In this country is on its way to Indonesian Gold 2045 experiencing many developments, especially in terms of buying and selling business. In society, where to live is very important. So many people want to buy a residential unit or housing unit. This study aims to determine the position of the standard clause in the process of buying and selling housing. The main problem in this thesis is the agreement that contains a clause that harms the consumer contained in the sale and purchase transaction which results in material loss by the consumer. This research method is using a normative juridical approach to literature. Normative juridical means research that refers to legal norms contained in laws and regulations and norms that apply in society or also concerning customs that apply in society. The technique of collecting data is by interviewing parties related to the application of standard clauses in the process of buying and selling residential properties, then law and consumer protection. The results of this study, namely the clauses that cause consumer losses in buying and selling housing are standard clauses that are prohibited in article 18 paragraph (1) because the standard clauses contained in buying and selling housing make consumers have no bargaining power during the buying and selling the process.

Pemanfaatan material lokal sebagai bahan konstruksi jalan adalah anjuran dari pemerintah, ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal. Selain itu pihak pelaksana pekerjaan tidak perlu mendatangkan material dari tempat lain dalam artian dapat mengurangi biaya operasional dan waktu angkutan. Penggunaan material untuk suatu bahan konstruksi haruslah melalui suatu pengujian-pengujian utamanya karakteristik dari material tersebut. Pada penelitian ini Batu Gunung dari gunung Tatale akan digunakan sebagai bahan lapisan permukaan untuk Campuran Aspal Beton Lapis Pondasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Marshall Konvensional dan Marshall Immersion dengan rujukan Sepesifikasi Bina Marga untuk Pekerjaan Jalan dan Jembatan Divisi 6 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan material Gunung Tatale Kecamatan Tawalian Kabupaten Mamasa dapat digunakan sebagai campuran lapis pondasi sesuai dengan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018. Nilai indeks kekuatan sisa dari hasil pengujian Marshall Immersion 94.50%.

This study aims to find out productivity Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD) tool in Delft Apartment construction project and also to find out the impact of productivity pilling tool Hydraulic Static Pile Driver on the duration of pilling activities in the Delft Apartement construction project. This study was conducted by direct observation method on project area to get data depth of pilling and duration of work. Then analyzed to get productivity value on Hydraulic Static Pile Driver. The result of this study is the productivity resulting from pilling with Hydraulic Static Pile Driver 15,732 m/hour and the highest productivity value is 21,631 m/hour and the lowest productivity value is 14,933 m/hour. Productivity of Hydraulic Static Pile Driver tool is very impactful to the duration of work pilling. The higher the production value, the shorter the pilling duration, conversely the lower the production value, the longer the pilling duration.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan penggunaan gaya bahasa penegasan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih karya Eidelweis Almira. Manfaat hasil penelitian yang diharapkan adalah (1) Sebagai bahan masukan dan sumber pengetahuan bagi penulis sendiri tentang gaya bahasa Penegasan, (2) Sebagai sumber pengetahuan bagi orang lain yang berkecimpung di bidang sastra, khususnya gaya bahasa penegasan yang digunakan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih karya Eidelweis Almira, (3) Sebagai sumbangan pikiran dan masukan untuk dunia pendidikan dalam pengajaran gaya bahasa Penegasan, dan (4) Dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan bagi penelitian selanjutnyan khususnya penelitian di bidang gaya bahasa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 123 gaya bahasa penegasan yang digunakan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih Karya Eidelweis Almira. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposif sampling artinya diambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan analisis data. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 47 gaya bahasa penegasan yang digunakan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih Karya Eidelweis Almira. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) teknik baca , (2) teknik catat, dan (3) teknik dokumentasi. Teknik baca digunakan untuk membaca secara teliti objek penelitian, dan menandai data berupa kalimat yang mengandung gaya bahasa penegasan. Teknik catat digunakan untuk mencatat data gaya bahasa penegasan yang digunakan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih Karya Eidelweis Almira.Teknik dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Jangan Bersedih Karya Eidelweis Almira. Berdasrkanhasil analisis yang dikemukakan, maka dapatlah disimpulkan bahwa gaya bahasa penegasan yang ditemukan dalam novel Jangan Bersedih karya Eidelweis Almira, adalah: (1) Gaya bahasa repetisi, (2) Gaya bahasa klimaks, (3) Gaya bahasa sigmatisme, (4) Gaya bahasa pleonasme, (5) Gaya bahasa eksklamasio, dan (6) Gaya bahasa aliterasi, dan (7) Gaya bahasa inversi.

Etnomatematika merupakan salah satu jembatan yang menggabungkan matematika dan budaya yang bermakna konstektual untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan sistem pengetahuan budaya Bromo Tengger, sistem peralatan hidup dan teknologi budaya Bromo Tengger, serta literasi matematis budaya Bromo Tengger dalam perspektif etnomatematika. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi masyarakat Bromo Tengger, wawancara oleh perangkat desa, dukun, dan pengrajin batik tengger, dan dokumentasi pada daerah Bromo Tengger. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada sistem pengetahuan yang ada di Bromo terdapat konsep matematika barisan aritmetika, penggunaan modulo, dan geometri. Pada sistem peralatan hidup dan teknologi terdapat konsep matematika geometri dan konsep transformasi geometri pada batik yang ada di Desa Ngadas. Literasi matematis yang memenuhi adalah aspek berupa ruang dan bentuk (space and shape) dan kuantitas (quantity). Konteks yang yang terdapat dalam Budaya Bromo Tengger yaitu konteks sosial dan konteks ilmiah Sehingga, pada budaya Bromo Tengger memenuhi aspek literasi matematis dalam perspektif etnomatematika.

Economic Impacts and Development Strategies for Lake Sentani Tourism in Jayapura Regency Lake Sentani tourism is a type of natural tourism. Management of the natural tourism is in the form of collaboration between the local government and local communities by relying on the beauty and panorama of the nature. Aims of this study are (1) to estimate the economic value of Lake Sentani tourism which is expected to have an impact to the local economy and benefit the surrounding communities, and (2) to formulate effective strategies for managing the natural tourism. Data collection was conducted through field survey and interview. Data used were on tourist expenditure, labor, business income, number of tourists, and perceptions and preferences of stakeholders towards the development of Lake Sentani tourism. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 133 persons. The method of analysis used were Individual Travel Cost Method (ITCM), multiplier effect, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analysis results show that Lake Sentani tourism had a low economic impact on the local economy development and communities around the area with a value of Keynesian income multiplier of 0.93. In order to develop Lake Sentani tourism, the proposed strategy is ecologically based, supported by the role of local government stakeholder as regulator who are responsible for advancing the welfare of business people involved in all activities related to Lake Sentani tourism.

Suatu proyek cenderung akan mengalami keterlambatan apabila perencanaan Dan pengendalian tidak dilakukan dengan tepat. Ironisnya keterlambatan proyek sering berulang pada item-item pekerjaan tertentu karena pelaku proyek sering menganggap remeh keterlambatan proyek dan tidak menjadikan keterlambatan sebelumnya sebagai pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan peningkatan jalan aspal ruas wawobili-wawola. Penelitian ini hanya mengarah pada analisa keterlambatan serta solusi dan pencegahan keterlambatan. Sehingga dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi untuk dapat menghindari keterlambatan pekerjaan kedepannya. Untuk menganalisa keterlambatan tersebut dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode membandingkan realisasi pada laporan bulanan dengan rencana pada Time schedule, serta pengamatan langsung di lokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi keterlambatan di beberapa item pekerjaan serta pekerjaan yang tidak dilaksanakan sesuai waktu rencana. Akibatnya pekerjaan peningkatan jalan aspal ruas wawobili-wawola mengalami keterlambatan dengan bobot sebesar (-9,04%).

Background: Global COVID-19 outbreaks in early 2020 have burdened health workers, among them surveillance workers who have the responsibility to undertake routine disease surveillance activities. The aim of this study was to describe the quality of the implementation of Indonesia’s Early Warning and Response Alert System (EWARS) for disease surveillance and to measure the burden of disease surveillance reporting quality before and during the COVID-19 epidemic in Indonesia. Methods: A mixed-method approach was used. A total of 38 informants from regional health offices participated in Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and In-Depth Interview (IDI) for informants from Ministry of Health. The FGD and IDI were conducted using online video communication. Yearly completeness and timeliness of reporting of 34 provinces were collected from the application. Qualitative data were analyzed thematically, and quantitative data were analyzed descriptively. Results: Major implementation gaps were found in poorly distributed human resources and regional infrastructure inequity. National reporting from 2017–2019 showed an increasing trend of completeness (55%, 64%, and 75%, respectively) and timeliness (55%, 64%, and 75%, respectively). However, the quality of the reporting dropped to 53% and 34% in 2020 concomitant with the SARS-CoV2 epidemic. Conclusions: Report completeness and timeliness are likely related to regional infrastructure inequity and the COVID-19 epidemic. It is recommended to increase report capacities with an automatic EWARS application linked systems in hospitals and laboratories.

Introduction: Uterine cervical fibroids are rare, accounting for about 5% of all myomas. Compared to myomas in general, cervical fibroids are located close to other organs such as the bladder, ureters, and rectum, so they require careful consideration in choosing the best surgical procedure. Case Presentation: A woman 40 years old comes to the gynecology outpatient clinic at the hospital with complaints vaginal bleeding and pain pelvis as well as difficulty defecating. Palpable abdominal examination results in mass congested as high as two fingers on symphysis. On examination, the vaginal, portion cervix is difficult to rate because there is a mass solid that is in the vagina part top. CT scan shows an existing mass in the cervix uteri measuring 7.57 cm × 7.6 cm × 7.95 cm. Cervical myoma diagnosis has then done laparotomy myomectomy next hysterectomy. Choice laparotomy because mass cervical large pressing myoma biological bladder and rectum so that difficult done laparoscopy. Conclusion: It has been reported cases of cervical myomas that have done laparotomy myomectomy and hysterectomy. No there are complications during and after surgery

Seperti halnya kondisi geometrik eksisting ruas jalan poros pohara- andepali, dimana sebagai akses altermatif dan waktu tempuh relatif cepat yang menghubungkan bandar udara haluoleo dengan kabupaten konawe utara, kabupaten konawe serta kabupaten kolaka timur perlu memperhatikan kondisi geometrik agar keamanan maupun kenyamanan kendaraan selama berkendara pada ruas ini sedapat mungkin tercipta. Berdasarkan analisis actual speed kecepatan rencana yakni 50 km/jam dimana jari minimum lengkung horizontal minimum R = 80 meter dan pada ruas ini terdapat 19 lengkung horizontal yang tidak memenuhi. Jadi, besarnya biaya yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan perencanaan geometrik jalan raya dengan panjang jalan sejauh + 1,95 Km. Memerlukan total anggaran Rp 2.567.228.000 (Dua milliar lima ratus enam puluh tujuh juta dua ratus dua puluh delapan ribu rupiah).

The development of information technology now has a significant impact on the development of business transactions in the trading system. One of the application of information technology is in the delivery of advertisements to potential consumers of goods and services through the media Short Message Service (SMS). The usage of SMS media is certainly very beneficial for telecommunications companies and business operators. However, not all the consumers of telecommunications companies feel comfortable with the short message containing the advertisement. In hence, this article analyzes consumer protection against advertising through SMS media at PT Telkomel in Makassar City. This article will also look at the advantages and disadvantages for consumers as a result of advertising through SMS media. The purpose of writing to determine the legal protection of consumers and the advantages and disadvantages for consumers against advertising on PT Telkomsel via SMS in the city of Makassar. The result of the study indicate that consumer protection protects consumers from the actions of business actors who in adversiting their products throught SMS have violated consumer rights which are cleary regulated concerning Consumer Protection, and know that the existens of advertisements through SMS in more harmful consumers especially in terms of consumer privacy.

During October 2011-September 2014, we screened respiratory specimens for seasonal and avian influenza A(H5N1) virus infections among outpatients with influenza-like illness and inpatients with severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) in East Jakarta, an Indonesia district with high incidence of H5N1 virus infection among poultry. In total, 31% (1,875/6,008) of influenza-like illness case-patients and 15% (571/3,811) of SARI case-patients tested positive for influenza virus. Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09, influenza A(H3N2), and influenza B virus infections were detected in all 3 years, and the epidemic season extended from November through May. Although 28% (2,810/10,135) of case-patients reported exposure to poultry, only 1 SARI case-patient with an H5N1 virus infection was detected. Therefore, targeted screening among case-patients with high-risk poultry exposures (e.g., a recent visit to a live bird market or close proximity to sick or dead poultry) may be a more efficient routine surveillance strategy for H5N1 virus in these types of settings.
