In order to stay relevant and have a competitive advantage, digital advertising helps higher educational institutions go that extra mile in engaging with their potential customers. It also helps in building awareness and attract good quality of students. In the world of digital advertising, 'Google Advertisement' is an online advertising platform developed by Google, where advertisers bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place advertisements both in the results of search engines like Google Search and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos. Google AdWords offers the most pragmatic solutions and tools to all strategic issues of digital advertising. Click Through Ratio (CTR) stands out as the most significant index of reflecting its influence and impact. Amongst the array of choices, the right strategy requires an academic and strategic backing. The objective of this paper is to assess on the impact of Google Adwords is used in digital advertising campaigns promoting business schools in specific. This research concentrates on CTR as a measure of the campaign's effectiveness. This paper try's to understand CTR in the context related to the type of content embedded in these digital advertisements; the structure of this content; and hence identify and suggest new strategies. This paper identifies and proposes the right online advertising strategy that can be used by a Business School (B School). Purposive/non-probabilistic sampling was carried out to choose the specific of Business Schools (B-schools) for this study. The business schools selected were based on the National Institution Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2018 of the Indian Human Resource Development. The data was analyzed using to the Social Sciences Statistical Suite (SPSS). There was only access to publicly available and publicly displayed advertisement with no access to user profile data. CTR was utilized to measure total and proportional engagement. The advertisements were then categorized based on their content and analyzed through a one-way ANOVA test. For the purpose of an operationalizing, CTR was utilized as defined by Pak et. al. (2018): "A ratio showing how often people who see your advertisement end up clicking it." The main components analyzed are the characteristics of an effective advertisement appearing on the digital platform measured through its Click Through Ratio. One-way ANOVA has been conducted to assess the Click Through Ratio of advertisement segregated in twenty categories based on their format, content and time of appearance. The analysis reflects that Click Through Ratio differs for different format of advertisements, the information that they contain and for the time and day that they appear. Strategies based on these findings are suggested along with discussion, limitations and further scope of research.

Aim: Postoperative pain can be caused due to apical extrusion of debris following chemomechanical preparation. This study aimed to compare mechanized reciprocating stainless steel files and continuous rotary instrumentation with laser irradiation for postoperative pain in nonvital teeth with symptomatic apical periodontitis. Methods: Ninety (n = 30) subjects were enrolled after obtaining written consent. In Group 1, continuous rotary instrumentation using Endostar E3 Azure files without laser irradiation, in Group 2, continuous rotary instrumentation using Endostar E3 Azure files with laser irradiation, and in Group 3, mechanized reciprocating instrumentation using K-Flex hand files in K-400 Reciprocating handpiece along with laser irradiation was carried out. Postoperative pain was recorded using Visual Analog Scale at baseline, 24, 48, and 72 h. Subjects requiring rescue medications were recorded. Kruskal–Wallis and Post hoc Tukey's test for intergroup group and pairwise comparison, respectively, and the Chi-square test for comparison of rescue medication were used. Results: The reduction in pain scores was found to be statistically significant (P < 0.05, confidence interval 95%) in all three groups at all-time points. The order of maximum pain reduction was found to be most in Group 2, followed by Group 3 and Group 1. Nine, three, and six subjects required rescue medication in Groups 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Conclusion: Mechanized reciprocating handpiece instrumentation using K-flex files as well as continuous rotary instrumentation using NiTi rotary files along with laser therapy resulted in significantly lesser postoperative pain levels than with continuous rotation alone.

Abstract Background Ethanol dependence is associated with a discontinuation withdrawal delirium. Chlordiazepoxide is frequently successfully used in its treatment. Case presentation A 27-year-old, Caucasian female with ethanol dependence who had objective symptoms of withdrawal experienced worsening of her delirium after administration of chlordiazepoxide, but improved with lorazepam and cleared with discontinuation of benzodiazepine administration. Conclusions Worsening of delirium appears to be related to the specific use of chlordiazepoxide, but the mechanism of this effect is not clear. While this case does not alter the standard care of ethanol dependence, it does alert clinicians that our treatment approach may not be fully benign.

Introduction: Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) infection in pregnant women can have important effects on the perinatal and neonatal outcomes. Multiple modes of transmission of infection from mother to the newborn have been suggested as also the increased risk of complications in COVID-19 infected neonates. Aim: To study the clinico-epidemiological characteristics and short-term outcomes of neonates born to mothers infected with COVID-19 in relation to maternal COVID-19 severity and co-morbidities and to compare the same between COVID-19 infected and non infected neonates. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study of 174 neonates born to COVID-19 positive mothers admitted and delivered from 1st August 2020 to 31st October 2020, at Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS), North Karnataka, India. Data was collected from medical records about the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of the mothers and their neonates, symptoms and severity of COVID-19 and their management and short-term outcomes. Pearson’s Chi-square or Fisher’s-exact test was used for statistical analysis. The p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Out of 174, 18 (10.35%) neonates tested positive for COVID-19 by Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). The rates of pre-maturity and low birth weight amongst all 174 neonates were 17.24% and 24.14%, respectively. There were no significant differences in demographic features, in the need for resuscitation and incidence of complications like prematurity, low birth weight, birth asphyxia, meconium aspiration syndrome, sepsis between COVID-19 infected and non infected neonates. However, an increased risk of Early Onset Sepsis (EOS) (OR– 2.21) in COVID-19 infected neonates. None of the COVID- 19 infected neonates required Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) or mechanical ventilation and all were discharged subsequently. In this study there were 3(1.72%) deaths, all among COVID-19 non infected, neonates. Conclusion: The incidence of COVID-19 infection in neonates born to COVID-19 infected mothers in this study was 10.35%. Most of the infections in neonates were of less severity without a significantly increased need for respiratory support and without significant mortality.

SrAl4O7 nano phosphors doped with different weight percentages of europium (1, 3, 5, and 12 wt%) were successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method. The phase purity of the synthesized samples was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction and the average crystallite size increased with an increase in dopant concentration of europium. The band gap value increases with an increase in the dopant concentrations of europium in SrAl4O7. The decay kinetics and luminescence spectra of materials doped with Eu3+ were strongly concentration-dependent. TG curves show the decomposition of the organic compounds in the precursors together with the evaluation of great amounts of gases and crystallization of SrAl4O7. DSC curves show the breakdown of loosely bound organic molecules, the elimination of water molecules, and other surface dangling bonds responsible for the endothermic peaks. The dielectric constant decreases with an increase in frequency. The outcomes of these investigations made the focused materials worthy of applications in energy storage devices, solar cells, and lighting technology. Highlights: Eu doped SrAl4O7 nano phosphors were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method. Band gap energy increases with an increase in Eu dopant concentrations. 12 wt% of Eu-doped SrAl4O7 nano phosphor shows a decrease in phosphorescence emission intensity due to the quenching effect. Thermal effects on prepared nano phosphors revealed that these materials have high stability and homogeneity. These synthesized nano phosphors can be applied for high-frequency devices or power applications, solar cells, and other energy storage applications due to their low dielectric constants at higher frequencies which results in minimal electric power loss. Background: Biomechanical preparation of the root canal system is one of the most crucial steps of endodontic treatment. Intracanal debris is invariably extruded during biomechanical preparation which causes inflammation of periradicular tissues leading to flare-up. Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate and compare the amount of apical extrusion of debris using Neoendo Flex, Pro-HS, and Mani Silk rotary files during root canal preparation. Materials and Methods: Sixty premolars with straight, single root canals were selected for the study. After access opening and working length determination, the samples were randomly divided into four groups according to file system used for root canal preparation: Group I – Neoendo Flex (n = 15), Group II – Pro-HS (n = 15), Group III – Mani Silk (n = 15), and Group IV – No instrumentation (n = 15). The debris collected after biomechanical preparation was quantitatively determined using a precision balance. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using ANOVA and post hoc Dunnett's test. Results: Minimum debris extrusion was seen with Neoendo Flex files and maximum debris extrusion was seen with Pro-HS files but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusions: Within the limitations of our in vitro study, it can be concluded that all Nickel– Titanium (NiTi) file systems studied caused apical extrusion of debris. Neoendo flex extruded least amount of debris apically compared to Mani Silk and Pro-HS files. Design features of a file primarily influence the amount of extruded debris.
