Industrial wastewater is one of the dirtied water coming about because of different human exercises, the improvement of modern cycles today has prompted the tainting of water, soil, and residue with risky substances and misuse of weighty metals, which is a consequence of modern exercises, for example, minig mining, refining, electroplating, and a few enterprises. the significance of the human wellbeing perspective is focused on exceptional consideration by the pertinent services and divisions, so the flow study was led on a few physical and compound properties of modern wastewater for the modern zone in Kirkuk Governorate for a time of five months from (25/2 to 24/6/2023). The results showed water temperatures ranging between (20.4 - 21.5°C). The electrical conductivity ratio was limited to (µS/cm 692.2-1455.6). The percentage of dissolved solids ranged between (450-973.2 µS/cm), and for turbidity, the rates ranged between (30.6-200.2NTU). A turbidity unit. The values of the pH function ranged between (6.68-7.36). It was found that total hardness is high in most study stations at rates ranging from (mg/L 445.2--682.6). The calcium and magnesium hardness ranged at a rate of (217.4-457.4 mg/L) and (180.4--237.8 mg/L) respectively, while the total basicity ranged between (194.6-300 mg/L) during the current study period. Wild mushrooms are considered one of the important sources of many bioactive compounds with different therapeutic properties. Agrocybe praecox is one of the mushrooms found in Iraqi forest habitats. In the present investigation, the presence of some phenolic compounds such as ferulic, gallic acid, quercetin, rutin, and falalic acid was detected in A. praecox extracts. To reveal the potential antifungal ability of A. praecox extracts for some yeasts isolated from sputum of patients with asthma and allergic bronchitis which were Candida. albicans, C. lipolytica, C. tropicalis, C. krusei, C. lusittaniae, Cryptococcus laurentii and C. gattii, ethanolic extract gave the highest results in inhibiting growth, and the inhibition rate increased with increasing concentration to reach the highest level in concentration. Urea plasma and Mycoplasma are parasitic organisms lack a cell wall and are thus extremely sensitive to external factors, including antibiotic. A selective agar was used to determine if the illness was present in the swab samples. Ten randomly selected samples from the colonies obtained were analyzed by PCR and analyzed phylogenetically using a phylogenetic tree. For this experiment, a specific PCR product was broken down using the pair of forward and reverse primers. After electrophoresis, the only band of amplified products was a single band of 1250, 712 and 785 base pairs in size. One hour and 30 minutes with a 1.5x TBE buffer are recommended. 100 DNA ladder and 1000 DNA ladder PCR can also detect Urea plasma and mycoplasma infections because of the low organism burden. Due to the development and deployment of molecular-based technologies during the past two decades, Mycoplasmas and Urea plasma may now be detected and identified in clinical specimens. The M. hominis and U. parvum species will require antibiotic susceptibility testing to ascertain their susceptibility. However, polyacrylamide gels that are run at higher voltages of 1.5x TBE using agarose can be utilized instead of agarose gels (siRNAs). Sixty two (62) samples were collected from out and inpatients admitted to Tikrit teaching hospital in Tikrit city. these specimens were collected from sputum of immunocopromised patients of both sexes and different ages. 19(30.6%) isolates from patient s sputum, were infections more A. fumigatus (12.9%), A. terreus (6.5%), and P. sp (3.3%) while were (1.6%) of A. niger, A. flavus, F. solani, P. chrysogenum and A. alternata . The isolated were identified according morphological and Cultural characteristic. It emerges from the study th at fungal isolates produced various virulence factors since, hemolysin, protease and phospolypase production were produced in A. fumigatus (62.5%) hemolysin and phospholipase production, and (87.5%) protease production, while A. terreus protease and phospholypase production were (5 0%) and (25%) of hemolysin production, while A. flavus, P. chrysogenum and A. alternata isolates were no produced protease. P . chrysogenum were produce only hemolysin (100%). All isolates of A . niger , F . solani and A . alternata were phospolypase production (100%). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
