The "purpose" of this study was to find out how students and teachers perceive the automation of the specialists' professional training process and the impact factors of perceiving the learning activity of such kind by students and faculty. The experimental model of automated learning was based on an express course in the academic subjects "Roman Private Law" and "Latin (Latin Law Phraseology)". The following methods were used to analyze the quantitative data: Chi-Square statistical method and triangulation. STATA Software was used to process the data. An online Text Analyzer utility was used to process the answers of the focus group respondents to determine the research categories. Automation of the professional training process has a positive impact on education and greatly enhances the opportunities for both teachers and students making it possible to effectively solve the key task of higher education -- to teach the student an autonomous learning, as it forms the skills of managing their own time, self-organization, self-motivation, and reflection. Automation of the professional training process through the use of innovative pedagogical technologies brings about a number of new opportunities and advantages, such as: "prominence" (detailed elaboration of professional processes with different levels), "interactivity" (ability to control and influence the process), "focusing" (allows to remove distracting factors, to concentrate on the material). In the proposed automated model, Chatbot can be programmed so that the course participant will not feel the difference between the language of the real person and the machine. Queries that cannot be processed by Chatbot are answered by the course administrator/moderator via email. This model can be adapted and upgraded to teach other professionally oriented theoretical and applied courses. In addition, Chatbot can be used by higher education institutions in managing a university admissions process to provide applicants with information about admission requirements, programmes, specialties, etc.

This study focuses on the common presence of repetitive sequences within the sturgeon genome that may contribute to enhanced immune responses against infectious diseases. A repetitive 675 bp VAC-2M sequence in Russian sturgeon DNA that aligns with the Siberian sturgeon IGLV gene cluster was identified. A specific 218 bp long portion of the sequence was found to be identical between Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, A. baerii and A. stellatus species, and NCBI blast analysis confirmed the presence of this DNA segment in the A. ruthenus genome. Multiple mutated copies of the same genomic region were detected by PCR analysis, indicating that different versions of this highly repetitive sequence exist simultaneously within the same organism. The selection toward specific genetic differences appears to be highly conserved based on the sequence variations within DNA originating from fish grown at distant geographical regions and individual caviar grains from the same fish. The corresponding A. baerii genomic region encompassing the 357 bp DNA sequence was cloned either ahead or after the human cytomegalovirus immediate early promoter (HCMV-IE) into a pBV-Luc reporter vector expressing the luciferase gene. The DNA segment significantly reduced luciferase expression in transient transfection/expression experiments. The results indicate that this genomic region functions as a transcription termination element that may affect antibody production in sturgeons. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Identifying price fluctuation patterns between traditional, alternative energy resources of raw material origin and the systemic world transformations is vital in understanding the variability of stable and effective functioning of relevant assets at different stages of economic waves in the context of global environmental challenges. This study was aimed at examining the dynamics of irregularity in the prices of various energy resources derived from raw materials in the global economy as investment assets within the framework of global economic changes. The price pattern of conventional and alternative energy resources on the global market were also examined alongside the connection between them and the price of electricity. The study made use of the monitoring method and the comparison method of various energy resources in terms of costs, availability, the influence they have on the market, and how they differ from each other. Secondary data was also collected from monographs and publications by Ukrainians and international experts on the subject matter. The analysis of the structure of energy resources was done in a retrospective manner following the reporting format of international organizations chosen as a base. Results revealed that the price dependency of traditional and renewable energy sources differs. While traditional energy is connected to economic cycles, the price of renewable energy is more influenced by technological advancements and less by global economic cycles. It is interesting to note that the price of renewable energy is mostly unaffected by global challenges and crises. Such geoeconomic and geopolitical factors as Russian armed aggression against Ukraine caused the energy crisis in the European Union (EU), exposing the EU's vulnerabilities due to its overdependence on Russian fossil fuel imports. As a consequence of gas supply disruptions, substantial rises in energy prices and heightened safety concerns, the EU's energy policies have been thoroughly reassessed. Therefore, the article aims to examine the profound ramifications of Russia's military aggression against Ukraine on European energy markets and elucidate the strategies articulated in European Commission initiatives intended to reduce reliance on Russian fossil fuels. Within this framework, the REPowerEU plan is especially beneficial for the rapid diversification and increased integration of renewable energy sources. These initiatives have the potential to result in a structural transformation of the EU's energy landscape, necessitating coordinated regulatory initiatives, infrastructure advancements, and cooperative energy diplomacy. Current research reveals the potential for economic expansion, strengthened industrial primacy and progress towards achieving climate neutrality by 2050 through the environmentally sustainable metamorphosis of Europe's energy framework. The results of this scientific research can also be used for the further implementation of the strategy of achieving sustainable development of the EU member states in the context of the development of clean energy, which will allow meeting the needs of the population of these countries in the near future without endangering future generations. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the poetics of the literature of new sincerity as polemically sharpened against postmodern irony, scepticism and cynicism and to identify the poetics of new sincerity in K. Ishiguro’s novel “Never Let Me Go”. To achieve this goal, the author uses cultural-historical, cultural-philosophical, hermeneutical research methods. The paper traces the formation of the concept of ‘sincerity’, which has been transformed over many centuries, acquiring new meanings against the background of different eras. The concept of ‘sincerity’ is considered in the context of cultural philosophy and literary criticism. Much attention is paid to the opposition between the new sincerity and postmodern irony, which is analysed not only as an artistic manifestation but also as a way of thinking. The phenomenon of new sincerity is considered in the work as a reaction to the socio-cultural shifts that led to the end of the postmodern era. The research attempts to identify the differentiating features of the poetics of the works that make up the layer of the literature of new sincerity. Among them are the peculiarity of the issues, which consists in the aggravation of problems of a more intimate, personal nature, the originality of the hero, who is a reflective personality who pays great attention to his inner world, is concerned with the issue of self-identification; characteristic narrative style, which is characterised by the presence of a diegetic narrator and a confessional character; deep psychologism and empathy; appeal to universal values; self-irony as an indicator of the writer’s individual style or the complete absence of irony. Kazuo Ishiguro’s dystopian novel is studied from the perspective of aesthetics and poetics of new sincerity. The study has made it possible to draw conclusions about the characteristic features of the work inherent in the literature of new sincerity. Thus, the narrative in the work is conducted on behalf of a diegetic narrator who is preoccupied with issues of self-identification and cognition of his inner world. The narrative style invites the reader to an active dialogue and promotes empathy, including for working through their own psychological problems. The fragmentary affective narrative style is supported by the minimal plot intensity, which allows for a deep psychological impact. The images of the novel’s characters are fully consistent with the paradigm characteristic of the literature of new sincerity. The author traces the presence of motifs of home, road, understatement, loss, death, and conscious sacrifice, which are used to implement the humanistic idea of the work, and their into the opposite. The author draws conclusions about the opposition to the new sincerity of postmodernism at all levels of a work of art. Thus, the novel lacks the dominant function of play; on the contrary, the text of the novel is extremely simple, artistic means are minimised, and the narrative style is as close as possible to a conversational diary confession. One of the aims is to find ethical absolutes that could be relied upon in a globalised world where all borders have been erased. The novel’s eclectic and fragmentary images of postmodernism give way to complex, multifaceted, and carefully drawn ones. The behaviour and various reactions of the characters are psychologically motivated. The novel shows a refusal to depersonalise the action due to the dominant function of the diegetic narrator and a complete rejection of postmodern irony. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article reveals the possibilities of mobile applications and experimentally proves the practicality of their use in the professional training of specialists. The popularity and significance of various mobile applications in the modern educational process have been demonstrated. The spectrum of mobile applications was analyzed, the content of mobile applications was revealed, and the most effective of them were considered, which can be useful in teaching pedagogical, natural, and humanitarian disciplines and can be used in distance learning conditions to support and motivate learning. The didactic principles that educational mobile applications must comply with are highlighted, and their advantages and disadvantages are shown. Specific forms, methods, and ways of introducing mobile learning into the educational process of a higher school were considered, which should be actively applied by teachers in the educational process of a higher school. The conducted experimental research on the importance and necessity of using mobile applications in education shows that mobile learning has become popular among young people and most university students are psychologically and technically ready for the use of educational mobile programs in education and require the mandatory use of mobile applications in the educational space of a higher school. Developing peptide‐based materials with controlled morphology is a critical theme of soft matter research. Herein, we report the formation of a novel, patterned cross‐β structure formed by self‐assembled C3‐symmetric peptide amphiphiles based on diphenylalanine and benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxamide (BTA). The cross‐β motif is an abundant structural element in amyloid fibrils and aggregates of fibril‐forming peptides, including diphenylalanine. The incorporation of topological constraints on one edge of the diphenylalanine fragment limits the number of β‐strands in β‐sheets and leads to the creation of an unconventional offset‐patterned cross‐β structure consisting of short 3×2 parallel β‐sheets stabilized by phenylalanine zippers. In the reported assembly, two patterned cross‐β structures bind parallel arrays of BTA stacks in a superstructure within a single‐molecule‐thick nanoribbon. In addition to a threefold network of hydrogen bonds in the BTA stack, each molecule becomes simultaneously bound by hydrogen bonds from three β‐sheets and four phenylalanine zippers. The diffuse layer of alkyl chains with terminal polar groups prevents the nanoribbons from merging and stabilizes cross‐β‐structure in water. Our results provide a simple approach to the incorporation of novel patterned cross‐β motifs into supramolecular superstructures and shed light on the general mechanism of β‐sheet formation in C3‐symmetric peptide amphiphiles. The research aims to identify the determinants of well-being of youth strength athletes taking into account individual parameters (level of stress, anxiety, depression) and contextual parameters (change of place of residence, change of opportunity to train due to war), differences compared to an older age group. The online study was performed on elite strength athletes (N=172) in Ukraine during Russo-Ukrainian war. In addition to demographic characteristics, the survey included question to sports activity, issues related to hostilities, standardized questionnaires to measure life satisfaction (SWLS), perceived stress level (PSS-10), depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), physical, mental and social functioning (SF-36). Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis to find association between variables, and building linear regression models. Samples of young and adult athletes that we analyzed did not differ in terms of life satisfaction. Among young athletes there were significantly fewer people with symptoms of stress (67%) and anxiety (25.53%). Three groups of factors that determine the life satisfaction of young Ukrainian athletes can be single out: individual (stress, depression), contextual (change of place of residence or training due to the war), and health-based (general perception of one's own health and pain sensations). The data highlight the critical importance of mental health monitoring for the overall well-being of athletes. The obtained results can be used to rapidly screen persons in the risk group during a war and further develop individual psychotherapeutic programs to overcome trauma and the consequences of war. The article considers the theoretical essence of the lean production concept. It has been proved that its essence lies in identifying and reducing costs of processes, and sometimes eliminating business processes that do not create added value but consume large amount of resources. The main constituent elements, tools and principles of lean concept implementation have been outlined. The possibility of implementation of lean logistics in the activity of agricultural enterprises has been considered. It has been defined that combination of lean logistics and “green logistics” is a rational way to increase both economic and ecological efficiency. The VSM tool have been offered for implementation of the lean concept. VSM maps provide a visual representation of step-by-step scenario to achieve the strategic goals of the company, representing material and information flows required to deliver a product to the final consumer. It has been confirmed that the implementation of the lean concept at agricultural enterprises is an element of ensuring their functioning on the basis of sustainable development, a means of increasing environmental and economic efficiency.
