Objective To study the effect of temperature on microleakage of Beautifil Flow Plus F00, FiltekTM Z350 XT, SDR, Tetric®N-Flow and Constic, and to provide reference for clinical selection of ideal fluid resins. Methods A total of 60 adult detached premolars removed for orthodontic extraction were divided into 10 groups(n=12), which were divided into F00A group, Z350A group, SDRA group, TetricA group and ConsticA group according to whether they had undergone cold and hot cycle aging test, and F00B group, Z350B group, SDRB group, TetricB group, ConsticB group, a total of 10 groups. The occlusal surface of each isolated tooth was prepared into a type Ⅰ hole with the width of 2 mm, length of 4 mm and depth of 2 mm, which was filled with the corresponding fluid resin respectively. Methylene blue staining experiment was performed on specimens in group A, and methylene blue staining experiment was performed on specimens in group B after 5 000 times of cold and hot cycling aging experiment. The crowns of all specimens were dissected longitudinally along the long axis of the tooth body from the direction of buccal tongue(palate). The degree of microleakage in each group was observed under stereomicroscope, and the data were recorded and analyzed statistically. The objective was to examine the pooled effects of antibiotic–probiotic combinations by examining the cure rate and recurrence rate for bacterial vaginosis (BV). A systematic literature search was conducted from electronic databases. All parallel randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that focused on the effects of antibiotics combined with intravaginal probiotics were included. Cure rate and recurrence rate were the primary and secondary outcomes to be analyzed. Meta-analysis was conducted following the Cochrane handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. As a result, of 923 studies identified, 11 articles involving 1,493 BV patients met the inclusion criteria and nine were available for meta-analysis. A meta-analysis of two studies evaluated the recurrence rate 12–16 weeks after treatment. Results showed a statistically significant difference favoring the antibiotics plus probiotics group vs the antibiotics plus placebo group (relative risk 0.62, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.45–0.85). The narrative review in one study indicated that the cure rate was higher in the antibiotics plus probiotics group, giving a significant HR ratio of 0.73 (95% CI 0.54–0.98) (p = 0.042). In conclusion, vaginal application of Lactobacillus in combination with antibiotics for the treatment of BV could be a promising method for both reducing the recurrence rate and relieving symptoms of BV.

Near-seafloor acoustic field characteristics are essential prior knowledge for near-seafloor underwater acoustic engineering. Scholte waves are a crucial component of the near-seafloor acoustic fields. These fields, when considering Scholte waves, are susceptible to seafloor relief. However, open-source bathymetric datasets generally lack sufficient precision. Therefore, acoustic field simulations using open-source data can contain significant errors or even introduce erroneous propagation characteristics. The spectral element method (SEM) is an example of exploring the influence of an inadequate spatial-sampling rate and sea-depth precision on acoustic field simulations. In this article, appropriate methods for topographic processing are presented. The results indicate that the terrain can be corrected using cubic spline interpolation in cases of an inadequate spatial-sampling rate. Where there is insufficient sea-depth precision, this study proposes a terrain processing method. The first step involves sequentially determining the interpolation points for the rising and falling edge, depressions, bulges, and horizontal segments. Then, it adopts cubic spline interpolation. The SEM examples effectively verify this effect. Given the limited research on terrain correction in acoustic field simulations, this study introduces a low-complexity method that can effectively support exploring acoustic fields affected by seafloor terrain. Abstract Background Cardiopulmonary bypass may cause malfunction in the myocardium. Cuproptosis is a novel cell death aggregating mitochondrial proteins. However, the research on cardiopulmonary bypass‐caused heart tissue injury in immune infiltration and cuproptosis is limited. Method Immune infiltration, enrichment analysis, protein−protein interaction network, and medication prediction are applied to reanalysis differentially expressed genes and cuproptosis‐related genes in gene expression omnibus data set GSE132176. Results Seven cuproptosis related genes (PDHA1, LIPT1, LIAS, DLST, DLD, DLAT, and DBT) and dendritic cells and Th1 cells are involved in heart tissue injury in response to surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Conclusions Immune infiltration and cuproptosis are potential mechanisms by which cardiopulmonary bypass surgery may cause damage to heart tissue, which may be a new therapeutic target.
