Triply Special Relativity is a deformation of Special Relativity based on three fundamental parameters, that describes a noncommutative geometry on a curved spacetime, preserving the Lorentz invariance and the principle of relativity. Its symmetries are generated by a 14-parameter nonlinear algebra. In this paper, we discuss a generalization of the original model and construct its realizations on a canonical phase space. We also investigate in more detail its classical limit, obtained by replacing the commutators by Poisson brackets.

We discuss the generalized Yang Poisson models. We construct generalizations of the Yang Poisson algebra related to $\mathfrak{o}(1,5)$ algebra discussed by Meljanac and Mignemi (2023). The exact realizations of this generalized algebra on canonical phase space are presented and the corresponding differential equations are solved in simple cases. Furthermore, we discuss the Poisson algebras related to $\mathfrak{o}(3,3)$ and $\mathfrak{o}(2,4)$ algebras.

We propose the doubly $\kappa$-dependent Yang quantum phase space which describes the generalization of $D = 4$ Yang model. We postulate that such model is covariant under the generalized Born map, what permits to derive this new model from the earlier proposed $\kappa$-Snyder model. Our model of $D=4$ relativistic Yang quantum phase space depends on five deformation parameters which form two Born map-related dimensionful pairs: $(M,R)$ specifying the standard Yang model and $(\kappa,\tilde{\kappa})$ characterizing the Born-dual $\kappa$-dependence of quantum space-time and quantum fourmomenta sectors; fifth parameter $\rho$ is dimensionless and Born-selfdual. We present the exact realization of the extended Snyder model. Using similarity transformations, we construct realizations of the original Snyder and the extended Snyder models. Finally, we present the exact new realization of the $\kappa$-deformed extended Snyder model.

We propose $\hbar$-expansions as perturbative solutions of quantum extended Snyder and Yang models, with $\hbar$-independent classical zero-th order terms responsible for the spontaneous breaking of $D=4$ and $D=5$ de Sitter symmetries. In such models, with algebraic basis spanned by $\hat o(D,1)$ Lie algebra generators, we relate the vacuum expectation values (VEV) of the spontaneously broken generators with the Abelian set of ten (Snyder, $D=4$) or fifteen (Yang, $D=5$) antisymmetric tensorial generalized coordinates, which are also used as zero order input for obtaining the perturbative solutions of quantum extended Snyder and Yang models. In such a way we will attribute to these Abelian generalized coordinates the physical meaning of the order parameters describing spontaneous symmetry breaking (SSB). We describe, in an algebraic way, the $\kappa$-deformed extended Snyder models, that depend on three parameters $\beta, \kappa$ and $\lambda$, which in a suitable algebra basis are described by the de Sitter algebras ${o}(1,N)$. The commutation relations of the algebra contain a parameter $\lambda$, which is used for the calculations of perturbative expansions. For such $\kappa$-deformed extended Snyder models we consider the Heisenberg double with dual generalized momenta sector, and provide the respective generalized quantum phase space depending on three parameters mentioned above. Further, we study for these models an alternative Heisenberg double, with the algebra of functions on de Sitter group. In both cases we calculate the formulae for the cross commutation relations between generalized coordinate and momenta sectors, at linear order in $\lambda$. We demonstrate that in the commutators of quantum space-time coordinates and momenta of the quantum-deformed Heisenberg algebra the terms generated by $\kappa$-deformation are dominating over $\beta$-dependent ones for small values of $\lambda$., Comment: 11 pages, no figures, accepted version

Symmetric ordering and Weyl realizations for non commutative quantum Minkowski spaces are reviewed. Weyl realizations of Lie deformed spaces and corresponding star products, as well as twist corresponding to Weyl realization and coproduct of momenta are presented. Drinfeld twists understood in Hopf algebroid sense are also discussed. A few examples of corresponding Weyl realizations are given. We show that for the original Snyder space there exists symmetric ordering, but no Weyl realization. Quadratic deformations of Minkowski space are considered and it is demonstrated that symmetric ordering is deformed and a generalized Weyl realization can be defined., Comment: 25 pages, to appear in J. We review deformed quantum phase spaces and their realizations in terms of undeformed phase space. In particular, methods of calculation for the star product, coproduct of momenta and twist from realizations are presented, as well as their properties and the relations between them. Lie deformed quantum phase spaces and Snyder type spaces are considered. Examples of linear realizations of the $\kappa$-Minkowski spacetime are elaborated. Finally, some new results on quadratic deformations of quantum phase spaces and a generalization of Yang and triply special relativity models are presented.

We introduce the generalized Heisenberg algebra appropriate for realizations of the $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ algebra. Linear realizations of the $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ algebra are presented and the corresponding star product, coproduct of momenta and twist are constructed. The dual realization and dual $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ algebra are considered. Finally, we present a general realization of the $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ algebra, the corresponding coproduct of momenta and two classes of twists. These results can be applied to physical theories on noncommutative spaces of the $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ type.

We consider a class of exponentials in the Weyl-Heisenberg algebra with exponents of type at most linear in coordinates and arbitrary functions of momenta. They are expressed in terms of normal ordering where coordinates stand to the left from momenta. Exponents appearing in normal ordered form satisfy differential equations with boundary conditions that could be solved perturbatively order by order. Two propositions are presented for the Weyl-Heisenberg algebra in 2 dimensions and their generalizations in higher dimensions. These results can be applied to arbitrary noncommutative spaces for construction of star products, coproducts of momenta and twist operators. They can also be related to the BCH formula.

A Snyder model generated by the noncommutative coordinates and Lorentz generators close a Lie algebra. The application of the Heisenberg double construction is investigated for the Snyder coordinates and momenta generators. It leads to the phase space of the Snyder model. Further, the extended Snyder algebra is constructed by using the Lorentz algebra, in one dimension higher. The dual pair of extended Snyder algebra and extended Snyder group is then formulated. Two Heisenberg doubles are considered, one with the conjugate tensorial momenta and another with the Lorentz matrices. We introduce the generalized Heisenberg algebra $\mathcal{H}_n$ and construct realizations of the orthogonal and Lorentz algebras by power series in a semicompletion of $\mathcal{H}_n$. The obtained realizations are given in terms of the generating functions for the Bernoulli numbers. We also introduce an extension of the orthogonal and Lorentz algebras by quantum angles and study realizations of the extended algebras in $\mathcal{H}_n$. We consider two families of Drinfeld twists generated from a simple Jordanian twist further twisted with 1-cochains. Using combinatorial identities, they are presented as a series expansion in the dilatation and momentum generators. These twists interpolate between two simple Jordanian twists. We consider a two parameter family of Drinfeld twists generated from a simple Jordanian twist further twisted by 1-cochains. Twists from this family interpolate between two simple Jordanian twists. Relations between them are constructed and discussed. It is proved that there exists a one parameter family of twists identical to a simple Jordanian twist. The twisted coalgebra, star product and coordinate realizations of the $\kappa$-Minkowski noncommutative space time are presented. Real forms of Jordanian deformations are also discussed. The method of similarity transformations is applied to the Poincar\'e-Weyl Hopf algebra and two types of one parameter families of dispersion relations are constructed. We propose an explicit generalization of the Jordanian twist proposed in $r$-symmetrized form by Giaquinto and Zhang. It is proved that this generalization satisfies the 2-cocycle condition. We present explicit formulas for the corresponding star product and twisted coproduct. Finally, we show that our generalization coincides with the twist obtained from the simple Jordanian twist by twisting by a 1-cochain.

We propose a new generalisation of the Jordanian twist (building on the previous idea from [Meljanac S., Meljanac D., Pachol A., Pikutic D., J. Phys. A: Math. Theor. 50 (2017), 265201, 11 pages]). Obtained this way, the family of the Jordanian twists allows for interpolation between two simple Jordanian twists. We consider the generalized (10+10)-dimensional D=4 quantum phase spaces containing translational and Lorentz spin sectors associated with the dual pair of twist-quantized Poincare Hopf algebra $\mathbb{H}$ and quantum Poincare Hopf group $\widehat{\mathbb{G}}$. Two Hopf algebroid structures of generalized phase spaces with spin sector will be investigated: first one $% \mathcal{H}^{(10,10)}$ describing dynamics on quantum group algebra $% \widehat{\mathbb{G}}$ provided by the Heisenberg double algebra $\mathcal{HD=% }\mathbb{H}\rtimes \widehat{\mathbb{G}}$, and second, denoted by $\mathcal{% \tilde{H}}^{(10,10)}$, describing twisted Hopf algebroid with base space containing twisted noncommutative Minkowski space $\hat{x}_{\mu }$. We obtain the first explicit example of Hopf algebroid structure of relativistic quantum phase space which contains quantum-deformed Lorentz spin sector., Comment: 15 pages

Using a quantization of the nonassociative and noncommutative Snyder phi^4 scalar field theory in a Hermitian realization, we present in this article analytical formulas for the momentum-conserving part of the one-loop two-point function of this theory in D-, 4-, and 3-dimensional Euclidean spaces, which are exact with respect to the noncommutative deformation parameter beta. We prove that these integrals are regularized by the Snyder deformation. These results indicate that the Snyder deformation does partially regularize the UV divergences of the undeformed theory, as it was proposed decades ago. Furthermore, it is observed that different nonassociative phi^4 products can generate different momentum-conserving integrals. Finally most importantly, a logarithmic infrared divergence emerges in one of these interaction terms. We then analyze sample momentum nonconserving integral qualitatively and show that it could exhibit IR divergence too. Therefore infrared divergences should exist, in general, in the Snyder phi^4 theory. We consider infrared divergences at the limit p -> 0 as UV-IR mixings induced by nonassociativity, since they are associated to the matching UV divergence in the zero-momentum limit and appear in specific types of nonassociative phi^4 products. We also discuss the extrapolation of the Snyder deformation parameter beta to negative values as well as certain general properties of one-loop quantum corrections in Snyder phi^4 theory at the zero-momentum limit., Comment: 14 pages, 3 figures, version to be published in Phys. We construct the twist operator for the Snyder space. Our starting point is a non-associative star product related to a Hermitian realisation of the noncommutative coordinates originally introduced by Snyder. The corresponding coproduct of momenta is non-coassociative. The twist is constructed using a general definition of the star product in terms of a bi-differential operator in the Hopf algebroid approach. The result is given by a closed analytical expression. We prove that this twist reproduces the correct coproducts of the momenta and the Lorentz generators. The twisted Poincar\'{e} symmetry is described by a non-associative Hopf algebra, while the twisted Lorentz symmetry is described by the undeformed Hopf algebra. We consider new Abelian twists of Poincare algebra describing non-symmetric generalization of the ones given in [1], which lead to the class of Lie-deformed quantum Minkowski spaces. We apply corresponding twist quantization in two ways: as generating quantum Poincare-Hopf algebra providing quantum Poincare symmetries, and by considering the quantization which provides Hopf algebroid describing the class of quantum relativistic phase spaces with built-in quantum Poincare covariance. This paper generalizes Weyl realization to a class of Lie superalgebras $\mathfrak{g}=\mathfrak{g}_0\oplus \mathfrak{g}_1$ satisfying $[\mathfrak{g}_1,\mathfrak{g}_1]=\{0\}$. First, we give a novel proof of the Weyl realization of a Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}_0$ by deriving a functional equation for the function that defines the realization. We show that this equation has a unique solution given by the generating function for the Bernoulli numbers. Families of vector-like deformed relativistic quantum phase spaces and corresponding realizations are analyzed. Method for general construction of star product is presented. In this article we define and quantize a truncated form of the nonassociative and noncommutative Snyder phi^4 field theory using the functional method in momentum space. More precisely, the action is approximated by expanding up to the linear order in the Snyder deformation parameter beta, producing an effective model on commutative spacetime for the computation of the two-, four- and six-point functions. The two- and four-point functions at one loop have the same structure as at the tree level, with UV divergences faster than in the commutative theory. The same behavior appears in the six-point function, with a logarithmic UV divergence and renders the theory unrenormalizable at beta^1 order except for the special choice of free parameters s_1=-s_2. We expect effects from nonassociativity on the correlation functions at beta^1 order, but these are cancelled due to the average over permutations., Comment: 13 pages, 6 figures. We show that the realizations of noncommutative coordinates that are linear in the Lorentz generators form a closed Lie algebra under certain conditions. The star product and the coproduct for the momentum generators are obtained for these Lie algebras and the corresponding twist satisfies the cocycle and normalization conditions. We also obtain the twisted flip operator and the $\mathcal R$-matrix that define the statistics of particles or quantum fields propagating in these noncommutative spacetimes. The Lie algebra obtained in this work contains a special case which has been used in the literature to put bounds on noncommutative parameters from the experimental limits on Pauli forbidden transitions. This paper investigates bicovariant differential calculus on noncommutative spaces of the Lie algebra type. For a given Lie algebra $g_0$ we construct a Lie superalgebra $g=g_0\oplus g_1$ containing noncommutative coordinates and one--forms. We show that $g$ can be extended by a set of generators $T_{AB}$ whose action on the enveloping algebra $U(g)$ gives the commutation relations between monomials in $U(g_0)$ and one--forms. Realizations of noncommutative coordinates, one--forms and the generators $T_{AB}$ as formal power series in a semicompleted Weyl superalgebra are found. In the special case $dim(g_0)= dim(g_1)$ we also find a realization of the exterior derivative on $U(g_0)$. In this paper, we propose a simple generalization of the locally r-symmetric Jordanian twist, resulting in the one-parameter family of Jordanian twists. All the proposed twists differ by the coboundary twists and produce the same Jordanian deformation of the corresponding Lie algebra. They all provide the $\kappa$-Minkowski spacetime commutation relations. Constructions from noncommutative coordinates to the star product and coproduct, and from the star product to the coproduct and the twist are presented. We study a family of noncommutative spacetimes constructed by one four-vector. The large set of coordinate commutation relations described in this way includes many cases that are widely studied in the literature. The Hopf-algebra symmetries of these noncommutative spacetimes, as well as the structures of star product and twist, are introduced and considered at first order in the deformation, described by four parameters. We also study the deformations to relativistic kinematics implied by this framework, and calculate the most general expression for the momentum dependence of the Lorentz transformations on momenta, which is an effect that is required by consistency. At the end of the paper we analyse the phenomenological consequences of this large family of vector-like deformations on particles propagation in spacetime. We present a framework which unifies a large class of non-commutative spacetimes that can be described in terms of a deformed Heisenberg algebra. The commutation relations between spacetime coordinates are up to linear order in the coordinates, with structure constants depending on the momenta plus terms depending only on the momenta. The possible implementations of the action of Lorentz transformations on these deformed phase spaces are considered, together with the consistency requirements they introduce. It is found that Lorentz transformations in general act nontrivially on tensor products of momenta. In particular the Lorentz group element which acts on the left and on the right of a composition of two momenta is different, and depends on the momenta involved in the process. In our earlier article [Lett. Math. Phys. 107 (2017), 475-503, arXiv:1409.8188], we explicitly described a topological Hopf algebroid playing the role of the noncommutative phase space of Lie algebra type. Ping Xu has shown that every deformation quantization leads to a Drinfeld twist of the associative bialgebroid of h-adic series of differential operators on a fixed Poisson manifold. In the case of linear Poisson structures, the twisted bialgebroid essentially coincides with our construction. Using our explicit description of the Hopf algebroid, we compute the corresponding Drinfeld twist explicitly as a product of two exponential expressions.

In this paper, we perform a parallel analysis to the model proposed in [25]. By considering the central co-tetrad (instead of the central metric), we investigate the modifications in the gravitational metrics coming from the noncommutative spacetime of the $\kappa$-Minkowski type in four dimensions. The differential calculus corresponding to a class of Jordanian $\kappa$-deformations provides metrics, which lead either to cosmological constant or spatial curvature type solutions of non-vacuum Einstein equations. We consider two twist operators that lead to kappa-Poincare Hopf algebra, the first being an Abelian one and the second corresponding to a light-like kappa-deformation of Poincare algebra. The advantage of the second one is that it is expressed solely in terms of Poincare generators. In contrast to this, the Abelian twist goes out of the boundaries of Poincare algebra and runs into envelope of the general linear algebra. We investigate dual realizations of non--commutative spaces of Lie algebra type in terms of formal power series in the Weyl algebra. To each realization of a Lie algebra $\g$ we associate a star--product on the symmetric algebra $S(\g)$ and an ordering on the enveloping algebra $U(\g)$. Dual realizations of $\g$ are defined in terms of left--right duality of the star--products on $S(\g)$. It is shown that the dual realizations are related to an extension problem for $\g$ by shift operators whose action on $U(\g)$ describes left and right shift of the generators of $U(\g)$ in a given monomial. Using properties of the extended algebra, in the Weyl symmetric ordering we derive closed form expressions for the dual realizations of $\g$ in terms of two generating functions for the Bernoulli numbers. Twisted deformations of the conformal symmetry in the Hopf algebraic framework are constructed. The first one is obtained by a Jordanian twist built up from dilatation and momenta generators. The second is the light-like $\kappa$-deformation of the Poincare algebra extended to the conformal algebra, obtained by a twist corresponding to the extended Jordanian r-matrix. The $\kappa$-Minkowski spacetime is covariant quantum space under both of these deformations. The extension of the conformal algebra by the noncommutative coordinates is presented in two cases. Realizations of $\kappa$-Minkowski space linear in momenta are studied for time-, space- and light-like deformations. We construct and classify all such linear realizations and express them in terms of $\mathfrak{gl}(n)$ generators. There are three one-parameter families of linear realizations for time-like and space-like deformations, while for light-like deformations, there are only four linear realizations. The relation between deformed Heisenberg algebra, star product, coproduct of momenta and twist operator is presented. It is proved that for each linear realization there exists Drinfeld twist satisfying normalization and cocycle conditions. $\kappa$-deformed $\mathfrak{igl}(n)$-Hopf algebras are presented for all cases. The $\kappa$-Poincar\'e-Weyl and $\kappa$-Poincar\'e-Hopf algebras are discussed. Left-right dual $\kappa$-Minkowski algebra is constructed from the transposed twists. The corresponding realizations are nonlinear. All known Drinfeld twists related to $\kappa$-Minkowski space are obtained from our construction. In this article we will use the Drinfeld twist leading to light-like $\kappa$-deformations of Poincar\'e algebra. We shall apply the standard Hopf algebra methods in order to define the star-product, which shall be used to formulate a scalar field theory compatible with $\kappa$-Poincar\'e-Hopf algebra. Using this approach we show that there is no problem with formulating integration on $\kappa$-Minkowski space and no need for introducing a new measure. We have shown that the $\star$-product obtained from this twist enables us to define a free scalar field theory on $\kappa$-Minkowski space that is equivalent to a commutative one on a usual Minkowski space. We obtain an exact analytic expression for the quasinormal modes of a noncommutative massless scalar field in the background of a massive spinless BTZ black hole up to the first order in the deformation parameter. We also show that the equations of motion governing these quasinormal modes are identical in form to the equations of motion of a commutative massive scalar field in the background of a fictitious massive spinning BTZ black hole. This results hints at a duality between the commutative and noncommutative systems in the background of a BTZ black hole. Using the obtained results for quasinormal mode frequencies, the area and entropy spectra for the BTZ black hole in the presence of noncommutativity are calculated. In particular, the separations between the neighboring values of these spectra are determined and it is found that they are nonuniform. Classification of differential forms on $\kappa$-Minkowski space, particularly, the classification of all bicovariant differential calculi of classical dimension is presented. By imposing super-Jacobi identities we derive all possible differential algebras compatible with the $\kappa$-Minkowski algebra for time-like, space-like and light-like deformations. Embedding into the super-Heisenberg algebra is constructed using non-commutative (NC) coordinates and one-forms. Particularly, a class of differential calculi with an undeformed exterior derivative and one-forms is considered. Corresponding NC differential calculi are elaborated. Related class of new Drinfeld twists is proposed. It contains twist leading to $\kappa$-Poincar\'e Hopf algebra for light-like deformation. Corresponding super-algebra and deformed super-Hopf algebras, as well as the symmetries of differential algebras are presented and elaborated. For a noncommutative configuration space whose coordinate algebra is the universal enveloping algebra of a finite dimensional Lie algebra, it is known how to introduce an extension playing the role of the corresponding noncommutative phase space, namely by adding the commuting deformed derivatives in a consistent and nontrivial way, therefore obtaining certain deformed Heisenberg algebra. This algebra has been studied in physical contexts, mainly in the case of the kappa-Minkowski space-time. Hopf algebroid structures on the Weyl algebra (phase space) are presented. We define the coproduct for the Weyl generators from Leibniz rule. The codomain of the coproduct is modified in order to obtain an algebra structure. We use the dual base to construct the target map and antipode. The notion of twist is analyzed for $\kappa$-deformed phase space in Hopf algebroid setting. It is outlined how the twist in the Hopf algebroid setting reproduces the full Hopf algebra structure of $\kappa$-Poincar\'e algebra. Several examples of realizations are worked out in details.

In this paper the BTZ black hole geometry is probed with a noncommutative scalar field which obeys the $\kappa$-Minkowski algebra. The entropy of the BTZ black hole is calculated using the brick wall method. The contribution of the noncommutativity to the black hole entropy is explicitly evaluated up to the first order in the deformation parameter. We also argue that such a correction to the black hole entropy can be interpreted as arising from the renormalization of the Newton's constant due to the effects of the noncommutativity., Comment: 18 pages

Unified graded differential algebra, generated by $\kappa$-Minkowski noncommutative (NC) coordinates, Lorentz generators and anticommuting one-forms, is constructed. It is compatible with $\kappa$-Poincar\'e-Hopf algebra. For time- and space-like deformations, the super-Jacobi identities are not satisfied. By introducing additional generator, interpreted as exterior derivative, we find a new unique algebra that satisfies all super-Jacobi identities. It is universal and valid for all type of deformations (time-, space-, and light-like). For time-like deformations this algebra coincides with the one in \cite{sitarz}. Different realizations of our algebra in terms of super-Heisenberg algebra are presented. For light-like deformations we get 4D bicovariant calculus, with $\kappa$-Poincar\'e-Hopf algebra and present the corresponding twist, which is written in a new covariant way, using Poincar\'e generators only. In the time- and space-like case this twist leads to $\kappa$-Snyder space. The quantum phase space described by Heisenberg algebra possesses undeformed Hopf algebroid structure. The $\kappa$-deformed phase space with noncommutative coordinates is realized in terms of undeformed quantum phase space. There are infinitely many such realizations related by similarity transformations. For a given realization we construct corresponding coproducts of commutative coordinates and momenta (bialgebroid structure). The $\kappa$-deformed phase space has twisted Hopf algebroid structure. General method for the construction of twist operator (satisfying cocycle and normalization condition) corresponding to deformed coalgebra structure is presented. Specially, twist for natural realization (classical basis) of $\kappa$-Minkowski spacetime is presented. The cocycle condition, $\kappa$-Poincar\'{e} algebra and $R$-matrix are discussed. Twist operators in arbitrary realizations are constructed from the twist in the given realization using similarity transformations. Some examples are presented. We unify k-Poincare algebra and k-Minkowski spacetime by embeding them into quantum phase space. The quantum phase space has Hopf algebroid structure to which we apply the twist in order to get k- deformed Hopf algebroid structure and k-deformed phase space. We explicitly construct k-Poincare-Hopf algebra and k-Minkowski spacetime from twist. It is outlined how this construction can be extended to k-deformed super algebra including exterior derivative and forms. We analyze bicovariant differential calculus on $\kappa$-Minkowski spacetime. It is shown that corresponding Lorentz generators and noncommutative coordinates compatible with bicovariant calculus cannot be realized in terms of commutative coordinates and momenta. Furthermore, $\kappa$-Minkowski space and NC forms are constructed by twist related to a bicrossproduct basis. It is pointed out that the consistency condition is not satisfied. We present the construction of $\kappa$-deformed coordinates and forms (super-Heisenberg algebra) using extended twist. It is compatible with bicovariant differential calculus with $\kappa$-deformed $\mathfrak{igl}(4)$-Hopf algebra. We consider different realizations for the momentum sector of kappa-Poincare Hopf algebra, which is associated with a curved momentum space. We show that the notion of the particle mass as introduced recently by Amelino-Camelia et al. in the context of relative-locality is realization independent for a wide class of realizations, up to linear order in deformation parameter l.
