The synchronous signal transmission can promote the successful completion of minimally invasive renal failure surgery, so the synchronous signal transmission method of minimally invasive renal failure surgery based on nano molecular image probe is studied. The nanoprobe is constructed by loading different signal molecules, photosensitizers, acoustic sensitizers and thermosensitives through the method of double emulsion or film hydration; the near-infrared confocal endoscope molecular image diagnosis and treatment equipment is designed based on the nanoprobe, and the intraoperative highfrequency image is obtained through the diagnosis and treatment equipment; the high-frequency injection energy and signal synchronous transmission method is adopted, and the signal is added to the primary and secondary resonance circuit. In the coupling module, a higher frequency alternating signal is added into the resonant coupling voltage to modulate the signal into the transmission resonance system, which is transmitted from the energy transmission coupling coil to the secondary end, and the injected signal part of the coupling coil is demodulated at the other end to complete the transmission of the signal coupling transmission loop, so as to realize the high-frequency image energy and index data signal of minimally invasive renal failure surgery. The experimental results show that the designed nano molecular image probe has good stability, and the simulated signal transmission waveform is consistent with the transmission waveform of the principle analysis. Applying the proposed method to the minimally invasive surgery of renal failure, it is found that the success rate and image signal transmission efficiency of the minimally invasive surgery of patients 1–5 are higher than 99.5%, and the operation image transmission accuracy is high and the operation effect is excellent.

Background: Remimazolam tosilate is an ultra-short-acting sedative drug with the advantages of rapid onset, rapid recovery, and mild respiratory and circulatory inhibition. We aim to compare the incidence of hypotension of remimazolam with propofol in patients undergoing painless colonoscopy and explore the stability of remimazolam in circulation. Methods: This is a randomized, double-blind trial. 116 patients with outpatient appointment for painless colonoscopy in our hospital from December 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the remimazolam group and the propofol group. The modified observer’s assessment of alert/sedative (MOAA/S) was used to evaluate the depth of the patient's sedation. The Narcotrend score was monitored throughout the whole process. Taking the incidence of hypotension as the primary outcome indicators, records the incidence of respiratory depression, nausea, vomiting and other adverse events during sedation in the two groups of patients, and record the effective time of anesthesia, awakening time, sedative success rate, etc. to evaluate the effect of remimazolam on circulation. Results：The incidence of hypotension during sedation (13.8%) in the remimazolam group was significantly lower than that in propofol (37.9%), and the success rate of remimazolam (98.3%) was slightly lower than propofol (100.0%), but the awakening time was significantly shorter (PPConclusion：Remimazolam tosilate has higher circulatory stability in patients undergoing painless colonoscopy. Trial registration: The trial was registered at the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR2000040398), data of registration: 28/11/2020.

Increasing evidence has shown that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play critical roles in various cancers, including renal cell carcinoma (RCC). We aimed to explore the role and underlying mechanism of circ_0005875 in RCC. The expression levels of circ_0005875, microRNA-502-5p (miR-502-5p) and E26 transformation specific-1 (ETS1) mRNA were determined by quantitative real-time PCR. Cell proliferation was assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8, colony formation, and 5-Ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU) assays. Cell migration and invasion were monitored by wound healing assay and transwell assay, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis was applied to determine cell apoptosis and cell cycle distribution. Western blot assay was performed to measure the protein expression of CyclinD1 and ETS1. The interaction between miR-502-5p and circ_0005875 or ETS1 was confirmed by dual-luciferase reporter and RNA immunoprecipitation assays. A xenograft tumor model was established to confirm the role of circ_0005875 in vivo. Circ_0005875 and ETS1 were upregulated and miR-502-5p was downregulated in RCC tissues and cells. Knockdown of circ_0005875 suppressed RCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and induced apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. MiR-502-5p was a target of circ_0005875, and miR-502-5p inhibition reversed the inhibitory effects of circ_0005875 knockdown on the malignant behaviors of RCC cells. ETS1 was a direct target of miR-502-5p, and miR-502-5p exerted its anti-tumor role in RCC cells by targeting ETS1. Moreover, circ_0005875 knockdown decreased ETS1 expression by sponging miR-502-5p. Additionally, circ_0005875 depletion suppressed tumor growth in vivo. Circ_0005875 knockdown suppressed RCC progression by regulating miR-502-5p/ETS1 axis, which might provide a promising therapeutic target for RCC.

The role of morphine, an opioid analgesic drug, in cancer biology has increasingly garnered attention due to its frequent usage in postoperative period for pain management in cancer patients. In this work, we demonstrated that morphine, at clinically relevant concentrations, stimulated migration and growth, and alleviated chemo drugs' efficacy in esophageal carcinoma cells. Although morphine did not affect survival, it protected esophageal carcinoma cells from chemo drugs-induced apoptosis. Mechanistical studies showed that morphine increased RhoA but not Rac1 activity. In addition, morphine activated AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) pathway, induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) via upregulating Snail and Slug levels, and increased oxidative stress in esophageal carcinoma cells. Rescue studies further demonstrated that the stimulatory effects of morphine in esophageal carcinoma cells are through activation of AMPK pathway but not RhoA or opioid receptor. In addition, morphine induced EMT in an AMPK-dependent manner whereas increased RhoA activity in an AMPK-independent manner. Our work demonstrates the protective role of morphine on esophageal carcinoma cells via AMPK activation, which may provide a new guide in clinical use of morphine for patients with esophageal carcinoma.

Recently, silicon suboxide (SiO) attracts much attention as a promising anode material for high energy density lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity. However, the active particle pulverization together with repeated rupture/reconstruction of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film upon lithiation/delithiation process has been a critical issue that deteriorates the electrode cycling stability and therefore impedes its deployment in commercial batteries. To address this challenge, herein, vinylene carbonate (VC) and lithium nitrate (LiNO3) are employed as synergistic additives to improve the electrode-electrolyte interface property. To circumvent the low solubility in carbonate solvent, LiNO3 is incorporated directly into the electrode while VC still into the electrolyte solution. The synergistic addition of LiNO3 and VC enhances the electrode reaction kinetics and improves significantly the cycling stability of the SiO anode. The SiO electrode with simultaneous addition of LiNO3 and VC delivers a high reversible capacity of 1062.3 mA h g−1 and an excellent cycling performance with 94.5% capacity retention and 99.80% Coulombic efficiency for 160 cycles, demonstrating the superior effectiveness of VC and LiNO3 in modulating the interface chemistry and structure of SiO anode.

We introduce a new ship target association method called SRM-AT, which stands for a Ship Radar Matching Method Based on Target Attributes and Point Pair Topological Characteristics. Using the radar properties of electromagnetic signals, as well as the longitude and latitude coordinates of electromagnetic signals and remote sensing images, this method calculates the point pair properties probability and PPTC (Point Pair Topological Characteristic) probability of electromagnetic signals and remote sensing images, as well as the syntheses of BPAF (Basic Probability Assignment Function) of the two through D-S evidence theory, to update the probability matrix of target association between electromagnetic signals and remote sensing images by using probability relaxation labelling method iteratively. The main contributions of this paper are: firstly, using decision trees to classify electromagnetic signals; finally, at the same time applicable to electromagnetic signals and remote sensing image ship formation and non-ship formation form. Through comparative experiments, this paper verifies that the method in this paper is superior to the comparative method in terms of association accuracy.

Animal feed has been linked to human illness through the food chain as a result of food borne bacteria and more recently the risk of foodborne antibiotic resistance. This study investigated the extent to which radiation can be used as an intervention to improve the safety and quality of poultry feed in terms of food borne pathogens and antibiotic resistant microbes. Mean counts of control feed samples were Log10 5.98 for total viable count (TVC), Log10 4.76 for coliform count (CC), Log10 2.89 for Staphylococcus aureus count (STC), and Log10 4.57 for yeast and mold count (YMC) and Salmonella spp. (SC) was not detected (ND). All counts were within permissible levels except for CC (Log10 4.76) which was above the permissible limit of ≤ log10 4.0. Identified bacteria isolates were Enterobacter cloacae (54.5%), Bacillus cereus (27.3%), and Klebsiella pneumoniae (18.2%). All (100%) isolates exhibited multidrug Resistance (MDR) with Bacillus cereus being the most resistant (to 9 out of 11 antibiotics) followed by Enterobacter cloacae/Klebsiella pneumoniae (4 out of 11 antibiotics). Several resistance patterns were observed with PEN/AMP/FLX being the commonest (100%), followed by ERY (90.9%), TET (72.7%), CRX (66.6%), CTX (45.4%), CHL/CTR (36.4%), GEN (27.3%), and COT (18.2%). Klebsiella pneumoniae showed zero resistance to GEN/CHL/CTR/CTX/CRX while Enterobacter cloacae and Bacillus cereus exhibited zero resistance to GEN and COT, respectively. The most effective antibiotic against Gram negative bacteria (Enterobacter cloacae and Klebsiella pneumoniae) was gentamicin while cotrimoxazole was the most effective against Bacillus cereus (Gram positive). Radiation processing of 5kGy totally eliminated all microbes including MDR food borne pathogens. In view of this, we recommend low dose radiation decontamination as a measure to mitigate against the possible food safety and public health risks to humans associated with poultry feed.

Silicon suboxide (SiOx, 0 < x < 2) is considered as one of the most promising anode materials for lithium ion batteries (LIBs) due to its high specific capacity. However, the mechanical instability of SiOx during charge/discharge process easily leads to electrode pulverization and thus fast performance degradation. Herein, we report a facile self-template method to synthesize a porous Si/SiOx/C composite, in which interconnected Si/SiOx nanoparticles are coated by thin carbon layer. As anode material for LIBs, the highly porous Si/SiOx/C presents high electrochemical performance, especially the excellent rate capability.

Dried Pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms stored in polythene and polypropylene packs were exposed to gamma radiation from a cobalt-60 source at doses of 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 kGy at a dose rate of 1.7 kGy/hr and stored for a period of 1 month. Total phenolic contents, flavonoids, and free radical scavenging activity DPPH (2,2′-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) were determined using aqueous, ethanol, and methanol extracts by Folin-Ciocaultaeu method as a source of potential natural antioxidants. Total phenol content ranged 0.56 ± 0.01–10.96 ± 1.7 mg/GAE, flavonoids ranged 1.64 ± 0.05–8.92 ± 0.6 mg/QE, DPPH radical scavenging activity also ranged 7.02 ± 0.10–13.03 ± 0.04%, and IC50 values also ranged 0.08–0.16 mg/mL. Statistical differences (P < 0.05) were recorded for the extracts and the treatment doses of mushrooms stored in polythene and polypropylene packs. A significant linear correlation was confirmed between values for the total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of mushroom extracts. The high contents of phenolic compounds indicated that these compounds contribute to high antioxidant activity. Pleurotus ostreatus can be regarded as a promising candidate for natural mushroom sources of antioxidants with high value. The use of low dose gamma radiation by the local food industry could improve the hygienic quality, extend shelf-life, and preserve nutrients and antinutrients.

Price indicators are considered as the core of optimal allocation of resources in electricity markets. Zonal pricing can provide more flexible price signals than nodal pricing and uniform pricing, and a reasonable division of the energy market into zones is essential. In this paper, a topology based K-means clustering algorithm is developed which starts from calculating the locational marginal prices (LMPs) for a certain period of time as the characteristic values of buses and then clusters the buses characterized by similar dynamic LMPs into zones while taking the system's topology into account. Finally, the methodology is applied to IEEE-118 bus system and a realistic regional power system and the simulation results show that the developed aggregation method is effective and practical.

Solar power is a kind of clean and renewable energy, which can be utilized in the industrial micro-grid as an effective approach to decrease energy costs and reduce the emission of greenhouse. However, the uncertainty of solar power together with the limit of thermal power units' adjustment ability will bring a great challenge to keeping balance of power demand and supply. In this paper, the storage is introduced to industrial micro-grid that aims at mitigating the fluctuation of gateway flow. Since uncertainty exists, how to minimize energy costs considering the uncertainty becomes a great problem. So an economic dispatch model of industrial micro-grid based on scenario tree is established. With the simulation data taken into the model in the paper, the results show that the energy cost decrease 4.79% with solar power and decrease 0.87% with storage, which indicate that the thermal power cost can be decreased largely by utilizing solar power and storage, and the fluctuation of solar power and load can be mitigated by generation and production schedule effectively.

Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma is an aggressive vascular tumor, named for its striking histologic resemblance to Kaposi sarcoma and locally invasive growth. Mortality is high, and ranges from 10% to 24% for all kaposiform hemangioendothelioma lesions, with a significantly higher mortality for deep soft-tissue or visceral lesions occurring in infants less than 6 months. Mediastinal and neck kaposiform hemangioendothelioma in particular merit special discussion, as involvement of these critical anatomic locations results in significant site-specific therapeutic challenges due to invasion of vital structures, inherent delays in establishing histopathologic confirmation, and difficulties in monitoring disease status. We report our experience with three cases of mediastinal and neck kaposiform hemangioendothelioma, emphasizing the unique diagnostic and management challenges, variable response to treatment and outcome of this anatomic variant of kaposiform hemangioendothelioma.

Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) are a family of structurally diverse unconjugated glycans that exhibit a wide range of biological activities. In this report, we describe an efficient, Multi-Enzyme One-Pot strategy to produce HMO mimics by the sialylation of galacto-oligosaccharides (GOSs), which are often added to infant formula as an inexpensive alternative to HMOs. In this system, the sialyltransferase donor, cytidine-5'-monophospho-N-acetylneuraminic acid (CMP-Neu5Ac), was generated in situ using a CMP-sialic acid synthetase. The sialylated GOSs were obtained by one-step purification after digesting CMP using the alkaline phosphatase PhoA to cytidine and inorganic phosphate. Although the synthesized α2,3-, α2,6- and α2,3/8-sialyl-GOSs exhibit different sialylation levels and patterns, all of these mixtures can be fermented by Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis ATCC 15697 but not by Bifidobacterium adolescentis ATCC 15703. The sialidase NanH2, which is unique to the former strain, hydrolyzed all of the synthesized HMO mimics.

Superoxide dismutases (SODs), especially thermostable SODs, are widely applied in medical treatments, cosmetics, food, agriculture, and other industries given their excellent antioxidant properties. A novel thermostable cambialistic SOD from Geobacillus thermodenitrificans NG80-2 exhibits maximum activity at 70 °C and high thermostability over a broad range of temperatures (20-80 °C). Unlike other reported SODs, this enzyme contains an extra repeat-containing N-terminal domain (NTD) of 244 residues adjacent to the conserved functional SODA domain. Deletion of the NTD dramatically decreased its optimum active temperature (OAT) to 30 °C and also impaired its thermostability. Conversely, appending the NTD to a mesophilic counterpart from Bacillus subtilis led to a moderately thermophilic enzyme (OAT changed from 30 to 55 °C) with improved heat resistance. Temperature-dependant circular dichroism analysis revealed the enhanced conformational stability of SODs fused with this NTD. Furthermore, the NTD also contributes to the stress resistance of host proteins without altering their metal ion specificity or oligomerisation form except for a slight effect on their pH profile. We therefore demonstrate that the NTD confers outstanding thermostability to the host protein. To our knowledge, this is the first discovery of a peptide capable of remarkably improving protein thermostability and provides a novel strategy for bioengineering thermostable SODs.

Geobacillus thermodenitrificans NG80-2 encodes a LadA-mediated alkane degradation pathway, while G. thermodenitrificans DSM465 cannot utilize alkanes. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of G. thermodenitrificans DSM465, which may help reveal the genomic differences between these two strains in regards to the biodegradation of alkanes.
