- Abstract
Technological management has become a fundamental tool to boost the link between the productive sector and research, especially in the agricultural sector. The objective of this study was to evaluate the introduction of technologies in the management of the science-productionrelationship, aimed at increasing the availability of pastures and forages in the San Vicente dairy in the Viñales municipality. For this, the procedure for the management of technology and innovation in the science-productionrelationship was implemented, in the agricultural sector, which consists of several steps. Initially, the technological needs of the entity were diagnosed and later, through the execution of a project, the implementation and evaluation of the technologies introduced were carried out. The procedure used allowed to verify results in the management of technology and innovation in the relationship of the University, the the Information and Technological Management Center and the Punta de Palma Livestock enterprise. Changes were seen in the adoption of CT-115 technology, sugarcane, the silvopastoral system with Thitonia diversifoliaand Brachiaria brizantha and the sowing of improved pastures that will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the recovery of the productive indicators and reproductive in the dairy in the short and medium term., La gestión tecnológica se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental para dinamizar el vínculo entre el sector productivo y la investigación, especialmente en el sector agropecuario. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la introducción de tecnologías en la gestión de la relación ciencia-producción,dirigidas al incremento de la disponibilidad de pastos y forrajes en la vaquería San Vicente del municipio Viñales. Para ello se implementó el procedimiento para la gestión de la tecnología y la innovación en la relación ciencia-producción, en el sector agropecuario que consta de varios pasos. Inicialmente se diagnosticaron las necesidades tecnológicas de la entidad y posteriormente a través de la ejecución de un proyecto se procedió a la implementación y evaluación de las tecnologías introducidas. El procedimiento empleado permitió constatar resultados en la gestión de la tecnología y la innovación en la relación de la Universidad, el Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica y laEmpresa Pecuaria Punta de Palma. Se apreciaron cambios en la adopción de la tecnología del CT-115, la caña de azúcar, el sistema silvopastoril con Thitonia diversifoliay Brachiariabrizanthay la siembra de pastos mejorados que sin dudas tendrá un efecto positivo en la recuperación de los indicadores productivos y reproductivos en la vaquería a corto y mediano plazo.

The introduction of silvopastoral systems, due to the environmental services they provide, constitute a viable and adaptable alternative in countries of tropical and subtropical regions of Latin America. The main of the research was to evaluate the influence of silvopastoral systems in the generation of ecosystem and productive services in the experimental and production center of Salache, Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi province. Three silvopastoral systems with tree and forage species were selected and introduced. The edaphic indicators related to soil fertility, the dry matter content of the grass within the inclusion and the generation of other environmental services of the trees were determined. Descriptive statistical analyzes were applied such as the comparison of silvopastoral systems through ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis. It was concluded that the introduction of the tree component in silvopastoral systems influences the content of calcium, organic matter and soluble phosphorus. The species that contributes the most to the increase in nutrients in the soil is the Inga edulis Mart. followed by Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn. Silvopastoral systems proved to be an effective agroecological practice for the accumulation of dry matter, at higher levels than herbaceous species, especially when the Silvopastoral systems was introduced with Acacia dealbata Link and Inga edulis Mart. These two tree species are the ones that contribute the most to biomass and carbon in the edaphoclimatic conditions of the study area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Los metales pesados son sustancias peligrosas que tienen la facultad de acumularse en el suelo, las plantas y en los organismos vivos. El objetivo de la siguiente investigación fue evaluar los factores agroproductivos y su incidencia en la acumulación de metales pesados en suelos dedicados al cultivo del tabaco de la llanura sur de la provincia de Pinar del Río. Las muestras se seleccionaron en zonas representativas del cultivo del tabaco pertenecientes a la llanura sur de la provincia Pinar del Río. Se aplicaron encuestas semiestructuradas a partir de un muestreo aleatorio simple, a una muestra de 74 de productores, coincidiendo con él número de puntos de muestreo. La encuesta se procesó a través de la Prueba Chi-cuadrado, mediante el software comprar Pro versión 1.0 y el análisis de componentes principales. El procesamiento de los datos se realizó con el SPSS. El análisis de componentes principales mostró que, con cinco componentes es posible explicar el 76.88 % de la variabilidad total extraída por el modelo. Se constató que existe uniformidad en las acciones de manejo agronómico que se realizan por parte de los productores. La presencia de todos los metales pesados de forma aislada en los tres primeros componentes evidencia que su principal fuente de procedencia es pedogenética y no está relacionada con los factores agroproductivos. Las prácticasdirigidas al mejoramiento de suelos no se encuentran generalizadas sobre todo las relacionadas con el intercalamiento de cultivos y el empleo de abonos orgánicos., Heavy metals are dangerous substances that have the ability to accumulate in soil, plants and living organisms. The objective of the following investigation was to evaluate the agroproductive factors and their incidence in the accumulation of heavy metals in soils dedicated to the cultivation of tobaccoin the southern plain of the province of Pinar del Río. The samples were selected in areas representative of tobacco cultivation belonging to thesouthern plain of the Pinar del Rio province. Semi-structured surveys were applied from a simple random sample to a sample of 74 producers,coinciding with the number of sampling points. The survey was processed through the chi-square test, using the software purchased Pro version 1.0 and the principals components analysis. The processing of the data was done with the SPSS. The principal components analysis showed that, with five components itis possible to explain 76.88 % of the total variability extracted by the model. It was found that there is uniformity in the agronomic management actions that are carried out by the producers. The presence of all heavy metals in isolation in the first three components shows that their main source of origin ispedogenetic and is not related to agroproductive factors. The practices directed to the improvement of grounds are not generalized especiallythose related to the intercalation of crops and the use of organic fertilizers.

The rapid development of science and technology is accompanied by economic growth rates through the productivity of knowledge, there is no doubt that the problem of science and technology today is to increase the performance of what is known by the individual and the group by utilizing knowledge in solving tasks as creating economic added value. So the aim of this work was to propose a set of actions for the improvement of university industry relations in agricultural technology transfer. He characterized the current state of management of university - company for agricultural technology transfer at the University of Pinar del Rio and Punta de Palma Cattle Company through a participatory diagnosis to77 workers and teachers in both places, used interviews and semi-structured interviews. They manage to identify the needs of the university- company technology management in the agricultural sector, based on the needs identified the main functions that must take the university to a greater linkage are given in managing projects for financing investigations of I + D + i, promote dynamic processes generalizing results to the productive sector and implement communications strategies to promote awareness of research results., El acelerado desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología va acompañado de ritmos de crecimiento económico a través de la productividad del conocimiento. No hay duda que el problema de la ciencia y la tecnología hoy día, está en aumentar el rendimiento de lo que se conoce por el individuo y el grupo mediante la utilización del conocimiento en la solución de tareas, como creador de mayor valor agregado económico. El objetivo de este trabajo fue proponer un grupo de acciones para la mejora de la relación universidad _ empresa en la transferencia de tecnologías al sector agropecuario. Se caracterizó el estado actual de la gestión de la relación universidad - empresa para la transferencia de tecnologías agropecuarias en la Universidad de Pinar del Río y la Empresa Pecuaria Punta de Palma, a través de un diagnóstico participativo a 77 trabajadores y profesores de ambos lugares, mediante entrevistas y encuestas semi-estructuradas. Se lograron identificar las necesidades de la vinculación para la gestión tecnológica en el sector agropecuario, a partir de las principales funciones que debe asumir la universidad para un mayor vínculo con ese sector. Se concluye que las acciones están dadas en gestionar proyectos para el financiamiento de las investigaciones de I+D+i, promover la dinámica de los procesos de generalización de resultados con el sector productivo y diseñar estrategias de comunicación para propiciar el conocimiento de resultados de las investigaciones.

This paper presents the procedure to implement the Technological Innovation Management in the university-Cuban state animal husbandry enterprise relation and its validation in the case study University of Pinar del Río and Camilo Cienfuegos Genetic Animal Husbandry Enterprise. The procedure had three phases, with their corresponding steps (eight); in addition, 18 indicators, considered relevant for technology management in the university-enterprise relation, were identified, organized in four dimensions: institutional feedback, economic productive, environmental and social pertinence. These indicators become a key aspect for the evaluation of the model. It was determined that the three indicators with the best results were: the degree of application of the diagnosis in the enterprise, with the companionship of the university per year; the degree in which training generated changes and transformations in the use of the technologies per year; and the degree of planning, organization and contracting of R + D + i projects per year.
