This study investigates heat, mass transport, and entropy production in Ellis nanofluid flow through an inclined permeable microchannel, considering Navier's slip effects with convective boundary conditions. It incorporates nanoparticle's thermophoresis and Brownian motion effects under a transverse magnetic field, with fluid suction and injection at microchannel walls. Under appropriate physical assumptions, the problem is presented as nonlinear ordinary differential equations, which are later nondimensionalized. The MATLAB bvp4c solver is used for numerical solutions of the transformed equations. Graphical depictions in the study illustrate how various factors influence velocity, temperature, concentration, Bejan number, and entropy generation. Engineering parameters, affected by changes in critical factors, are presented in tabular format, including the skin friction coefficient, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number. Notably, the enhancement in Ellis fluid parameter has a dual effect, enhancing velocity and Bejan number in the microchannel's lower half, while reversing in the upper half. For the increment in Ellis parameter, the impact on Bejan number for η$\eta$>$>$ 0.5 is significant and the effect on entropy production contrasts with that of Bejan number. This research offers practical insights for designing efficient microfluidic heat exchangers and developing advanced nanofluids for improved thermal performance while minimizing entropy generation. Additionally, it underscores the potential for innovation within the domain of microfluidics and nanomaterial‐driven heat transfer systems. Furthermore, it should be noted that the flow behavior of Ellis nanofluids within microchannels can closely replicate natural flow patterns found in biological systems, offering insights that could have numerous applications in biology and related fields. This paper presents a theoretical investigation of the inherent irreversibility in unsteady fractional time derivative mixed convection of a reacting nanofluid with heat and mass transfer mechanism over a slippery permeable plate embedded in a Darcy–Forchheimer porous medium. The model fractional partial differential equations are obtained based on conservation laws and numerically solved using the implicit finite difference scheme. The study displays and discusses the effects of various emerging parameters on the overall flow structure, such as velocity profiles, temperature distribution, nanoparticles concentration profiles, skin friction, Nusselt number, Sherwood number, entropy generation rate, and Bejan number. It was found that an increase in dimensionless time and fractional parameters leads to a decrease in both the entropy generation rate and the Bejan number. The study revealed that fractional order derivatives can capture intrinsic memory effects, non‐local behaviour, and anomalous diffusion in the nanofluid flow process. This paper deals with the analysis of the flow and heat transfer performance of ternary nanofluid flowing past a stretching sheet under the influence of quadratic convection. The ternary nanofluid is formed by suspending three different nanoparticles, namely, titanium dioxide (TiO2), silver (Ag) and graphene (Gr) in the base fluid water (H2O). Thus, the ternary nanofluid obtained is Gr–Ag–TiO2/H2O where the hybrid nanofluid Ag–TiO2/H2O forms the base fluid for the resulting ternary nanofluid. The addition of TiO2 nanoparticles enhances the photocatalytic nature of the base fluid and makes it useful in various applications concerning the medicinal field. The presence of Gr helps in intensifying the thermal conductivity of water while the suspension of silver nanoparticles ensures chemical stability. Meanwhile, the thermophysical properties of the ternary nanofluid are mathematically defined and the system of equations that describe the flow of a ternary nanofluid past a stretching sheet is framed using differential equations. The outcomes of this study are interpreted through graphs for velocity and temperature profiles of the ternary nanofluid. It was mainly observed that the thermal conductance of ternary nanofluid was higher than the monophase and hybrid nanofluid. Also, the presence of quadratic convection had a prominent impact on the ternary nanofluid flow. The Nusselt number was found to be greater for spherical nanoparticles and it was found to be least for blade-shaped nanoparticles. The current study is concerned with the unsteady heat and mass transfer of MHD free convection flow via a porous inclined plate that accelerates exponentially with temperature and concentration. Heat emission, source/sink, radiation absorption, and reaction are taken into account in the energy and species equations. The innovative part of the work is the analysis of the flow phenomenon with a heat source or sink and radiation absorption along the chemical reaction. The governing PDEs are reduced into ODEs via the non-dimensional variables and afterward solved analytically utilizing the perturbation strategy. Graphical representations of liquid temperature, speed, and concentration as well as the Sherwood & Nusselt quantities and the skin friction factor are displayed in tabular form for different combinations of appropriate stream quantities. The analysis of a resistance quantum grows with the size of the magnetic, whereas the rates of mass and heat transfer decline with increasing radiation, reaction, and Schmidt number. Thermal-velocity and concentration-velocity profiles interact reciprocally with the accelerating radiation, heat source, and compound reaction. The growth of speed and thermal profiles is clearly visible due to the absorption and Prandtl values. The present results are in strongly consistent with the earlier published results.
