Esta investigación se desarrolló en la organización GRAFICENTER, pequeña empresa perteneciente al sector no estatal dedicada a la comercialización de productos y servicios relacionados con las artes gráficas en el municipio de Holguín. En el diagnóstico realizado, se encontró que existen dificultades que amenazan el adecuado desarrollo del negocio en cuanto a la gestión de comercialización, por lo que se determinó como objetivo desarrollar un plan de marketing que contribuya a mejorar su gestión. Como principales resultados de este trabajo, se elaboró un plan de marketing para dotar a la instalación de una importante herramienta para regir sus acciones comerciales y ayudar a eliminar el empirismo en su gestión de mercadotecnia, así como el análisis de varios procedimientos relacionados con los planes de marketing. Estos resultados se alcanzan con el uso de métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos entre ellos; histórico–lógico, análisis y síntesis, entrevistas no estructuradas, revisión de documentos, observación directa y otros.

The objective of the investigation is to develop a procedure for the improvement and consolidation of the administration of the directive competences in the companies. The results are reached by using theoretical and empirical methods of investigation among them: experts´ criteria, group dynamics, documental analysis and others. The investigation revealed an insufficient implementation of the competences in the companies, the need of its periodic upgrade through the profile, and a systematic follow-up with a set of measures that would lead to the consolidation and a better performance of the executives; all this will permit the improvement of the results in companies of the territory that have consolidated the managerial improvement in the state sector. The procedure constitutes a proposal which integrates the current scientific approaches and the established regulations of the country, quality not covered by the previous procedures of the directive competences.

The problems related with the economic and financial administration in the Agricultural Cooperatives constitute a permanent challenge for the investigators of the economic sciences. In such a sense, the present investigation is an approach to the topic and he/she has as general objective to design and to apply a procedure for the evaluation of the Units Producers and Cooperative Agricultural starting from the analysis of indicators that show the financial economic situation. The study object is guided in the theoretical thing to the precision and foundation of the agricultural cooperative sector, seen this as a dynamic and complex process. The investigation contains a theoretical mark that approaches the development of the agricultural cooperative sector, systems productive, different conceptions and theoretical focuses, he/she also intends a procedure for the evaluation of the financial economic situation in these organizations with the design of actions according to tipologías guided to mitigate the existent problems. The designed procedure and applied it elevates the possibilities to favor the process of evaluation of the Agricultural Cooperatives, contributing in actions guided to the improvement of their economic-financial development.

La introducción y consolidación de competencias administrativas en la gestión organizacional en empresas cubanas es muy necesaria para mejorar su funcionamiento. Luego de identificar las competencias administrativas en empresas de la provincia Holguín, Cuba, se detectó que se implementan solo parcialmente, y por ello no se alcanzan los impactos y resultados esperados. Por consiguiente, el objetivo de esta investigación es desarrollar un procedimiento para gestionar estas competencias y con ello contribuir a mejorar la calidad en el desempeño de ejecutivos e incrementar los resultados de las entidades estudiadas. Los métodos teóricos y empíricos fueron: criterio de expertos, dinámica de grupo, análisis documental y encuestas. Se obtuvo un procedimiento para la gestión de competencias administrativas en empresas cubanas. Se propone combinar estudios científicos actualizados con regulaciones del país para mejorar los procedimientos sobre competencias administrativas.
