Dr. Ahmet ÜNAL Ağustos 1991, 138* sahife Bu çalışmada, yeraltı mekanize kömür madenlerinde üretkenliği arttırabilecek yöntem ve teknikler araştırılmıştır. Madencilikte üretkenlik, kişi başına üretilen kömür miktarı (ton/vardiya-işçi veya kg/saat- işçi) olarak tanımlanagelmektedir. Bu tanımın, girdilerden sadece birisine dayanması sebebiyle, yanılticı olabileceği sonucuna varılmiş ve yeni bir yaklaşım getirilmiştir. Bu yaklaşımda Ekonomik Toplam üretkenlik (ETİ)) ile aşağıdaki fiziksel üretkenlik değerlerinin de ifadesi Öngörülmektedir: i. Kişi başına üretilen kömür miktarı, ii. üretilen ton basına harcanan birim malzeme, iii. üretilen ton başına tüketilen birim enerji, iv. üretilen ton başına karşılık gelen sermaye. Bu yaklaşım içinde mekanize kömür madenlerinde üretkenliği arttıran yötem ve teknikler i. teknolojiye, ii. malzemeye, iii. çalışana ve iv. işe bağlı olarak sınıflandırılmış ve üretkenliği nasıl arttırabileceği - v -incelenmiştir. Bunlardan üretkenlik deviri yaklaşımı, potansiyeli yüksek ve masrafı en az olduğundan detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşım içerisinde geriye dönümlü üretkenlik eğilim analizi kullanılarak Orta Anadolu Linyitleri işletmesi (OAL)'ndeki üretkenliğe etki eden faktörler belirlenmiştir. Bu faktörlerin isletmenin üretkenlik değerleri üzerindeki artış ve düşüşlere yol açan etkileri saptanmış ve elde edilen sonuç ve tecrübeler aktarılmıştır. Prof.Dr. Ahmet ÜNAL August 1991, 138 pages In this study, the methods and techniques that can improve the productivity in underground mechanized coal mines have been investigated. Productivity in mining is defined as amount of coal produced per man (tons/shift man or kg/hr-man). It was concluded that this definition of productivity would be misleading since it was based on only one input parameter (human), therefore a new approach was introduced. It is suggested that Economic Total Productivity (ETP) and definitions of following physical productivity values should be used together: i. amount of coal produced per man per unit time, ii. material used per ton of coal produced, iii. energy consumed per ton of coal produced, iv. capital invested per ton of coal produced. Under this approach, the methods and techniques improving the productivity in underground mechanized coal mines were classified as; i. technology based, ii. material based, iii. employee based, iv. task - iii -based and how these methods and techniques improve the productivity were examined. Among these, the productivity cycle approach was investigated in detail, because of its capability to improve the productivity is extremely high, but its cost is lower than the others. In this framework, the factors affecting the productivity in Middle Anatolia Lignites Enterprise (OAL) were determined by using the retrospective productivity trend analysis. After determining the productivity values of the establishment, the factors that cause increases and decreases on productivity were determined. Results and experiences were submitted.
