The purpose of the study is to consider the dance culture of the provincial nobility of the Tambov province of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. From the standpoint of a culturological approach, the evolution of ballroom culture in Russia as a socio-cultural phenomenon based on the relationship of family, public education and upbringing of young people of the Russian provincial nobility is analyzed. The curricula and programs of educational institutions of the Tambov prov-ince are analyzed: the Noble School Building, the Government Men’s Gymnasium, the Pitiri-movskaya Gymnasium, as well as private educational institutions: the Ptashnik Gymnasium, the Music School, the Catherine Teachers’ Institute, the Alexandria Institute of Noble Maidens, the Diocesan Women’s School and others. The importance of the main characteristics of the dance evening and its functional significance for Russian society is determined. The role of educational institutions of the Tambov province in the choreographic training and education of the provincial nobility is established. Public, merchant, and private balls are characterized. The changes of bal-lroom dance determined by socio-cultural processes in Russian culture and education are consi-dered. The conclusion is made about the need to revive the dance ballroom culture and fill it with regional peculiarities, its own character and content, traditions, rituals, beliefs. The role of dance culture in the preservation of aesthetic values in modern society is determined.

The issues of the development of creative thinking of a student by means of staging activities in the universities of culture and arts are considered. A number of prerequisites for the development of creative thinking of a student are revealed. The features of the structure of creative thinking in foreign and domestic studies are analyzed. The staging activity of a student in the universities of culture and arts, implemented as part of the study of a number of disciplines “Composition and Staging of Dance”, “Staging Workshop”, “Skill of a Choreographer”, etc., is characterized. As a result of the study, the types of thinking that, in the context of various approaches, are decisive, that is, dominate in the process of creating choreographic compositions, are considered, among them: figurative, spatial, associative, kinesthetic thinking. A brief description of the block of creative problem tasks, etude works aimed at the development of creative thinking of a student at universities of culture and arts.

The article presents the systematization of conceptual definitions that are used by researchers to describe motivational phenomena. There are two directions of defining motivation: motivation, which is considered in terms of structural positions, as a set of factors or motives, and motivation ‒ as a dynamic education, as a process, a mechanism.The author's definition of the concept of motivation of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine – as a structured and orderly set of leading motives, allows mobilizing and directing psychological resources of the person on service and combat activity, neutralizing influence of extreme conditions at performance of service and combat tasks.The study of motivation of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine as a factor of professional development should be conducted from the standpoint of dynamic and structural approaches. With the help of a structural approach it is possible to study the structure and content of the motives for professional growth of a serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. A dynamic approach can provide an explanation of the mechanisms for implementing the process of professional development of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine.The most important motives for military service for the professional development of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine are social and value motives, motives for cooperation, motives for success in activities, as well as satisfaction with the chosen profession and the desire to expand the sphere of influence.We believe that the study of the characteristics of the motivation for servicemen will help to develop a program for the formation of the motivational and volitional sphere of servicemen in the future.

The article proves the need to study the psychological characteristics of female service personnel, in connection with increasing the role and place of women in society, the imperfection of legal documents, the lack of psychological support for female service personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine, as a specific group of military professions. Using the method of expert evaluation of the effectiveness of military service of servicewomen, indicators of the positive attitude of female service personnel to military service and the motives that ensure their adaptation and self-realization in the military profession are revealed. It has been established that for high efficiency in the performance of military service activities by military women, the leading motive can be any positive motive that conquered the entire motivational sphere. The results of the study of psychological features of female service personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine depending on the effectiveness of military service, are presented, namely: types of accentuation of character traits and temperament in women servicemen; features of intelligence, adaptability and motivation in female service personnel with different effectiveness of combat service. It is revealed that servicewomen with high level of efficiency of combat service are characterized by: more developed abstract thinking, efficiency, high level of general culture, especially a verbal one, better emotional stability, greater orientation to reality, integrity, responsibility, commitment, developed sense of duty and responsibility, business orientation, honesty, simplicity, naivety, emotionality, inability to analyze partner's motives, purposeful Strength, strong will, ability to control their emotions and behavior. Servicewomen with a low level of effectiveness of combat service are characterized by: greater independence, perseverance, but sometimes conflict, aggressiveness, tendency to authoritarian behavior.

Purpose: To study cytokine levels in aqueous humor of patients with myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCNV), their correlations with each other and ocular parameters. Methods: Ophthalmological examination and immunological study of aqueous humor with cytokine levels measurement (Bio-Plex™ Human Cytokine 27-Plex panel; Bio-Rad Laboratories, USA) were performed in 19 patients (19 eyes) with ranibizumab-treated mCNV and compared to 15 patients (15 eyes) with myopia without CNV. Results: The levels of 10 cytokines were significantly different in patients with mCNV compared to the controls: the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level was 2 times lower (191.15 ± 142.30 and 320.06 ± 170.05 pg/mL, respectively), and the levels of PDGF, IL-2, IL-5, IL-13, IL-15, IL-17А, TNF-α, IL-8, and RANTES were elevated. Strong correlations between morphological and functional parameters and cytokines, including VEGF, were found. The VEGF level inversely correlated with the myopia degree and the cytokines IL-13, INF-γ, and RANTES. Conclusion: The decrease in VEGF levels accompanied by imbalance of other cytokines may suggest additional mCNV development pathways.

Comorbidity of psychic diseases with different somatic pathology is an essential causes for marking the pattern of the illness worse. Psychiatry stigma causes difficulty in getting adequate treatment of somatic pathology in schizophrenia patients. The goal of the research The studying of particularities in clinical development of comorbidity in schizophrenia with sustained hypertension. Data and methods 60 patients with paranoid form of schizophrenia accompanied with somatic pathology (sustained hypertension). Use Clinical-catamnesis, clinical- psychopathology methods, psychometry scale (PANSS, HARS, HDRS, ESRS). Results Clinical features of comorbidity in schizophrenia with sustained hypertension are characterized by structural particularities of productive and deficiency disorders. The depression with hypochondriasis and anxiety symptoms is more expressive. Neurocognitive symptoms and low quality remission are marked (p Conclusions Patients with comorbidity in schizophrenia and sustained hypertension developed more complex pattern of the disease. Patients were revealed to endure psychic medications worse. They were marked to have secondary resistance to psychotropic therapy.

Introduction Syphilis of the nervous system is a chronic disease with light initial manifestations and severe late after-effects. In Ukraine cases with neurosyphilis have been increased since 2003 year. Clinical symptoms of neurosyphilis have been changed. Symptoms of the initial forms of neurosyphilis concealed different somatic diseases. That is why the patient with neurosyphilis become patients of any other specialists such as an ophthalmologists, a therapeutists, a neurologists, etc. Aim To study clinical and diagnostic particulars of neurosyphilis psychiatric patients. Materials and methods Psychiatric patients with neurosyphilis in period from 2003 through 2011.The detailed analysis of patients information was done. It included different types of test, investigations and anamnesis. Among them are: psychopathologic test, CT, ES, the serologic results of blood, the investigations of liquors (the cytosis one, the albumen one, the results of Zax-Vitebsky, Kan reactions) and the neurologic examination in the process of treatment. Results Revealed prevalence of initial forms of neurosyphilis (mesenkhimal) over the late forms (parenchymatous). The late forms of neurosyphilis take 23,40% among the general number of patients. Dementia form takes 60,00%, the depressive - 20,00%, the expansive one −10,00% and other forms 10,00%. There are some factors of risk that actually influence the development of neurosyphilis. There are alcohol dependence, trauma of the skull and brain, general immune deficiency and the low social standard of living. Conclusion Revealed increasing number of latent forms of syphilis which is consequently transferring into late forms of neurosyphilis (p > 0,001).
