Social anxiety is one of the most common psychological disorders along with depression and generalized anxiety. Avoiding eye contact, persistent fear of being judged and negatively evaluated by others, and social isolation are just some of the specific features of this type of anxiety.As part of the complex oral rehabilitation treatment, we also faced such a case which involved a lot of attention and time, but to which was also added the joint and muscle pathology, superposing with the social the dental treatments anxiety , the patient needing a special complex treatment approach.

Hearing loss (HL) is the third most prevalent chronic health problem among older adults and is quite common in our study group research. Aim of the study: This study wants to illustrate the research on the connection between HL and depression as well as the therapeutic ramifications for diagnosing and treating comorbid like intraoral rehabilitation, HL, and mental disorders also. Material and methods: The evaluated study sample was represented by 28 patients with HL, aged between 50 and 65 years old, from the Prosthodontic Clinic at „Mihail Kogalniceanu”, Iasi, whose presented for treatment of TMDs in association with prosthetic treatment. Results: Most patients were with minor Grade 1 so Grade 2 (moderate), hearing depreciation with audiogram exam that it is considered obvious but tolerable, interfering with daily activities, and patients actively seek therapy. Conclusions: The treatment of patients taken in study has demonstrated a recovery through complex oral rehabilitation that certainly requires time present dedication and interest, in favour of the final patient to obtain a homeostasis at the level of the stomatogenous system and adjacent to it.

The current study intends to highlight the relationship and, at times, the influence between anxiety disorders and dental dysfunctional syndromes of stomatognathic system(SDSS) in young students from our institution : Basis Of The Dental Care Clinic ,,Mihail Kogalniceanu,, Iasi. These are involved in various stressful intellectual activities and have identified a complex health problem that needed to be solved in light of the constant stress that the present time offers, laying the foundations for a focused and direct approach that will increase the certainty of growth. the quality of life. Be the way, the types of young social cases will be able to be solved, and will gather an extent of the accessible tools and skills. We also rely on the acquisition of skills through the experience conferred in this study to offer optimal solutions in these clinical situations.

Cannabis enjoyed a “golden age” as a medicinal product in the late 19th, early 20th century, but the increased risk of overdose and abuse led to its criminalization. However, the 21st century have witnessed a resurgence of interest and a large body of literature regarding the benefits of cannabinoids have emerged. As legalization and decriminalization have spread around the world, cancer patients are increasingly interested in the potential utility of cannabinoids. Although eager to discuss cannabis use with their oncologist, patients often find them to be reluctant, mainly because clinicians are still not convinced by the existing evidence-based data to guide their treatment plans. Physicians should prescribe cannabis only if a careful explanation can be provided and follow up response evaluation ensured, making it mandatory for them to be up to date with the positive and also negative aspects of the cannabis in the case of cancer patients. Consequently, this article aims to bring some clarifications to clinicians regarding the sometimes-confusing various nomenclature under which this plant is mentioned, current legislation and the existing evidence (both preclinical and clinical) for the utility of cannabinoids in cancer patients, for either palliation of the associated symptoms or even the potential antitumor effects that cannabinoids may have.
