In order to accurately detect the photovoltaic energy storage unit charge state, this paper selects the parameter charge state as the detection quantity in the equivalent model, establishes the PSO-ELM method to detect the charge state of photovoltaic energy storage unit, optimizes the limit learning machine network using the particle swarm optimization algorithm, and improves the problems such as redundancy of neurons in the implicit layer of the limit learning machine and the poor ability to identify the unknown input parameter, so as to increase the detection accuracy of the PSO-ELM method to improve the detection accuracy of photovoltaic energy storage unit charge state. The relative error between the method established in this paper and the results of the PV storage unit charge state detected by the definition method in the charging state is kept within ±1.9%, and the detection accuracy of the improved method in the dynamic working condition can reach about 97%. The PSO-ELM method established in this paper can accurately detect the charge state of PV energy storage units under various conditions, as demonstrated experimentally.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the effects of selenium-enriched fermentation broth of Armillaria luteo-virens and Tremellodon gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers. on the physicochemical properties and nutritional components of yogurt. Methods: The pH value, acidity, water holding capacity, protein, fat and mineral element contents in yogurt were determined by acidity meter, titration method, weighing method and spectrophotometry, respectively. Results: The sensory scores and acidity of yogurt at a dose of 5 mL/100 mL in two edible fungi fermentation broths were equal to the control group. Except for the 30 mL/100 mL A. luteo-virens fermentation broth, the acidity of the yogurt made from the mixed bacteria under the other fermentation broths was in the range of 70~110 °T. Compared with the control group, 5 mL/100 mL fermentation broth of T. gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers. and 25~30 mL/100 mL fermentation broth of A. luteo-virens significantly improved the water holding capacity and protein contents of yogurt, respectively, and 5~15 mL/100 mL of the fermentation broth of T. gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers. increased the potassium and calcium contents of yogurt. Compared with single bacteria yogurt, 30 mL/100 mL fermentation broth of A. luteo-virens significantly increased the potassium and calcium contents of yogurt with increased by 12% and 54% respectively, while the water holding capacity, protein and phosphorus contents in mixed bacteria yogurt were significantly higher than that of single bacteria yogurt at a dose of 15~20 mL/100 mL A. luteo-virens fermentation broth, rose by 10%~22%, 120%~224% and 52%. Under the condition of 30 mL/100 mL T. gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers, fermentation broth of the sensory score, water holding capacity and fat content of mixed bacteria yogurt were significantly higher than those of single bacteria yogurt, with the rate of 6%, 17% and 41%, respectively. 25 mL/100 mL T. gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers. fermentation broth significantly increased the potassium and iron contents by 34% and 416%, respectively. Conclusion: The low dosage of selenium-rich fermentation broth of A. luteo-virens and T. gelatinosum （Scop.） Pers. could improve the sensory score, pH, acidity, water retention, protein, fat and mineral elements （P, K, Ca, Fe） contents of yogurt.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of early endovascular treatment (EVT) in the patients encountering acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusion (AIS-LVO) in the anterior circulation accompanying large core infarction. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients diagnosed as AIS-LVO accompanying large core infarction who underwent EVT in our hospital from January to November 2020 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Basic information such as age and gender, as well as National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Alberta Stroke Project Early Computed Tomography (ASPECTS) score, and collateral circulation scores were collected. Postoperative revascularization condition and antiplatelet medication therapy were also recorded. The patients were subsequently divided into good and poor prognosis groups according to the modified Rankin scale (mRS) in 90 d after surgery. The related predictors for good prognosis here explored by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Twenty-five cases (80.6%) obtained postoperative revascularization; the incidence of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) was 41.9%, with 12.9% being symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH); the good prognosis rate was 32.2% at 90th day after surgery, and the mortality rate was 12.9%. The patients in the good prognosis group had younger age than those in the poor prognosis group (mRS>2) (OR=0.804, 95% CI=0.657~0.983, P=0.034). Conclusion The patients of AIS-LVO accompanying large core infarction can partially benefit from endovascular treatment, and the age of patients is an important factor affecting prognosis.

Due to the complex dynamic interactions of the vehicle-track system in the turnout of high-speed railway stations on a ballasted track, the geometric position of the line changes rapidly. In order to improve the stability of the line, the ballasted track in the turnout area of the stations can be replaced by a ballastless track. Based on the engineering background of laying ballastless track in the turnout area of Zhonglan’s high-speed railway station, this paper studies the subgrade reinforcement scheme, subgrade settlement prediction, and ballasted-ballastless track transition section setting. The result shows that, in order to meet the requirements of laying ballastless track in the turnout area, a reinforcement scheme of subgrade impact rolling, surcharge preloading, and closed water isolation on the subgrade surface is proposed. Based on the commonness and individuality of the grey Verhulst, hyperbola, and Deng Yinger prediction model, this paper optimizes the combination of the three models. The sum of squares of the minimum errors of the combined model is used as the objective function to solve the optimal weighting coefficient, and in this way the combined prediction model is constructed. Through the prediction comparison, we found that the accuracy of the three-model combination prediction model is better than any single- or two-model combination, and its adaptability and reliability are stronger and more reliable. This dynamic analysis model of vehicle tracks was established to carry out the dynamic response analysis under the conditions of fastener stiffness grading transition and ballast glue grading curing ballast bed transition. The results show that the dynamic response indexes under the two transition modes meet the requirements for the smooth running of trains. Due to the convenience of fastener stiffness transition construction and easier replacement, this measure is recommended.

Objective(s): The aim of this study is to explore the potential neuroprotective effects of Ginkgolide B (GB), a main terpene lactone and active component in Ginkgo biloba, in hypoxia-induced neuronal damage, and to further investigate its possible mechanisms.Materials and Methods: 54 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: the untreated control group (n=18); the hypoxia group (n=18; exposed to 6000 m simulated plateau altitude for six days); and the GB group (n=18; intragastric administration of 12 mg/kg GB three days prior to rapid adaption to 6000 m and on the first two days of hypoxia). After hypoxia exposure for six days, we dissected out the brain hippocampi and performed hematoxylin and eosin staining, Nissl staining, and TUNEL staining. Homogenates of the hippocampi were used to test the oxidative stress indices including malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), and catalase. Bax and caspase-3 expression in the hippocampal tissue was measured using qRT-PCR.Results: Treatment with GB before exposure to hypoxia could protect neural cells and increase the number of Nissl bodies. TUNEL and qRT-PCR results demonstrated that GB treatment could decrease apoptotic cells in different areas of the hippocampus. Malocclusion is a common oral disease. Fixed appliance technology is the most common and effective malocclusion orthodontic treatment method, and the key step of fixed appliance technology is the bending of orthodontic archwire. Because the slip warping phenomenon exists in the process of orthodontic archwire bending, it is difficult to realize rapid and accurate bending of the customized orthodontic archwires. A bending springback mechanism model considering the slip warping of the archwire in the process of bending is established. The influence of the slip warping phenomenon of the archwire between the fixed mold and the rotation mold is considered in the analysis of the springback mechanism. The bending process of archwire is divided into two stages: elastic deformation and plastic deformation, based on the variety of the bending radius in the bending process. A springback mechanism model of the orthodontic archwire is established. The springback mechanism model of the orthodontic archwire is analyzed and compensated based on the characteristics of the robot structure. An archwire bending experiment is carried out to verify the correctness of the springback mechanism model of the orthodontic archwire.

The indoor visible light propagation characteristics are simulated and analyzed using the method of SBR/Image (shooting and bounding ray tracing/Image). A good agreement is achieved between the results simulated and the results given in published literature. So the correctness of the method has been validated. Some propagation parameters are obtained in the simulation, such as the indoor received power distribution, statistical distribution of phase angle of received power, RMS (root mean square) delay spread, direction of arrival, and Doppler shift. The foundation for the wireless network coverage of indoor visible light communication system is provided by the analysis of the above results.
