The dose of the initial plan (plan1) was projected to CT2 and CT3 using the image registration technique to obtain the projection plans (plan1– 2 and plan1– 3) and by superimposing the doses to obtain the ART plans (plan10+20 and plan20+10), respectively. The dosimetric differences in the target volume and organs at risk (OARs) were compared between the projection and adaptive plans. The tumor control probability (TCP) for the planning target volume (PTV) and normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) for the OARs were compared between the two adaptive plans.Results: Compared with the projection plan, the D2 to the PTV of ART decreased, the conformity index (CI) to the PTV increased, and the D2/Dmean to the brainstem, optic chiasm and pituitary, as well as the V20, V30, V40 and V50 to the normal brain decreased. The D2 to the pituitary and optic chiasm as well as the V20, V30, V40 and V50 to the normal brain in plan10+20 were lower than those in plan20+10, while the CI to the PTV was higher than that in plan20+10. The TCP of the PTV in plan10+20 was higher than that in plan20+10.Conclusion: ART can improve the precision of target volume irradiation and reduce the irradiation dose to the OARs in high-grade glioma. The intervention group, referred to as T1 group, consisted of AIS patients receiving a new standardized nursing cooperation workflow for intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) at the emergency department of Shanghai East Hospital (Shanghai, People’s Republic of China) from October 2015 to March 2016. Information was collected on the following therapeutic techniques used: application or not of thrombolysis, computed tomography (CT) time, and door-to-needle (DTN) time. A nursing coordinator who helped patients fulfill the medical examinations and diagnosis was appointed to T1 group. In addition, a nurse was sent immediately from the stroke unit to the emergency department to aid the thrombolysis treatment.Results: The average value of the door-to-CT initiation time was 38.67±5.21 min in the T0 group, whereas it was 14.39±4.35 min in the T1 group; the average values of CT completion-to-needle time were 55.06±4.82 and 30.26±3.66 min; the average values of DTN time were 100.43±6.05 and 55.68±3.62 min, respectively; thrombolysis time was improved from 12.8% (88/689) in the T0 group to 32.5% (231/712) in the T1 group (all P

Hydroxylamine nitrate (HAN) is a new type of high-energy oxidant used in controllable propulsion. The present study explores the reaction mechanism of HAN using density functional theory and constructs reaction mechanism diagrams to understand the mechanism of small-molecule gas formation during the thermal decomposition of HAN. Based on transition state theory, the half-life of each reaction is calculated under standard conditions and the kinetic parameters of each reaction are scanned across the temperature range 298.15–1200 K. The research revealed a vast half-life time scale forreaction of NO generation, NO2 generation, NO+NO2 generation, N2O generation and N2 generation process, meaning thatthese reaction can not occur. The half-life of RDS5 is very short. However, the reaction is also limited by the concentration of the reactant HNO. However, increasing the temperature rapidly decreases the reaction half-life and the reaction can easily proceed. Taking 300 s as the easily reactive boundary point, the cut-off points of the rate-determining steps of Processes 1 (NO generation), 2 (NO2 generation), 3 (NO + NO2 generation), 4 and 5 (N2O generation) and 6 (N2 generation) are 466 K, 468 K, 576 K, 587 K and 402 K, respectively. The calculated reaction mechanism revealed two isomeric transformations of HNO2 and H2N2O2 and three isomeric transformations of H2N2O. Both HNO2 and H2N2O2 are transformed via H-atom transfer, while H2N2O is transformed either by H-atom transfer or intramolecular rotation. As the formation reaction of NO2 does not have the lowest free energy, the NO2 product is easily converted to other products. When NO2 coexists with NO, it is also easily converted to the stable products N2O, N2 and NH3.

【Objective】 The cultivation of soybeans has increased in China and to assess the potential influence of this on agricultural water usage, we analysed the spatiotemporal variation in its water requirements across the whole country. 【Method】 The analysis was based on meteorological data measured from 1971 to 2020 in main soybean production regions. Water requirement of soybean in each region was calculated using crop coefficient and the potential evapotranspiration. The Mann-Kendall trend test method and the rescaled range method were used to analyze spatiotemporal variation in water requirement and water deficit of the soybean, for both current conditions and projected future scenarios. 【Result】 The average water requirement and water deficit of soybeans during their growth period across the country were 382 mm and 111 mm, respectively. However, these values exhibited significant spatial variability. The arid and semi-arid areas in the North, as well as the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Loess Plateau are particularly susceptible to drought and water shortage. The average water deficit across various regions in the country ranged from 30 mm to 344 mm. Drought and water shortage have been worsening in some regions, which include the Eastern arid and semi-arid regions in Northern China, the Southern Northeast plain, the Western Huang-Huai-Hai plain, the Southern Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, the Southern region in the Northeast plain, the Western Huang-Huai-Hai plain, the Southern Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, specially in the Southern Yunnan-Kweichow Plateau. Furthermore, drought and water shortages in the Eastern arid and semi-arid regions in Northern China, the Southwest of the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, and the Western Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are expected to Worsen. A potential water shortage crisis is anticipated in the Western Huang-Huai-Hai region, the Southeast of the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, and the Northern, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. 【Conclusion】 Our analysis indicates that drought and water shortage for soybean production in the South of the Northeast Plain, Western Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are predicted to intensify. Therefore, enhancing water-saving measures is essential for sustaining water resource use in these regions for soybean production.

BackgroundSextupoles are an important component of storage ring octonal unit in high energy synchrotron radiation sources. They require complex technological processes and precise center extraction. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the most reasonable calibration scheme for the mechanical center.PurposeThis study aims at the calibration scheme for the mechanical center extraction of high energy photon Ssurce (HEPS) sextupoles, and obtaining the corrected mechanical central coordinate system.MethodsThe method of directly measuring the reference plane of the sextupole was adopted for the mechanical center calibration of magnets. By rotating the conventional calibration coordinate system with a given pole seam deviation angle, the three polar seam surfaces were brought closer to the theoretical positions to decrease the main diagonal component of the sextupoles. The mechanical center calibrations were performed twice for each hexacode iron to further reduce the impact of the polar seam error.ResultsThe calibration results show that the calibration repeat accuracy is 0.005 mm for the sextupole. The standard deviation between the measured value and the design value of the pole seam spacing is 0.015 mm. Additionally, the standard deviation of the reference point before and after the rotation of the coordinate system is 0.09 mm, with a maximum rotation angle of 0.6 mrad.ConclusionsThe calibration scheme of this study can be used to improve the calibration accuracy and provide reference for the calibration of similar equipment. It ensures smooth installation of accelerator devices and is of significant importance for accelerator collimation measurements.

Abstract There is growing evidence that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are significant contributors to the epigenetic mechanisms implicated in the emergence, progression and metastasis of the colorectal cancer (CRC), but many remain underexplored. A novel lncRNA LOC105369504, was identified to be a potential functional lncRNA by microarray analysis. In CRC, the expression of LOC105369504 was markedly decreased and resulted in distinct variations in proliferation, invasion, migration and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vivo and in vitro. This study showed that LOC105369504 bound to the protein of paraspeckles compound 1 (PSPC1) directly and regulated its stability using the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway in CRC cells. The suppression of CRC by LOC105369504 could be reversed through PSPC1 overexpression.This study showed that in CRC, LOC105369504 was under-regulated and as a novel lncRNA, LOC105369504 exerted tumor suppressive activity to suppress the proliferation together with metastasis in CRC cells through the regulation of PSPC1. These results offer new perspectives on the lncRNA effect on the progression of CRC.

This paper uses mathematical-statistical methods to analyze the relationship between Taekwondo and the physical health of college students. In this paper, the movement form of Taekwondo is mapped to a second-order inverted pendulum model. This paper reflects the impact of Taekwondo on college students’ physical and mental health by setting different index parameters. Research shows that college students’ health improves after Taekwondo. After Taekwondo, college students’ psychological emotions are more optimistic. Therefore, this paper concludes that the mathematical and statistical algorithm proposed in this paper can reflect the relationship between Taekwondo and health.

BackgroundCompared with 2D+1D adjustment, three dimensional adjustment has a more rigorous theoretical basis. However, when the unconstrained three dimensional adjustment is applied to the observation values processing of the accelerator alignment control network, serious error accumulation will occur and resulting in obvious distortion of the results.PurposeThis study aims to expound the ways and characteristics of three dimensional adjustment error accumulation for accelerator alignment control network.MethodsFirstly, based on the layout of accelerator alignment control network and the moving station measurement method of laser tracker, the three dimensional adjustment mathematical model was analyzed, and the least-squares collocation theory was used to clearly explain the error propagation. Secondly, the characters of laser tracker measurement accuracy, station positioning and orientation accuracy and single station measurement error propagation were studied by analyzing the laser tracker 3D coordinate measurement model, measurement point error model and simulation measurement experiments. Finally, adjustment calculation of the linac control network was verified by simulation measurement, and two error accumulation suppression methods were tested.ResultsThe source and propagation mode of error accumulation are explained theoretically, and verified by simulation calculation, so are the serious error accumulation of elevation and lateral errors in three dimensional adjustment of control network in accelerator.ConclusionsProviding high-precision point coordinate constraint for three dimensional adjustment can effectively suppress error accumulation, and providing high-precision orientation constraint for station coordinate system can also achieve the effect of suppressing error accumulation.

For improving the test system, it needs to build measuring carrier and optimize shell design. To obtain valid and reliable test data, it needs the measurement uncertainty of test system with 3dB.But the test results show the measurement of results between the inside and outside the shell are quite different. This has great impact on the measurement results. This paper carried out cause analysis from five links of people, machine, material, method, environment for sound transmission performance of FRP housing. It found out the main reason of poor sound transmission of FRP housing, Single side vacuum adsorption molding method have been taken, good results and expected purpose have been achieved.

The success of ocean observation relies on effective monitoring technologies with increased functionalities, minimized size, and reduced cost. In this study, opto-microfluidic devices for sensing the salinity and temperature of sea water are proposed and demonstrated, which can be prepared with ultrafast laser fabrication and two-photon polymerization techniques. By applying femtosecond lasers as a powerful tool to achieve laser microfabrication with unprecedented high precision and quality, a Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) has been fabricated and integrated into a microchannel as a miniaturized opto-microfluidic system. When the temperature changes or different saline solutions are introduced to the microchannel, different phase shifts in the MZI can be induced. The sensitivities of salinity and temperature have been found to be 215.744 nm/RIU and 0.519 nm/℃ for the opto-microfluidic systems developed in this study. Considering the impact of the temperature perturbation to the phase shift, temperature calibration is proposed for a precise salinity measurement. The results demonstrate the practicability of opto-microfluidic devices for real-time salinity and temperature monitoring of sea water in harsh environment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Chrysanthemum has a long history of being used to attenuate various oxidative stress-related discomforts and diseases; however, its mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, the antioxidant effect of chrysanthemum aqueous extract was investigated, and the potential mechanisms were explored via a metabolomics study. Chrysanthemum extract could significantly inhibit hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-mediated cell death in L-O2 hepatocytes. Propidium iodide staining and annexin V-PI dual staining revealed that the antioxidant effect of chrysanthemum extract was related to the relief of cell cycle arrest and inhibition of non-apoptotic cell damage. The activities of antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were also upregulated by chrysanthemum extract. Through metabolomics studies, it was found that chrysanthemum extract mainly targeted the arginine synthesis pathway and purine metabolism pathway, in which antioxidation-related endogenous substrates including L-arginosuccinate, citrulline and inositol monophosphate were significantly upregulated by chrysanthemum extract. These results indicated that chrysanthemum extract can antagonize oxidative stress through multiple pathways and have potential therapeutic applications.

A wet photolithographic route for micropatterning fluid phospholipid bilayers is demonstrated in which spatially directed illumination by short-wavelength ultraviolet radiation results in highly localized photochemical degradation of the exposed lipids. Using this method, we can directly engineer patterns of hydrophilic voids within a fluid membrane as well as isolated membrane corrals over large substrate areas. We show that the lipid-free regions can be refilled by the same or other lipids and lipid mixtures which establish contiguity with the existing membrane, thereby providing a synthetic means for manipulating membrane compositions, engineering metastable membrane microdomains, probing 2D lipid-lipid mixing, and designing membrane-embedded arrays of soluble proteins. Following this route, new constructs can be envisaged for high-throughput membrane proteomic, biosensor array, and spatially directed, aqueous-phase material synthesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BackgroundThe main body of the high energy photon source (HEPS) storage ring contains 288 pre-collimating units. Due to the smaller size of the magnets in the cells, the positioning accuracy of magnets is required to be 3~5 times higher than that in previous projects.PurposeThis study aims to improve the accuracy of magnet pre-collimation and explore the high measurement accuracy and positioning accuracy of the unit magnet in the pre-collimation experiment.MethodsThe influence of multi-path laser layout schemes on the accuracy of magnetic pre-collimation was firstly simulated by combining the multichannel laser interferometry system with the magnet pre-collimation technology. Then, the simulation software MATLAB was used to optimize the layout scheme of "three high and one low" with the minimum standard deviation of the measured target point as the objective. Finally, four Leica AT960 laser trackers were employed for experimental verification of the measurement accuracy.ResultsThe results show that the standard deviation of the measured target point is less than 10 μm in the space range of 12.1 m×5.97 m×3 m, and the measurement accuracy is significantly improved compared with that of a single laser tracker.ConclusionsThe designed project meets the experimental working conditions and design requirements, it lays a foundation for subsequent beam center calibration and magnet calibration.

Along with social economy development, the total water consumption increased year by year. The conflicts between water supply and water consumption is growing. Water resources optimization dispatch, which is used to allocate water resources to meet the demand of water user on both time scale and spatial scale, plays an important role in water resources management. Aiming at improving the spatial allocation ability of traditional optimization algorithms, a uniform spatial allocation strategy is proposed accordingly. The proposed method is used to improve the performance of optimization algorithm to obtain solutions which can uniform the water supply in spatial scale. Simulation results show that the maximum ratio of water deficiency gained by the proposed method is smaller than that obtained by the original algorithm.
