Subject. This article deals with the issues of optimal use of agricultural land. Objectives. The article aims to develop measures aimed at the development of irrigated agriculture in the Republic of Tatarstan. Methods. For the study, we used the abstract-logical, empirical, and statistical methods, and a case study approach. Results. The article assesses the economic efficiency of irrigation reclamation in the Republic of Tatarstan and proposes certain measures to accelerate the development of the reclamation industry in Russia. Conclusions. In the context of geopolitical risks and the sanctions regime, the development of agriculture is of strategic importance for the preservation of Russia's economic independence.

Subject. This article analyzes the efficiency of agricultural production in the context of globalization of agricultural raw materials and food markets. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the impact of land erosion on the efficiency of agricultural production. Methods. For the study, we used the case-study, abstract-logical, computational-constructive, and statistical analysis methods. Results. The article presents the results of the analysis of land degradation in the Republic of Tatarstan, identifies priority areas for controlling erosion processes in agriculture, and experimentally substantiates measures to control land erosion. Conclusions. The implementation of the proposed measures can contribute to the development of the agro-industrial complex and other sectors of the economy.

Subject. This article discusses the issues of sustainable production of agricultural products in the zones of risky farming. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the development of the land-reclamation industry in the Republic of Tatarstan and develop recommendations to improve its economic efficiency. Methods. For the study, we used analysis and synthesis, and the abstract-logical, statistical analysis, and graphical methods. Results. The article identifies trends in the development of land reclamation at the regional level, substantiates the necessary priority measures to improve its economic efficiency, and offers recommendations for ensuring sustainable growth of agricultural production. Conclusions. By complying with all agrotechnical requirements and organizing irrigation, farms can increase potato yields. When irrigating, the cost of production is lower than without irrigation.

Программа кислотной обработки скважин непосредственно связана с эффективностью добычи нефти. Исследования, направленные на повышение эффективности кислотной обработки в терригенном коллекторе, рассматривают в основном изменение и адаптацию реагентов для минимизации кольматации, возникающей из-за взаимодействия кислоты с породой. В реальных условиях использование новых и уникальных кислотных составов с организационной точки зрения – сложный процесс, поэтому мало распространено относительно традиционных составов на основе смеси соляной и плавиковой кислот. Статья основана на подходе повышения эффективности кислотной обработки с помощью оптимального дизайна на основе моделирования процесса обработки призабойной зоны. Описаны аспекты практического применения разработанного симулятора кислотной обработки терригенных коллекторов, в основе которого численная модель гидродинамических и физико-химических процессов в пористой среде на неструктурированной PEBI-сетке. Выявлены и проанализированы основные неопределенности модели; рассмотрено влияние эмпирических параметров в составе системы уравнений на результаты расчетов и моделирование минералогического состава породы. Описаны алгоритм статического моделирования призабойной зоны пласта для моделирования кислотной обработки и подход к оптимизации дизайна обработки призабойной зоны на основе адаптации в модели результатов исследований на керне. С помощью экспериментальных данных доказана необходимость учета вторичных и третичных реакций на результаты моделирования физико-химических процессов при кислотной обработке терригенного коллектора. Исследованы отличительные особенности объектов Западной Сибири (полимиктовых коллекторов) относительно эффективности проведения обработки призабойной зоны на основе глинокислоты. Проведена серия расчетов для определения оптимального объема закачки кислотного состава, проанализирован опыт ранее проведенных мероприятий в рассматриваемых условиях и даны рекомендации по повышению эффективности кислотной обработки.

We examine the relationship between the CEA hierarchy and the Ershov hierarchy within $\Delta_2^0$ Turing degrees. We study the long-standing problem raised in [1] about the existence of a low computably enumerable (c.e.) degree $\bf a$ for which the class of all non-c.e. $CEA(\bf a)$ degrees does not contain 2-c.e. degrees. We solve the problem by proving a stronger result: there exists a noncomputable low c.e. degree $\textbf{a}$ such that any $CEA(\bf a)$ $\omega$ -c.e. degree is c.e. Also we discuss related questions and possible generalizations of this result.
