16. Integrated Design and Simulation of Helicopter Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection System.

Abstract

The helicopter's aircrew faces significant challenges in nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) environments due to limited protection devices and crowded space. To safeguard the security and ensure the comfort of the aircrew, the development of a helicopter NBC protection system is crucial. In this study, a helicopter NBC protection system was designed using a top-level architecture with an advanced system-integrated approach. Detailed configuration designs were developed for each subsystem, including air source pressurization, renewable NBC filtration ventilation, cabin temperature, and pressure control system. To verify the reliability of the adsorbent model, a Langmuir isotherm equation was adapted and validated using the experiment data. To verify the performance of the designed system, a dynamic simulation model was created using AMESIM. The findings demonstrate that the cabin temperature and pressure control system can greatly satisfy the demand for aircrews under various working conditions. Furthermore, the renewable NBC filtration ventilation system effectively adsorbs NBC substances and achieves onboard regeneration, thereby extending the working lifespan in contaminated environments. 47. Immunotherapy and immunobiomarker in breast cancer: current practice and future perspectives

Abstract

Among the new cancer cases and resulting deaths among women worldwide, breast cancer is the most significant threat to women's health. In recent years, immunotherapy was initially used to treat patients with metastatic breast cancer, where it demonstrated its unique value by providing a novel way to improve therapeutic effects and prolong survival time. With the development of clinical trials related to immunotherapy for breast cancer, tumour vaccines, such as DNA vaccines, have been observed to improve the disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) of patients. Monoclonal antibodies have also shown good efficacy, and adoptive cell therapies, such as CAR-T, exhibit strong tumour killing ability and good safety, and thus, these therapies may comprise a new strategy for the treatment of breast cancer. These breakthrough successes have promoted the achievement of "individualized" breast cancer treatment. Moreover, a recent study showed that patients with various cancer types with a higher tumour mutational burden (TMB) are more likely to benefit from immunotherapy. As research progresses, TMB may also demonstrate a certain clinical significance in the treatment of breast cancer. This paper reviews the latest research progress on breast cancer immunotherapy and the predictive value and application status of TMB in immunotherapy regimens for breast cancer patients to provide a reference for further in-depth studies of breast cancer immunotherapy.

50. Design of Control Law for Ejection Seat under Adverse Attitudes

Abstract

The escape performance of ejection seat under adverse attitudes is the key technology for the 4th generation ejection seat, and the design of control law algorithm is the core problem for attitude and trajectory adjustment. A new control law design method was presented. Firstly, a simulation model for the entire ejecting process was established and a control parameter optimization model was designed, through which an optimum parameter set was obtained as the discrete control law. Then, by utilizing multilayer feedback of the error back propagation (BP) algorithm based neural network model, the ultimate continuous control law can be acquired under the whole ejecting conditions. The roll attitude ejecting condition was exampled to design and validate the approached method. The results indicate that the performance of ejection seat by adopting the control law designed by the proposed method is higher than the multi-mode control law and the K3JI-3.5 ejection.
