Abstract The limited durability of metal-nitrogen-carbon electrocatalysts severely restricts their applicability for the oxygen reduction reaction in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. In this study, we employ the chemical vapor modification method to alter the configuration of active sites from FeN4 to the stable monosymmetric FeN2+N’2, along with enhancing the degree of graphitization in the carbon substrate. This improvement effectively addresses the challenges associated with Fe active center leaching caused by N-group protonation and free radicals attack due to the 2-electron oxygen reduction reaction. The electrocatalyst with neoteric active site exhibited excellent durability. During accelerated aging test, the electrocatalyst exhibited negligible decline in its half-wave potential even after undergoing 200,000 potential cycles. Furthermore, when subjected to operational conditions representative of fuel cell systems, the electrocatalyst displayed remarkable durability, sustaining stable performance for a duration exceeding 248 h. The significant improvement in durability provides highly valuable insights for the practical application of metal-nitrogen-carbon electrocatalysts.

The combination of permanent magnets and electrically excited windings creates an air gap magnetic field. The development of a hybrid magnetic circuit motor with an adjustable magnetic field is of great significance. This article introduces a hybrid magnetic circuit motor design that combines salient pole electromagnetic and permanent magnets. A tubular magnetic barrier has been designed to reduce inter-pole leakage and enhance the usage rate of permanent magnets in the hybrid magnetic circuit motor. The optimum eccentricity of the rotor has been accurately designed, resulting in an improved sinusoidal distribution of the air gap magnetic density waveform. An analysis of the static composite magnetic field under various excitation currents has been conducted, showcasing the capability of the hybrid magnetic circuit motor to stably adjust the air gap flux density level and output torque. A prototype has undergone comprehensive trial production and testing, conclusively confirming the machine’s superior output performance.

Abstract Background To observe the changes in hemodynamic, stress and inflammatory responses during labor and their labor outcomes after continuous spinal anesthesia labor analgesia for hypertensive pregnant women, and to evaluate whether the continuous spinal anesthesia had any advantages compared to continuous epidural analgesia for hypertensive pregnant women and their newborns. Methods A total of 160 hypertensive pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into continuous spinal anesthesia analgesia group (CSA group) and continuous epidural analgesia group (EA group). Participant age, height, weight and gestational week were recorded; MAP, VAS score, CO and SVR were recorded after the onset of regular uterine contractions (T0), 10 min after analgesia (T1), 30 min (T2), 60 min (T3), when the uterine opening was complete (T4) and when the fetus was delivered (T5); the duration of the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor were recorded; the number of cases of treatment with oxytocin and antihypertensive therapy, mode of delivery, eclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage were counted; pregnant women Bromage scores were recorded at T2. We also recorded neonatal weight, Apgar scores at 1, 5 and 10 min after birth; arterial blood gas analysis of the umbilical cord was performed in newborns; finally, TNF-α, IL-6, and cortisol in pregnant women venous blood were measured at T0, T5, and 24 h after delivery (T7). In this report, we describe a 42-year-old man with dyspnea and recurrent hemoptysis who was diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma and multiple pulmonary metastases. Before visiting our hospital, he had been misdiagnosed with a lung infection. Bronchoscopy, multiple imaging methods, and extensive laboratory studies failed to identify a clear etiology. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and percutaneous lung biopsy revealed cardiac angiosarcoma with multiple pulmonary metastases. Cardiac angiosarcoma is extremely rare and diagnosis is difficult. Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage is not a common manifestation of pulmonary metastases of angiosarcoma and in patients with hemoptysis, clinicians should consider a malignant etiology that is not restricted to the lungs.

The study of the forest coverage rate (FCR) is related to the ecological environment and sustainable development goals (SDGs) of a region. In light of the lack of an organic integration method of “spatiotemporal evolution, correlation analysis, and change prediction” and the lack of a methodology that integrates methods of “remote sensing (RS) and GIS, multi-phase LUCC, and construction of econometric models” in the research methods at present, this study focus on Yunnan, a typical border province located in China with a relatively fragile “innate” ecological environment, as the research area. Based on the interpretation of land use/land cover (LULC) data retrieved from seven periods RS images (1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020), the spatiotemporal evolution of FCR in 129 counties was analyzed. Complementary research methods, such as the spatial econometric model, geographically weighted regression (GWR), and the geographic detector (GD), are used to reveal the influencing factors of FCR. Finally, this study predicts the FCRs of 129 counties in Yunnan from 2025 to 2050. The FCR in Yunnan presents an increasing trend year by year, increasing from 28.96% in 1990 to 49.05% in 2020. In addition, it exhibits spatial agglomeration characteristics with fewer values in the east and more in the west. The analysis of influencing factors show that the increases in the per capita GDP, land utilization rate, and annual average temperature, and the implementation of the Conversion of Cultivated Land into Forest Project (CCFP) will significantly improve the FCR, while the increases in the population density land reclamation rate, the proportion of construction land area, and the proportion of soil erosion land area will significantly reduce the FCR. Furthermore, the FCR is influenced by multiple factors, and the relative factors observed not only show significant spatial differences, but also present complex and diverse patterns, with the additional characteristics of being interwoven and overlapping. This study contributes to expanding and improving the methods and pathways of exploring the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of FCR in ecologically fragile areas using RS methods, providing a reference for increasing FCR and improving the ecological environment’s quality in Yunnan Province and other ecologically fragile areas.

The armature reaction of the hybrid excitation starter generator (HESG) under load conditions will affect the distribution of the main magnetic field and the output performance. However, using the conventional field-circuit combination method to study the armature reaction has the problem of low accuracy and inaccurate influencing factors. Therefore, this paper proposed a graphical method to analyze the armature reaction and a new type of HESG with a combined-pole permanent magnet (PM) rotor and claw-pole electromagnetic rotor. The analytical formula of the voltage regulation rate under the armature reaction was derived using the graphical method. The main influencing parameters of the armature reaction magnetic field (ARMF) were analyzed, and the overall output performance was analyzed using finite element software. On this basis, comparison analyses before and after optimization and the prototype test were carried out. The results show that the direct-axis armature reaction reactance, quadrature-axis armature reaction reactance, and voltage regulation rate of the optimized HESG were significantly reduced, the output voltage range of the whole machine was wide, and the voltage regulation performance was good.

Aging is an inevitable process that biological changes accumulate with time and results in increased susceptibility to different tumors. But currently, aging-related genes (ARGs) in osteosarcoma were not clear. We investigated the potential prognostic role of ARGs and established an ARG-based prognostic signature for osteosarcoma. The transcriptome data and corresponding clinicopathological information of patients with osteosarcoma were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. Molecular subtypes were generated based on prognosis-related ARGs obtained from univariate Cox analysis. With ARGs, a risk signature was built by univariate, least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO), and multivariate Cox regression analyses. Differences in clinicopathological features, immune infiltration, immune checkpoints, responsiveness to immunotherapy and chemotherapy, and biological pathways were assessed according to molecular subtypes and the risk signature. Based on risk signature and clinicopathological variables, a nomogram was established and validated. Three molecular subtypes with distinct clinical outcomes were classified based on 36 prognostic ARGs for osteosarcoma. A nine-ARG-based signature in the TCGA cohort, including BMP8A, CORT, SLC17A9, VEGFA, GAL, SSX1, RASGRP2, SDC3, and EVI2B, has been created and developed and could well perform patient stratification into the high- and low-risk groups. There were significant differences in clinicopathological features, immune checkpoints and infiltration, responsiveness to immunotherapy and chemotherapy, cancer stem cell, and biological pathways among the molecular subtypes. The risk signature and metastatic status were identified as independent prognostic factors for osteosarcoma. A nomogram combining ARG-based risk signature and metastatic status was established, showing great prediction accuracy and clinical benefit for osteosarcoma OS. We characterized three ARG-based molecular subtypes with distinct characteristics and built an ARG-based risk signature for osteosarcoma prognosis, which could facilitate prognosis prediction and making personalized treatment in osteosarcoma.

Both the resource environmental carrying capacity (RECC) and supply-side reform are crucial for achieving sustainable national developments. However, current research on RECC lacks consideration of the supply-side industrial structures and factors, and the relationship between RECC and supply-side reform remains unrevealed. In order to measure the RECC in China at the provincial level from 2005 to 2019, this study constructs an evaluation index based on industrial structure. It utilizes the TOPSIS model coupled with the supply-demand balance method and environmental capacity method while gathering and summarizing the indicators related to natural resource support, socio-economic support, and environmental factor accommodation. The analysis of evolutionary characteristics and spatial heterogeneity is carried out by statistical and spatial econometric methods, and the impact of the supply-side reform policy on RECC is examined using a bidirectional fixed-effect model. The findings indicate the following: (1) China’s RECC demonstrates a clear upward trend, with higher values in the west and lower values in the east. The average annual growth rate from 2016 to 2019 (18.12%) is nearly three times that of the period from 2005 to 2010 (6.28%), indicating a significant acceleration in the increase in RECC post-supply-side reform. (2) The spatial agglomeration of RECC and its sub-system support is observed, as the allocation of nature resources and markets promotes the convergence of regional differences and enhances the spatial convergence of the RECC. (3) The implementation of supply-side reform policies has a positive impact on RECC, with industrial upgrading playing a particularly significant role. This study provides a new idea and method for the selection of evaluation indicators, quantitatively assessing province-level RECC and understanding the potential effects of national supply-side policies on RECC.

HMGA1 is a chromatin-binding protein and performs its biological function by remodeling chromatin structure or recruiting other transcription factors. However, the role of abnormally high level of HMGA1 in cancer cells and its regulatory mechanism still require further investigation. In this study, we performed a prognostic analysis and showed that high level of either HMGA1 or FOXM1 was associated with poor prognosis in various cancers based on the TCGA database. Furthermore, the expression pattern of HMGA1 and FOXM1 showed a significant strong positive correlation in most type of cancers, especially lung adenocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer and liver cancer. Further analysis of the biological effects of their high correlation in cancers suggested that cell cycle was the most significant related pathway commonly regulated by HMGA1 and FOXM1. After knockdown of HMGA1 and FOXM1 by specific siRNAs, an obvious increased G2/M phase was observed in the siHMGA1 and siFOXM1 groups compared to the siNC group. The expression levels of key G2/M phase regulatory genes PLK1 and CCNB1 were significantly downregulated. Importantly, HMGA1 and FOXM1 were identified to form a protein complex and co-located in the nucleus based on co-immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence staining, respectively. Thus, our results provide the basic evidence that HMGA1 and FOXM1 cooperatively accelerate cell cycle progression by up-regulating PLK1 and CCNB1 to promote cancer cell proliferation.

To solve the problems of the non-adjustable magnetic field of the permanent magnet (PM) generator, large excitation loss and high failure rate of electric excitation generator, this paper proposes a parallel electromagnetic and PM hybrid excitation generator (HEG). The designed generator adopts a high power density PM rotor composed of built-in tangential PM steel and V-shaped PM steel and a salient-pole electromagnetic rotor (EMR) with short axial length, less electromagnetic loss, simple and reliable structure. By adjusting the axial length of two rotors and the size of magnetomotive force sources, the generator can adjust the rotor power distribution to meet various power requirements. Meanwhile, the HEG can adjust the electromagnetic magnetic field (EMMF) by adjusting the size and direction of the excitation current, and then can adjust the size of the synthetic magnetic field to achieve the purpose of stabilizing output voltage. In this paper, the magnetic circuit model of the HEG is established by using the equivalent magnetic circuit (EMC) method, and the rationality of the designed magnetic circuit is verified and analyzed by the finite element method. The prototype is trial-manufactured and tested, and the results show that the designed HEG has a wide magnetic regulation range, stable output voltage, and good output performance.

A new type of brushless reverse claw-pole electrically excited generator is proposed for the problems of the low sine degree of the induced electromotive force waveform and the high harmonic content of the output voltage of the conventional electrically excited claw-pole generator. The design uses the equivalent magnetic network method to establish the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the motor and determines the equation for calculating the magnetoresistance of the isosceles trapezoidal variable section claw-pole structure. It derives the mathematical model of the no-load induced electric potential of the generator and completes to optimize the motor parameters with the no-load induced electric potential as the target. This study shows that the brushless reverse claw-pole electrically excited generator has the advantages of uniform magnetic field distribution, high harmonic fundamental amplitude of induced electromotive force and low harmonic content. It can better meet the application requirements compared with the conventional electrically excited claw-pole generator.

BackgroundMaternal and child health (MCH)–related mobile apps are becoming increasingly popular among pregnant women; however, few apps have demonstrated that they lead to improvements in pregnancy outcomes. ObjectiveThis study aims to investigate the use of MCH apps among pregnant women in China and explore associations with pregnancy outcomes. MethodsA retrospective study was conducted at 6 MCH hospitals in northern China. Women who delivered a singleton baby at >28 weeks’ gestation at the study hospitals were sequentially recruited from postnatal wards from October 2017 to January 2018. Abstract Background Osteosarcoma (OS) is a common severe illness globally. Lupeol has been reported to participate in the pathophysiologic properties of various cancers, including OS. This study aimed to explore the effects of lupeol on proliferation, invasion, and apoptosis on OS cells and the underlying mechanism. Methods The cell viability of OS cells was determined by 3-(4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The expression levels of miR-212-3p and high-mobility group AT-hook 2 (HMGA2) were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in OS cells. The cell apoptosis and invasion were detected by flow cytometry and transwell invasion assays, respectively. The functional target of miR-212-3p was predicted by online software and confirmed by luciferase reporter assay. The protein level of HMGA2 was measured by western blot analysis. Results Lupeol suppressed cell viability and invasion, and promoted apoptosis by upregulating the expression of miR-212-3p in OS cells. Knockdown of miR-212-3p restored the anti-tumor effect of lupeol. Interestingly, miR-212-3p directly targeted HMGA2 and suppressed its expression. Moreover, HMGA2 reversed the inhibited impact on viability and invasion, and the promoted effect on apoptosis induced by upregulation of miR-212-3p. Also, lupeol administration exerts its anti-tumor effect by overexpression of miR-212-3p to suppress the expression of HMGA2 in OS cells. Conclusion Lupeol inhibited OS progression by modulating the miR-212-3p/HMGA2 axis in vitro.

Abstract Background The latest basic studies and clinical evidence have confirmed the safety and efficacy of intraoperative autologous blood cell transfusion in cardiac surgery and orthopaedics. However, in caesarean section, there are still concerns about the contamination of amniotic fluid and foetal components, and consequently the application of intraoperative autologous blood cell transfusion is not universal. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the clinical value of intraoperative autologous blood cell transfusion in obstetric surgery. Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled, feasibility study was performed in women undergoing caesarean section. One hundred sixteen participants were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio into either the intraoperative cell salvage group or the control group. Background: Chymase 1 (CMA1), a gene known to be expressed in mast cells (MCs), is largely linked to immunity. However, the relationship between CMA1 and prognosis of multiple tumours and tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) remains elusive. Methods: The differential expressions of CMA1 in different tumours and their corresponding normal tissues were evaluated via exploring Tumour Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER) and Oncomine database; the correlation within expression level of CMA1 and outcome of cancer patients was evaluated via Kaplan–Meier plotter and Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) database; the correlation between CMA1 and tumour immune cell infiltration was further investigated by TIMER; additionally, the correlation between CMA1 and gene signature pattern of immune infiltration were checked using TIMER and GEPIA. Results: There were significant differences in CMA1 expression levels between gastric cancer (GC) tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The high expression of CMA1 was closed related to poor overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with GC (OS HR = 1.50, p = .00015; PFS HR = 1.33, p = .016). Especially, in GC patients at N1, N2 and N3 stages, high CMA1 expression was correlated with poor OS and PFS, but not with NO (p = .15, .09). The expression of CMA1 was positively associated with the levels of infiltrated CD4+, CD8+ T cells, neutrophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells (DCs) in GC. Whereas, CMA1 expression was considerably associated with various immune markers. Conclusion: CMA1 is a key gene whose expression level is significantly correlated with GC prognosis and infiltration levels of CD8+, CD4+ T cells, neutrophils, macrophages, and DCs in GC. In addition, the expression of CMA1 may be involved in regulating tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs), dendritic cells, exhausted T cells and regulatory T cells in GC. It suggests that CMA1 could be utilized as a prognostic marker and a sign of immune infiltration in GC.

Abstract Background To compare the application and efficacy of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for continuous epidural anesthesia (CEA) and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) in labor analgesia. Methods Three hundred sixty pregnant women requesting labor analgesia from October 2017 to August 2018 were selected retrospectively. According to the anesthetic method, subjects were divided into CSEA group and CEA group. Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil were used in all subjects. The labor time, visual analogue scale (VAS), Apgar score of newborn, adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse drug reactions were observed. Results There was no significant difference in pre-analgesia (T0) VAS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). VAS scores of first stage of labor (T1), second stage of labor (T2) and third stage of labor (T3) in CSEA group were significantly lower than CEA group (P 0.05). There were no significant differences in adverse pregnancy outcomes and Apgar scores at 1, 5 and 10 min after birth between the two groups (P > 0.05). Understanding the scenes provided by remote sensing (RS) images has drawn increasing attention in the last decade. It is to automatically classify a RS scene image by feature extraction and label assignment. Although much effort has been dedicated to developing discriminative feature extraction as well as automatic classification techniques, it is still very challenging owing to the complex distributions of the ground objects in high spatial resolution scenes. To enhance the ability to represent the RS scenes, an integration of multiple types of features for remote sensing scenes is considered as an effective way. Nevertheless, different kinds of features possess different characteristics, and how to fuse them together is a critical problem. In this paper, to fuse three different but complementary types of features that are extracted to characterize global attributes of scenes together, a discriminant correlation analysis based feature-level fusion approach is proposed, which maximizes the correlation of corresponding features across the two feature sets and in addition de-correlates features that belong to different classes within each feature set. In addition, to further improve the scene classification performance, another kind of information fusion form, called decision-level fusion is adopted in the classification stage. In our proposed decision-level fusion technique, the final results of multiple classifiers are combined via majority voting. Extensive experiments results conducted on the well-known SIRI-WHU dataset, the WHU-RS dataset and the UC Merced Land Use dataset have demonstrated that the proposed remote sensing scene classification method based on heterogeneous feature extraction and multi-level fusion is superior to many state-of-the-art scene classification algorithms.

No study has examined myocardial work in subjects with cancer therapy-related cardiac dysfunction (CTRCD). In this paper, a new hybrid excitation drive motor (HEDM) was proposed to solve the problem of an uncontrollable magnetic field of a permanent magnet motor. The rotor part of the motor was composed of a combined magnetic pole permanent magnet rotor and a brushless electric claw rotor, in which the combined magnetic pole permanent magnet rotor has a parallel magnetic circuit structure. According to the characteristics of the parallel rotor structure, the equivalent magnetic circuit model was established, and the no-load leakage flux coefficient of the claw pole rotor was calculated. The Taguchi method was used for objective optimization of the permanent magnet rotor structure. The distortion rate of no-load back electromotive force (EMF) was taken as the first optimization goal; the cogging torque and the average torque were taken as the second optimization goal; and the torque fluctuation coefficient was a constraint condition. The optimal parameter matching under the mixed horizontal matrix was obtained. The parameters of the claw pole were optimized by using the method of uniform variables, and the dimension parameters of the motor were obtained. Finite element analysis and prototype tests were carried out for the optimized motor structure. The rationality and feasibility of the new HEDM as a vehicle motor were verified, which provided a possibility for the application of the new energy vehicle drive motor field.

Aiming at the current problems of low excitation efficiency and poor reliability of single-rotor hybrid excitation generators, the large axial length of dual-rotor structure, and difficulty in magnetic field analysis, a new type of the dual-rotor hybrid excitation generator topology with high power density is proposed, with two rotors side-by-side coaxial, sharing a set of armature windings, and the magnetic fields do not interfere with each other, so the magnetic field analysis and optimization of the two rotors can be carried out separately. The magnetic density distribution of the new permanent magnet (PM) claw pole rotor is analyzed by the joint application of the equivalent magnetic circuit method and the equivalent magnetic network method, which ensures the simplicity of calculation and improves the calculation accuracy. The multi-objective optimization of the key structural parameters is carried out based on the Latin hypercube sampling–Pareto frontier solution method. The subdomain method is improved by segmented equivalence, the unique solution of the salient-pole rotor magnetic field is obtained, and the multi-objective optimization of the salient-pole rotor is used by the particle swarm algorithm. The trial prototype was experimental, and the results showed that the output characteristics of the optimized hybrid excitation generator were significantly improved, and the overall performance of the generator was improved.

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the perinatal changes of plasma estradiol (E2) and angiotensin II (Ang II) in pregnant women with pulmonary arterial hypertension before and after cesarean section. Methods: Depending on pulmonary arterial pressure, the subjects were divided into two groups, moderate group, and severe group. Plasma concentrations of E2 and Ang II were determined at different time points using electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and ELISA, respectively. The correlation between E2 and Ang II concentrations was analyzed. Results: Intragroup comparison indicated that E2 levels at different time points after surgery decreased in the two groups than before, with a greater reduction in the severe group. Besides, both groups showed a reduction in Ang II concentrations after surgery. As indicated by intragroup comparison, there was a significant difference at each time point in the two groups. The reduction in Ang II concentrations was more conspicuous at 48 h and 72 h after surgery (cesarean section) than before for the two groups. Moreover, E2 concentrations were correlated positively with AngII concentrations. Conclusion: Plasma concentrations of E2 and Ang II decreased after delivery. The plasma concentrations of E2 and Ang II were correlated with each other.

Permanent magnet generator (PMG) for vehicles has attracted more and more attention because of its high efficiency, high power density, and high reliability. However, the weak main air-gap magnetic field can affect the output performance and the normal use of electrical equipment. Aiming at the problem, this paper took the rotor magnetomotive force (MMF), the direct influencing parameter of the main air-gap magnetic field, as the research object, deduced the analytical expression of rotor MMF of the built-in radial PMG in detail, and analyzed its main influencing factors in analytical expression, including the permanent magnet steel (PMS) material, the thickness of PMS in magnetizing direction, the vertical length of the inner side of PMS, and the effective calculation length of PMS. Based on this, the rotor parameters were optimized to obtain the best values. After that, the finite element simulation and prototype test of the optimized generator were carried out. The comparative analysis results showed that the optimized rotor parameters could effectively improve the rotor MMF and optimize the output performance of the generator.

Motivated by big data applications in the Internet of Things (IoT), abundant information arrives at the fusion center (FC) waiting to be processed. It is of great significance to ensure data freshness and fidelity simultaneously. We consider a wireless sensor network (WSN) where several sensor nodes observe one metric and then transmit the observations to the FC using a selection combining (SC) scheme. We adopt the age of information (AoI) and minimum mean square error (MMSE) metrics to measure the data freshness and fidelity, respectively. Explicit expressions of average AoI and MMSE are derived. After that, we jointly optimize the two metrics by adjusting the number of sensor nodes. A closed-form sub-optimal number of sensor nodes is proposed to achieve the best freshness and fidelity tradeoff with negligible errors. Numerical results show that using the proposed node number designs can effectively improve the freshness and fidelity of the transmitted data.

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) modulate numerous cellular processes, including DNA damage repair. Here, we investigated the clinical importance of lncRNAs associated with mutational burden in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Prognosis-related lncRNAs associated with mutational burden were screened and determined to score the mutational burden-associated lncRNA signature (MbLncSig) from TCGA. Prognostic values and predictive performance of the MbLncSig score were analysed. Results: Four mutational burden-associated lncRNAs (AC010643.1, AC116351.1, LUCAT1 and MIR210HG) were identified for establishing the MbLncSig score. The MbLncSig score served as an independent risk factor for HCC prognosis in different subgroup patients. The predictive performance of one-year and three-year OS was 0.739 and 0.689 in the entire cohort, respectively. Moreover, the MbLncSig score can further stratify the patient survival in those with TP53 wild type or mutation. Conclusions: This study identified a four-lncRNA signature (the MbLncSig score) which could predict survival in HCC patient with/without TP53 mutation.

Inadvertent intraoperative hypothermia (core temperature 2 h (OR = 3.44, 95% CI 1.90-6.22,), and intravenous un-warmed fluid (OR = 2.45, 95% CI 1.45-4.12) significantly increased the risk of hypothermia.The incidence of inadvertent intraoperative hypothermia in Beijing is high, and the rate of active warming of patients during operation is low. Concern for the development of intraoperative hypothermia should be especially high in patients undergoing major operations, requiring long periods of anesthesia, and receiving un-warmed intravenous fluids.
