This study aims to assess the extent to which the people of West Nusa Tenggara adhere to the health protocol after the first and second doses of vaccination. This research is quantitative descriptive. The collection technique used a questionnaire. For data analysis using the three box method. The results showed that the obedience index of the people of West Nusa Tenggara in complying with health protocols during the post-vaccination Covid-19 pandemic was in the high category.

Aims: This study aim to conduct a community-based resilience analysis on Bungin Island, West Nusa Tenggara Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic Study Design: This study using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Place and Duration of Study: The data collection method used observation and interviews with informants, namely the chairman and members of the Bungin Island marine product processing industry community in 2021 Methodology: The analytical tool used is the OODA Loop analysis by analyzing the condition of the community in an effort to survive in the Covid-19 pandemic situation Results: The results showed that the resilience of the marine product processing industry community on Bungin Island during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of planning, action, evaluation and consistency of the Bungin Island seafood processing industry community, it can be concluded that community resilience related to the level of product sales did not have a negative effect on the level of product sales. In sales, around 25% of the industrial community actually experienced an increase in sales, but when viewed from the evaluation indicators and consistency of members of the Bungin Island seafood processing industry, they still lacked knowledge regarding sales administration reporting, promotional strategies and lack of working capital. Conclusion: In the future members of the industrial community can receive trainings that are able to support the sustainability of their business.

The social safety net (JPS) is one of the eight flagship programs of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Gemilang. JPS is an aid provided by the government in the form of a package containing nine staples for communities affected by the pandemic. This research aims to test the influence of price and product perception on consumer buying interest and consumer satisfaction in the people who receive the help of JPS NTB Gemilang. NTB people who received this program package became a population in this study, with 100 respondents taken from each province in NTB using questionnaires and data analysis using the structural equation model. The results showed that price perception affects consumer buying interest, products affect consumer buying interest, price perception affects consumer satisfaction, products affect consumer satisfaction. This research resulted in the perception of prices by the community and local products used in the program can increase people's buying interest in products in the program and provide satisfaction felt by the community after receiving packages in the JPS NTB Gemilang program.

Aims: This study aims to analyze the sustainability of community-based industrial businesses on Bungin Island, West Nusa Tenggara province, seen from two dimensions, namely the sustainability of the economic dimension and the sustainability of the social dimension. Place and Duration of Study: The sample of this research is the community of criteria is the Bungin island community which is a member of the industrial community that processes marine products into finished products with a total of 100 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire for survey the community perspective. The answers to each question were measured using a Likert scale. Ordinal data from the Likert scale is transformed using the Method of the Successive Interval approach. Methodology: The data processing method in this study uses the composite index of each variable of the economic dimension and social dimension. Results: The results of this study are that from the economic dimension, there are several variables that become obstacles to business continuity, namely access to financial institutions with an index of 0.395 and the constraint from the social dimension is the relatively low level of education of community members with an index of 0.348. While there are several variables that support the sustainability of community-based seafood processing businesses on Bungin Island, namely active members seeking market information (0.72), actively expanding business (0.706), labor availability (0.706) and member welfare (0.89).

This study aims to determine the satisfaction and buying interest of the recipients of the Gemilang Social Safety Net (JPS) program, in this case the incidence of buying interest in the recipient group who are satisfied with local products for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) compared to the incidence of buying interest in the group. who are dissatisfied with the local products of the JPS Gemilang program. In addition, this study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant difference in buying interest based on the type of work and educational status on local products of the JPS Gemilang MSME program. The population used in this study were recipients of JPS Gemilang, West Nusa Tengagra (NTB) province with stratified random sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Analysis of Odds Ratio and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results show that based on the Odds Ratio analysis, it can be seen that the dissatisfied recipients of local product assistance for JPS Gemilang MSMEs have an 8,308 times risk of having transactional buying interest, referential interest, preferential interest, explorative interest, low on local products of the JPS Gemilang MSME program. Based on ANOVA analysis, there is no significant difference in transactional buying interest, referential interest and exploratory interest and there is a significant difference in preferential interest based on the type of work of JPS Gemilang recipients towards local MSME products. Furthermore, based on education level, there was no significant difference in transactional buying interest, referential interest, preferential interest and exploratory interest in local products of the JPS Gemilang MSME program based on the education level group of JPS Gemilang recipients.

This study aims to analyze the variables that influence purchasing decisions for processed marine products in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. Determination of the number of respondents who will be the sample using the 10% Margin of Error (MOE) method with a total of 100 respondents consisting of several districts in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research was conducted using a Likert scale on each research variable with ordinal data and transformed into intervals using the Method Successive Interval (MSI), using the MS.excel application, while the Multiple Linear Regression data processing used the Stata application. The result of this research is that the consumer behavior of processed seafood in West Nusa Tenggara Province is slightly different from the conventional theory of consumer behavior, where the brand has a negative effect on purchasing decisions of 0.2129039 points, and convenience has a negative effect on purchasing decisions of 0.1199636 points. Meanwhile, price, packaging, promotion, benefits, and consumer traditions have a positive effect on purchase intention. Processed seafood products in West Nusa Tenggara Province have different consumer characteristics from other products in general.

Aims: This study aims to project investment in the Province of NTB. Study design: This research is a quantitative research using secondary data for analysis. Place and Duration of study: West Nusa Tenggara, Duration of study from September to December Methodology: There are two analytical tools used, namely trend analysis to make investment projections based on the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) values. Furthermore, investment needs are analyzed using the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the investment trend in NTB was using the exponential growth model. Based on ICOR analysis, the average ICOR value in 2011 – 2020 is 12, 11 with the assumption of a lag of 0, and reaches 8 with a grace period of 3 years. If it is assumed that the ICOR value of NTB has not changed, namely 8, then with economic growth of 7% as targeted in the RPJMD 2109-2023, an increase in investment of 56% is needed, even though if viewed from the average increase in investment, it was only 43% in 2016 – 2020. Conclusion: The projection carried out in this study only uses trend analysis. In subsequent research, the use of other analysis tools to projections such as the use of dynamic systems and modeling can be done so that the projection of investment needs can be in accordance with the regional concert.

Aims: The unemployment rate is very high. To reduce this, a large number of jobs are needed. If for a few years ago, university graduates were oriented to get a job after graduation, then with the existence of entrepreneurship education, they will be able to change the orientation of students to be able to create new jobs through entrepreneurship. Study Design: Quantitative Research. Methodology: This study explores the entrepreneurship education carried out in universities by distributing research questionnaires to 123 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Technology, Sumbawa using an incidental sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed by researchers using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Results: The results prove that there is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education and opportunity recognition on entrepreneurial intention. To prove that there is an indirect effect, the Sobel test is carried out. After conducting the Sobel test, the results are it was concluded that opportunity recognition is a variable that mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions because the Sobel test score 4.495 > 1.960. Conclusion: Entrepreneurship education can increase opportunity recognition. Then, opportunity recognition directly affects students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education in the study was found to increase students' entrepreneurial.

In dealing with the economy in a society that is experiencing a decline the government raises social assistance to the community. The NTB government itself uses the JPS program that has been running for a long time by turning it into the NTB Gemilang JPS Program. This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect influence between distributive justice, procedural fairness, and Interactional justice on Consumer Satisfaction through Emotional Factors as an intervening medium. This study used 100 respondents in the form of people who had received the JPS Gemilang NTB program package. Sampling technique using cluster sampling taken in several provinces after the distribution of the JPS Gemilang NTB program. The results of this study distributive justice have a significant effect directly on consumer satisfaction and indirectly through emotional factors, procedural justice has a significant effect directly on consumer satisfaction and indirectly through emotional factors, interactional justice has a significant effect directly on consumer satisfaction and does not have a significant effect indirectly through emotional factors, Distributive Justice. significant effect on Emotional Factors, Procedural Justice has a significant effect on Emotional Factors, Interactional Justice has a significant effect on Emotional Factors, Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on emotional factors.

This study determines the effect of trust, product quality, and perception on consumer purchase intention in micro and medium-sized products (MSMEs) included in the JPS Gemilang program. This research is a quantitative study. With a sample size of 100. they were using the structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method. The results showed that the trust variable had no significant effect on consumer buying interest. In contrast, the price perception and product quality variables significantly affected consumer purchase intention. Quality products accompanied by affordable prices will attract consumers to buy MSME products. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused people to save money in spending their money and tend to buy primary and health needs. Therefore, it is essential to increase consumer buying intention so that consumers are interested in buying products.

Aims: The shift from linear to circular business models is becoming increasingly necessary at the environmental level. There are many ways to make business and the environment an inseparable unit, one of which is by promoting the circular economy business model. Methodology: This study focuses on the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas approach to apply the circular economy concept by using the example of a marine waste processing company. Results: The results showed that the mapping of the waste processing business model with the TLBMC approach can be described as a whole, the sustainable value of the company in three integrated layers, namely the economic layer, the environmental layer, and the social layer. Despite the limitations resulting from this study but the findings in this study can be adapted to other waste processing companies.

The goal of this study was to find out how the economy of the community in West Nusa Tenggara Province was affected by people following health rules. In this study, 100 people from the West Nusa Tenggara Province took part. The method for getting data is by giving out questionnaires. Path analysis is used in the data analysis method. SmartPLS software is used to do this. Direct infrastructure does not affect the community's economy with community compliance in adhering to health protocols as a mediating variable, but knowledge does, with community compliance in adhering to health protocols as a mediating variable. It's not the infrastructure that makes people in West Nusa Tenggara more likely to follow the health and economic rules they have. When the people of West Nusa Tenggara follow health rules, that has an impact on their economy.

Aims: This study aims to identify the consumption behavior of people in West Nusa Tenggara Province during the COVID-19 pandemic. Study Design: This research is quantitative descriptive. Place and Duration of Study: The location of this research was carried out in West Nusa Tenggara Province which consists of 10 regencies/cities namely West Lombok Regency, Central Lombok Regency, East Lombok Regency, North Lombok Regency, West Sumbawa Regency, Sumba Regency, Dompu Regency, Bima Regency, Mataram City, City of Bima. Duration of Study starts October 2021 - December 2021. Methodology: With a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Then to analyze the data using the three box method. Results: The results showed that the consumption behavior of the people in West Nusa Tenggara Province, which was seen from primary needs, showed that the average need index reached 82% or in the high category, where more people chose to buy masks during the pandemic. Then for secondary needs, the average need index reaches 65% or in the medium category, where people prefer to set aside money for education costs rather than vacationing with family. Final, In meeting the tertiary needs, people prefer to buy land/buildings. In this case, the tertiary needs are in the medium category with the demand index reaching 50%. Conclusion: It can be concluded that during the pandemic, the people of West Nusa Tenggara had various consumption patterns. both primary consumption which is in the high category, as well as secondary and tertiary consumption which is in the medium category.

This study aims to optimize processed fishery products in Teluk Santoni Village with a constraint factor: Fish Resources (SDI) availability. The analytical tool used in this research is linear programming, maximizing the profit of processed fishery products with limitations on the availability of human resources, production capacity, and total production costs. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the Linear Program Solver (LiPS) software, it was found that to obtain maximum profit, the strategy that needs to be done is to produce crabs 10/3 times the average amount, 2.5 times salty, empek-empek and shrimp paste, produced two times the usual production amount and did not produce shredded fish and fish crackers. The total profit obtained from the optimization is Rp. 18.85 million per month. KEYWORDS: optimization, processed fishery products, linear programming

This study aims to determine the dynamics of taxpayer compliance from time to time by using a mathematical model. This study uses two analysis tools, namely differential equations, to create a model of taxpayer compliance and Moderated Regression Analysis to determine the effect of moderating government control on increasing taxpayer compliance. This study indicates that government control can reduce the number of non-compliant taxpayers by looking at the sensitivity index. The results of the sensitivity index of government control parameters can reduce the basic reproduction number. Statistically, it is also proven that the moderation of government control can strengthen the effect of awareness on taxpayer compliance by 82.5%.

The goal of this study is to figure out how resilient families who get the Gemilang Social Safety Net (JPS) are in terms of physical resilience, economic resilience, social psychological and sociocultural resilience, and family resilience based on each type of work. Another part of this study will look at how income, the number of people living with you, and how many times you’ve been given JPS Gemilang affect your physical resilience. This is a quantitative study. The people who took part in this study were people who had JPS Gemilang stage III in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Samples were chosen by a method called stratified random sampling. This study used the Treebox Method and multiple regression analysis to figure out how total income, number of dependents, and number of times receiving JPS Gemilang affected physical endurance, economic resilience, socio-psychological, and socio-cultural resilience, as well as how many times they were given the JPS Gemilang drug. According to a study done by looking at 100 samples, each person who gets JPS Gemilang has a high level of family resilience. This is true for the physical, economic, socio-psychological, and socio-cultural aspects that make up a person’s family. All of JPS Gemilang are in the top group. It doesn’t matter what job you do; your family is going to be able to handle it. People who work as professional staff, such as honorary teachers, honorary staff members, and teachers, do a lot of work that helps families be more resilient in general, but when they look at each of these things individually, they’re in the middle. Physical resilience, economic resilience, socio-psychological and socio-cultural resilience don’t seem to be affected by income, number of dependents, or number of times JPS Gemilang has been given to people. This is based on statistics.

COVID-19 diseases are a large family of viruses that cause respiratory infections, which can range from the common cold to more serious diseases and it harms all countries globally then designated as a global pandemic. Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic with restrictions imposed by many countries. The application of health protocols in public places such as tourism is expected to be an effort to prevent and control COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of people living in the Mandalika SEZ area in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol with knowledge and the social environment as moderating variables. This research is quantitative research with SEM analysis. The population in this study is people who live in the area around SEZ Mandalika, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire given to the respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of community compliance in implementing health protocols, where the knowledge variable was able to strengthen the relationship between community compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol, and social environmental factors were able to strengthen the relationship of community compliance in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol. &nbsp

Dalam konstitusi Republik Indonesia, tepatnya pada pasal 33 UUD 1945 disebutkan bahwa perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama atas azas kekeluargaan. Pernyataan ini merupakan perwujudan dari falsafah dasar kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia yang cenderung bersifat komunal religius dengan pengaruh kuat doktrin Islam. Artikel ini berusaha untuk menggali jati diri ekonomi politik Indonesia guna menemukan harmonisasi antara doktrin keislaman dengan amanah konstitusi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ilmiah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan teknik systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara defacto, praktek ekonomi politik Indonesia sejak zaman Hindia Belanda cenderung berkarakter kapitalistik. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan amanah konstitusi dan doktrin ekonomi dalam Islam yang mengedepankan konsep keadilan sosial dan keseimbangan (tawazun). Oleh karenanya, sebagai terjemahan atas konstitusi ekonomi Indonesia, telah dikembangkan konsep ekonomi Koperasi. Namun gagasan mengenai koperasi ini gagal untuk berkembang karena tidak mendapat dukungan serius dari pemerintah dan tidak dijiwai secara baik oleh masyarakat. Dengan penekanan yang kuat pada gagasan keadilan sosial, konsep koperasi harusnya bisa diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Islam Indonesia karena sesuai dengan doktrin keislaman dalam ekonomi yang menganut prinsip egalitarian yang proporsional. Dengan demikian, pengembangan Koperasi harus menjadi prioritas dalam kebijakan ekonomi Indonesia karena ia merupakan jati diri ekonomi politik negara yang dimandatkan konstitusi sekaligus merupakan jiwa masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam

Reforma agraria merupakan sebuah konsep redistribusi sumber daya agraria kepada rakyat untuk dikelola guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Gagasan reforma agraria berkembang dari masa ke masa dengan konsep dan bentuk yang berbeda, sesuai dengan idiologi umum yang berkembang di masyarakat pada setiap masa. Artikel ini berupaya untuk membangun narasi berfikir mengenai implementasi reforma agraria di Indonesia berdasarkan tinjauan literatur-literatur yang relevan. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa gagasan reforma agraria di Indonesia telah berkembang sejak zaman kerajaan hingga era modern saat ini. Adapun konsep dan rumusan reforma agraria berbeda-beda antara satu idiologi dengan idiologi lainnya yang menyebabkan terjadinya benturan atau konflik kepentingan. Upaya reforma agraria pada masa orde lama yang sangat didorong oleh Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI) menyebabkan terjadinya konflik berdarah dan perang saudara. Akibatnya, setelah PKI dibubarkan dan dinyatakan sebagai partai dan idiologi terlarang di Indonesia, terdapat sebuah trauma di masyarakat Indonesia dimana reforma agraria diidentikkan dengan gagasan PKI sehingga setiap upaya reforma agraria selalu dianggap sebagai menghidupkan kembali komunisme. Kondisi ini menyebabkan gagasan reforma agraria di Indonesia tidak pernah bisa diimplementasikan dan hanya berakhir menjadi wacana semata.

The emergence of financial technology is rooted from developed countries with established infrastructure, sophisticated technology, and more digital society. While this is not the case for developing countries, fintech has found difficulties in penetrating developing countries and improving their financial inclusion. This research aims to find fintech best practices around the world and analyze how they could improve the economic life of people in developing countries. We divided into three main category of problems that fintech could contribute and give solution: lack of infrastructure, less digital society, and chaotic and informal society. Then we analyzed three fintechs represent the three categories: Flutterwave, Creditfix, and Malako. We found that these fintechs have been able to contribute to financial inclusion and economy because of these reasons: 1) the ability to find what people really need; 2) the ability to simplify the sophisticated and complex technology behind the simple product; and 3) the ability to collaborate with traditional financial service.

A great earthquake was hitting Lombok in August 2018 that caused damage to home and livelihood sources of almost 100% of North Lombok Regency (KLU) population. This research is aimed to investigate the resilience capacity and livelihood strategies of displaced people (the earthquake victims) of KLU, especially the agricultural families during the post disaster emergency period. This research is using mix method between qualitative and quantitative approaches that explained descriptively. The qualitative data in this research was obtained using purposive area snowball sampling technique while the quantitative data was obtained through a comprehensive survey using Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) technique. Result of the research revealed that the earthquake caused the lost of jobs and livelihood sources of KLU’s people in all economic sectors, including agricultural sector. Social capital of the society was influencial as a main strategy of the victims to fulfil their daily needs and strengthen their social resilience in facing the damaging impact of the disaster. By exploiting their social capital, the society was able to fulfil their daily needs by managing all external aids, natural resources, and their remaining personal assets based on their common understanding, local wisdom, and social norms that exist in the society.

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produktivitas dan terhadap neraca transaksi berjalan di negara ASEAN tahun 1996- 2015. Dimana variabel dependen dalam penilitian ini adalah perubahan absolut pada transaksi berjalan, dengan variabel independen sebagai berikut: Investasi pada tahun sebelumnya yang diproksi dari gross capital formatioan dan change in inventories, perubahan absolut pada persentase produktivitas, dan transaksi berjalan itu sendiri pada tahun sebelumnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan model regresi data panel , ada tujuh negara ASEAN yang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian, antara lain: Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, dan Vietnam. Berdasarkan Uji Hausman dan Uji Lagrange Multiplier (LM) model estimasi terbaik yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah Random effect model. Hasil penelitian dari model Random effect memperlihatkan bahwa produktivitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap transaksi berjalan, dengan tingkat probabilitas 0.0471 < 0.05 (tingkat kepercayaan 95%), disebabkan karena produktivitas negara ASEAN dari tahun 1996-2015 mempengaruhi transaksi berjalan secara tidak langsung melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan investasi yang ditetapkan dari jumlah gross fix capital formastion dan change in stock (inventories) memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap perubahan absolut transaksi berjalan tetapi tidak signifikan, dimana tingkat probabilitas 0.6655 > 0.05 yang disebabkan karena tingkat investasi negara ASEAN sejak tahun 1996-2015 tidak lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tingkat saving (tabungan) dari masing-masing negara kecuali Cambodia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani padi di Desa Moyo Kecamatan Moyo Hilir dan membandingkannya dengan beberapa indikator garis kemiskinan sebagai ukuran untuk menilai tingkat kesejahteraan petani padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (kuantitatif- kualitatif) yang disajikan secara deskriptif dan pengumpulan datanya di lakukan dengan teknik observasi serta wawancara. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan teknik quota sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata total pendapatan per kapita per bulan keluarga petani padi di Desa Moyo Hilir adalah Rp653.861,-. Angka ini lebih rendah dari nilai garis kemiskinan menurut Bank Dunia yakni Rp758.100,- tetapi lebih tinggi dari garis kemiskinan Sajogyo sebesar Rp266.667,-. Adapun jumlah petani padi yang berada dibawah garis kemiskinan menurut Bank Dunia adalah 73,3%, sedangkan jumlah petani padi miskin menurut indikator garis kemiskinan Sajogyo adalah 6,7%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan dalam perekonomian Provinsi Nusa tenggara Barat (NTB)tahun 2000-2015, (2) Untuk mengetahui perubahan dan pergeseran sektor perekonomian Provinsi NTB tahun 2000-2015.Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian nomor satuadalah Location Quotient (LQ) dimana hasil analisis ini nantinya akan menunjukkan sektor-sektor unggulan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan dalam perumusan kebijakan dan perencanaan pembangunan di Provinsi NTB. Sedangkan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian nomor dua digunakan alat analisis shift-share dimana hasil dari analisis ini akan menunjukkan struktur dan pola perubahan pertumbuhan sektoral dalam perekonomian.Hasil analisis menunnjukkan bahwa sektor unggulan di provinsi NTB tahun 2000-2009 adalah 1. pertanian, peternakan, kehutanan dan perikanan, 2. pertambangan dan penggalian, 3. bangunan, 4. pengangkutan dan komunikasi, 5. jasa – jasa, sedangkan untuk tahun 2010-2015 adalah 1. pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan, 2. pertambangan dan penggalian, 3. transportasi dan pergudangan, 4. Administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib, 5.Jasa pendidikan, 6.Jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan lainnya, dan 7.Jasa lainnya.Sementara itu berdasarkan Hasil analisis shift share menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2000-2015 telah terjadi pergeseran struktur perekonomian di Provinsi NTB yang ditunjukkan dengan berubahnya nilai dari masing-masing komponen shift-share. Selain itu, ekonomi di provinsi ini juga banyak dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan nasional yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya nilai national share dalam analisis shift-share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, kurs, dan BI rate terhadap volume perdagangan saham pada perusahaan sektor perbankan BUMN di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode bulanan dari 2011- 2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 perusahaan sektor perbankan BUMN yang listing di BEI. Metode pengambilam sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh, maka diperoleh 4 perusahaan sektor perbankan BUMN yaitu BRI, BNI, BTN dan Bank Mandiri. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume perdagangan saham, kurs dan BI rate menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume perdagangan saham. Secara simultan menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara inflasi, kurs dan BI rate terhadap volume perdagangan saham perbankan. Nilai R Square overall sebesar 0.0481, yang artinya inflasi, kurs, dan BI rate mempunyai hubungan kausalitas dengan volume perdagangan saham perbankan sebesar 4.81% dan sisanya sebesar 95.19% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode pencatatan dan menghitung nilai persediaan akhir pada PT XYZ, sebuah dealer sepeda motor. Selanjutnya, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan tersebut telah sesuai dengan PSAK 14. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gabungan antara penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif (mix method). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 jenis sepeda motor dengan merek HN diantaranya BT1, RV1 dan VR1. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling di mana pengambilan sample dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pencatatan yang dilakukan PT XYZ adalah metode Perpetual dengan metode penilaian persediaan secara FIFO. Metode yang diterapkan perusahaan sudah sesuai dengan PSAK 14 karena dalam PSAK 14 menyatakan bahwa dengan metode pencatatan perpetual maka jumlah persediaan akhir dapat diketahui setiap saat tanpa melakukan perhitungan fisik. Selain itu, apabila menggunakan metode penilaian secara FIFO maka akan menghasilkan nilai persediaan akhir yang lebih besar sehingga HPP yang dihasilkan lebih rendah. Poverty is the cause of hunger, marginalization, neglectand the other social problems. Rural area, which most of its people work in agriculture, generally have more poor people than urban area. Lombok Island in NTB Province as one of the main producers of tobacco in Indonesia is one of the region with higher poor people percentage comparing to national percentage of poor people. This research aimed to know the pattern of vicious circle of poverty in tobacco farmers in Lombok Island. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. The number of respondents in this research are a hundred persons which were choosed by random sampling. While the research areas were choosed by purposive method. The research result revealed that the tobacco farmers in rural Lombok experienced the new pattern of vicious circle of poverty. Since the farmers had low level of capital, it encourage the farmers to make a collaboration with Tobacco Company which was create the dependence of farmers to tobacco commodity and Tobacco Company. Dependence on Tobacco Company make bargaining positions of farmerslowin transaction processwhich cause the farmers income become low. Pulau Lombok di NTB sebagai penghasil utama tembakau di Indonesia adalah salah satu daerah dengan prosentase penduduk miskin lebih tinggi dari pada prosentase penduduk miskin nasional. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pola lingkaran setan kemiskinan pada petani tembakau di Pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Responden berjumlan seratus orang dipilih secara random sampling di wilayah penelitian yang ditentukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani tembakau di pedesaan Pulau Lombok mengalami lingkaran setan kemiskinan dengan pola baru. Rendahnya tingkat modal petani mendorong petani untuk bermitra dengan perusahaan tembakau, kemitraan ini kemudian menciptakan ketergantungan petani pada komoditas tembakau dan perusahaan mitra, ketergantungan itu membuat posisi tawar petani lemah dalam proses transaksi yang mengakibatkan rendahnya pendapatan petani, pendapatan yang rendah membuat petani terjebak pada debt trap dan tidak mampu mengakumulasi modal, dengan demikian petani kembali memiliki modal yang sangat rendah.Kata kunci: kemiskinan, pedesaan, petani, tembakau, Lombok
