Este artículo evalúa las bondades del indicador precio-beneficio ajustado cíclicamente para la construcción de portafolios de inversión en el mercado accionario brasileño para el periodo 2011-2019. Para cumplir este objetivo se tomó información del valor de las acciones de treinta y tres empresas que cotizan en la bolsa de valores de Brasil y se les aplica el índice para la construcción de portafolios eficientes. El comportamiento de los activos financieros que componen dichos portafolios se comparó con el índice Bovespa, y luego se procedió a calcular el valor del riesgo, con el fin de generar portafolios de inversión con un riesgo equivalente al Bovespa. A pesar de que existen estudios de aplicación de este indicador en diversos mercados, son pocos los que se enfocan en el precio-beneficio ajustado cíclicamente para la construcción de portafolios de inversión y no se evidencia la existencia de análisis de este tipo enfocados en el mercado latinoamericano, de aquí la importancia de este trabajo. Como resultado, se observó que el rendimiento de los portafolios construidos con esta metodología supera al Bovespa en seis de los nueve años analizados, además, entre 2011 y 2019 los portafolios construidos generaron un rendimiento 3,27 veces superior al Bovespa.

Plant pathogens compromise crop yields. Plants have evolved robust innate immunity that depends in part on intracellular Nucleotide-binding, Leucine rich-Repeat (NLR) immune receptors that activate defense responses upon detection of pathogen-derived effectors. Most "sensor" NLRs that detect effectors require the activity of "helper" NLRs, but how helper NLRs support sensor NLR function is poorly understood. Many Solanaceae NLRs require NRC (NLR-Required for Cell death) class of helper NLRs. We show here that Rpi-amr3, a sensor NLR from Solanum americanum, detects AVRamr3 from the potato late blight pathogen, Phytophthora infestans, and activates oligomerization of helper NLRs NRC2 and NRC4 into high-molecular-weight resistosomes. In contrast, recognition of P. infestans effector AVRamr1 by another sensor NLR Rpi-amr1 induces formation of only the NRC2 resistosome. The activated NRC2 oligomer becomes enriched in membrane fractions. ATP-binding motifs of both Rpi-amr3 and NRC2 are required for NRC2 resistosome formation, but not for the interaction of Rpi-amr3 with its cognate effector. NRC2 resistosome can be activated by Rpi-amr3 upon detection of AVRamr3 homologs from other Phytophthora species. Mechanistic understanding of NRC resistosome formation will underpin engineering crops with durable disease resistance.

Nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat (NLR) immune receptors are important components of plant and metazoan innate immunity that can function as individual units or as pairs or networks. Upon activation, NLRs form multiprotein complexes termed resistosomes or inflammasomes. Although metazoan paired NLRs, such as NAIP/NLRC4, form hetero-complexes upon activation, the molecular mechanisms underpinning activation of plant paired NLRs, especially whether they associate in resistosome hetero-complexes, is unknown. In asterid plant species, the NLR required for cell death (NRC) immune receptor network is composed of multiple resistance protein sensors and downstream helpers that confer immunity against diverse plant pathogens. Here, we show that pathogen effector-activation of the NLR proteins Rx (confers virus resistance), and Bs2 (confers bacterial resistance) leads to oligomerization of their helper NLR, NRC2. Activated Rx does not oligomerize or enter into a stable complex with the NRC2 oligomer and remains cytoplasmic. In contrast, activated NRC2 oligomers accumulate in membrane-associated puncta. We propose an activation-and-release model for NLRs in the NRC immune receptor network. This points to a distinct activation model compared with mammalian paired NLRs.

Parasites counteract host immunity by suppressing helper NLR proteins that function as central nodes in immune receptor networks. Understanding the mechanisms of immunosuppression can lead to strategies for bioengineering disease resistance. Here, we show that a cyst nematode virulence effector binds and inhibits oligomerization of the helper NLR protein NRC2 by physically preventing intramolecular rearrangements required for activation. A single amino acid polymorphism at the binding interface between NRC2 and the inhibitor is sufficient for this helper NLR to evade immune suppression, thereby restoring the activity of multiple disease resistance genes. This points to a novel strategy for resurrecting disease resistance in crop genomes.One sentence summaryA helper NLR is mutated to evade inhibition by a parasite effector.

Diversity and labor inclusion are two trends that are gaining importance in business circles in different countries, including Colombia. There are a number of groups that historically have had higher unemployment rates and more difficulties to have leadership positions and/or to get jobs in formal companies such as people with disabilities or young people. Solving this situation is necessary to have more inclusive societies. At the School of Administration and Competitiveness of the Politecnico Grancolombiano, a tool aimed at assessing and determining the situation of companies in different topics, including policies aimed at hiring people from historically excluded groups, has been created. This chapter presents the results obtained by the application of this tool during the first semester of 2022. The tool was applied to formal micro, small, and medium enterprises located in Bogota and other Colombian cities.

Las actividades lúdicas son el mejor medio para realizar procesos formativos con los infantes. El objetivo fue: Desarrollar la motricidad gruesa con niños de edades entre 8 y 10 años, del Club Deportivo Futbolero de Puerto Colombia-Atlántico, a través de un programa de juegos motores. Se trató de una investigación aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño experimental, en la que participaron 25 niños varones. A través de la aplicación, en forma de diagnóstico, de una batería de 5 pruebas de campo (conducción de balón, carrera de 30 metros, flexión de tronco, extensiones de codos, coordinación en escalera) orientadas a evaluar diferentes aspectos de la motricidad gruesa, se valoró la condición general del grupo, en promedio los resultados fueron: deficientes, regulares con tendencia a la deficiencia, regulares, buenos y regulares, respectivamente. En función de la valoración, se diseñó e implementó un programa de juegos motores incluyendo actividades como: caminar, correr, patear, saltar, lanzar, entre otras; estimulando el desarrollo psicomotor de esos patrones y habilidades motrices. Luego de aplicar las pruebas nuevamente, después de la ejecución del programa, los resultados promedios de todas las pruebas fueron buenos, con tendencia a la excelencia en el caso de la prueba de extensiones de codos. En conclusión, el programa de juegos motores generó efectos positivos en todos los aspectos evaluados, observándose en la práctica deportiva mejoras significativas en la transferencia de las habilidades motrices para la ejecución de fundamentos básicos del fútbol, como el marcaje y la conducción de balón.

La gestión continua de un negocio es análoga a la navegación de una embarcación. Este proceso será más o menos complejo dependiendo del tamaño de la nave, sin embargo, el objetivo será el mismo: mantenerla a flote y llegar a un destino en las mejores condiciones posibles. En ambos casos se requerirá de una serie de recursos y de personas que tengan la capacidad de maniobrar la embarcación, o la organización de leer las señales del entorno, de trazar una hoja de ruta o una estrategia y hacer frente a los retos que se presenten a lo largo del recorrido.

¿Cuál es la importancia de los indicadores financieros como: EBITDA y Margen EBITDA, ROA, ROE, Costo promedio ponderado de capital y EVA?, y ¿cómo estos influyen en las decisiones de un empresario consciente de sus finanzas? Las empresas constituidas legalmente llevan un proceso de contabilidad que les permite, entre otras cosas, identificar el valor de sus activos y registrar hechos económicos, como ingresos y salidas de dinero. A pesar de que en algunos casos esta información solo se lleva con fines tributarios, es útil para hacer un diagnóstico financiero que le puede ayudar a las organizaciones a enfrentar importantes retos que condicionan su supervivencia.

Un proyecto se refiere al esfuerzo que se imprime en el planteamiento de un objetivo y las tareas interrelacionadas que se deben desarrollar para lograrlo. En este proceso intervienen unos recursos que pueden ser humanos, materiales, equipos, instalaciones y cualquier otro necesario para la operación. Un proyecto puede ser una modernización de una fábrica o un negocio, la introducción de un nuevo producto, la apertura de una sede nueva o cualquier proceso sistemático que nos permita llegar al planteamiento y ejecución de actividades para conseguir un fin.

Considerando los retos en términos financieros que estas empresas enfrentan en su día a día, se presenta el siguiente contenido con el objetivo de brindar herramientas prácticas y necesariamente apegadas a la realidad de este tipo de empresas.El libro tiene como objetivo que los lectores puedan entender y utilizar en su gestión los conceptos básicos de las finanzas, para lo cual el libro despliega cinco temas que se consideran importantes para una gestión práctica de las finanzas, temas como: el tiempo y las matemáticas que presenta la teoría de valor del dinero en el tiempo y el concepto de intereses simple y compuesto. El riesgo y la relación directa que tiene con la rentabilidad de cada negocio a través del modelo CAPM, un formato básico para la evaluación de proyectos, considerando el día a día de estas empresas en el abordaje de los diferentes proyectos que deben evaluar. Se mencionan indicadores de valor, su descripción y para qué sirven, con el fin de que el empresario pueda enfocar su gestión a través de un cuadro de mando, y por último se expone lo relacionado con el tema de gestión de riesgos. Es así como, el propósito general de este libro es entregar herramientas de gestión donde se describen las teorías y se entregan ejemplos enfocados en la realidad, para que el empresario pueda asociar los conceptos con la vida diaria de su compañía y encuentre su utilidad.Al finalizar este libro se espera que los lectores tengan herramientas adicionales para desarrollar una mejor gestión financiera en micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, teniendo en cuenta ejercicios y casos reales.

A lo largo de la historia el hombre ha empleado diferentes objetos: metales o elementos como representación de dinero o moneda, con el fin de facilitar los intercambios que demandan la satisfacción de sus necesidades básicas. Inicialmente se presentaban incipientes formas de intercambio (trueque), hasta hoy donde se propugna por un menor uso del dinero en su forma física a cambio de utilizar diferentes medios de pagos electrónicos.

Normalmente, cuando un empresario decide invertir su dinero en determinado negocio, lo hace teniendo una expectativa de obtener de éste unos recursos superiores a lo comprometido. La diferencia entre lo primero y lo segundo es lo que se conoce como rentabilidad. Sin embargo, una de las cuestiones a resolver a la hora evaluar un negocio tiene que ver precisamente con cuál es la rentabilidad esperada del mismo, teniendo en cuenta que ésta no es un valor que se establece por deseo del inversionista, sino que debe responder al riesgo que representa la alternativa y que se relaciona con la probabilidad de que las expectativas de ganancia se materialicen o que, desafortunadamente, se incurra en una pérdida.

El capítulo busca caracterizar algunos riesgos presentes en los procesos productivos y de servicio que enfrentan las organizaciones, para alcanzar la satisfacción de sus clientes. Ha sido desarrollado a manera de guía, con la intención de ayudar al empresario a saber qué riesgos existen y qué maneras hay para tratarlos y monitorearlos.

Uno de los elementos fundamentales para construir un pensamiento estratégico en un profesional en el área de Administración de Empresas es el Cuadro Integral de Mando. Sin embargo, las metodologías de enseñanza en torno a este tema son muy similares. Este proyecto nace pensando en generar un proceso que comprometa más a los estudiantes y los afiance en la apropiación de la metodología Balanced Scorecard. Esta metodología plantea un juego serio con elementos de gamificación, cuyo propósito es formativo. Su primera fase es un objeto de aprendizaje que orienta al estudiante en la construcción de objetivos con elementos SMART, y que puedan diferenciar los indicadores y las metas. Estos son la base fundamental para un desarrollo apropiado del cuadro integral de mando, ya que de allí se desprende el resto del juego. Este proyecto desarrolla un juego disruptivo en el mercado, porque pone al estudiante a jugar con diferentes tipos de empresas. Debe partir desde el mapa estratégico, configurar el cuadro integral de mando, luego revisar diversos perfiles para contratar a los responsables en cada perspectiva. También debe tomar decisiones y adquirir diversos activos con el fin de alcanzar las metas propuestas en los planes tácticos, que le permitan cumplir los objetivos y lograr mejorar los resultados para la empresa.

Previamente se desarrollo para la Institución una herramienta de diagnóstico empresarial sustentada en la metodologia de Fred David (2003), propuesta en su libro Administración estratégica, la cual ha demostrado ser muy útil en los procesos de consultoria empresarial, sin embargo, hace falta una aplicación tecnológica que le permita al estudiante comprender y aprender la metodologia para la construcción de cada una de las matrices que componen el modelo de diagnóstico empresarial desde su base. Este proyecto consiste en crear una estrategia de aprendizaje que involucra el desarrollo de software que combina el análisis de casos con los juegos de simulación, en una herramienta que les permite a los estudiantes practicar en la construcción las matrices estratégicas, con el fin de que ellos adquieran tales habilidades en un ambiente simulado para que posteriormente, con la otra herramienta de diagnóstico, puedan aplicarlo en una empresa real.

La Institución Universitaria Politécnico Grancolombiano pendiente de los múltiples cambios que está viviendo la educación y de los avances vertiginosos que tienen los ambientes virtuales ha decidido implementar un Laboratorio de innovación pedagógica e Investigación de Educación Virtual, el cual tiene como propósito gestionar con los docentes de la institución el desarrollo de proyectos de innovación centrada en estrategias de aprendizaje tales como: simuladores, juegos educativos o juegos serios, aplicaciones, realidad aumentada, realidad virtual, entre otros. El Laboratorio apoya todas aquellas iniciativas que conduzcan a la construcción de diversos ambientes educativos mediados por tecnología que les permitan a los estudiantes fortalecer la adquisición de competencias en los diferentes programas académicos.

Ante la necesidad de contar con un software de prospectiva que integrara diferentes técnicas y herramientas de análisis y a su vez, tuviera un alto componente pedagógico, se desarrolló el proyecto denominado “Simulador de Análisis Prospectivo”. Con este propósito se hizo una revisión conceptual y metodológica del proceso de análisis prospectivo con el fin de desarrollar la herramienta tecnología más idónea para la identificación de escenarios futuros partiendo del análisis de las tendencias clave de índole interno y externo que pueden afectar a una organización en un horizonte temporal de diez años. Gracias a este proceso investigativo se desarrolló una herramienta tecnológica que facilita el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes con una metodología teórico-práctica y que traerá beneficios académicos en dos frentes, en primer lugar, mejorará la calidad de los proyectos de investigación de los estudiantes y, en segundo lugar, fortalecerá la relación con el sector externo debido al mejoramiento de la calidad en el análisis prospectivo realizado por los estudiantes.

Strategic model analysis is required in a continuously changing environment where businesses must respond and fulfill the Sustainable Development Goals. These models must cover all the variables that can affect the environment for doing business within an industry. For this reason, it is proposed to create a sectoral analysis model that integrates the PEST and Porter's five forces analysis. The purpose of this qualitative research is to validate the relevance of the proposed model. The research is carried out based on the perception of a sample of students from the business administration program of the Politecnico Grancolombiano University in Colombia which used the application model proposed during the period 2020-2021. The authors found that with an average rating of 4.48 out of 5, the group of respondents positively values the usefulness of the model proposed.

Cell surface pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) activate immune responses that can include the hypersensitive cell death. However, the pathways that link PRRs to the cell death response are poorly understood. Here, we show that the cell surface receptor-like protein Cf-4 requires the intracellular nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat containing receptor (NLR) NRC3 to trigger a confluent cell death response upon detection of the fungal effector Avr4 in leaves ofNicotiana benthamiana. This NRC3 activity requires an intact N-terminal MADA motif, a conserved signature of coiled-coil (CC)-type plant NLRs that is required for resistosome-mediated immune responses. A chimeric protein with the N-terminal α1 helix of Arabidopsis ZAR1 swapped into NRC3 retains the capacity to mediate Cf-4 hypersensitive cell death. Pathogen effectors acting as suppressors of NRC3 can suppress Cf-4-triggered hypersensitive cell-death. Our findings link the NLR resistosome model to the hypersensitive cell death caused by a cell surface PRR.

A subset of plant NLR immune receptors carry unconventional integrated domains in addition to their canonical domain architecture. One example is rice Pik-1 that comprises an integrated heavy metal–associated (HMA) domain. Here, we reconstructed the evolutionary history of Pik-1 and its NLR partner, Pik-2, and tested hypotheses about adaptive evolution of the HMA domain. Phylogenetic analyses revealed that the HMA domain integrated into Pik-1 before Oryzinae speciation over 15 million years ago and has been under diversifying selection. Ancestral sequence reconstruction coupled with functional studies showed that two Pik-1 allelic variants independently evolved from a weakly binding ancestral state to high-affinity binding of the blast fungus effector AVR-PikD. We conclude that for most of its evolutionary history the Pik-1 HMA domain did not sense AVR-PikD, and that different Pik-1 receptors have recently evolved through distinct biochemical paths to produce similar phenotypic outcomes. These findings highlight the dynamic nature of the evolutionary mechanisms underpinning NLR adaptation to plant pathogens.

Pathogens modulate plant cell structure and function by secreting effectors into host tissues. Effectors typically function by associating with host molecules and modulating their activities. This study aimed to identify the host processes targeted by the RXLR class of host-translocated effectors of the potato blight pathogen Phytophthora infestans. To this end, we performed an in planta protein-protein interaction screen by transiently expressing P. infestans RXLR effectors in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves followed by co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This screen generated an effector-host protein interactome matrix of 59 P. infestans RXLR effectors x 586 N. benthamiana proteins. Classification of the host interactors into putative functional categories revealed over 35 biological processes possibly targeted by P. infestans. We further characterized the PexRD12/31 family of RXLR-WY effectors, which associate and co-localize with components of the vesicle trafficking machinery. One member of this family, PexRD31, increased the number of FYVE positive vesicles in N. benthamiana cells. FYVE positive vesicles also accumulated in leaf cells near P. infestans hyphae, indicating that the pathogen may enhance endosomal trafficking during infection. We anticipate that the interactome dataset we generated will serve as a useful community resource for functional studies of P. infestans effectors and of effector-targeted host processes.

To test this, we screened a library of 167 bacterial, oomycete, nematode and aphid effectors for their capacity to suppress the cell death response triggered by the NRC-dependent disease resistance proteins Prf and Rpi-blb2. Among five of the identified suppressors, one cyst nematode protein and one oomycete protein suppress the activity of autoimmune mutants of NRC2 and NRC3, but not NRC4, indicating that they specifically counteract a subset of NRC proteins independently of their sensor NLR partners. Whereas the cyst nematode effector SPRYSEC15 binds the nucleotide-binding domain of NRC2 and NRC3, the oomycete effector AVRcap1b suppresses the response of these NRCs via the membrane trafficking-associated protein NbTOL9a (Target of Myb 1-like protein 9a). We conclude that plant pathogens have evolved to counteract central nodes of the NRC immune receptor network through different mechanisms. Coevolution with pathogen effectors may have driven NRC diversification into functionally redundant nodes in a massively expanded NLR network.

Brain embryonic periventricular endothelial cells (PVEC) crosstalk with neural progenitor cells (NPC) promoting mutual proliferation, formation of tubular-like structures in the former and maintenance of stemness in the latter. To better characterize this interaction, we conducted a comparative transcriptome analysis of mouse PVEC vs. adult brain endothelial cells (ABEC) in mono-culture or NPC co-culture. We identified > 6000 differentially expressed genes (DEG), regardless of culture condition. PVEC exhibited a 30-fold greater response to NPC than ABEC (411 vs. 13 DEG). Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of DEG that were higher or lower in PVEC vs. ABEC identified “Nervous system development” and “Response to Stress” as the top significantly different biological process, respectively. Enrichment in canonical pathways included HIF1A, FGF/stemness, WNT signaling, interferon signaling and complement. Solute carriers (SLC) and ABC transporters represented an important subset of DEG, underscoring PVEC’s implication in blood–brain barrier formation and maintenance of nutrient-rich/non-toxic environment. Our work characterizes the gene signature of PVEC and their important partnership with NPC, underpinning their unique role in maintaining a healthy neurovascular niche, and in supporting brain development. This information may pave the way for additional studies to explore their therapeutic potential in neuro-degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

The use of ultrasound in food processing has increased in the last decade due to the reduction in times, temperatures, microbial and enzymatic inactivation, extraction of components of great interest to different industries; without altering or modifying its nutritional or organoleptic value during the transformation processes of raw materials into products with added value. Considering itself, a green technology by not causing a negative impact on the environment. In this work, the effect of US pretreatment (40KHz/130W/30°C /10, 20 and 30 min) on convective drying at 60°C / 2m / s of banana (musa paradisiaca) was evaluated. A diffusion model was used to describe the drying kinetics and to quantify the influence of the US on the effective diffusivity of water. Observing that the US significantly increased (p> 0.05) the drying speed in all the samples treated with an average reduction of 31% in the drying time with respect to the control treatment; reaching a weight loss of 77% with respect to the initial weight (3.8 to 0.9 g.). The exponential model is the most adequate to predict the experimental curves of banana drying and showed that the application of US increased both the effective diffusivity and the mass transfer coefficient, as corroborated by the values of the explained variance of 98.5 a 99.3%.

Introducción: el departamento de Casanare es endémico para la enfermedad de Chagas donde predominan los casos crónicos y en los últimos años se han aumentado los casos agudos por presunta transmisión oral. En marzo de 2019 se configuró el primer brote en el municipio de Maní. Objetivo: describir el brote y determinar la posible vía de transmisión para establecer estrategias de prevención y control. Materiales y métodos: investigación de brote mediante: búsqueda institucional, comunitaria, pruebas de laboratorio, evaluación entomológica y sanitaria. Se diseñó encuesta en aplicativo Epicollet 5, se analizó utilizando Epi-Info 7.2.2™. Resultados: se identificaron 22 casos de chagas agudo (18 confirmados por laboratorio, 4 por nexo), tasa de ataque: 55 % (22/40). El 100 % recibió tratamiento. El 95,5 % de los casos se presentó en hombres, los principales síntomas fueron fiebre 100 %, disnea 72,7 %, dolor torácico 31,8 %. El 72,7 % de casos requirió hospitalización y un caso necesitó manejo en hospital de tercer nivel por miocardiopatía aguda. El 81,8 % (18/22) pertenecía al régimen contributivo; 40,9 % (9/22) estaba vinculado directamente y 50,1 % por tercerización de servicios. El 59,1 % (13/22) de los casos había terminado su vinculación laboral antes de que se identificara el brote. Tiempo promedio de incubación 17 días (rango 3-21 días). Se encontró Rhodnius prolixus, Eratyrus mucronatus y Panstrongylus geniculatus en el intra y peridomicilio con infección natural del 75 %. Se confirmó el brote de transmisión oral y exposición ocupacional con letalidad cero.

El ExPro es un exoesqueleto de tres grados de libertad disenado y construido para asistir tratamientos de rehabilitacion en pacientes con poca o nula movilidad en sus brazos. El dispositivo consiste en una maquina capaz de mover el antebrazo y la muneca acorde a los movimientos de pronosupinacion, flexion ulnar y radial y flexo-extension de muneca. EnglishIn the upper limb rehabilitation field, assisting to various patients per day, in different kinds of therapies is an exhausting task which can be achieved in a semiautomated or automated manner. The ExPro is an exoskeleton of 3 degrees of freedom designed and created to support rehabilitation treatments for patients with little or no mobility in their arms. The device consists in a machine able to move forearm and wrist according to prone-supination, ulnar and radial deflection and flex-extension of wrist movements. The proposed prototype was designed to assist therapists in the first step of rehabilitation treatments, thus, passive therapies. Each mechanical component was designed in the Inventor 3D software and printed on PLA materials (polylactic acid). The controlling step is a Raspberry Pi 3 that receives information, interprets and connects power, and control PCBs. The design and calculations were tasted with the finite elements tool of inventor software. The work result presents an exoskeleton prototype easy to operate and transport, safe for the patient and able to carry out several preprogramed movements.

La creación de un Laboratorio de Innovación Pedagógica es una apuesta que deben implementar todas las instituciones de educación superior para-desarrollar diversas estrategias pedagógicas que emplean herramientas didácticas que permitan a los estudiantes tener experiencias significativas en su proceso de aprendizaje. El laboratorio facilita la integración de las necesidades académicas con, el desarrollo de diversos softwares educativos.Este libro de experiencias de innovación educativa presenta el proceso en cada uno de los proyectos o estrategias de aprendizaje trabajados en el Laboratorio de Innovación Pedagógica Educación, Virtual - LIPEV que da como resultado la construcción, de cinco simuladores (Prospectiva, Diagnóstico empresarial, Análisis financiero, Evaluación de proyectos y Mercado de capitales) y un video juego (Juego gerencial de Balanced Scorecard. De cada proyecto se presenta como fue el diseño pedagógico, la estrategia de, aprendizaje empleada, el modelo de simulación que se utilizó, una explicación del diseño gráfico y la programación.
