The paper considers issues of data migration from corporate information systems of clients for localizing defects on the developer’s side. The main revealed problem is the defects localization on the client side. As a solution, an approach to data banks processing is proposed. The approach is based on the defect data exchange method and the defect presentation model. The paper describes an information flows model of a corporate system in the context of the detected defects layer (data cast). The main task of data banks processing in defect localization is determined. It is the selection of data cast for a specified time period. A defect model is proposed in the form of a parameters set for data selection, which is built on the metadata concept. The model is defined as a tuple of data records from a set of interrelated entity tables for some time period. Thus, application of the proposed approach will automate the data migration process between client and developer systems and, in general, will increase the efficiency of corporate information systems support by reducing the processed and sent information. The results of a computer experiment showed that the data volume during the migration process significantly decreased. To approach will improve the efficiency of maintaining corporate systems by reducing the processed and transmitted information. Potentially, this model can be applied in the inverse problem – to migrate data from the developer’s side to the client. It is supposed to carry out processing on a database of any size and structure.

Aim. To assess hematopoiesis in follicular lymphoma (FL) patients at different disease stages with different morphologic structures of tumor and bone marrow microenvironment. Materials & Methods. The trial included 152 FL patients treated from 2006 to 2016. In all of them the diagnosis was based on immunohistochemical analysis of extramedullar tumor as well as the analysis of bone marrow aspirates and core biopsy samples. In cases of bone marrow lesions (n = 33) a detailed morphoimmunophenotypic evaluation of tumor cells was carried out by means of flow cytometry, and lymphocyte subset panel evaluation was performed. Results. Anemia, thrombocytopenia, and monocytosis in blood of FL patients are not associated with bone marrow lesions. In the absence of signs of these lesions anemia was detected in 23 (19 %) patients, thrombocytopenia was identified in 8 (7 %) patients, and 11 (9.1 %) patients showed monocytosis. Among patients with bone marrow lesions 9 (27.2 %) anemia, 11 (33.8 %) thrombocytopenia, and 7 (21 %) monocytosis cases were reported. Depth of cytopenia was determined by the degree of bone marrow tumor infiltration. Based on lymphocyte subset panel evaluation the following types of tumor cells in bone marrow aspirates were characterized: elements with blastic structure of nuclear chromatin, atypical lymphoid cells, and those similar to normal lymphocytes. Immunophenotypic heterogeneity of tumor cells in bone marrow was demonstrated. The trial showed that hemoglobin level, the count of blood thrombocytes and monocytes as well as the count of bone marrow T-cells are not associated with types of tumor cells. Conclusion. Arrest of hematopoiesis and increasing number of monocytes in blood correlate with the degree of bone marrow tumor infiltration and are not affected by morphoimmunological characteristics of FL tumor cells.

It is the first description of a case of follicular lymphoma with a loss of CD20 antigen expression during the anti-tumor treatment including rituximab in the NN Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center. The article discusses the tactics of further management of such patients and the effect of the CD20-negative status of follicular lymphoma tumor cells acquired during immunochemotherapy.

Background. Bone marrow is the mostfrequent metastatic site in follicular lymphoma, 40-70 % cases. It’s unfovourable prognostic role is stated in the index FLIPI-2 (Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index-2). Objective. To study both prognostic role of bone marrow involvement and it’s relation to erythropoiesis peculiarities in follicular lymphoma was the purpose of this research. Materials and methods. Histological study was performed in 269 follicular lymphoma patients. Erythropoiesis peculiarities were studied in that patients according to standard myelogram analysis. Results. Bone marrow involvement was noted according to trephine biopsy section staining in 37,9 % of follicular lymphoma case (102 from 269). Bone marrow involvement did not influenced the prognosis (overall survival) in all period of observation (p = 0,18). Longterm survival (more than 48 months) was negatively influenced by bone marrow involvement (p = 0,04). Intertrabecular pattern of follicular lymphoma growth in bone marrow was negative prognostic factor (p = 0,02). We noted negative correlation between bone marrow involvement and the elevation of orthochromic normoblasts in bone marrow of patients with follicular lymphoma. In cause of bone marrow such elevation was noted in 67 %, and in the absense of involvement - in 78 % (p = 0,043). Elevation of orthochromic normoblasts did not influenced the overall survival of follicular lymphoma patients (p = 0,89). Conclusion. Bone marrow involvement in follicular lymphoma plays prognostically unfavourable role in long-time observation periods (later than 48 months). The most unfavourable are the intertrabecular patchy lesions. Involvement of bone marrow is in opposite relations to elevation of orthochromic normoblast, but the latter sign is of no prognostic significance.

The structure of corporate computer networks and the classification of problems by its levels were considered. The main group of elements (application software, system services, and data banks), the corporate information system, is selected as the object of this research. The maintenance stage of corporate information systems is highlighted in the context of labor costs at this stage of the life cycle. For clarity, the process of maintenance is represented by a closed iteration system, where the duration and list of tasks depend on the problem type. In accordance with ISO 14764-2003, the three-level classification is proposed for the types of problems and activities in the maintenance stage of the corporate information system. The statistical analysis was performed of the time costs of maintenance using the proposed classification in the context of tasks and types of errors. Based on the results of the analysis, the main reasons for the complexity of the maintenance of corporate information systems were identified. These reasons determined the main direction of further research - processing of data banks in real time mode for localization of the client’s business process. This will reduce the time and financial costs of maintenance., Рассмотрена структура корпоративных вычислительных сетей (КВС) и классификация проблем, возникающих при работе с КВС, по ее уровням. Выделена основная группа элементов КВС, которая является объектом исследования, — корпоративная информационная система (КИС). Освещен этап сопровождения КИС в разрезе трудозатрат на этом этапе жизненного цикла. Для наглядности процесс сопровождения представлен в виде замкнутой итерационной системы, в которой длительность и перечень выполняемых работ зависят от типа возникающей проблемы. В соответствии со стандартом СТБ ИСО/МЭК 14764-2003 предложена трехуровневая классификация типов проблем для работ по сопровождению КИС. Проведен статистический анализ временных затрат сопровождения КИС согласно предложенной классификации в разрезе работ и типов ошибок. По результатам анализа выделены основные причины затрат временных ресурсов на сопровождение, которые определили направление дальнейшего исследования — обработка банков данных в режиме реального времени с последующей локализацией бизнес-процесса для сокращения временных и финансовых затрат на сопровождение КИС., Розглянуто структуру корпоративних обчислювальних мереж (КОМ) і класифікацію проблем, що виникають у процесі роботи з КОМ, за її рівнями. Виділено основну групу елементів КОМ, яка є об’єктом дослідження, — корпоративну інформаційну систему (КІС). Висвітлено етап супроводу КІС у розрізі трудовитрат на цьому етапі життєвого циклу. Для наочності процес супроводу подано у вигляді замкненої ітераційної системи, у якій тривалість і перелік виконуваних робіт залежать від типу проблеми, що виникає. Відповідно до стандарту СТБ ISO / IEC 14764–2003 запропоновано трирівневу класифікацію типів проблем для робіт із супроводу КІС. Виконано статистичний аналіз часових витрат супроводу КІС згідно із запропонованою класифікацією в розрізі робіт і типів помилок. За результатами аналізу виділено основні причини витрат часових ресурсів на супровід, які визначили напрям подальшого дослідження — оброблення банків даних у режимі реального часу з подальшою локалізацією бізнес-процесу для скорочення часових і фінансових витрат на супровід КІС.

The work investigated the effect of the choice of color space component on blood cell detection based on the calculation of texture attributes of blood cells nuclei in bone marrow. The study identified the most informative color space and texture characteristics of blood cells, designed for components of these spaces. Significance ratio was introduced to assess the quality of features. We offered features that have enabled to divide lymphocytes from lymphoblasts. The selection of the features was based on the results of the data analysis.

The article describes the use of a computer optical microscopy with multispectral camera to characterize the texture of blasts bone marrow of patients with different variants of acute lymphoblastic leukemia: B- and T- types. Specific characteristics of the chromatin of the nuclei of blasts for different types of acute lymphoblastic leukemia were obtained.

Here we present the results of evaluation of the expression of neural cell adhesion molecules CD56 (NCAM) in serous ovarian adenocarcinoma. The expression was detected in 48.5% cases. Infiltration of tumor stroma and parenchyma with CD8+ and CD4+ lymphocytes was significantly less pronounced in tumors expressing neural cell adhesion molecules; CD3+CD4+CD25+ predominate among CD4+ lymphocytes in CD56+ tumors. CD56+ tumors were lower in size (5.2±0.6, 7.9±0.8 and 10.3±1.5 cm in monomorphic, mosaic, and negative phenotypes, respectively (p=0.05) and were characterized by the absence of cystic component (p=0.012), larger disseminations in the peritoneum (4.2±1.1 and 2.7±0.5 cm; p=0.05), and larger volume of the residual tumor (p=0.018) after surgical treatment. NCAM phenotype of the tumor does not correlate with the stage and differentiation degree of serous ovarian adenocarcinoma.
