Within the current theoretical and methodological conceptions that approach the educational processes and phenomena of Physical Education in the Physical capabilities topic there are several levels that, with a systemic character, offer coherence and unity from their more general argumentation to the description of how they should be studied. However, this reality, that is implicit in the different theories, is usually unnoticed by the researchers and thus it brings about theoretical and methodological in-consequences in the investigation which damage the strictness of the research process. The aim of this article is to analyse each level in the theoretical foundation of investigations about the educational process of Physical Education in the Physical capabilities topic. The teaching learning process is valued on how different authors have approached methodological and theoretical levels; later, each of them are specified, highlighting new element which according to the author can enrich the personified work and the relationship among the content to be deal with the mentioned process.

All regularity is a constant that it repeats in the time, being reiterated evidently, the institutionalization of the Physical Education and the Sport and its incidence in the man's performance. For this reason the institutionalization of the Physical Education and the Sport and its incidence in the man's performance is an investigation work that supposes to present which has been the development of the Physical Education and the sciences conceptions that try to delimit the field of scientific knowledge of this sport branch in these moments. The history of this case constitutes the central nucleus of this work. This work makes a description where are presented main aspects in the development of the Physical Education and the Sports. The work deeps in items related to the conditions of the society, in which the Physical Education appearance had its development before and after 1959. These items don’t appear treated until today in the invariants of the knowledge in the Theory and Methodology of the Physical Education subject and for their importance it’s necessary to take into consideration. Besides, this is another way of fulfilling with the curricular strategy of history from the own content system of the subject. The necessity to approach the evolution and development of the Physical Education before and after 1959, as a decisive factor in the evolution and development of the sport in Cuba was the main reason to do this material, with an holistic character, and also, it contributes to the students understanding of these items as main factors in the evolution and development of our today sport in Cuba.

The research answers to the scholar age children’s necessity of Capitán San Luis Community in Pinar del Río municipality. To verify the existence of a real problem about antidopping education an initial diagnosis was carried out using different methods of investigation such as theoretical, empirical, statistical and community intervention methods. There were consulted some specialists so as to gather the necessary information to validate the proposal, that contributes to the athletes´ antidopping education. The participative techniques are aimed to transform the group’s way of acting in the community. The proposed techniques are integrating and take into account the children’s psychobiological necessities. The proposal was greatly accepted by Capitan San Luis community and its results were considerably higher than those ones expected in the investigation.

The research covers one of the main problems that there is in Cuban education in the development of the teaching learning process, focusing in the development of the career Majoring at Physical culture second year students´ independent work from Pedagogy subject, by means of learning task system elaborated taking into consideration the subject content set in the curriculum of the mentioned professionals. To verify the problem and validate the effectiveness of the proposal in the pedagogical practice there were used several investigation methods like: theoretical, empirical, mathematic and statistic methods for the process of the information in the different stages of the investigation. The final results showed that the teaching tasks proposed favour the students´ cognitive independence, being the centre of their own learning under the teacher’s guide. They also reinforce the professional formation, allowing them to face new situations and find developing ways out to taking into account their pedagogical knowledge. It is achieved the evolution of the creative thinking, which is necessary for the teaching learning process management in Physical education. The learning tasks system contributes to the professional’s integral formation according to the present demands of the Cuban society.

Uno de los mayores problemas de la escuela de hoy es el atraso en que se mantiene con respecto al vertiginoso desarrollo de otras áreas sociales como la ciencia, la técnica, las comunica¬ciones, la política, los servicios y la producción. Especial atención merece, en el área de la Cultura Física, el desarrollo de la Educación Física Preescolar por ser el único nivel donde este proceso no está a cargo de los profesionales del área. Este trabajo aportará elementos que permitan una visión interactiva de las clases de Educación Física del 6to año de vida, elaborado a partir de fundamentos filosóficos, psicológicos, lingüísticos y pedagógicos, dentro de los que aparecen el enfoque sociocultural de Vigotsky y las ideas pedagógicas de José Martí. Este modelo metodológico responde al contexto educativo cubano teniendo como conceptos rectores: la educación, la comunicación y el aprendizaje; propiciando además el cumplimiento de los principios didácticos metodológicos y las tendencias actuales de la Educación Física teniendo en cuenta el encargo social de la misma y sus objetivos generales para el año y ciclo en que se enmarca.
