Introduction and objective: Undoubtedly, employees face a variety of organizational problems and issues during the service period. Employees' decisions and actions in facing these problems and issues will be based on their knowledge and mental patterns. This study aimed to document and record the cultural and spiritual experience in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. Method: This research was an applied, inductive and exploratory-descriptive case study, which was conducted as a one-time crosssectional survey in a qualitative manner. Data was collected using documentary reviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of this study included managers, experts, and administrators of Baqiyatallah University located in Tehran, Iran. According to the qualitative approach of the research, purposeful sampling was used and data collection was continued until the required data was collected. Data analysis was performed in MaxQDA 2020 and Excel 2019 software. Results: The results showed a total of 282 open source codes. Code frequencies were as follows: 25 codes for event dimension, 54 for issue dimension, 61 for measures and decisions dimension, 71 for output-outcome dimension, 35 for suggestions dimension, 17 for scenario planning and modeling dimension, and 19 for lessons learned dimension. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a basis for managers to plan and implement experience documentation in cultural and spiritual areas in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. Background & objective: Experience documentation is an important component of knowledge management. Experience documentation aims to elicit tacit knowledge of individuals, document its teachings, and make them publishable. This research develops and proposes a model for recording organizational experiences. Method: This research is a descriptive study that was performed qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population consisted of 24 people selected from academic experts, administrators, and executive experts using the snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS and MaxQDA software. After studying the scientific documents and upstream documents, the effective components in experience documentation were extracted. Then, the questions related to each component were determined and validated during meetings with experts. Results: In this model, important events were first identified and the issues, measures, and decisions were then extracted. Finally, the suggestions, scenario planning and modeling, and teachings were identified. Conclusion: effective components in recording experiences and related questions can propose a good model for documenting organizational experiences. Introduction and Aim: Trauma is one of the major causes of death and inability among populations serving on battlefields. Hence, all active forces on battlefields need to be prepared to cope with trauma. Therefore, training on trauma is a requirement for the battlefield, and achieving it is possible through need/facility-based training. Besides, one of the 10 elements of Akker is the educational and sources and materials component. Nowadays, educational resources have certainly changed significantly compared to previous decades. These days, sources like digital libraries, e-books, multimedia elements, podcasts, self-study, or training software are among the most important sources that seem to be very important with the expansion of technology., Methods: In the present study, which is a qualitative validation study conducted in winter and spring 2021 in Tehran, Iran, the participants were selected from among experts and trauma fields practitioners active in warfare., Findings: The inclusion criteria were willingness to participate in the study, having a history of treatment practice, and training trauma in battlefields., Competing Interests: There are no conflicts of interest., (Copyright: © 2022 Journal of Family Medicine and Primary Care.)

Military forces are exposed to various kinds of special diseases for their occupational condition. As an academic discipline, Military Medicine serves to meet the healthcare needs of the forces. Professional Military Medicine has started working nearly from modern wars time in the 20 th century. Regarding the growing global trends of war, terrorism, and natural disasters as well as modern changes in war strategies, weapons, and their consequences, Military Medicine is undergoing an evolution process. This review study was conducted to investigate the role and place of Military Medicine and the related approaches, medical curriculum, and the priority of developing specialized academic subfields of Military Medicine in Iran. Military physicians are in great need of knowledge, attitude, and skills. Today, Military Medicine includes a specialized approach, mobility, resuscitation, and stabilization of the injured as well as pre-hospital practices. Developing a specialized field for military emergency medicine with a special curriculum has been a priority in Iran that can meet the requirements of military forces for successful missions. Medical medicine departments of Military Medicine schools require new educational plans and curricula with specialized Military Medicine approaches and developments based on emerging needs.
