Suatu karya ilmiah yang baik adalah yang ditulis dengan persiapan dan sistematika yang baik. Oleh karenanya perlu bagi siswa untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih mengenai penulisan karya ilmiah tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal kepada para anggota baru ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) di SMAN 1 Kota Pasuruan. Para siswa diharapkan dapat menuliskan ide-ide kreatif mereka untuk menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang inovatif berdasarkan hasil pemikiran kritis mereka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui tiga tahap yaitu pemaparan materi tentang karya tulis ilmiah, kedua diskusi interaktif dan yang ketiga adalah pembuatan draft karya ilmiah. Terdapat 60 siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan ini, mereka adalah anggota baru ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR). Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dipaparkan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembekalan karya tulis ilmiah remaja sudah sangat baik dimana tingkat pemahaman siswa sudah diatas 85% yaitu: Pemahaman Pengertian karya ilmiah sebesar 90%; Pemahaman Persiapan untuk menulis karya ilmiah sebesar 94%; Pemahaman Sistematika penulisan karya tulis ilmiah sebesar 88%; dan Pemahaman mengembangkan ide karya tulis ilmiah sebesar 86%. Luaran dari kegiatan ini sebagai berikut: Kegiatan pelatihan penulisann karya ilmiah remaja telah menghasilkan kerangka karya yang nantinya akan dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan oleh masing-masing kelompok; Kegiatan ini menambah pemahaman peserta kegiatan yang merupakan anggota baru ekstrakurikuler Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR); dan Peserta kegiatan telah mampu merencanakan penelitian yang akan dilakukan melalui tahapan menentukan ide, menentukan judul, sasaran atau responde, instrument yang digunakan dan pendahuluan latar belakang masalah.

Discount is a type of online purchase promotion that is presented based on the total value of consumer purchases. In this paper, an online purchase optimization problem will be studied, where a buyer is interested in buying several items (x≥2) by considering the total value discounts from different retailers, so that result in significant cost savings. The comparison shopping websites can be an alternative for consumers to find and compare information on items they want to buy from many online retailers. An integer programming formulation is proposed to obtain a near-optimal model of the online purchase problem. Then this formulation was developed into a graph-based modeling which was presented to build an optimization model (OptiGraph). The OptiGraph model obtained consists of the OptiNode set (subgraph) SG_a,SG_b,SG_c (retailer a, b, and c which contains nodes m_1 and m_2 in each subgraph representing the item to be purchased) and the OptiEdge set which describes the relationship between nodes in the subgraph. All nodes and edges contain the constraint function properties of the integer programming formulation of the online purchase problem with discount.

This research is intended to to analyze the differences in the actualization of essential training participants on gender, position, and education level of prospective civil servant participants. The second objective is to analyze the assessment of resource persons and the committee's performance during the basic training process. This research used a quantitative-descriptive method to explain the data obtained through the actualization of Civil Servant Candidates. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The total participant was 50 candidates for Civil Servants (32 males and 18 females). The results of participants’ actualization were analyzed using two-way ANOVA analysis. This research shows significant differences in the actualization of male and female participants. The score of male participants is better than the score of female participants on the actualization of education. Then the results of the actualization of prospective civil servant participants who chose the formation of lecturers and teachers were no different, and the actualization of candidates for civil servants with graduates at the undergraduate, masters, and doctoral levels was no different. Furthermore, the performance of the trainers and committee during the basic training was very satisfactory, which was assessed by the participants. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPS melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media podcast pada Siswa Kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 4 Madiun Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara daring. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 4 Madiun Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan berupa: (a) observasi, (b) tes, dan (c) dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap: (a) perencanaan tindakan, (b) pelaksanaan tindakan, (c) observasi dan interpretasi, dan (d) analisis dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media podcast dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I nilai hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I meningkat dibandingkan sebelum dilaksanakannya penelitian, yaitu sebanyak 27 siswa atau 69% siswa telah mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar minimal yaitu 65. Nilai rata-rata kelas siklus I sebesar 67,7. Pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar minimal sebanyak 27 siswa atau 84%. Nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus II yaitu 76,4, terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar sebesar 8,7. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media podcast dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 4 Madiun Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.

The low working capacity of puskesmas midwives in health care facilities is one indicator of low work effectiveness, as well as service satisfaction for pregnant women . The purpose of this study was to identify the level of maternal satisfaction about obstetric examination services antenatal care (ANC) by health workers at Karang Pule Health Center. Research design using descriptive survey research methods . the population, namely all pregnant women who did ANC at the Karang Pule Health Center in January to June 2020, was 96 people. Sampling technique Accidental sampling. Number of samples as many as 30 respondents, how to process data using Likert scale. From the results showed that the level of maternal satisfaction in the acceptance of ANC examination services in general from the aspect of Tangibles, expressed satisfaction as many as 23 respondents (76.67%), Reliability expressed satisfaction as many as 23 respondents (76.67%), Responsivenes expressed satisfaction as many as 24 respondents (80%), assurance expressed satisfaction as many as 22 respondents (73.33%),Emphaty expressed satisfaction as many as 24 respondents (80%), the results of this study concluded 78, 38% expressed satisfaction. It is expected from the results of this study to be one of the inputs on the need to improve the attention and standards of ANC services in health centers

Clove oil has the potential to suppress the development of the mosaic virus in patchouli plants, but its effectiveness in the field has not been studied. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of clove nano biopesticide on controlling patchouli mosaic disease. The research was conducted at the Manoko Experimental Garden, Bandung, West Java from March to November 2018. The patchouli used was Patchoulina-2 variety, which originated from the Seed Breeder Garden in Lembang, Bandung. This study was arranged in a Randomized Block Design (RBD), consisting of five treatments and ten replications within each treatment, with one hundred plants in each replication. The results obtained showed that nano biopesticides of citronella, clove, and commercial citronella (Asimbo) were able to reduce the incidence and intensity of mosaic diseases in patchouli plants, showing the efficacy levels of 14.68%, 9.06%, and 5.83%, respectively. The application of citronella and clove biopesticides on Patchoulina-2 every month could increase plant fresh weight, when compared to the plants without treatment. Patchoulina-2 plants treated with nano biopesticides of clove and commercial citronella (Asimbo) showed higher value of fresh weight compared to those treated with citronella nano biopesticide. The clove nano biopesticide can also be developed to control mosaic diseases in patchouli plants.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan-tahapan Need Assessment, Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan SOP di MTsN 3 Ponorogo Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif. berdasarkan fenomena yang dideskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata yang alamiah berdasarkan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil Analisa penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada peningkatan kompetensi pegawai secara bertahap dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan SOP secara signifikan, melalui tahap awal dalam memahami konsep penyusunan dan pengembangan SOP berdasarkan petunjuk teknis Kementerian Agama nomor 168 tahun 2010, peningkatan kemampuan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan SOP, melakukan pembentukan tim pengembangan SOP untuk mendapatkan masukan informasi dari pengguna layanan madrasah serta menyempurnakan SOP, melakukan penerapan SOP dalam tugas sehari-hari di madrasah dan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi dalam memantau pelaksanaan SOP.

The community service team conducts outreach regarding improving the quality of health and education in this village, in this case the Village Head, Hamlet Head, and PKK women become participants in this outreach, so that further all participants can socialize the issue of the importance of preventing Covid-19 and how to do it. prevention. It is hoped that the improvement of the quality of health in this village can be a lesson for the village community to understand and implement all knowledge or rules in reducing or stopping the spread of this deadly virus. Penelitian strategi pengembangan agrowisata berbasis bunga krisan telah dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2018 - Januari 2019 di Taman Bunga Celosia, Desa Candi, Kecamatan Bandungan, Kabupaten Semarang. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) dengan pertimbangan adanya bunga krisan yang potensial dikembangkan sebagai basis agrowisata. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengetahui dan menentukan strategi pengembangan agrowisata dengan berbasis bunga krisan yang dilihat dari sisi internal dan eksternal. Strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT, dilanjutkan dengan menentukan alternatif strategi. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Taman Bunga Celosia berada di posisi kolom I (pertumbuhan) untuk Matriks IE dan Kuadran I (agressive) untuk diagram SWOT. Hasil alternatif strategi yang didapatkan melalui beragam strategi pada matriks SWOT (strategi SO,ST, WO dan WT) menunjukkan bahwa pihak Taman Bunga Celosia dapat menggunakan strategi pengembangan yang bersifat proaktif. Strategi pengembangan yang dipilih yaitu penambahan luas area taman bunga celosia untuk mengadakan pengembangan dan menambah blok bunga krisan, menyelesaikan perihal berbagai perizinan usaha untuk memudahkan akses pengembangan lebih luas lagi, membangun green house yang canggih juga menarik untuk membuat budidaya bunga krisan lebih optimal dan membentuk tatanan landasan organisasi (SOP, visi, misi, rencana pengembangan tertulis dan tetap) untuk menjaga kesinambungan usaha.

Kelompok tani yang sudah tergolong maju dan mempunyai banyak anggota tidak menjamin bahwa kelompok tersebut memiliki nilai keintiman antar anggota, bahkan yang kemungkinan terjadi adalah makin terlihat adanya kendala dalam membangun hubungan antar anggota. Kelompok yang memiliki banyak anggota akan semakin timbul banyak konflik. Kelompok tani dapat dikatakan erat apabila peran kelompok tani juga kuat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi peran kelompok tani dan kohesivitas kelompok tani sayuran organik pada kelompok tani Tranggulasi dan melakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh peran kelompok tani Tranggulasi dengan kohesivitas kelompok tani. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelompok tani Tranggulasi di Desa Batur tanggal 12 – 29 Mei 2019. Metode survey digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan sampel sebanyak 32 orang pada kelompok tani Tranggulasi yang aktif melakukan produksi sayuran organik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan media kuisioner. Metode deskriptid kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode analisis data pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran kelompok tani termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentasi 53%, wahana kerjasama dengan kategori sedang sebesar 63%, dan unit produksi dengan kategori baik sebesar 69%. Kohesivitas kelompok tani dengan kategori baik sebesar 81%. Hasil uji regresi liniea berganda menunjukkan ketiga peran kelompok tani secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kohesivitas kelompok tani sayuran organik. Ketiga faktor yang diteliti mempengaruhi kohesivitas kelompok tani sebesar 36% dengan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa wahana kerjasama, kelas belajar, dan unit produksi mempengaruhi kohesivitas kelompok tani Tranggulasi secara positif. An excellent plant-based insecticide formula is effective against insect pests and must be safe against target plants and natural enemies of the problems. The study aimed to evaluate the persistence of cajuput and patchouli oil formulations under sun exposure to Nilaparvata lugens, their phytotoxicity on rice seedlings, and safety against predators Sycanus annnulicornis. The feed residue method was employed to conduct the persistence test. Phytotoxicity testing was carried out by spraying rice seedlings with oil formulations. Biosafety testing against predators was carried out using the dry-film contact method. Exposure to both oil preparations (patchouli oil: 0.02, 5.25; and 10.49% and cajuput oil: 0.02; 4.87, and 9.74%) under the sun for up to five days was still effective in causing mortality of N. lugens. Both oil formulas did not cause phytotoxicity in rice seedlings. Cajuput oil (concentrations of 4.87 and 9.74%) and patchouli oil (concentrations of 5.25 and 10.49%) were safe against nontarget insects, namely S. annulicornis.

The VAM method is one of the methods of preparing a initial feasible solution by Determining the distribution table allocation to the cell that has the least cost. TOCM-SUM method to find a suitable initial solution of the transportation problem. The optimal stepping stone test aims to test the initial solution table by calculating the cost of empty cells that are passed by the stepping stone path.

Media sosial dapat merubah perilaku hidup sehat individu dalam mendapatkan informasi yang didapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel niat perilaku hidup sehat. Niat perilaku hidup sehat disebabkan oleh motif pencarian informasi, keyakinan mempercayai, dan penerimaan informasi dalam merubah perilaku hidup sehat. Variabel pembentuk motif pencarian informasi, keyakinan mempercayai, dan penerimaan informasi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas argumentasi. Motif pencarian informasi, keyakinan mempercayai, penerimaan informasi, dan kualitas argumentasi memberikan dampak pada niat perilaku hidup sehat. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner secara online pada masyarakat umum khususnya wanita sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling dengan metode AMOS. Hasil tersebut dapat dimaknai kualitas argumentasi yang diberikan oleh @info_kesehatanwanita dapat meningkatkan motif individu untuk melalui pencarian informasi, meningkatkan keyakinan terhadap instagram @info_kesehatanwanita, dan dapat menerima suatu informasi pada instagram @info_kesehatanwanita untuk membentuk niat perilaku sehat wanita. The portfolio optimization mathematical model is more frequently expressed with an eye to minimize the Value at Risk (VaR). Markowitz's difficulties in managing the quadratic programming model were alleviated by recent advances in algorithmic analysis, which sparked interest in overcoming real constraints in portfolio selection by introducing a linear risk function. The point of this article is to address the issue of portfolio selection of minimum transaction lots. An improved search algorithm appertaining to active constraints is presented to interpret the integer programming model. The algorithm leads by solving the relaxed problem in order to reach a settlement that is similar to a continuous solution.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor sosial yang berpengaruh terhadap curahan waktu kerja petani kopi robusta selama 1 kali musim panen dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor sosial yang berpengaruh pada curahan waktu kerja petani kopi robusta di Kecamatan Gemawang Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 minggu pada bulan Februari tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan populasi yang berupa petani kopi robusta yang berada di Kecamatan Gemawang, sampel berupa petani kopi robusta yang memiliki lahan sendiri, dan respondennya adalah kepala keluarga petani kopi robusta. Metode pemilihan kriteria responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling . Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah adalah 98 orang. Data primer diperoleh dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi berganda dengan faktor sosial sebagai X dan curahan waktu kerja petani sebagai Y. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden berada pada usia produktif, memiliki tanggungan keluarga yang tinggi, berpengalaman, berpendidikan rendah, dan meraih pendapatannya dengan bertani. Secara serempak umur, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pengalaman bekerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan pekerjaan lain berpengaruh terhadap curahan waktu kerja petani kopi robusta. Secara parsial umur, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap curahan waktu kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah pembelian bibit cabai harga, jenis, musim tanam dan luas lahan di Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Ngablak dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, jenis, waktu tanam, dan luas lahan terhadap jumlah pembelian bibit cabai di Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Ngablak, Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Ngablak dengan alasan Desa Sumberejo merupakan sentra usahatani pembibitan terbesar di Kecamatan Ngablak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yaitu sampel berasal dari konsumen yang tidak sengaja bertemu di usahatani pembibitan, sampel diambil sebanyak 30 orang berdasarkan 10% dari jumlah populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata jumlah pembelian bibit cabai yaitu 3266 dalam setiap musim tanam. Secara serempak harga, jenis, waktu tanam dan luas lahan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah pembelian bibit cabai sedang harga, jenis, waktu tanam secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah pembelian bibit cabai.
