- Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital promotion through Instagram social media in attracting visitors to the Karaoke Night Hard Rock FM Anak Lama Sing or Scream event. In this digital era, social media has become one of the most effective and efficient promotional tools for various events and activities. Instagram, as one of the popular social media platforms, has great potential to reach a wider and more specific audience. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on the Karaoke Night Hard Rock FM Anak Lama Sing or Scream event. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the social media team of Hard Rock FM, and analysis of promotional reports for the Karaoke Night Hard Rock FM Anak Lama Sing or Scream event on Instagram. Research shows that the digital promotion carried out by Hard Rock FM to promote the Karaoke Night Event "Hard Rock FM Anak Lama Sing or Scream" on Instagram has not been fully effective in attracting visitors. Although the digital promotion by Hard Rock FM achieved a reach of 345,560 from the total promotion done on both reels and Instagram Stories, only 400 visitors attended the event. This indicates that only 0.12 percent of the total reach from Hard Rock FM's promotion on Instagram translated into actual visitors.
