Abstract

Organic chemistry nomenklature is one of the most importatnt matter of chemistry education. Its last change occured in 1993. The available high school chemistry textbooks, which have been analized, deal with nomenclature very briefly. They use the instructive educational approach which is mostly based on deduction. However, it is contrary to the contemporary attitude of education. This is the substantiation for creating the alternative procedure and verifying the availability in practice. This work presents two worksheets that deal with the introduction of the organic chemistry nomenclature. This is the substantiation of creating the alternative procedure and verifying the availability practice. This metodology has been assesed by teachers of grammar schools. Due to the reactions, the material was positively evaluated not only by students but also by teachers themselves. Remarks acquired by piloting were incorporated into the material and can therefore be tested on a larger representative sample.

9. Analysis agricultural endowment policy of the state with reference to Common agricultural policy European union

Abstract

Czech Republic entered to the European Union on 1st May 2004. This entrance was also the tuming point for czech farmers thanks to the promise of growing financial resources for production in the agrarian area. lt meant for the czech agricultural policy to satisfy entrance conditions of the Common Agricultural Policy and receive European type of multifunction agriculture. lt ranges on the support of beyond-produce functions of agriculture (landscapes maintainance in cultural state, improvement of environment, ecological agriculture etc.) The main aim of my diploma thesis is to valorize whether this support is really oriented to the region with less favourable conditions for agriculture. The evaluation will be accomplished on the data basis ofthe State's agricultural and interventional fund about grant recipients accordance with single districts during the year period 2004-2006.

Abstract

Prakticky v jakémkoliv uskupení států mají vlády těchto států z hlediska zdanění dvě možnosti: mohou se domluvit na koordinaci či harmonizaci daňových systémů, nebo spolu soutěžit o přízeň ekonomických subjektů tak, že nechají volný průchod daňové konkurenci. Členské státy Evropské unie se domluvily na tom, že systémy daně z přidané hodnoty budou určitým způsobem harmonizovat. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá harmonizací daně z přidané hodnoty v rámci Evropské unie. Zabývá se vývojem českého systému daně z přidané hodnoty prakticky od počátku devadesátých let do data vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie z hlediska harmonizace právních předpisů v oblasti DPH, fungováním současného přechodného systému DPH v rámci EU, jeho kritikou a návrhy na jeho změnu.

15. First isolation of Borrelia lusitaniaeDNA from green lizards (Lacerta viridis) and Ixodes ricinusticks in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal whether green lizards (Lacerta viridis), common hosts of tick larvae and nymphs, might be involved in the transmission cycle of Borrelia burgdorferisensu lato in the Czech Republic. Green lizards were sampled in two areas at the Tiché Údolí Nature Reserve (site A: 50.1482 N, 14.3669E; site B: 50.1476 N, 14.3745 E), Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic. The skin biopsy specimens and attached ticks (if any) were collected from 52 captured lizards. Also, questing ticks from both areas were collected by flagging. The touchdown polymerase chain reaction and gel electrophoresis revealed Borrelia lusitaniaein three lizard tissue samples. Most lizards (19/30, 63%) had at least one Borreliapositive tick. Borrelia lusitaniaeformed 92% (34/37) and 59% (17/29) of all borreliae detected in larvae and nymphs, respectively. Borrelia lusitaniae(6/10, 60%) was also the major pathogen in questing nymphs from site B. At site A, 13% (2/16) of questing nymphs were positive for B. lusitaniae. Based on our data, it can be assumed that B. lusitaniaeis a common pathogen at lizard sites in the Czech Republic, and further research to prove this hypothesis is therefore highly recommended. As lizards often inhabit urban areas, the data presented may also contribute to raising awareness of the possible spread and risk of Borreliainfection.

Cílem diplomové práce „Zhodnocení a návrh expanze společnosti na zahraniční trhy“ je zhodnocení kroku společnosti vstoupit na zahraniční trhy, se zaměřením na vstup společnosti na slovenský trh formou dceřiné společnosti a zhodnocení a navrhnutí dalších možností expanze společnosti do zahraničí. Diplomová práce popisuje vývoj a současný stav mateřské společnosti a současný stav dceřiné společnosti., The aim of the thesis “Assessment and proposal of company’s expansion to foreign markets” is an evaluation of company’s decision to enter foreign markets. Evaluates company’s entry to the Slovak market via establishing a subsidiary company, assesses situation and proposes further follow-on courses of action for foreign expansion. The thesis strives to describe history and current status of controlling company as well as newly established subsidiary company.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření výkonnosti podniku DSB EURO, s. r. o. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část práce popisuje koncept Balanced Scorecard a postup při jeho implementaci. Praktická část vychází z teorie popsané v diplomové práci a hodnotí současnou situaci podniku nejen za pomocí finančních ale i nefinančních měřítek. Z výsledků analýz je vytvořen návrh implementace konceptu do zvoleného podniku. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na shrnutí možných rizik, předpokládané přínosy konceptu Balanced Scorecard., The Master’s thesis deals with the business performance assessment of DSB EURO, s. r. o. company by Balanced Scorecard method.
