Background & Aims One of the areas that need attention in the nursing profession, which can affect various fields of work, professional, care, etc., are temperament and character. Various factors can affect the temperament and character. One of these factors is the circadian rhythms in which most nurses experience disturbances. Considering the importance of examining and evaluating temperament and character in nurses and the effects of circadian rhythm disturbances on them, and given that less attention has been paid to it, this study aims to determine the relationship between circadian rhythm and temperament/character of nurses working in selected teaching hospitals in Tehran, Iran. Materials & Methods This is a descriptive-correlational study with a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of all nurses working in teaching hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. The study samples were 200 eligible nurses who were selected randomly (by lottery method) from different departments of four hospitals. A demographic form, the morningness-eveningness questionnaire (MEQ), and Cloninger’s temperament and character inventory (TCI) were used to collect data. Data analysis was conducted in SPSS software, version 16. Results Most of the participants (64%) were neither-type nurses in terms of circadian rhythm. Introduction Nurses who are at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19 have faced problems such as anxiety and stress due to the high contagiousness of this disease and the challenges of providing services to infected patients. Death anxiety and the resulting fear following the Covid-19 pandemic can affect caring behaviors and the quality of nursing care services. Objective The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the association between caring behaviors and death anxiety among Iranian nurses working in COVID-19 wards. Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2021 in Tehran. The participants consisted of 233 nurses who were purposively selected from university hospitals in Iran. Data collection tools included Demographic Information Form, Death Anxiety Scale, and Caring Dimension Inventory (CDI-25). Data analysis was done using SPSS (version 16). Results Most of the participants were female (79.4%), had less than 5 years of work experience (50.6%), and had bachelor's degree (88.8%). Based on the results, the level of death anxiety among nurses was moderate (7.05 ± 3.85) and their caring behavior was at optimal level (103.03 ± 13.15). Among the subscales of caring behavior, physical-technical behaviors with mean of 46.43 ± 6.20 got the highest score, and unnecessary behaviors with mean of 4.39 ± 0.73 got the lowest score compared to other subscales. Based on data analysis findings, caring behavior and its dimensions had no significant correlation with nurses’ death anxiety ( p = 0.111). Conclusions Our results showed that despite having a moderate level of anxiety, nurses try to provide good care behaviors to patients with covid-19. However, reducing nurses’ anxiety can improve caring behaviors.

PurposeToday, the care of chronic patients and older adult people in hospitals has moved towards community-based care, and health systems focus on disease prevention, health promotion, and rehabilitation. Community-based nurses play an essential role in early identification and intervention for these conditions. On the other hand, there is an increasing trend in ageing and chronic diseases in the world especially in Iran, which increases the importance of disease prevention and public health promotion. Therefore, the current research aims to identify barriers to the development of community-based nursing in Iran.MethodsIn this qualitative study, 12 semi-structured interviews were conducted with nursing experts recruited in the study by purposive sampling in 2021–2022. Interviews were recorded and transcribed and a framework analysis method was used to analyse the data.ResultsThe results obtained from the analysis of documents and qualitative interviews led to the identification of 4 barriers: not having a specific position, inappropriate image of nursing in society, inadequacy of education with the needs of society, and high cost of home nursing services.ConclusionImproving the image of nursing in society, locating a special place in the health system, improving education, and adjusting the costs of home care could be the strategies that help the further development of community-based nursing (CBN).

Background & Aim: Comfort is the ultimate goal in all the nursing processes. The aim of the study is to examine the comfort status of the hospitalized patients with mental disorders. Methods & Materials: This study is a descriptive, cross-sectional study that was conducted on 275 patients hospitalized in the psychiatric wards of Lavasani hospital in Tehran in 2020. The study subjects were selected using the convenience sampling method. The patients completed a demographic form and the comfort questionnaire of psychiatric patients. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, independent t-test, analysis of variance, and the Scheffe test through the SPSS software version 24 at a significance level of 0.05. Results: A total of 184 patients (66.9%) were male. The overall comfort score was 128.76, which was more than median based on the score from 38 to 190. The highest scores in the dimensions of comfort, were respectively sociocultural domain (65.20±91.55), psychospiritual domain (64.19±31.50), physical domain (58.22±37.06), and environmental domain (49.19±22.39). Background & Aims: Substance abuse is a chronic disease that affects the person, in addition to their family and children. Adolescents' social competence is one of the issues that seems to be affected by parental substance abuse. Social competence is the level of commitment to acceptable social behaviors that are needed in society to effectively interact with others. The present study aims to determine the social competence of adolescents with parents having substance abuse in the West of Tehran. Materials & Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in 2020. Participants were 265 adolescents in the first and second public high schools in the west of Tehran (districts 5, 10, 18), who had parents with substance abuse. They were selected by a continuous sampling method. After the necessary arrangements and obtaining informed consent from them, the link of the online questionnaires was provided to them through social media applications. The data collection tool included a demographic form and the Perceived Social Competence Scale. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance) were used in SPSS software v.16, and the significance level was set at 0.05. Results: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in 2020. Background: Current nursing shortage is becoming more complicated because of turnover intention among nurses. Most of the inactive nurses in Iran after a long time for various rations Returned To Professional Nursing Practice (RTPNP). Because the RTPNP program does not exist in Iran to prepare inactive nurses returning to practice, this study aimed to explore the strategies that contribute to preparing nurses for RTPNP. Materials and Methods: The present study was a part of the findings of a larger grounded theory study that lasted about 9 months from April 2019 to December 2019. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with participants after signing an informed consent form. The average interview duration was 40 minutes. The study participants were selected through purposeful sampling from both public and private hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. Participants included eight nurses, two education supervisors, two matrons, and two head nurses. Interviews were verbatim transcribed and analyzed using a constant comparative analysis method. Results: Struggle turning back to PNP was the main category that emerged from four categories of “seeking learning resources,” “return to practice support,” “getting used to a practice,” and “building a new family life” from the data analysis process. Conclusions: Returners struggle to get prepared for providing PNP to clients if there is no definite process of RTPNP. Organizational support and RTPNP programs are efficient strategies and could help these returners get prepared for PNP.

The chronic nature of severe mental illnesses is necessary for constant care provided by the family caregivers. Considering the significance of family caregivers in providing care, it is imperative to ensure their self-care if they are to play the role of caregiving effectively and efficiently well. The present study was conducted using the purposive sampling method and in-depth semi-structured interviews among 13 family caregivers and five health team members. The data were analyzed via a conventional content analysis approach. In the data analysis, seven main categories and 18 subcategories emerged: “A troublesome patient and me,” including “Care-induced distress,” “Caring dilemma,” “Emotional fluctuations,” and “Self-forgetfulness”; “Passive–destructive individuality,” including: “Mental stereotypes” and “Unhealthy lifestyle”; “Family turbulence,” including: “Family malfunction” and “Break in family ties”; “The conjoined influencing social factor,” including “Lack of awareness at the family and community level” and “Social stigmatization”; “lack of well-organized health care system,” including “Biomedical-oriented health system,” “Disruption in continuity of care,” and “Problems associated with the support provided by the health system”; “Disturbed economic conditions,” including “Difficulty in life with disrupted financial capability,” “Problems related to education and promoting awareness,” and “Family health care problems”; “Dysfunctional Public mental health,” including “Macro-dysfunction of mental health education,” and “Disruptive advocacy activities to support families of patients with mental disorders.” There are several barriers to family caregiver self-care planning that require health professionals to develop appropriate interventions.

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bedding preterm infants in nests on their motor behaviors in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Iran.Methods: In this randomized controlled trial, 44 clinically stable preterm infants, admitted to the NICU, were recruited and randomly divided into two groups of control and intervention. The routine of the unit was to take care of infants on a flat mattress. The intervention was a U-shaped cloth nest in which the intervention group was bedded for 7 days. The control group consisted of infants who were normally cared without any boundaries. All infants were videotaped before and on the last day of the intervention. The motor behaviors, as defined in the Newborn Individualized Developmental Care and Assessment Program (NIDCAP) sheet, were analyzed in each of the films.Results: To compare the number of total extensor motor behaviors between the two groups, the change score in each group was calculated and compared between the two groups. The mean change scores in the intervention and control groups were -21.36±13.5 and 2.32±7.9, respectively. Accordingly, nesting significantly reduced the occurrence of unstable behaviors in the intervention group, compared to that in the control group (PConclusion: According to the findings, supporting the preterm infant body even by accessible materials could enhance their neurodevelopmental strengths and motor behavior stabilities.

Introduction: Medication adherence is essential to improve outcomes emanated from the disease. The increase in the complexity of the medical regimens causes poor adherence in patients with heart failure; also, the progressive nature of Heart Failure (HF) and its complicated drug regimens are mostly stressful. This study has been conducted on the HF patients at the heart hospital of Kermanshah city with the objective of finding the association between medication adherence and coping skills. Methods: The present research is a descriptive-correlative study. Research cases include 400 HF patients at Imam Ali hospital of Kermanshah in 2015 who were selected using available sampling method. The self-reported epidemiologic characteristics form of HF patients, Morisky medication adherence Questionnaire (1986) and short form of Carver Questionnaire (COPE, 1997) were utilized for data gathering. SPSS 22 software and statistical test of Pearson correlation and descriptive statistical were used to analyze the data. Results: The result showed that the majority of the studied cases (%94) had poor medication adherence. Pearson correlation data analysis revealed direct and weak statistical correlation between medication adherence and coping Skills (religion P=0.036, acceptance P=0.019, use of emotional support P=0.02, use of instrumental support P=0.001, hummer P=0.025, positive reframing P˂0.001, self-distraction P=0.002). Conclusion: Given the weakness of medication Adherence and relationship between medication adherence and coping Skills in HF patients, the application of educational and intervention programs appears to be substantial.

Background & Aim: Infant hospitalization in the intensive care unit is stressful for parents so that it affects their parental role. Nurses, due to their special situation, can play an important role in reducing parental stress. This study aimed to determine the effect of parental role training by a nurse on stress in the parents of hospitalized newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit. Methods & Materials: A quasi-experimental study (IRCT201605131788N17) was conducted on 72 parents (36 couples in the intervention group, 36 couples in the control group) of hospitalized newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit of Ali-Asghar hospital in 2016. The intervention group received the parental role training based on their needs. Their stress level was compared with the control group using the Parental Stress Scale. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, paired t-test, independent t-test and Fisherchr('39')s exact test using the SPSS software v.16. Results: Before the education, there was no significant difference in the stress level between the two groups (P>0.05). Background & Aim: The caregivers of hemodialysis patients experience a heavy caregiving burden. More caregiving pressure and burden has been reported of the women than men insofar as they are encountered with more physical and psychological problems. This paper explores the challenges faced by women living with husband on hemodialysis. Methods & Materials: The study followed a conventional content analysis method. The participants were selected through purposive sampling method in hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran, in 2017-2018. The first author performed semi-structured, individualized interviews with 14 participants. Results: By analyzing the data, the main category "Immersing in problems" was extracted with two following categories: 1- Inadequate support network (subcategories: inadequate informational support, inadequate instrumental support, inadequate emotional support) and 2- Difficult coexistence with problems (subcategories: role overload, worry and anxiety, fear and hope for the future, suffering of frequent dialyses). Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that women living with the husband on hemodialysis have been encountered with challenges and numerous stressing factors in the course of caregiving. Given the challenges experienced by participants, telenursing and community health nurses can play an important role in eliminating the many problems of hemodialysis patients and their caregivers.

Introduction: The complications of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) affect the child and the parents. Objectives: The present study is conducted with the aim of studying the resilience of mothers of children with ADHD. Patients and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in Tehran between the years 2016 to 2017. The sample of the study consists of mothers of children with ADHD. The sample size was 110 mothers. Connor and Davidson’s resiliency scale was used in the present study. Results: The mean score of resilience of mothers of children with ADHD syndrome was 65.7. The mean resilience score in individuals with high school diploma degree was 63.80 and in individuals with a diploma degree were 72.19. This difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the participants had a relatively moderate level of resiliency. Among the demographic variables which were studied, the level of education had a significant relationship with mothers’ resilience and the levels of resilience of those with higher education were higher.

BACKGROUND: Hospitalization in intensive care units (ICUs) can cause physiological and psychological challenges for patients and their family members. Using a family-centered approach in provision of visiting hours promotes the health of patients. The purpose of this study is to review the perception of nurses and family members of patients in ICUs about visiting their patients. METHODOLOGY: The published articles in the last 10 years from 2008 to 2018 on the perception of nurses and family members of patients in critical care units about visiting their patients searched for in databases including ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane, Google Scholar, SID, Scopus, CINAHL, OVID, IRANDOC, and Magiran using keywords “family members perception,” “nurses' perception,” “intensive care units,” and “visiting” in English and Farsi, and finally, 15 articles were selected. RESULTS: Results showed that nurses do not have appropriate viewpoint about visiting patients in ICUs, and they discussed and outlined the barriers of visiting patients given the benefits of family members' presence. CONCLUSION: There are several limitations on the process of family members visiting their patients in the ICUs. It is essential to modify the nurses' attitudes and remove the organizational limitations in this area.

This study aimed to explain the process of returned to professional nursing practice. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study was a grounded theory study, which lasted from about 2018 to 2020. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations with participants after signing an informed consent form. The average interview duration was 45 min. The study participants were selected through purposeful sampling from both public and private hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences. Interviews were verbatim transcribed and analyzed using a constant comparative analysis method. RESULTS: In this study, 16 participants were selected, including ten nurses, two educational supervisors, two head nurses, and two matrons. The “transformed competence” as the core concept and the four main concepts of “feeling alienated with the new environment,” “getting prepared for restart,” “gradual maturity in clinical practice,” and “components of organizational culture” were extracted from the data analysis process. CONCLUSION: The process of returned to professional nursing practice in the context of the organizational culture of incentive learning leading to a high level of competence, and in the context of the organizational culture of inhibiting learning, is leading to deficiency incompetence.

Introduction: In the past, patients with mental disorders were often isolated, but these patients now-a-days enter the society, as therapeutic interventions have advanced. Family members play an important role in the life of many adults with mental disorders and are under considerable amounts of stress that may affect caregiver’s physical health, quality of life and resilience. Aim: The present study aimed to determine the relationship between the resilience and quality of life in family caregivers of patients with mental disorders. Materials and Methods: The present cross-sectional, correlational, descriptive study was conducted on 238 family caregivers of patients with mental disorders. The Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) was used to measure the quality of life and the Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale was used to measure resilience in the participants. The SF-36 consists of two general dimensions and eight domains of health and the resilience scale consists of 25 items. Introduction Many Iranian opiate users live with family members and family atmosphere can be influential on reducing such social behaviors of opiate users as substance use and relapses. This paper reports the impact of family atmosphere on relapse behavior as a part of the findings of a larger study that explored the relapse process among Iranian opiate users. Methods: In this qualitative research, we selected 17 participants (5 women and 12 men). The questions were been asked through semi-structured interviews. The researchers analyzed the verbatim transcripts using content analysis method. Results: "Family atmosphere" with three sub-themes (family and tribes' interaction, family challenges and family structure) was been found as determinants of relapse behavior. The quality of the family atmosphere could be in harmony with or against the willingness or motivation of the opiate user towards the relapse. Conclusion Health care providers should reinforce involvement of the family members in the treatment and rehabilitation of opiate users. The opiate user's family and even relatives may benefit from learning how to manage their own feelings and attitude towards the client and being supportive during interactions.

Background: Today’s nursing graduates value ability to creatively solve problems and make decisions, as these skills assist hem with recognizing and evaluating situations that require prompt attention. This study aimed to determine and compare nursing student’s perceived levels of own problem solving skills in various years of their 4-year program. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. All undergaraduate nursing students (350) included in this study. A total of 322 undergraduate nursing students participated in this study. The study setting was Nursing School of Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. The problem solving inventory (PSI), a widely used measure to assess one’s perceived ability, was used for data collection. Low scores indicated the strong judgment ability and high scores a weak judgment ability. Students involved in the study signed the informed consent forms. Results: Findings showed that the mean score of total problem solving skill was 89.52±21.58. The mean score of this skill in fourth year students (84.18±27.47) was less than other students i.e. the fourth year (senior) students judged their own problem solving abilities stronger than other students. Conclusion: Educating should help students reach the high levels of problem solving skills by allowing them to acquire and practice these abilities in the field. Nursing students with advanced problem solving skills are essential for this changing society.

Background & Aim: Cancer is the most common childhood chronic medical illnesses that can affect quality of life of the children and their families. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of coping skills training on quality of life among parents of children with leukemia. Methods & Materials: This non-randomized clinical trial was conducted from March to June 2013. Ninety eight parents of children with leukemia who were referred to two selected hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences were enrolled to study using convenience sampling method. The participants were allocated to two experimental (n=48) and control (n=50) groups. Data were collected through two questionnaires including demographic characteristics of the parents and children, and the Persian version of the Caregivers Quality Of Life index Cancer. Coping skills training including social communication skills was performed through small group discussion (5-8 members) in four 2-hours sessions for the experimental group. The questionnaires were completed four weeks after the intervention by the parents. It has been affected by different kinds of problem-solving models' so, the problem-solving skill is necessary in practice for nurse practitioners. Besides assertiveness is a critical element which persuades nurses and nursing students to establish good relationships and use their knowledge and professional skills effectively. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between problem solving and assertiveness skills among undergraduate nursing students . Methods & Materials: This was a descriptive correlational study. The study was carried out in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Iran University of Medical Sciences. The study population included all students enrolled in the four-year nursing program in 2009-2010. Data were collected using the Heppner and Petersen’s problem solving inventory and Rathus assertiveness schedule. Data were analyzed using the ANOVA, independent sample t-test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient tests in the SPSS . Results: Three hundred and twenty two students participated in this study. The students' problem-solving skill (mean=89.5) and assertiveness (mean=12.1) were moderate. The study showed that last year students reported higher assertiveness skill than the freshmen (F=2.85 P≤0.037). The level of assertiveness was correlated with the level of problem-solving skill . Background & Aim: The effect of perceived stress on students’ health depends on their coping abilities. Resilience is a coping strategy for dealing with the stress. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the perceived stress with resilience in undergraduate nursing students . Methods & Materials: In this cross-sectional study, 309 undergraduate nursing students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected during the first semester of 2012-2013 using the stratified sampling method. Data were collected using the Perceived stress scale and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in the SPSS-14 . Results: Findings revealed that most of the students (99.3%) had a moderate or high perceived stress. There was a statistically significant relationship between the perceived stress with the resilience (P £ 0.001, r=-0.38) . Conclusion: The school of nursing should provide facilities and opportunities for students in their 4-year educational program to learn stress management strategies including increasing resilience ability.

Introduction: In the light of the advances in treatment measures and early discharge of patients with mental disorders from psychiatric hospitals, families play important role in caring for such patients. Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the Quality of Life (QoL) of the family caregivers of patients with mental disorders. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in teaching health care centers affiliated with medical universities in Tehran, Iran. Sampling was conducted by convenience random technique. Participants were 238 family caregivers of mental disorder patients and the ShortForm Health Survey Questionnaire was used to gather data. The data were analyzed by Spearman’s correlation, t-test and ANOVA in SPSS 18.0. Results: The women’s mean QoL was lower than the men’s. Background & Objective: Hospitalization of patients in the intensive care unit of open heart surgery (ICUOH) is often stressful for patients&apos family carers. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the informational support on anxiety among families of patients undergone open heart surgery. Methods & Materials: In this double-group randomized clinical trial, 64 family carers of patients undergone open heart surgery were selected using convenience sampling method and were randomly allocated into two intervention or control groups. The informational support consistedof holding the ICU orientation tours and educational sessions, and providing educational pamphlets and booklets. The members of the control group received routin information. The anxiety of the family carers was measured using the trait Spielberger anxiety questionnaire before surgery and in the day of discharge from the ICU. Independent and paired t-tests were used to analyze the data. Results: According to the findings, there were no significant difference between the two groups regarding demographic charachteristics. At the baseline, the mean of anxiety scores were 47.9±11.5 and 49.2±11.5 in the control and intervetion groups, respectively. The anxiety scores diminished in both groups after the surgery, however, the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups (P=0.18). Conclusion: For effective control of anxiety among family members of patients, both informational support and other supportive techniques such as psychological support and meeting other family needs should be considered.

Background & Objective: Nursing students usually experience various types of stress. Lack of stress coping strategies result in more stress, incompatibility, manifestation of disorders, and mental health problems. This study carried out to assess the methods of coping with stress among nursing students. Methods & Materials: In this cross-sectional study, 358 male and female bachelor of nursing students studying at Tehran University of Medical Sciences during the first semester of 2011-2012 were selected. Data were collected using the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation and a demographic questionnaire. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics in the SPSS-14. Results: There were 66.2% female and 33.8% male students in the study. The age of the students ranged 17-29 years. Most of the students aged 20-22 years (45%), were single (90.8%), were habitants of Tehran (53.1%), had an average economic status (72.1%), and were employed (20.9%). Of all, 19.3% had experienced stressful events in the last three months. A small number of the students (4.7%) suffered from chronic diseases. The nursing students mostly used problem-oriented coping style (56%). The emotion-oriented method was used among 45.99% of the students and the avoidance-oriented style was used among 39.34% of the students. There were no statistically significant relationship between the coping styles and the demographic characteristics. Conclusion: The problem-oriented, emotion-oriented, and avoidance-oriented styles were the most frequent styles used by the students, respectively. The mental health, particularly among nursing students who deal with patients and have important role in the health system, is important and requires special attention. The stress coping styles should be inserted in the educational curriculum of the nursing schools.

Background & Objective: Hospitalization of patients in the intensive care unit of open heart surgery (ICUOH) is often stressful for patients' family carers. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the informational support on anxiety among families of patients undergone open heart surgery. Methods & Materials: In this double-group randomized clinical trial, 64 family carers of patients undergone open heart surgery were selected using convenience sampling method and were randomly allocated into two intervention or control groups. The informational support consistedof holding the ICU orientation tours and educational sessions, and providing educational pamphlets and booklets. The members of the control group received routin information. The anxiety of the family carers was measured using the trait Spielberger anxiety questionnaire before surgery and in the day of discharge from the ICU. Background & Aim: Stress is a common phenomenon in nursing profession, but novice nurses usually experience more stress. This stress can result in job dissatisfaction and quitting the occupation. This study aimed to explore the novice nurses’ experience of stress at the beginning of their clinical practice. Methods & Materials: This study was conducted using a qualitative content analysis. The study population consisted of 17 novice nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Results: Four themes and 7 categories emerged during data analysis. The extracted themes and categories consisted of (I) insufficient competency (inadequate knowledge, inadequate practical skills, inappropriate communication skills), (II) clinical workplace (workplace environment, workplace climate), (III) clients’ challenges (patient's physical and psychological status, family and relatives’ behavior), and (IV) colleagues' behaviors. Conclusion: Novice nurses expressed that they had high levels of stress in their first months of employment. The study showed various factors causing stress among participants which may result in quitting their work. Considering novice nurses’ experience of stress, and underlying factors, nursing managers can help to reduce novice nurses' stress and increase their motivation to continue their work.
