'Service Quality' and its influence in Library and Information Science discipline are spectacular when studied intensively. In this study, researchers adopted the Realist and Meta-narrative Evidence Syntheses: Evolving Standards review method and introduced a novel Initialization, Conceptualization, Actualisation) (ICA) framework for meta-narrative studies. This method would act as a boon particularly to the existing methods of conducting meta-narrative studies in social sciences in general and library sciences in particular. A total of 49 research articles were selected from Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases, covering a span of 5 years, that is, 2015–2019, published in the domain of library service quality. An extensive in-depth analysis of selected publications was carried out under seven categories (i.e. library, library services, quality, ServQUAL, LibQUAL+, user satisfaction and users' expectations), which were generated using the VOS-Viewer software and 'Review Tags' (manually generated using OneNote). The seven categories further identify a total of 27 sub-categories. The quantitative findings revealed that all the 49 reviewed publications were published in 27 journals. All the journals have been indexed in the Scopus database, whereas 15 journals containing the remaining 22 publications are indexed in both WoS and Scopus databases. This study unfolds a transverse trend in library service quality. It would be beneficial for the library managers to sustain libraries' service quality and set a benchmark in the said field. Purpose: The present study analysed around 96 articles, i.e. 51 from the DESIDOC journal and 45 from Library Hi Tech. This study tried to reveal the involvement of contents and their representation in the articles in the DESIDOC and Library Hi Tech journals. Design/Methodology/Approach: MS Excel was used for sorting different parameters, arrangements, tabulation, collection, and so on. To identify the differences and similarities of publication standards at the national and international levels, content analysis of full-text journal articles from the years 2017-2018 was conducted. The goal of the analysis was to infer the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the articles for comparison and correlation. Findings: This study revealed that the structure of the foreign journal, in comparison to the Indian journal, is technically sound, with the use of structurally advanced tools and techniques. Most of the aspects of the foreign journal articles had an edge over the articles in the Indian journal. Research Limitations/Practical Implications: The main limitation of the paper is that it covered only one article each in the Indian and foreign context, which limits its capacity to give a more generalised outcome. Originality/ Value: This analysis has provided an insight that the foreign journal articles have more citations compared to the Indian journal, because of their theoretically and statistically sound structure. The study explores citation pattern of the 4112 articles in the field of chemical engineering published from 1974 to 2018 and indexed in Web of Science. Apart from good quality research, a number of other factors may be responsible for citing and not citing an article. The study has also tried to explore such factors. Only the top 500 articles with the most number of citations have been analysed in-depth. The countries like United States of America (USA), China, Germany, United Kingdom (UK), France, Canada, India, Japan, Spain, Russia and Brazil have the highest number of articles. The investigators calculated Pearson correlation between the number of keywords, pages, references and citations and it showed that there is no relationship between the number of keywords and number of citations. This study aims to analyze globally published research papers on Knowledge Sharing (KS) using different bibliometric parameters based on data downloaded from Thomson Reuter's Web of Science (WoS). Results indicated that an increasing trend was found in annual production during 1990-2016. The two most productive journals are Journal of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management Research & Practice. Out of the 101 countries that contributed to research papers on 'knowledge sharing', USA topped with 689 articles. Provides a comparative evaluation of the websites/web portals of four universities namely Amity University, Mumbai University, Delhi University & Don Bosco University. In this study, the researchers have drafted 32 evaluation criteria out of the select criteria that have been developed and designed by some top Universities of the world. It is an amalgamation of various excellent evaluation criteria from the select Universities mentioned in this research article.
