This training aims to disseminate information about the meaning of student involvement in physical education activities that can be used as development instruments, especially for developing social capital, which is a provision in navigating life throughout their lives. Increasing teachers' understanding of the learning process in schools makes physical education activities a social movement with more advantages for the government and society to realize the community's social life as expected. This training was held at the Auditorium of the Graduate School, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The result of this training is that the participants are able to design the Social Capital Integration Model program in the Guidance and Development of Physical Education and Sports in the learning process. This training is an initial step to introduce participants to how to create a program to achieve the learning objectives.

This study aimed to help improve the basic futsal techniques through video feedback (VFB) in futsal learning. The research method used was the pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in a university, specifically in the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program, involving 34 students as the samples. The samples were then received feedback via VFB. The instrument to measure the basic technique was the Dribbling test. The results showed a significant improvement in the basic dribbling technique after using VFB in futsal learning. Futsal learning activity using VFB is one of the strategies in Physical Education learning to optimize the classroom environment, improve basic techniques, increase competence, improve playing skills, and explore physical motor activities. It concludes that Video Feedback significantly improves student skills. The use of audio-visual media (video) also has high effectiveness in the training or learning process. It is crucial for students learning to carry out the exercise material effectively in the learning process. Future research is expected to use VFB to determine the student's cognitive ability and futsal playing skills., The purpose of this study was to help improve basic futsal techniques through the use of video feedback (VFB) in learning futsal. A systematic review was conducted to investigate the literature on the effectiveness of comprehensive life skills programs. Life skills development has been linked to participation in sports in general, as well as volleyball and other physical activities that will be tried in Indonesia. This is aimed at encouraging the positive development of young people so that they have better opportunities for quality living in the future. This can happen when the coaches understand correctly how life skills are integrated structurally and intentionally in the process of volleyball training for the positive development of young people. This article will discuss matters relating to the types of environments that trainers need to create so that players can develop life skills, form a formal training process for trainers, and finally practice as well as experimentation on how life skills are integrated into volleyball training. The results of this experiment will be a further study to find out the special features of life skills integration that are integrated in a structured and intentional manner compared to unintentional structured and with no involvement at all in the context of positive development of young people.

Zumba is a form of sport or dance originating from Brazil that has energetic movements accompanied by music, but in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is estimated that there is a decrease in motivation to do Zumba. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct a survey about how much motivation women have in doing Zumba exercises. This research is a descriptive study based on an online survey. The women who are members of the style studio used as samples in this study were 22 participants using a complete sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The research instrument adopted from the sport motivation scale. Surveys with data collection procedures using questionnaires were used in this study. The frequency distribution technique was used in the data analysis, along with the calculation of the percentage. The findings in this study indicate that women's motivation to exercise Zumba is quite good, as evidenced by the percentage value of 32%. Thus, the study concludes that women still have a good enough motivation to do Zumba even during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis

Assessment rubrics of high service skill learning outcome test should have an adequate validity and reliability as a reliable measuring tool. This study aimed to test the validity and reliability level of the assessment rubric of high service skill learning outcome test for elementary school students. The research method used was descriptive quantitative method. The participants of this study were 50 elementary school students aged 11-12 years. The constructed assessment rubric referred to the performance test instrument involving individual performance assessment model. The analysis was administered using the content validity estimation (Lawshe's CVR), test-retest reliability, inter-rater reliability (Interclass Coefficient Correlation), and meta rubric analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the reliability and validity of the assessment instrument had shown a good criteria (p_value 0.05) significantly. Based on the results of reliability and validity tests, it concludes that the compiled assessment rubric can be used to assess the high service skill learning outcomes in badminton learning for elementary school students.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan perkembangan social emotional pada kelompok latihan tarung derajat yang terintegrasi social emotional learning, kelompok latihan tarung derajat yang nonintegrasi social emotional learning dan kelompok yang tidak mengikuti latihan olahraga dalam rangka pengembangan anak muda yang positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelatian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design with more than one experimental group. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Social dan Emosional atau Non-kognitif Nationwide Assessment (SENNA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh perkembangan social emotional pada kelompok latihan tarung derajat yang terintegrasi social emotional learning dan kelompok latihan tarung derajat yang non-integrasi social emotional learning. Sedangkan tidak terdapat pengaruh perkembangan social emotional learning pada kelompok yang tidak mengikuti latihan olahraga dalam rangka pengembangan anak muda yang positif. Berdasarkan hasil One Way ANOVA terdapat perbedaan perkembangan social emotional yang signifikan antara program latihan tarung derajat terintegrasi social emotional learning, latihan tarung derajat non-Integrasi social emotional learning dan kelompok yang tidak mengikuti latihan olahraga.

Current phenomena and facts that often occur are missing or accidents occur among mountain climbers, so that it becomes a major problem that needs to be evaluated in depth. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of interpersonal relationships Closeness, Co-orientation and Complementarity in mountain climbing sports. This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews. The subject of the study was the participants of climbing with AOPGI West Java on Mount Ciremay 3,078 masl in May 2021, totaling 54 people. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling by selecting experienced climbers who had climbed mountains above 3,000 meters above sea level 10 times, as many as 7 people were interviewed in this study. The results of the interview show that the role of the relationship in mountaineering is very necessary for closeness (closeness), Co-orientation (joint orientation) and Complementarity (complementary) to achieve success, safety and benefits from mountaineering. In the absence of a relationship, mountaineering becomes unpleasant, invites accidents and does not benefit from mountaineering.

A good mood will help a person at a productive age to do a good job producing goods or giving services. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Zumba exercise and body combat exercise on mood responses. The research method used in this study was the experiment method where, in 6 weeks, Group 1 carried out Zumba training, Group 2 carried out body combat training, and Group 3 carried out exercises that they commonly practiced (control). The samples of this study were 60 fitness members of Helios Fitness Center Bandung who were randomly divided into three groups. The mood instrument used was adopted from The Brunnel Mood Scale (BRUMS). This study revealed that both Zumba and body combat exercises could improve the sample mood compared to the control group sample mood with a value of t = 0.002 for the Zumba exercise group and t = 0.004 for the body combat exercise group. The difference in the effect of these two exercises was not significant, with the value of t = 0.557. The results conclude that both Zumba and body combat exercises can be used to improve and maintain a good mood.

The global issue of the importance of positive youth development has become an interesting topic to be studied more deeply. This is evidenced by the number of research results discussing positive youth development (PYD) in the sports context. This research generally aimed to examine the critical role of sport in forming PYD through the study on the research result development from time to time and strengthen the results of previous studies. The research was conducted using a literature review method with the narrative type. The article search was conducted to identify PYD through sports research results. The publication period of articles was quoted from 2000 to 2019. Database search was conducted through Google Scholar, Tailor and Francis, Elsevier, Science Direct, and Sage using positive youth development and development through sports keywords. All articles found as primary data were analyzed using critical appraisal analysis techniques, namely the process of analyzing relevant articles related to the results and theoretical basis being studied. The analysis and synthesis results show that sports, in general, can develop positive youth development, such as physical fitness development, social development, and life skill development, as the benchmarks for the country's success with youth as agents of change in the future. Therefore, it is important for a country to use sport to develop positive youth through sports activities., Isu global pentingnya pengembangan pemuda yang positif menjadi topik menarik untuk dikaji lebih mendalam. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang mengkaji peran penting olahraga dalam positive youth development (PYD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan penting olahraga dalam membentuk PYD. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode literature review dengan jenis narrative review. Pencarian artikel dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kajian hasil penelitian PYD melalui olahraga. Periode publikasi artikel yang dikutip mulai tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2019. Database pencaria melalui Google Scholar, Tailor and Francis, Elsevier, Science Direct, dan Sage dengan kata kunci positive youth development dan development trough sport. Hasil analisis dan sintesis menunjukan bahwa pembinaan pemuda positif melalui olahraga merupakan suatu keharusan dalam suatu negara, artinya PYD merupakan kunci utama dalam kemajuan negara dibidang olahraga, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa olahraga dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan kognitif, afektif, psikomotor dan sosial yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan negara dengan pemuda sebagai agen perubahan di masa depan. Oleh sebab itu, penting bagi suatu negara untuk menjadikan olahraga sebagai wahana dalam mengembangkan pemuda positif melalui aktifitas olahraga.

This study aimed to determine the effect of implementing a health-related fitness model on vocational high school students' physical and physical activity improvements. The method used in this study was the experimental method with a randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The sampling method used a random cluster sampling technique by selecting two classes. One class was assigned as the experimental group, while another class was assigned as the control group. Each class consisted of 33 students aged 16-17 years. The instruments used in this study were the physical fitness test instrument and the student physical activity test instrument. The data analysis employed SPSS 20 application. The result showed a relationship between student understanding of health-related fitness, student physical fitness, and their active lifestyle. This study provides information that understanding health-related fitness has a significant influence on physical fitness and active lifestyle. The implications of this study emphasize that a good understanding of health-related fitness can have a significant impact on oneself, friends, relatives, family, and society.

Measurement of Body Composition (BC) is carried out for various purposes, such as uniting the growth and development of athletes and determining motor performance, physical activity, changes in body composition, as well as nutritional interventions. This study aimed to determine the relationship between Body Composition (BC) and anaerobic ability of female futsal players aged 17-19 years. Twenty female futsal players participated in this study. Muscle mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat Percentage, Water Percentage, Protein Percentage, Basal Metabolism, Visceral Fat, and Bone Mass were measured to determine the fat percentage of bone, air, and muscle in the body. Measurement of body composition was also intended to detect the food intake needed by the body and obtain information relevant to disease prevention and treatment. The Running Based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST) was conducted to measure the anaerobic endurance. The research method used was a descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach. The finding showed no correlation between Running Based Anaerobic Sprint and Body Fat Percentage, Water Percentage, Protein Percentage, Basal Metabolism, and Visceral Fat. However, there was a positive relationship between Muscle Mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), Bone Mass of the samples, and their Running Based Anaerobic Sprint (p0.05). It concludes that the score of Muscle mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), and Bone Mass affected the anaerobic capacity of female futsal players aged 17-19 years. This research focuses on organizing the Indonesia National Sports Games (PON) in the reform era. The organizing of the Indonesia National Sports Games (PON) is an effort made by the Indonesian government in developing sports and attracting potential athletes from all over Indonesia. This study aims to find out how the organizing of the Indonesia National Sports Games (PON) in the reform era from PON in 2000 in East Java to PON in 2020 in Papua and also, to find out how the development of sports and match numbers in PON in the reform era. The method used in this study is the historical method which starts from the first step, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research uses literature study and analysis of print and electronic media as data collection procedures. This study discusses the implementation of PON in the reform era, which became a turning point in the development of sports in Indonesia. The results of this research are that the addition of match numbers and sports branches is closely related to the organizers' interests. The development of game numbers is very uncontrollable from PON 2000 to PON 2020.
