Comparative pedagogical analyses were obtained on the basis of the generalised theoretical results. The aim of the study is to discover theoretical, methodological, didactic principles of a professional training of preschool teachers in the context of socio-political, economic, socio-cultural and pedagogical determinants in some European Union countries in order to justify the possibilities of introduction of an innovative European experience in preschool teachers’ professional training in Ukraine and other countries. The results of comparative pedagogical research on professional development of preschool teachers’ in some countries of the European Union are generalised; models were characterised; organisational and pedagogical support for the professional development of preschool teachers in some countries of the European Union was specified; the influence of European integration processes on the modernisation of professional development of preschool teachers in Ukraine and the comparative analysis of systems of professional development of preschool teachers in some countries of the European Union and Ukraine were studied; promising directions were described in the implementation of innovative ideas of the European experience in the vocational education system in Ukraine.

The article deals with studying the process of forming physical education teachers' pedagogical mastery in the context of native and foreign scholars' views. It has been indicated that the problem of pedagogical activity and pedagogical mastery efficiency has been raised in the works of a number of scholars who developed the principles and criteria of such activity. Thus, such native pedagogues as D. Dmytrenko, S. Krysyuk, I. Maslikova V. Putsov, A. Volovychenko studied the organization and evaluation of pedagogical and methodical work of teachers as well as the measuring of teaching management effectiveness. We have concluded that the forming of future physical education teachers' pedagogical mastery should include the analysis of the education content (syllabi; general, psychological and pedagogical, special subjects; their comparison and volume, etc.) and the study of future physical education teachers' personality. It is based on the use of general approaches, namely, historical, theoretical and descriptive, experimental, qualimetric (sociological) and is carried out within the diagnosis of a more general concept--a level of professional training (professional competence, the ability to obtain and generate new knowledge, to creatively solve pedagogical problems).

The article is devoted to theoretical, methodical and implementation problems of horticultural therapy application in the rehabilitation of persons with musculoskeletal disorders (MDs). In article the complex interdisciplinary approach to the organization of interaction of persons with the impaired musculoskeletal device with floral objects taking into account neurophysiological, psychoemotional and activity factors is applied. The purpose of the article is to create a theoretical basis for the development of a complex special "Horticultural Therapy" course, its implementation in the rehabilitation process of persons with MDs and evaluate the effectiveness of this implementation by experiment. The authors used three groups of methods to achieve the goal of the article: general theoretical, methodologically modeling and evaluating (questionnaire before and after the experiment). The article discussed from a neurophysiological and experimental point of view the appropriateness of adaptation of children and youth with musculoskeletal disorders through communication with nature and active immersion in certain objects, in particular the flora. The results of the implementation of the special course revealed an increase in the functional ability of persons with MDs by an average of 7% (experimental groups) in various activities of self-care and housekeeping. Improving the level of self-care and housekeeping by people with MDs depends to a large extent on creating the most barrier-free environment possible; comprehensive development of the physical and psychological abilities of the individual; informed and professional participation of teachers and parents in the process of familiarizing people with MDs with the functions of their own bodies. In the light of new information, environmental, educational and production conditions, the problem of creating a health-promoting environment in a technical university appears to be rather important and needs to be studied in detail. The research aims to develop, justify and experimentally verify pedagogical conditions for forming competency in health promotion in technical students using physical education. The experiment involved two groups of students (Years 1-4): 241 individuals in the experimental group (EG) and 237 individuals in the control group (CG). Research methods include pedagogical observations, surveys, tests, self-evaluation, expert evaluation of students’ practical skills, analysis of personal valeological and sport diaries of students; modelling in the framework of ascertaining and formative stages of the experiment; quantitative analysis of empirical data and its quality presentation; statistical verification of the proposed pedagogical conditions and the research hypothesis, the use of relevant tests (the Ruffier test, the Cooper test) and quantitative indicators (Student’s t-test) in order to obtain some objective data on the results from the implementation of the author’s model. At the end of the experiment, most respondents (80 %) in the EG have reached a high level of competency in health promotion using physical education. In the CG, the differences in levels have not shown any significant changes since only 32.5% of respondents have a high level. Therefore, the results of the pedagogical experiment show some positive dynamics and confirm the effectiveness of the designed model and technology for forming competency in health promotion in technical students using physical education, which has made it possible to create qualitatively new conditions of the educational process and enhance students’ motivation towards developing and realizing values in this field. Lifetime employment of specialists in physical education and sport is possible only under the conditions of enhancing their professional self-development, whose essential component is innovative activity. The article aims to identify the current level of innovation of professional activities of specialists in physical education and sport. It is also essential to determine the main characteristics of the innovation indicator during professional self-development of specialists in physical education and sport. The selected psychodiagnostic methods have made it possible to diagnose specialists in physical education and sport and reveal the main characteristics of the innovation indicator, namely, average, quadratic deviation, asymmetry and excess. The paper also used following methodologies: self-efficacy diagnosis, the level of subjective control and the style of response to changes. The research sample comprised of specialists in physical education and sport of different age groups, with different experience and qualification degree. In total, the study involved 209 participants. The total dispersion of the selected factors for the research groups with a prevailing conservative style is approximately 61%. The development of capability for innovation in specialists in physical education and sport involves enhancing their psychological qualities such as particular sensitivity to professional changes, readiness to take risks and be responsible for possible failures, independent judgment while taking professional decisions, focus on personal and professional self-development, willingness to search for new professional ideas. Nowadays, sport gives more consistent results than in the past. Therefore, it is important to use sports achievements in physical education of pupils and students in order to increase physical potential of the mankind. The research aims to theoretically justify and experimentally verify a pedagogical technology of training future teachers to organize school sport. Physical training can be considered effective if a relevant technology has been introduced. This technology should consist of the following pedagogical conditions: applying sports and physical education; conducting workshops (practice-oriented training); strengthening joint efforts of subject lecturers; organizing active forms of research activities; conducting systematic monitoring and evaluation; providing lecturers and students with educational and methodological literature. Methods: pedagogical observation, modelling, interviewing, diagnostic interviews, questionnaires, expert evaluation; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Three experimental groups (56, 30, 27 respondents) and three control groups (55, 30, 29 respondents) were formed. The overall results obtained from control and experimental groups during the formative experiment show positive dynamics of changes in experimental groups. The formulated conclusions verify the research hypothesis that the proposed technology can significantly increase readiness of future teachers to organize school sport provided it has been introduced into practical activities of higher education institutions. The current research implies that the process of forming professional mobility in future agricultural specialists can be effective due to students' awareness of the sociohistorical characteristics of developing agriculture in Ukraine, starting from the primitive times up till now; understanding of the connection between the manifestation of professional mobility and self-realization of specialists; provision of pedagogical support to sustain continuing education and professional self-improvement of future specialists. The research aims to theoretically justify the sociohistorical background of forming professional mobility in future agricultural specialists. Research methods include interrelated theoretical methods such as retrospective analysis, comparison and synthesis of scientific sources on the problem under study. The study concludes that it is necessary to provide theoretical, methodical and methodological support for the process of forming professional mobility in future agricultural specialists, developing the technologies for forming professional mobility with an emphasis on those qualities that were highlighted when analyzing the sociohistorical characteristics of agriculture development. Burnout syndrome is a state of emotional, mental and physical exhaustion caused by chronic stress at work. This syndrome is primarily inherent in the professions, which involve assisting people and close contact with children. Burnout syndrome is considered as a result of harmful stress in the workplace. Professional activity of sports educators is characterized by high emotional intensity due to many stress factors. These include high dynamism, lack of time, work overload, complicated teaching situations, role uncertainty, social evaluation, constant and intense contact with children, colleagues, interaction with various social groups, etc. All this affects sports educators' emotional state. The article presents the results of an empirical study on the individual's level of burnout syndrome in professional activity. The research aims to determine the level of burnout syndrome in sports educators and verify the effectiveness of the burnout syndrome psycho-correction programme. The research sample comprised 60 sports educators aged between 17 and 24. In order to fulfil the research aim, relevant psychodiagnostic methods were selected to systematically study burnout syndrome in specialists. In the empirical study, Boiko's methodology for identifying the level of burnout syndrome was used. Results. The obtained data prove the decrease in all indicators of specialists' burnout syndrome symptoms. It mostly relates to such symptoms as emotional and moral disorientation (before - 0.75, after - 0.3), feeling "backed into a corner" (before - 0.75, after - 0.3), expanding the field of emotion economy (before - 1.02, after - 0.53), decreasing professional duties (before - 1.00, after - 0.58).Conclusions. Based on the obtained data, a programme of burnout syndrome psycho-correction was designed. It is aimed at assisting sports educators in dealing with the syndrome and increasing the level of emotional stability due to well-developed skills of self-regulation. In the course of the research, it has been proved that the programme is effective. The analysis of the obtained results shows that sports educators are less susceptible to burnout syndrome after the programme has been implemented. Stammering is a severe psychophysical speech disorder, which usually occurs in children during an intensive development of speech function (aged between 2 and 6) and can last for many years as a result of chronification and without the necessary assistance. The required psychological and pedagogical conditions for achieving positive results of stammering correction were outlined. The trends and stages of methodology of stammering correction in senior preschoolers by means of tempo rhythmic organization of speech during gaming exercises and theatrical activities were determined. The obtained results of experimental work were generalized. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology was statistically confirmed. The aim of the study is to determine psychological and pedagogical conditions and to develop a scientifically justified methodology of stammering correction in senior preschoolers (aged between 5 and 7) by means of tempo rhythmic organization of speech during gaming exercises and theatrical activities. The experiment involved 135 senior preschoolers: 65 children suffer from neurotic stammering, 45 children suffer from neurosis-like stammering and eventually 25 children do not have speech disorders. The experimental group included 78 children and the control group - 29 children. The methodologies of gaming activities, role-playing games, gaming therapy and fairytale therapy were employed to correct stammering. Results.71.1% of children with neurotic stammering and 57.6% of children with neurosis-like stammering in the EG reached sufficient level; only 35.3% of children with neurotic stammering and 16.7% of children with neurosis-like stammering - in the CG. Consequently, 26.7% of children with neurotic stammering and 26.3% of children with neurosis-like stammering reached the average level in the EG, 52.9% and 58.3% respectively - in the CG. Yet, 2.2% of children with neurotic stammering and 6.1% of children with neurosis-like stammering are still at the low level in the EG, 11.8% and 25% respectively -- in the CG. Conclusions: The expediency and effectiveness of using tempo rhythmic organization of speech during gaming exercises and theatrical activities as a means of stammering correction in senior preschoolers were verified. One of the most promising means of creating and updating the database of educational and methodological materials are assumed to be cloud technologies (CT). The prospects of cloud technologies have made it possible to assume that, unlike traditional, educational and methodological support developed in the context of cloud technologies, it is open and dynamic, elementarily interchangeable and responsive to a wide range of teachers with different levels of IT competence. Theoretical and methodical principles of pedagogical training of teachers in the conditions of informational and educational environment of a HEI are substantiated: availability of interrelated IT tools system, software tools of cloud services intended to provide openness and accessibility of the selection and modification of teaching aids, organization of interactive training; diagnostic and control of the training at all stages with the aim of possible adjustment of it (application of a person-oriented approach), feedback; multilevel and differentiated approaches in training with the possibility of continuous on-line and offline assistance; flexibility of training organization. The research aims substantiate theoretical and methodical principles of professional training of physical education teachers under the conditions the university's informational and educational environment. Methods: retrospection, comparison, content analysis; synthesis, generalization, theoretical design; psychopedagogical observation, conversations, testing, questionnaires, interviews; pedagogicalexperimentwithqualitativeandquantitativeanalysisofresults, their statistical processing (A chi-squared test or χ² test, Microsoft Excel, α² dispersion, Student's t-test, the Pearson correlation coefficient). Participants: 642 students were divided into three groups: two control groups (CG1 - 210, CG2 - 215) and one experimental group (EG - 217). Results: the values of the observed statistics χ2/13 and χ2/23 are respectively 8.45 and 10.08, gives grounds for rejecting the null hypothesis and acceptance of an alternative hypothesis. Conclusions: The experimental checkup indicates the effectiveness of the developed model, which was used by students of experimental groups since it made it possible to improve the quality of students' pedagogical knowledge, form independent work skills and increase the level of professional motivation. The methodology for enhancing physical fitness of 12-14 year old pupils living under the conditions of high radiation through extracurricular basketball activities has been justified in the research. Different aspects of the problem have been considered through the prism of pupils' individual characteristics, unfavourable environmental conditions, magnitude of motor activity and physical and mental performance. Implementing rational teaching approaches to designing the content of extracurricular physical activities aimed at optimizing physical education and raising the level of physical culture into school practice has significantly improved physical condition of pupils and enhanced effectiveness of the education process in general. Comprehensive approach to solving the problem of improving physical education has increased the levels of pupils' physical and mental performance. The overall motor activity has increased by 18.8%, physical activity - by 17.9%. The results of teaching experiment show that basketball-oriented physical education is more effective under the conditions of high radiation than traditional practices. The obtained data of teaching experiment indicate the increase in physical condition and motor activity of pupils, their level of physical and mental performance and health, which proves effectiveness of the author's methodology. The study deals with the process of developing pedagogical mastery of future physical education teachers during professional training. The concept of "pedagogical mastery of future physical education teachers" has been specified. The components (motivation-, knowledge-, activity-, value- and personality-based), criteria (motivation-based, cognitive, behavioural, value- and personality-based) and levels (creative, productive, reproductive, elementary) have been identified. Pedagogical conditions for developing the outlined quality (creating the students' positive motivation toward acquiring pedagogical mastery; ensuring integrity, continuity and consistency of the process of developing pedagogical mastery of future physical education teachers; using innovative educational technologies for developing pedagogical mastery of future physical education teachers) have been justified and their efficiency has been experimentally proved. Within the study, the model for developing pedagogical mastery of future physical education teachers during professional training has been designed and presented.
