after the surgery.

Conventional audio system is constructed based on the communication theory where the performance of thesystem is described by signal error which does not always represent a true sound quality. In order to make anaudio system which represents true music admirations in one's mind, we have taken a special approach. Since itis considered that true admirations are represented by adjectives, we have obtained two principle phrases byperforming the multivariate analysis on the whole Japanese adjectives. Based on the methodology, we havediscovered necessary physical electric characteristics with which we have successfully achieved a new AudioSystem.

68歳女.後腹膜腔への大量出血を引き起こした褐色細胞腫の例を経験した.塞栓術にて止血が可能で, 全身状態の充分な回復後に手術切除し得た.血管造影及び塞栓術は, 副腎出血の有効な診断及び治療法となりうると考えた, A 68-year-old woman was found crouching in the kitchen with severe upper abdominal pain. She entered a state of shock at our emergency clinic. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan demonstrated a 3 cm cystic mass dorsal to the pancreas tail accompanied with a hematoma. On angiography, a bleeding from the left middle adrenal artery was identified and embolized for hemostasis. An operation was performed 3.5 months after embolization. Preoperative evaluation showed the tumor to be endocrinologically inactive. Metoclopramide stimulation test was negative, too. Left adrenalectomy was performed uneventfully without intraoperative increase in blood pressure. However, histopathological diagnosis was pheochromocytoma. Transarterial embolization is an effective treatment for adrenal bleeding. In our case, however, embolization might have caused the tumor to be falsely "endocrinologically inactive".

Fundamentally speaking, audio system should be faithfully reproduced deep sensations of human that evoke deep musical emotions such as “atmospherics”, “feel of tension” and “texture of sound”, etc. It is possible to construe faithful reproduction of deep sensations in audio system as an example of process to translation from tacit knowledge into the other tacit knowledge. Therefore, development of audio systems which can faithfully reproduce deep emotions is possible to say the same as “Socialization” in SECI model. However, most of existing audio system can not reproduce such as deep musical emotion. For this purpose, we have been developed such as audio systems focused on the deep musical sensations. In our researches, we found jitter in digital audio systems deteriorate sound quality seriously. In this paper, at first, we investigate the relation between sound quality concerned with deep sensations and jitter in digital audio systems. Accordingly, we speculated that the influence of jitter was transformed to other shapes before or within the D/A converter block. One of the possibilities is that the influence of the jitter affects the sound quality, indirectly, via the power supply line. Secondarily, we attempted to clarify the relation of sound quality and an ideal power supply of audio systems. The measurement result showed the proposed power supply can suppress the turbulence comparing with conventional ones.
