This paper aims to further understand the future development of literacy theory and language learning in contemporary Chinese universities through the research on the current situation of EFL students' literacy in Chinese universities and the teaching characteristics of contemporary Chinese teachers. In this study, literature analysis method, literature comparison analysis method, literature synthesis method and other analytical methods were used to obtain the results. Based on our results, the lack of literacy training is an extremely important reason for the defects of literacy skills of contemporary Chinese college EFL students in the process of language learning. The strengthening of literacy training is one of the key measures to improve the comprehensive level of literacy of contemporary Chinese college EFL students in the process of their language learning. Theoretically, the future development of literacy theories and language learning among contemporary Chinese college EFL students is bound to closely connect with the new theory of multiliteracies and critical literacy in literacy development and the multiliteracies teaching methodology in language learning. Practically, the new theory of multiliteracies puts forward a series of hypotheses for school literacy education to cope with the drastic changes facing the world today. At the same time, the critical literacy theory is rooted in critical education theory, focusing on the important role of literacy in the formation of individual human values. Besides, the multiliteracies teaching methodology in language learning explores how to change traditional teaching methods, effectively using multimedia resources, and cultivating language learners' skills of multiliteracies.

In order to solve the problem that UAVs carrying cargo still need to pick up and unload the cargo manually or by large unloading device after arriving at the ground logistics station, the automatic unloading device of the ground station of the intelligent logistics system was studied. A three-dimensional model of the automatic unloading device was built by Solidworks to conduct finite element analysis on the key force-bearing parts of the open cabin part. A test platform was mounted to test the express items with a weight range of 1 kg for consecutive 20 times. The test results show that the success rate of the automatic unloading device is 100%, and that it is able to unload express items of up to 8 kg in the UAV pod. The automatic unloading device works well as a whole, and can better meet the working requirements, laying the foundation for the full automation of the UAV intelligent logistics system. This study examines the relationship between out-of-pocket medical expenditures, remittances and health outcomes in China using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Propensity Score Matching (PSM) methods. The analysis is based on data from the Global Financial Inclusion database by the World Bank (2021), encompassing a sample of 3,446 individuals. The results indicate that out of-pocket expenditure has a negative impact on health outcomes, while remittance shows a positive association across all age groups, including reproductive and non-reproductive populations. These findings suggest that high out-of-pocket medical costs may hinder access to healthcare services and lead to poorer health outcomes. Objective: Coronary artery disease (CAD) and associated comorbidities such as heart failure (HF) remain the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, attributed to, at least partially, the lack of biomarkers for efficient disease diagnosis. The study intended to explore potential biomarkers for predicting the presence of HF in CAD patients., Methods: According to the presence of HF, 83 CAD patients with HF were assigned to the AHF group and 52 CAD patients without HF to the CAD group. Additionally, healthy controls ( n  = 52) were those who had received physical examinations at the same period. The serum levels of IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin were detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD), left ventricle-end diastolic volume (LVEDV), and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were detected 3 times by color Doppler ultrasound. The predictive values of IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin methods were compared by receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analysis and the area under the curve (AUC)., Results: Increased levels of IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin were noted in the AHF group than in the control and CAD groups ( p < 0.001); the CAD group showed higher levels of IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin than the control group ( p < 0.001). Based on the NYHA classification, there were 33 cases with grade II, 28 cases with grade III, and 22 cases with grade IV among 83 CAD patients with HF. It was found that the serum levels of IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin were higher in the AHF-IV group than in the AHF-III and AHF-II groups ( p < 0.001); these levels were also higher in the AHF-III group than in the AHF-II group ( p < 0.001). The periostin level was positively correlated with the levels of IL-13 ( r  = 0.458) and TGF- β 1 ( r  = 0.569) in CAD patients with AHF. Besides, the serum levels of periostin ( r  = -0.425), IL-13 ( r  = -0.341), and TGF- β 1 ( r  = -0.435) were negatively correlated with the LVEF of CAD patients with AHF, respectively. When IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin levels were used to predict the presence of AHF in CAD patients in combination, the sensitivity and specificity were 75.9% and 90.38%, respectively, with the AUC of 0.906 (95% CI: 0.912-0.996)., Conclusion: These data reveal that IL-13, TGF- β 1, and periostin levels might be associated with the occurrence of AHF in CAD patients and their combination shows the predictive value for the presence of AHF in CAD patients., Competing Interests: The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest., (Copyright © 2021 Xuan Qiu et al.)
