- Abstract
The implementation of quality management system requires to consider risks and opportunities in planning the system, refers to clause 6.1 ISO 9001:2015. The management of PT. Dharma Poliplast implemented a risk mitigation system to fulfill the needs, expectations and Key Performance Indicators of stakeholders but quality problems still recur. This research aimed to analyze the implementation of risk management according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 31000 requirements and by comparing the implementation of risk management to a best practice company. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative using secondary data from the internal company. The results of this research proved that PT. Dharma Poliplast has implemented risk management in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 31000 and best practices effectively.

- Abstract
The study aims to analyze the impact of talent management on employee performance through employee engagement mediation. The data was collected from 84 employees working in the manufacturing area of Bekasi using questionnaires as a data collection tool. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Respondents were selected from manufacturing companies in the Bekasi region through purposive sampling techniques. The data collected will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test hypotheses and evaluate models. These findings show that the implementation of good talent management can improve employee performance through increased employee engagement. Employee engagement also mediates the relationship between talent management and employee performance

4. TOE Framework for E-Commerce Adoption by MSMEs during The COVID-19 Pandemic: Can Trust Moderate?

Currently, there are still many MSMEs in the regions that have not been connected to the digital ecosystem. This results in limited market reach, a lack of visibility, a lack of operational efficiency, and difficulty competing in the digital market. The purpose of this study is to review the adoption of e-commerce among MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic within the scope of the organization. Integrating the TOE framework (technology, organization, environment) with trust is carried out to explain the key parameters behind the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study collected samples using a saturated sample technique from 181 people who were members of the population. There were 153 questionnaires that were returned in full for further analysis using SEM-PLS modeling. The test results showed that technology did not have a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. Organizations, the environment during the pandemic, and trust have had a significant influence on the adoption of e-commerce. In addition, organizations that are moderated by trust have no significant effect on e-commerce adoption. The role of trust is as a moderation predictor. This research shows that the TOE framework is still strong enough to be used in explaining the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This research also expands the TOE framework, where trust can also influence MSMEs to adopt e-commerce. Researchers and managers can use the set of variables that have been identified to strategize the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs. This study presents a series of variables that can be used to study the adoption of e-commerce by MSMEs in the future.

Data dari Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) pada tahun 2019-2020 sebesar 73,7 % dari 266 juta seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Kemajuan internet yang sangat pesat tidak hanya dimanfaatkan untuk mendapatkan informasi saja, tetapi bisa juga dimanfaatkan untuk sarana media promosi melalui pembuatan website. Hanya saja di SDIT AL FAJRI CAHAYA UMAT belum mengunakan website sebagai media presentasi profil sekolah melainkan dengan cara menyebar browser, flayer dan promosi ke masyarakat sekitar Cikarang. Akan tetapi pelaksanaan dengan cara konvensional mempunyai beberapa banyak kendala dan masalah diantaranya kurangnya komunikasi, tidak efesiensi waktu dan biaya karena harus mencetak browser dan flayer selain itu dikarenakan jangkauan promosi yang terbatas. Dalam rangka mengatasi kendala ini, salah satu solusi yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan website profile sekolah. Saat ini, website sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang mendasar sebuah institusi karena merupakan salah satu media yang efektif di zaman sekarang. Sudah banyak penelitian yang membuktikan bahwa website adalah salah satu media paling efektif mempresentasikan profil sekolah.

- Abstract
The purpose of the study is to test the effect between talent management on employee retention mediated by the organization's commitment. The study is deductive approaches and quantitative methods. The quantitative study uses 29 structured questionnaire items distributed to 80 employees in PT. Melu Bangun Wiweka (MBW) by using an probability sampling technique. As many as 80 surveys can be collected and used. And the analysis uses a software modelling SmartPLS 3.0. Discovery in this study has had a positive and significant impact between talent management on employee retention, talent management on organization’s commitment, and organization’s commitment on employee retention. To further mediation regarding the role of mediation the organization's commitment between variable talent management and employee retention shown by model boostrapping by using SmartPLS and findings, reveals that of the three hypothesis roles of organization’s commitment mediation there are significantly effects between variables and manage between those talent management variables and employee retention. Therefore, the company has set the stage for improving the talent managemen and organization’s commitment to increase of employee retention.

- Abstract
This research is motivated by problems in the Company related to leadership style that does not help employees to be motivated, maintain and increase motivation within themselves. The employee's work environment needs to have sufficient facilities to support daily work in order to improve performance, and a high workload that is sometimes beyond the ability of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. NFI is part of the fillpack. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and regression coefficient (hypothesis). The population of this research is the employees of PT. NFI part of the fillpack as many as 130 employees. This study uses a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are assumed to have the same opportunity to be selected as the research sample. The results of the study which were processed using the SPSS version 22 for windows program in the t-test (partial) showed that leadership style significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value of 2.886 > t-table 1.989, the influence of the work environment significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value 2,276 > t table 1,989 and the workload also significantly affects employee performance with a t count value of 2,183 > t table 1,989. Thus the researcher can conclude that the variables of leadership style, work environment and workload can be considered and used as benchmarks in employee performance.

Employees are an important asset for the company, because the productivity of the company is on them. Therefore the company must have its employees very well so that employees feel comfortable. The comfort factor for employees is something that must be considered by the company so that employees feel at home working at the company so that employees become loyal, so that their performance becomes better. In fact, if employees feel uncomfortable, it will cause work stress that can cause stress. This study aims to see the effect of stress on performance mediated by burnout. Respondents consisted of 81 employees of PD 2.2 Common Rail. Methods and data using a questionnaire. Data processing techniques using Smart PLS, the results of this study indicate that: first, job stress does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Second, performance has a positive and significant effect on Burnout. Third, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on the Burnout variable. fourth, work stress and performance have a positive and significant effect on Burnout.

Employer branding is a concept that can be applied within a company to make employees feel comfortable and feel that the company is a good place to work. By utilizing employer branding, the company will be better in the eyes of employees as well as there will be many prospective new employees who are interested in working at the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employer branding on employee performance mediated by organizational trust. This study used 95 respondents as the sample. The instrument testing method uses the SmartPLS. The results of this study are employer branding has a significant effect on employee performance, employer branding has a significant effect on organizational trust, organizational trust has a significant effect on employee performance, Organizational trust is able to mediate employer branding influence on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh employer branding terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan pada perusahaan otomotif dengan reputasi perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi (Study pada mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2017 semester ganjil Universitas Pelita Bangsa). Responden penelitian ini adalah 97 orang ( populasi 3.800 orang )mahasiswa pelita bangsa jurusan manajemen angkatan 2017 Semester Ganjil. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama,Variabel Reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat melamar,kedua, Variabel employer branding memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat melamar , ketiga, Variabel employer branding memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel reputasi perusahaan.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at PT YAUP Cikarang. This research uses quantitative methods. The research variable data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to as many as 50 respondents using the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects with Smart PLS software. The results of the study found that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work-life balance and employee performance.

Sampah merupakan salah satu yang dihasilkan dari sisa kegiatan masyarakat dimana bagi sebagian orang sulit untuk dikelola dan menjadi masalah yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh warga. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk menyebabkan peningkatan aktivitas yang artinya juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah indeks sampah, penumpukan sampah di tempat pembuangan sampah akhir akan berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup masyarakat sekitarnya. Pengelolaan sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan salah satu upaya preventif yang dilakukan dalam meminimalisasi dan menghilangkan penyakit akibat kerja ataupun kecelakaan akibat kerja. Ekonomi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dan kehidupan masyarakat. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa keberadaan tempat pembuangan sampah telah memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian beberapa masyarakat sekitar. Pada kenyataannya banyak masyarakat yang mengeluhkan penyakit yang sering muncul setelah adanya tempat pembuangan sampah akhir. Pengelolaan sampah dan fasilitas kebersihan yang kurang baik menyebabkan kualitas lingkungan menjadi buruk demikian juga dengan Desa Burangkeng. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Desa Burangkeng merupakan desa tempat pembuangan akhir sampah yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah terutama dari segi kesehatan masyarakat dan kondisi lingkungan. Adanya organisasi Prabu sebagai pemersatu warga belum dapat berperan secara maksimal terutama jika berhubungan dengan kebijakan pemerintah meskipun mereka telah berupaya untuk menjadi jembatan aspirasi sekaligus sebagai referensi akan informasi dan pengetahuan warga mengenai kondisi lingkungan serta dampak dari TPA.

Perusahaan harus dapat mengelola sumber daya manusia yang ada secara efektif dan efisien sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan yang dinyatakannya, bahwa dunia bisnis sekarang dituntut untuk menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi untuk pengembangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 responden dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik analisis berupa uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dari PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila disiplin dan motivasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan.

- Abstract
Employee performance plays an important role in terms of organizational continuity. The success of the entire implementation of work tasks of an organization is largely determined by the existence of quality human resource management. Employee engagement should be more than just a systematic approach, it should be part of the company culture and part of the management philosophy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work-life on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was all employees in the production department of an electronics company in the Jababeka industrial area with a total of 72 respondents. This study has been performed using the Smart PLS analysis tool using quantitative methods. The selection is conducted via a Google Form, which completes an online survey. Data analysis techniques used in this research are R-square checks, bootstrapping, route coefficient, and some indirect effects. Results have shown that work-life quality affects employee performance, work-life quality influences job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance and job satisfaction can help mediate work-life quality on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cabinindo Putra. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berkerja bagian PPIC PT Cabinindo Putra berjumlah 61. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan program statistik SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara konflik kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Abstract This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of work stress, work conflict and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Cabinindo Putra. The population in this study were employees who worked with PT Cabinindo Putra's PPIC section totaling 61. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely the saturated sampling method. This study uses the SPSS statistical program. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant effect between work stress and employee performance, there is a negative and significant effect between work conflict and employee performance, there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance.

The use of the internet causes changes in people's behaviour in making buying decisions. Purchases are not only made in a particular store or place but can be purchased online. The purpose of this study was to determine whether brand image influences purchasing decisions mediated by the trust of the Wardah brand cosmetics. This study uses quantitative methods using SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained using the Slovin formula using random sampling techniques, namely as many as 88 respondents. Data collection uses a Google form to fill out an online questionnaire. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrap, path coefficient, and specific indirect effects. The results showed that brand image affects purchase decisions, brand image affects brand trust, brand trust affects purchase decisions, and brand trust affects the relationship between brand image and purchase decisions. Retailers who can maintain brand image and brand trust will be able to increase customer decisions to buy cosmetic products online.

This research uses the SPSS program. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic leadership style and work productivity, there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic organizational culture and work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect between incentives and work productivity.

Employee retention is the biggest challenge faced by human capital management in the modern and digital economy. Due to a growing shortage of talented employees, organizations are looking for comprehensive strategies to attract and retain potential employees. Talent management as employee management has a strategic role in retaining employees, as well as building organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on employee retention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at a company based on agricultural technology in Cikarang. This study uses the census method in determining a sample of 83 respondents. This research uses partial least square method structure equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The result of this research shows the partial mediating model hypothesised was supported by the SEM model, indicating that retention management require both good talent management and a good organizational commitment.

In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

- Abstract
Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh talent management terhadap employee retention yang di mediasi employee engagement. Objek penelitian pada PT Matahari Putra Prima,Tbk cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan software SEM Smart PLS sebagai alat analisis. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 84 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui menggunakan google form dalam mengisi survei online . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji R- square,Bootstrapping,Path Coefficient, dan Specific indirect effects. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa talent management tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee retention,talent management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap engagement,employee engagement mimiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee retention,employee engagement mampu memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi hubungan talent management terhadap employee retention pada karyawan pt matahari putra prima,tbk. Kata kunci: Talent Management, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement. The Role of Employee Engagement Mediation on the Effect of Talent Management on Employee Retention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of talent management on employee retention mediated by employee engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek Penelitian pada PT NT Indonesia Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 101 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa apabila gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan promosi jabatan meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan. The number of samples obtained by a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula amounted to 101 respondents. Data collection is done through interviews and observations. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, training and promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the style of leadership, training, and promotion increases the employee's performance will increase significantly. The development of information technology and especially internet communication has caused significant social, economic and cultural changes to occur so quickly. On one side of information technology can provide benefits, simplify and accelerate access to information that we need in all things and can change the model of the economy and business models. However, even a negative impact cannot be avoided. Along with the development of internet technology, causing the emergence of new crimes called new cybercrime through the internet network. In this study, the authors approached qualitatively with interview methods and supported descriptive data from research sources originating from regulators and current digital business people who aimed to find out cybercrime in Indonesia. The results of this study, both regulators and business people view that critical preventive measures are taken and the law must continue to follow the development of crime in the cyber world.
