The primary attention in considering the fact that the percentage of hazardous chemicals consumption is inversely proportionate to the quality of ecological potential as one of the basic principles of rural development, which has direct implications for the development of agritourism, the research into the consumption of hazardous chemicals covering the period from 2011 to 2015 in the Republic of Serbia in comparison to EU 28 was conducted. The research was focused on the consumption of hazardous chemicals by divisions of Classification of activities, the consumption of hazardous chemicals by toxicity classes (A-E), and the analysis of the hazardous chemicals consumption by regions in the Republic of Serbia. The results obtained reveal the consumption of all hazardous chemicals classes per capita in Serbia is significantly lower than in the EU, and that the share of the most toxic classes is lower. Additionally, the trend of hazardous chemicals consumption is decreasing in Serbia, and stagnates in the EU. Particularly low consumption is registered in Southern and Eastern region as well as Sumadia and Western region, pointing out at the potential of these regions for development of agritourism based on this fact.

Business processes are applied in business organizations, with interconnected and interactively working activities, which convert input into output elements. These are sets of linked and structured activities or tasks that create a specific process outcome. Characteristics of business processes are: definition, orderliness, user knowledge, identification of additional values for users, connection in the organizational structure and functionality of the activity. In a business activity, it is usual to differentiate business processes, production and service processes. Business Process Management focuses on workflow optimization and business process optimization, which usually includes any combination: modeling, simulation, automation, execution, verification and optimization of business activity flows to achieve the goals. Business processes in the new Six Sigma System apply process simulations, which enable rapid checking of the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, with certain levels of trust and risk. Simulation is the imitation of physical and abstract processes or systems, in the real world over time, with a developed model that represents the system itself, with the application of certain analytical and computer techniques. The best known is the computer simulation technique of linear business processes, which is quite detailed here so it can be routinely applied in practice of compressed air flow.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR), as a widely accepted approach is often applied by the companies not only to create a social impact but also as a powerful tool to create the image of the company among customers and increase its visibility. In order to contrast the CSR concepts of leading companies in Serbia as a country in a long-lasting post-socialist transition with the consumers' expectations, search of web-based self-presentations of leading companies in Serbia and questionnaire among consumers were used in present research. Obtained results point out that self-presentation of CSR programs by the leading companies in Serbia is in collision with consumers' expectations in respect to both, presented CSR motives and emphasized CSR activities. Companies are mainly emphasizing performance-driven motives for CSR, while consumers rate higher the motives related to stakeholders and value-based motives. Environment protection is the only activity recognized with similar importance by the companies and by the consumers. Consumers' expectations are the highest in respect to stakeholders-related CSR including consumers, employees and suppliers, while the companies rarely emphasize these aspects of CSR. Oppositely, support for social issues and donations employed very frequently by the companies do not meet high consumers' expectations.

This paper examines the relevance of the function of demand for reserve money in the Republic of Serbia in the period from January 2002 to December 2015 (168 monthly observations). Our research showed positive and statistically significant coefficients for variables gross domestic product at constant prices and deposit interest rates. The model showed the expected and significant sign for inflation that is a negative correlation between inflation and demand for reserve money. The research results suggest that increase of expected inflation by 1%, with the other variables unchanged, will reduce demand for reserve money for 754 million RSD. The higher the expected inflation, the more pronounced is the recourse to real forms of assets.

Quality is the degree to which a set of permanent characteristics fulfills default, set, contracted or planned requirements for the result of the process (semi-finished product, product, documentation, services). There is a widespread belief in America that the quality is always determined by the user, not the supplier, because the quality is important not only because of the cost but because there is a completely different approach to maintaining the quality of the process. In Serbia, the applicable ISO 9000 family of standards which demonstrates the ability of suppliers, allows only stabilization of the current level of quality but not its increase that can be achieved only through better design and application of new materials and technologies. Application of Six Sigma is a different approach, which actually increases the level of quality and organization's profit; using modern computer technology it also allows the reduction of defects in the process, until the defects of 3.4 per million are realized as the results of the process. Since in Serbia, it is difficult to achieve, the authors have developed a special system of Six Sigma System, which allows realisation of a number of projects for reduction of possible costs, shortening time rational, radical elimination of losses, significante increase of the quality of the process and increase of organizations' profit.

The paper presents the potentials for the development of software using agile methodologies. Special consideration is devoted to the potentials and advantages of use of the Scrum methodology in the development of software and the relationship between the implementation of agile methodologies and the software development projects.

Besides the media, the web presentations of the companies are one of the possible and widely applied means for communication of corporate social responsibility (CSR). For efficient CSR communication, good planning of the massages that will be presented to the public is of particular importance. It is additionally emphasized in the countries in the transition period where the social environment is burdened with numerous problems that result in pre­formed public mistrust towards companies. The extent and the results of public cognition of the company and creation of its identity and image are highly dependent from content of the web presentation but also of the manner of presentation and positioning of specific contents. Application of adequate slogans, can also highly contribute to the visibility of specific information. In order to review the way in which companies in Serbia present their CSR motives and activities, the web pages of leading companies in Serbia from the agro-business, public and financial sectors were analyzed and the practice of presentation of CSR to the public was reviewed. The similarities and differences in approach to CSR communication among analyzed sectors are outlined in the research results.

Questionnaire‐based consumer research was conducted in Serbia, as a country in a long post‐socialist transition. The focus was on consumers' opinions of benefits and attitudes which motivate companies to act in a socially responsible way. Analysis resulted in a division of CSR motives into two main clusters: cluster I—stakeholder and value‐driven motives, and cluster II—egoistic motives, performance, and market‐driven motives. The division obviously concerned motives which were the socialist legacy (endogenous motives in cluster I), and motives imported from open market economies (exogenous motives in cluster II). Consumers' perceptions are significantly different for endogenous and exogenous CSR motives. Exogenous motives are perceived as principal companies' motives to practice CSR, but there are no significant correlations between the perception of these motives and consumers' purchase decisions. Endogenous, value, and stakeholder‐driven motives are perceived in a significantly lower degree as CSR motivators with highly divided consumers' opinions and female consumers rating them significantly higher. Consumers' purchase decisions are in a statistically significant positive correlation with attribution of endogenous, value, and stakeholders' needs‐driven motives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The international ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management system (QMS) is widely implemented in this country, especially in business organisations and in public administration. The Standard was created in 1987; it was revised and amended in 1994, 2000 and 2008, the latest amendments being of the largest scope. Compared to the previous ISO 9001:2008 standard, this standard does not require a complicated manual to be devised: instead of six, it needs no documented procedures now and only 18 prescribed reports are required in comparison with 21 in the previous version. The organisations that have already certified their standards to comply to the earlier ISO 2001:2008 standard have to adopt the new standard now, and no later than 2018. One of the greatest problems in this transition is designing the required databases necessary for the practical implementation of the new standard. The solution proposed by the authors is a general model with six priority databases: Documented information database; Measuring, control and testing equipment database; Qualified personnel database; Complaints on process output nonconformity database; Costs of process output nonconformity database and Plant and work equipment maintenance database.
