We conducted a meta-analysis to systematic assess the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT)-based pulmonary artery to aorta (PA:A) ratio measurement in COPD with pulmonary hypertension (COPD-PH).Published studies referring to diagnostic accuracy of PA:A ratio for COPD-PH were screened out from PubMed, Embase, Web of science, China National Knowledge databases (CNKI), Wan fang databases, and VIP databases. We used bivariate random-effects model to estimate pooled sensitivity (SEN), specificity (SPE), positive and negative likelihood ratios (PLR and NLR, respectively), and diagnostic odds ratios (DOR). Summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curves and area under the curve (AUC) were also calculated to summarize the aggregate diagnostic performance.Nine eligible studies were included and the pooled SEN was 69% (95% CI: 59 ~ 78), SPE was 85% (95% CI: 77 ~ 90), PLR was 4.5 (95% CI: 2.8 ~ 7.5), and NLR was 0.36 (95% CI: 0.26 ~ 0.51), respectively. DOR reached 13.00 (95% CI: 6.00 ~ 28.00), and value of AUC was 0.84 (95% CI: 0.81 ~ 0.87). Subgroup analysis indicated that when the value of PA:A ratio was equal or greater than one (PA/A ≥ 1), the combined SEN, SPE, AUC, and DOR was 69%, 89%, 0.90, and 19.65, respectively.PA:A ratio is helpful for appraisal of COPD-PH, and PA/A ≥ 1 possessed prominent diagnostic accuracy.

Flower color variegation has been observed in many plant species. However, pink flowers on the white-blooming hawthorn trees found by our group earlier have never been reported. To better understand the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in variegated hawthorn flowers, white and pink flowers at different developmental stages (S1 and S2) underwent transcriptome sequencing separately. Approximately 34.28 Gb of high-quality data were obtained and assembled into 100,013 unigenes with an average length of 706.93 bp. These unigenes were further subjected to functional annotation and biochemical pathway analysis, and DEGs of two types of hawthorn flowers at different developmental stages were studied. Based on the enrichment analysis of DEGs, eight anthocyanin-modified enzyme genes or other enzyme genes that indirectly affect anthocyanin synthesis (5AT, 3GGT, and AI, β-Glu, two Aux/IAAs, two PODs), eight structural genes (UFGT, DFR, CHI, two F3Hs, and three PALs), and three transcription factors (one MYB and two bHLHs) were also identified. We randomly selected 15 genes, and the trends in the expression levels of these genes in the organs of white and pink flowers at different developmental stages were verified by quantitative real-time PCR. Mass sequence data obtained by RNA-seq of variegated hawthorn flowers provided basic sequence information and a unique opportunity to uncover the genetic mechanisms underlying flower color variegation.

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. Now, we have used the intelligent squid fishing machine, though, we have to guard the machine one by one. To reduce the labor on deck, we designed a serial interface circuit between PC and Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) for the communication within multiple squid jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus, realizing centralized control of machines. For hardware, we converted TTL level to 485 level by serial interface conversion chip so that SCM could achieve RS-485 interface communication; For software, we customized instruction sets, data package format, communication protocol format. We designed RS-485 bus interface circuit for PC and SCM by simulation software Proteus. Through tests in the field, we knew the circuit makes the connection of centralized control network simple, and signal transmission reliable. We will pay particular attention to the design of communication protocols software, which can provide new thinking of designing about communication within multiple machines for the researchers.

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. In order to take centralized control of multi jigging machines, improve manufacturing efficiency, this paper introduce the centralized control circuit between PC and single chip microcomputer for the communication within multi jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus in detail, and we focus on describing the design of the hardware circuit for the centralized control system. The master is PC while the slave is MCS-51. The communication between them is realized by the MSComm control in VB6.0. It researches practicable ways to improve the reliability of RS-485 bus system, respectively from different aspects such as bus conflict, burst interference, common mode interference and nodes fault and so on. This study provides reference data for the researchers.

We study the geometries, stabilities, electronic and magnetic properties of (MgO)n (n=2–10) clusters doped with a single Mn atom using the density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation. The optimized geometries show that the impurity Mn atom prefers to replace the Mg atom which has low coordination number in all the lowest‐energy MnMgn−1On (n=2–10) structures. The stability analysis clearly represents that the average binding energies of the doped clusters are larger than those of the corresponding pure (MgO)n clusters. Maximum peaks of the second order energy differences are observed for MnMgn−1On clusters at n=6, 9, implying that these clusters exhibit higher stability than their neighboring clusters. In addition, all the Mn‐doped Mg clusters exhibit high total magnetic moments with the exception of MnMgO2 which has 3.00 μB. Their magnetic behavior is attributed to the impurity Mn atom, the charge transfer modes, and the size of MnMgn−1On clusters.

This paper analyzes the performance of organic cotton fiber. Through the analysis of performance of ordinary cotton and organic cotton knitted fabrics, it was found that the mechanical properties of the organic cotton knits are somewhat less than ordinary cotton knits and there is no difference in wear ability between the two.

Regenerated cellulose fiber is the most widely-used and most variety of cellulose fiber. Five categories and ten kinds of fibers such as lyocell fiber, viscose fiber, modal fiber, bamboo pulp fiber, and sheng-bast fiber were chosen as the research object. The sectional shape, crystallinity and degree of polymerization of fibers were tested and analysis, to explore the nature of the reasons for the formation of fiber performance difference, and to verify through experiments.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in the pathogenesis of many types of cancers by negatively regulating gene expression at posttranscriptional level. Here, we identified that miR-543 is up-regulated in gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients comparing gefitinib-sensitive ones. It promotes NSCLC cell proliferation by negatively regulates its target gene PTEN. In NSCLC cell lines, CCK-8 proliferation assay indicated that the cell proliferation is promoted by miR-543 mimics. Transwell assay showed that miR-543 mimics promotes the invasion and migration of NSCLC cells. Luciferase assays confirmed that miR-543 directly binds to the 3'untranslated region of PTEN, and western blotting showed that miR-543 suppresses the expression of PTEN at the protein level. This study indicates that miR-543 promtes proliferation and invasion of NSCLC cell lines by PTEN. The miR-543 may represent a potential therapeutic target for gefitinib-resistant NSCLC intervention.

In this paper, using chemical degumming method on corn bract fiber degumming experiment, in order to find a more suitable degumming process of corn bracts and to realize the development and utilization of corn bract fiber. "Pre-oxygen pretreatment + Two scouring" chemical degumming method was used, and the optimal combination of process parameters was found out by using orthogonal experimental design method. Optimal pretreatment parameters: H2O2 6g/L, Pre-treatment time 30min, Temperature 40°C; Two Scouring optimal parameter combinations: NaOH 16g/L, Temperature 80 °C, Scouring time 150min.

Lung cancer is the most common cancer worldwide. However, no specific biomarker has been found in diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy for lung cancer. The human lung-specific X protein gene (LUNX) was recently identified with a feature of lung tissue specificity. We applied the fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction method to examine LUNX mRNA in plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), benign lung diseases, extrapulmonary tumors, and healthy subjects. The results showed that LUNX mRNA in both of plasma and PBMC were significantly higher in lung cancer patients compared to other groups. In plasma, there were higher sensitivity and negative predictive value of LUNX mRNA than in PBMC. Patients with III~IV stages of lung cancer had more LUNX mRNA in plasma than the early stage of lung cancer sufferers. After a period of therapy, significant reductions of plasma LUNX mRNA in patients with I and II stages of lung cancer were found. Levels of plasma LUNX mRNA in patients who had succeeded to respond to therapy decreased compared to prior treatment. On the other hand, the post-treatment level was obviously increased in patients that had failed to respond to therapy. Patients with negative plasma LUNX mRNA after therapy displayed a favorable prognosis and survival rate. These preliminary data suggested that cell-free LUNX mRNA in plasma as a non-invasive biomarker, is superior to peripheral intracellular LUNX mRNA, and plays a critical role in specific diagnosis and prognostic prediction of non-small cell lung cancer.

CO adsorption on TM-doped magnesia nanotubes (TM = Ni, Pd and Pt) have been studied by using density functional theory. Our calculation results show that CO favors adsorption on TM-doped magnesia nanotubes in the form of C atom bonding with TM atom. Fukui indices analysis clearly exhibits that doping of impurity TM atom allows for a noticeably enhancement of nucleophilic reactivity ability of magnesia nanotube. The adsorption energies demonstrate that CO molecule is more strongly bound on the 3-fold TM atoms than the 4-fold TM atoms. This finding is well confirmed by TM–C bond length, charge transfer and C–O vibrational frequency. The high adsorption energy of 2.55 eV is found when CO adsorbs on 3-fold Pt in Pt-doped magnesia nanotubes, implying the kind of the doping TM atom has a significant influence on the chemical reactivity.

Regenerated cellulose fiber is the most widely-used and most variety of cellulose fiber. Five categories and ten kinds of fibers such as lyocell fiber, modal fiber, bamboo pulp fiber, sheng-bast fiber, Outlast viscose fiber were chosen as the research object. The strength property and elasticity of fibers in dry and wet state were tested and analysis. The comprehensive performances of fabrics were studied and mechanical properties of the fibers were listed in the order from good to bad by grey clustering analysis. The results show lyocell G100 and lyocell LF have better comprehensive mechanical properties ,while other new regenerated cellulose fibers’ comprehensive mechanical properties are general. Among these fibers modal fiber’s comprehensive mechanical properties are slightly better than sheng-bast fibers’ and bamboo pulp fibers’. Modal fiber, sheng-bast fiber and Bamboo pulp fiber have no significantly poor single parameter and all of them have better comprehensive mechanical properties than various viscose fibers. Outlast viscose in which has been added phase change materials sensitive to temperature by Microcapsule techniques fundamentally keeps similar comprehensive mechanical properties with other regenerated cellulose fibers,but its properties decline slightly .

In order to ensure that each node is connected with one another in P2P network and strengthen the invulnerability of network topology, in this paper, topological optimization in unstructured P2P network was studied. Based on the weakest part in network---topologically-critical node, existing algorithm to search and eliminate topologically-critical nodes was analyzed and improved. The experiment results show that the improved CAM algorithm (ECAM algorithm) can greatly reduce the network consumption and communication costs and improve discovery efficiency while ensuring the discovery accuracy.

Opportunistic networks is one of the newest hot research spots in wireless networks after mobile ad hoc net-works(MANET) and wireless sensor networks(WSN). Mobility model describes mobility manners of nodes. It has been widely used in research on wireless network. This paper firstly introduced, classifies, and compares the current familiar mobility models. Secondly, it classifies, and compares the current familiar mobility models. Next, it was discussed that current research focus on new mobility models, analysis of nodes mobility features, trace strategy, and evaluation of mobility model. Finally, this paper involved what calls for further study.

Aiming at the deficiencies of positioning accuracy and matrix operating complexity in the classical MDS-MAP locating algorithm in WSN, a distributed multi-dimensional scaling-MAP algorithm (MDS-MAP (D)) was proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, the distance of the nodes was quantified to obtain the close-neighbor vector (CNV), the distance matrix D and the initial value of nodes location was calculated. Theoretical analysis and simulation experimental results show that, the advance algorithm can realize the positioning of sensor nodes with good accuracy.

Bacterial communities in decaying sapwood and heartwood of Keteleeria evelyniana were demonstrated through constructing rRNA gene libraries. At 3% of sequence difference, 81 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were identified from 91 partial 16S rRNA gene fragments. These clones belonged to Proteobacteria (63.7%), Actinobacteria (13.2%), Acidobacteria (8.8%), Firmicutes (3.3%), Chlamydiae (5.5%), Chloiroflexi (3.3%), Verrucomicrobia (1.1%) and Cyanobacteria (1.1%). The heartwood displayed higher species richness than the sapwood. No OTU overlapped between these two parts. Most α- and β-, and all δ-proteobacterial clones occurred in the heartwood, whereas γ-proteobacteria mainly occurred in the sapwood. Chlamydiae and Verrucomicrobia exclusively appeared in the heartwood, but Chloroflexi, Cyanobacteria, and Firmicutes, distributed in the sapwood. Clones belonging to Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria were also divided into distinct subgroups between in the sapwood and in the heartwood. Based on the present species definition, we estimated the wood-inhibiting bacteria of K. evelyniana achieved up 1056 species (ranging from 452 to 2647). Only small number of sequences (13/91) can be found the nearest neighbor previously cultured and named; thereby, the majority of wood-inhabiting bacteria still remains to be uncovered.

A series of copper-based catalysts supported on zeolite-Y were prepared through a coprecipitation impregnation method and used for the synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) directly from synthesis gas (syngas) in a fixed-bed reactor. The conversion of CO and the selectivity of DME increased from 7.7% and 5.9% on Cu/zeolite-Y to 53.6 mol % and 63.5 mol % on Cu−Mn−Zn/zeolite-Y, respectively. The results of X-ray diffractometry (XRD), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) showed that the reducibility, dispersion, and acid properties of Cu/zeolite-Y were strongly dependent on the addition of manganese and zinc, which affected the “synergistic effect” of the consecutive methanol synthesis from syngas and the steps for its dehydration to DME. The higher activity of Cu-Mn-Zn/zeolite-Y catalyst for DME synthesis was due to the good synergistic effect of the catalyst.

Objective To determine the content of zinc in Mongolia patent drug Zhuangxiyin Powder. Methods Differential pulse stripping voltammetry was employed for measurement of zinc. Results The zinc content in three samples of the drug was (493+/-11.95)microg/g, (526+/-13.74)microg/g and (554+/-9.84) microg/g respectively, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.42%, 2.61% and 1.78% respectively. Conclusion The content of zinc in Zhuangxiyin Powder of daily dosage is higher than the needed daily intake of healthy people.

To observe the effect of noradrenalin (NE) on human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMC) by using a proteomic approach.Human PASMC were cultured primarily in vitro. Experiments were performed in the 3(rd) to 5(th) passages of the cells. The human PASMC were cultured in serum-free medium for 24 h prior to treatment with either NE (10(-5) mol/L, the test group) or completed-serum culture medium (the control group) for 24 h. And then analysis via 2-DE gel electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF-MS was performed to display the different protein profiles of whole cell protein from cultures of the control and the NE-treatment group. Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis were used to confirm the proteomic analysis.The purity of the primary culture cells was about 99%. When the human PASMC were treated by NE, the expression of different groups of cellular proteins was changed, including cell cytoskeleton-associated proteins, cell signal-associated proteins, and glycolytic and metabolism-associated proteins. The results were confirmed using real-time RT-PCR and Western blot. NE enhanced the proliferation of human PASMC partly by affecting the expression of α-enolase.The data suggest that a wide range of signaling pathways may be involved in NE-induced proliferation of human PASMC, and α-enolase associated pathway may be an important one.

Bacterial communities at 10 cm, 100 cm, and 200 cm depths in a 100-year-old lead-zinc tailing heap were evaluated by constructing 16S rRNA gene libraries. In total, 98 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were identified from 193 clones at a 3% sequence difference level. The OTU number and species richness decreased with the depth. Species composition was significantly different between the three libraries. Fifty-seven percent of the examined clones were Acidobacteria and 27% belonged to Proteobacteria. Other sequences included Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Chlamydiae, Actinobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes, Nitrospira, and three unclassified OTUs. Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria were mainly distributed in the rhizosphere of naturally colonizing plants; however, Deltaproteobacteria, Acidobacteria, and Chloroflexi tended to inhabit the deeper tailings (below the 100 cm-depth).

Microbial diversity in decaying maize stalk was characterized by constructing and analyzing rRNA gene clone library. Total 47 OTUs were obtained from 82 bacterial clones, including Proteobacteria (64.6%), Actinobacteria (30.5%), Bacteroidetes (2.4%) and Firmicutes (2.4%). Most proteobacterial clones were members of Rhizobium, Pseudomonas and Stenotrophomonas. Eighty-four percent of Actinobacteria was related to Microbacterium. Only 14 OTUs were identified from 124 fungal clones, including Ascomycota (88%) and Basidiomycota (12%). Sixty percent of Ascomycota were members of Eupenicillium and Paecilomyces but all Basidiomycota were close to Kurtzmanomyces nectairei.

Fungal communities in decaying sapwood and heartwood of K. evelyniana were demonstrated through construction of four 18 S rRNA gene libraries. The 210 sequenced clones were clustered into 11 subgroups, belonging to Basidiomycota (71.9%) and to Ascomycota (22.4%) and unclassified (1 subgroup; 5.7%). The heartwood displayed higher species richness than the sapwood. Basidiomycota were dominant in either the heartwood or the sapwood. Phylogenetically diverse Homobasidiomycetes were detected in the heartwood, contrary to the sapwood, where Heterobasidiomycetes were detected. Clones close to Spongipellis unicolor dominated in the heartwood (21 of 99 clones), while those close to Hydnochaete olivacea dominated in the sapwood (41 of 111 clones). The common species between the two parts were those related to S. unicolor, Calocera cornea, Debaryomyces hansenii, Davidiella tassiana, and Nomuraea rileyi and those from Chaetothyriomycetes.

To examine bacterial community composition in rhizosphere of plants colonizing on mine tailings and phylogenetic differences between subcommunities resistant to different metals, we constructed four clone libraries of 16S rDNA sequences. One was amplified directly from tailing microbial DNA (named as Ci library) and three from cultures on the plates containing of 0.5 mM CdCl(2) (Cd library), 2 mM Pb (NO(3))(2) (Pb library), and without any metals (Cw library). In total, nine bacterial divisions and two unclassified groups were identified from 352 clones of these libraries. Ci clones covered eight divisions, whereas all cultivable clones only covered four divisions. Thus, Ci library provided more phylogenetic diversity than cultivable libraries. However, the microbes represented by the cultivable clones were more similar to previously described bacteria than those represented by Ci clones. All Ci clones were not found in three cultivable libraries. Cd library were exclusively Gram-negative bacteria of Acinetobacter, Ralstonia, Comamonas, and Chryseobacterium. Meanwhile, dominant Gram-positive bacteria in Pb library, Paenibacillus and Bacillus, were also not found in Cd library. Our data indicate that phylogenetic structure was very different from those in acid mine drainage. Meanwhile, tailings harbored phylogenetically distinct subcommunities resistant to Pb and Cd.
