[eng] This thesis is devoted to the nanofabrication, simulation and optical characterization of different plasmonic nanostructures. When an electromagnetic wave reaches a metallic nanostructure, it can give rise to collective oscillations of the free electrons in the metal. These oscillations reach a maximum at the so-called surface plasmon resonance, whose intensity and frequency depend in the material, geometry, embedding medium, interparticle interactions, etc. Based on the tunability of core-shell nanoparticles, hollow cylindrical gold nanostructures (nanocups) have been fabricating using a combination of nanoimprint lithography (NIL) and non-directional metallization. Besides, to overcome the high-aspect ratio limitations of NIL, a trilayer stack (resist-oxide­resist) has been used in such a way that the bottom resist layer, which controls the height of the nanostructure, is not affected by the lithography, which takes place only in the top resist layer. Also, the fabrication method allows for easy changes in the geometry: the height can be changed by changing the thickness of the bottom resist layer, the thickness by modifying the amount of deposited material and the diameter by changing the etching time. By hanging the geometric parameters of the nanostructures, the plasmonic properties can be easily tuned. Besides, for certain dimensions (400 nm in diameter and height and 30 nm of Wall and base thickness), these structures present a peak in the extinction spectra in the visible range that corresponds to a concentration of the electric field within the cavity. This excitation mode has also been reported for other nanostructures with semispherical symmetry. However, the fact of being cylindrical enables a homogeneous enhancement of the electric field along the cavity while in the other case this is not possible due to the lack of symmetry. Also, based on geometrically frustrated magnetic systems, three particular cases of hexagonal lattices of plasmonic nanoelements have been studied. All of them have been designed so that the pitch is of the order of the resonance wavelength and the gaps between elements small enough to enable near-field coupling. Besides, a metal-insulator-metal configuration has been implemented, designed to have constructive interference, which leads to high absorption peaks. The samples have been fabricated by electron beam lithography to be able to change easily the design and study the optical response as a function of the geometries. Both simulation and spectroscopy results show that all these systems present high absorption peaks in the visible and/or near infrared. Also, they present a broad absorption peak in the NIR due to the dipolar excitation of the gaps between neighboring elements and sharper peaks in the visible that are assigned to collective modes. Moreover, these systems present an extended time response where the system fluctuates between collective and localized modes. This behavior, characteristic from magnetic frustrated systems, is induced by the frustration of the dipolar excitation of the gaps due to the geometry of the lattice. Besides, the collective modes give rise to enhancements of the electric field in large areas, making these systems of interest for enhanced spectroscopies., [spa] Esta tesis está dedicada a la nanofabricación, simulación y caracterización de las propiedades ópticas de diferentes nanoestructuras de oro. Por un lado, inspirados por las nanopartículas tipo core-shell, se han fabricado nanoestructuras de oro cilíndricas en forma de taza, combinando litografía por nanoimpresión (NIL) con metalización por pulverización catódica. Para tener la posibilidad de fabricar estructuras de una elevada altura frente a su anchura, se ha utilizado una tricapa de resina-óxido-resina, de manera que la capa inferior de resina controla la altura de las estructuras mientras que la litografía se realiza en la capa superior y por tanto se sobreponen las típicas dificultades que aparecen en NIL para estructuras de elevada relación de aspecto. Estas nanoestructuras, al igual que las nanoparticulas core-shell, presentan tambien gran capacidad de ajuste de sus propiedades como función de su geometria. Por otro lado, basados en los sistemas magnéticos con frustración geometrica, se han estudiado diferentes redes hexagonales de nanoelementos de oro. Todos los sistemas se han diseñado de modo que el periodo es del orden de la longitud de onda de resonancia y los espacios entre estructuras suficientemente pequeños para tener acoplo de campo cercano. Se ha utilizado una configuración metal-aislante­metal para obtener interferencia constructiva y, en consecuencia, picos de alta absorción. Las muestras se han fabricado utilizando litografía por haces de electrones para poder estudiar los cambios en la respuesta óptica en función de la geometría. Estos sistemas presentan un pico de absorción ancho en el infrarrojo ligado a la excitación dipolar de los huecos entre nanoestructuras y picos más estrechos en el visible que corresponden a modos donde predomina el comportamiento colectivo del sistema. Además, el estudio de la evolución temporal del sistema muestra que este tipo de redes presentan una respuesta extendida en el tiempo inducida por la frustración geométrica del sistema, característica de los sistemas magnéticos frustrados, durante la cual el sistema oscila entre modos localizados y modos colectivos. Por todo ello, consideramos que estas estructuras pueden ser de interés para aplicaciones relacionadas con la absorción de luz.

The nanofabricated islands present true monolayer Raman signal and photoluminescence intensity up to two orders of magnitude larger than that of a pristine monolayer. La tesi doctoral titulada “Auto-assemblatge de copolímers de bloc per modificació química de la superfície”, presenta com a objectiu principal el desenvolupament, implementació i caracterització d’un mètode de guiatge de copolímers de bloc basat en la modificació química de la superfície. El desenvolupament d’aquest mètode de nanofabricació contribueix a la futura generació de dispositius i circuits nanoelectrònics. Primer de tot, es presenten els aspectes generals sobre l’auto-assemblatge dirigit de copolímers de bloc, així com el seu rol dins del futur de la nanoelectrònica comparat amb altres tecnologies emergents. Després, per tal d’entendre i determinar les interaccions que tenen lloc durant el procés d’auto-assemblatge, es dóna una visió general sobre els processos químics i físics que tenen lloc en les pel·lícules primes de copolímers de bloc. La part principal de la tesi es focalitza en l’estudi, desenvolupament i implementació d’un mètode de guiatge químic per tal de dirigir l’auto-assemblatge de copolímers de bloc. A banda d’estudiar el procés experimental, també es caracteritzen els mecanismes que condueixen l’alineament i s’introdueixen a un model per simular el procés d’auto-assemblatge dirigit. A més, també es presenta la transferència del procés a una línia pilot industrial de fabricació de circuits integrats. La implementació del procés de guiatge químic s’ha provat no únicament amb materials comercials, sinó també amb nous sistemes polimèrics que permeten arribar a mides per sota dels 10 nm. Per aquests sistemes, es defineix un nou mètode de guiatge basat en la combinació de modificacions topogràfiques i químiques. Per tal d’entendre millor el procés, s’estudien tècniques específiques de metrologia. En particular, mitjançant tècniques d’alta energia de rajos X, es descriuen les principals diferències entre patrons químics de guiatge. D’altra banda, les propietats nanomecàniques dels diferents dominis del copolímer es determinen mitjançant el mode peak force tapping de la microscòpia de força atòmica. Finalment, es mostra un mètode per transferir els motius del copolímer al substrat. Aquest es basa en la infiltració d’un domini del copolímer. La infiltració canvia les propietats del material i el fa més resistiu al gravat amb oxigen. D’altra banda, i com a aplicació final, es presenta un procés de fabricació de ressonadors nanomecànics, basats en el procés d’auto-assemblatge de copolímers de bloc amb infiltració., The thesis entitled “Directed self-assembly of block copolymers on chemically nano-patterned surfaces”, aboard the challenge of the development, implementation and characterization of a chemical epitaxy process to direct self-assemble block copolymers. The development of this nanofabrication method contributes to the next generation of nanoelectronic devices and circuits. Firstly, the main aspects of directed self-assembly of block copolymers and its role and status in the future of nanoelectronics is presented, and compared with other powerful technologies. Then, a general overview about the physics and chemistry involved in block copolymer thin films is presented, in order to understand and determine the interactions taking place during the DSA process. The main part of the thesis is focused on the study, development and implementation of a chemical epitaxy approach to guide the self-assembly of block copolymers. Apart from the process development, the mechanisms which drive the block copolymer alignment are characterized and simulated into a DSA model. Moreover, the process transfer to a more industrial pilot line is presented. The implementation of the chemical epitaxy process is addressed not only with commercial block copolymers, but also with new polymer systems which allow getting sub- 10 nm resolution. For these systems, a new guiding method is presented based on the combination of a chemical and graphoepitaxy approach. To better understand the DSA process, dedicated metrology methods are also studied. In particular, by using high-energy X-ray techniques it is possible to describe the main characteristics of the chemical guiding patterns. On the other hand, the nanomechanical properties of block copolymer domains are studied by using the peak force tapping mode in atomic force microscopy. A reliable method to pattern transfer the block copolymer features into the substrate is showed. It is based on infiltrating one block copolymer domain and enhancing thus, its resistivity to plasma etching. Finally, as a final application, a novel fabrication process of a nanowire mechanical resonator by means of DSA and infiltration is presented.

La Red Tecnoparque es un programa de Innovación del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje-SENA que permite a todos los Colombianos involucrarse de manera significativa en el desarrollo de proyectos en ciencia y tecnología a través de la generación de prototipos con potencial innovador, soportados en diversas áreas del conocimiento incluyendo la nanotecnología; esta disciplina se está consolidando como una importante alternativa para el desarrollo y competitividad de los sectores productivos de nuestro país. En este contexto, el SENA, a través de la Red Tecnoparque, ha creado metodologías que permiten desarrollar de manera flexible, práctica y económica competencias en el manejo de herramientas de nanotecnología como la Microscopía de fuerza atómica (AFM) y la Nanolitografia (NLP), además de conocimientos transversales en emprendimiento y gestión de proyectos. Como resultado de las estrategias implementadas, se ha obtenido un crecimiento de mas del 300% en los proyectos acompañados por Tecnoparque nodo Medellín en el periodo 2010-2013 y se han realizados alrededor de 5 eventos de alto impacto para la comunidad en general. Además, se han creado y fortalecido alianzas con destacadas universidades, grupos de investigacion y empresas de la región demostrando aplicaciones tangibles de la nanotecnología desde la nanosíntesis de materiales hasta la aplicación de los mismos.

In this work we show the fabrication of disordered structures for organic random lasing devices by means of the combined use of two high resolution techniques, namely electron beam lithography (EBL) and nano imprint lithography (NIL). We have developed a model for random lasing disordered structures by introducing a well defined degree of disorder in a regular photonic crystal (PC) pattern. Before the fabrication of the device, a preliminary modelling of the ordered 2D-PC has been realized by a finite difference time domain (FDTD) based simulation software. Subsequently, random point defects were introduced in the ordered pattern in order to study the influence of disorder on the reflection spectra and to establish the presence of localized modes. The engineered random pattern was transferred through EBL and reactive ion etching (RIE) onto a Si substrate, thus obtaining an hard master used in the following imprint process of polyfluorene (PFO). Preliminary optical characterization collected from one edge of the structure show the occurrence of localized modes which have been attributed to random scattering in the patterned organic layer. This thesis is devoted to the creation and study of micro and nanostructures using top-down methods, for possible applications in nanoelectronics and information storage, with special emphasis on magnetic nanostructures for applications in spintronics. We have studied (half-metal) epitaxial Fe3O4 thin films, we have developed a new method using a focused-ion-beam to fabricate atomic-sized nanoconstrictions, and we have studied Pt, W and Co- based nanowires created by focused-electron/ion beam-induced-deposition. Esta tesis está dedicada a el estudio de micro y nanoestructuras, fabricadas mediante técnicas "top-down", con posibles aplicaciones en nanoelectrónica y almacenamiento de información, con especial atención en estructuras magnéticas para su aplicación en espintrónica. Hemos estudiado láminas delgadas epitaxiales del material medio-metálico Fe3O4, hemos desarrollado un nuevo método para la fabricación de nanoconstricciones de tamaño atómico, y hemos estudiado nanohilos de Pt, W y Co depositados mediante haces focalizados de electrones e iones.

Un dels reptes tecnològics més importants del segle XXI és el desenvolupament i organització de materials funcionals a escala nanomètrica ja que permet modificar-ne les propietats fonamentals i generar-ne de noves. En el cas dels òxids complexos aquesta tecnologia ha generat grans perspectives en diferents àrees d’estudi perquè presenten propietats molt interessants com la magnetoresistència colossal, superconductivitat o multiferroicitat. En particular, en l’òxid complex superconductor YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) s’ha demostrat que la formació de capes superconductores sobre plantilles nanoestructurades o bé la formació de nanocompostos en una matriu superconductora permet millorar de manera espectacular les seves propietats (corrent crític). Aquests resultats introduiran canvis paradigmàtics en la tecnologia de l’energia elèctrica (cables, motors, generadors) i en totes aquelles aplicacions que requereixin camps magnètics intensos. Ara bé, cal aconseguir-ho mitjançant tècniques de baix cost i que permetin un fàcil escalat. Durant els 4 mesos que s’ha disfrutat de l’ajut BP s’han preparat amb èxit noves capes primes superconductores nanoestructurades mitjançant la introducció d’una fase secundària nanomètrica complexa, Ba2YTaO6 (BYTO), dins la matriu d’YBCO pel mètode de baix cost de deposició de solucions químiques. Aquesta nova composició ha donat lloc a un augment significatiu de les propietats superconductores comparat amb la fase tradicional d’YBCO i per tant tenen gran potencial per fabricar futures cintes superconductores. One of the most imposing technological challenges of the 21st century is the development and organization of funcional materials at the nanometer scale. It constitutes a unique opportunity for the generation of new functionalities or to modify the existing ones. The superconducting complex oxide YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) is particularly attractive because its performance can be strongly improved by forming nanocomposite films or thin superconducting films on nanostructured templates. However, to radically revolutionize the use of electrical energy, especially in motors, electromagnetic energy storage systems and magnets it is mandatory to achieve low cost techniques on an industrial scale. During the 4 months I enjoyed the BP contract, we have successfully prepared new nanocomposites films of YBCO with the incorporation of Ba2YTaO6 (BYTO) by the low cost and scalable chemical solution deposition approach. This novel composition led to a significant increase of YBCO performance compared to the pristine YBCO films and therefore appeared as a strong candidate to fabricate coated conductors.

[spa] La presente tesis titulada "Construcción de nanoplataformas biomoleculares versátiles vía Nanolitografía Dip-pen y su aplicación en bio-sensing y diferenciación celular" pretende contribuir al campo de la nanobiotecnología, definida como la biotecnología en miniatura donde se utiliza la tecnología de nanofabricación con fines biológicos. Con este objectivo, este trabajo de investigación emplea la relativamente novedosa técnica de nanofabricación llamada Dip-Pen Nanolitografía (DPN) para obtener un patrón de moléculas biológicamente relevantes a micro y nanoescala, tanto para aplicaciones de biosensores como para los estudios de diferenciación celular. - El primer capítulo trata de los desafíos encontrados al trabajar con Dip-Pen Nanolitografía y los llamados multi-pens. Con el fin de facilitar la nivelación de la punta con respecto al sustrato y obtener un control constante de la fuerza ejercida desde las puntas al sustrato, se desarrolló y fabricó un dispositivo. El dispositivo piezo-resistivo resultante se pudo aplicar con éxito y se utilizó para la fabricación de patrones de dos moléculas diferentes en sustratos de oro. Se obtuvo una mejora de la sensiblidad en la detección del punto de contacto en comparación con puntas convencionales - El segundo capítulo trata de la miniaturización de una plataforma biosensora que ya se había desarollado previamente en el laboratorio. Se evaluaron varios métodos diferentes para la fabricación de un patrón de oligonucleótidos mediante DPN sobre oro o sobre vidrio modificado químicamente con el fin de asegurar una unión covalente. La estrategia más exitosa resultó ser la ruta de química click, donde un oligonucleótido con un grupo azida se acopla a un sustrato de vidrio que presenta un grupo alquino, utilizando un catalizador de cobre (cicloadición 1,3-dipolar) y produciendo un triazol. De esta manera, se pudo establecer una plataforma sensora y se pudo evaluar su sensibilidad - El tercer capítulo trata del desarrollo y la fabricación sustratos con patrón mediante DPN para experimentos de diferenciación celular. Una molécula de biotina-tiol fue elegida como patrón, ya que permite la derivatización con estreptavidina y, en un segundo paso, cualquier tipo de molécula de biotina. El patrón se llevó a cabo usando un lípido como molécula para facilitar el transporte de la tinta. De esta manera, el tamaño de la característica del patrón fue de alrededor de 5 micras y el área de patrón general más grande que 1 mm ². Los sustratos se aplicaron con éxito en experimentos de diferenciación celular, usando la proteína BMP-2 biotinilada inmovilizada sobre los sustratos., [eng] The present thesis entitled “Construction of versatile biomolecule nano-platforms via Dip-pen Nanolithography and their application in bio-sensing and cell differentiation” aims at contributing to the field of Nanobiotechnology, best defined as miniaturized biotechnology where nanofabrication technology is used for biological purposes. To this end, this research work employs the relatively novel nanofabrication technique called Dip-pen Nanolithography (DPN) for direct patterning of biologically relevant molecules at the micro- and nanoscale, both for biosensor applications and cell differentiation studies. - The first chapter deals with the challenges encountered when working with Dip-pen Nanolithography and so called multi-pens. In order to facilitate the levelling of the tips with respect to the substrate and also to obtain a constant feedback of the force exerted from the tips to the substrate, a device was developed and fabricated together with a collaboration. The resulting piezoresistive device could be implemented successfully and was used to pattern two different molecules on gold substrates. An improved sensitivity at detecting the touching point could be shown when compared to conventional tips. - The second chapter deals with the miniaturization of an already in-house developed biosensor platform. Therefore, several different approaches were evaluated for the DPN patterning of oligonucleotides on gold or chemically modified glass in order to ensure a covalent attachment. The most successful strategy was the click chemistry route, where an azide bearing oligonucleotide was coupled to an alkyne bearing glass substrate, using a copper catalyst (1,3-dipolar cycloaddition) yielding an triazole. This way, a sensor platform could be established and the sensitivity could be assessed. - The third chapter deals with the development and fabrication of DPN patterned substrates for cell differentiation experiments. A biotin-thiol was chosen for patterning because it allows derivatization with streptavidin and any type of biotinylated molecule. The patterning was accomplished, using a lipid as a carrier molecule. This way, the feature size of the pattern was around 5 µm and the overall pattern area was bigger than 1 mm². The substrates were applied successfully in cell differentiation experiments, having a biotinylated BMP-2 immobilized on the substrates.

[eng] New Generation Lithographic (NGL) techniques have been recently investigated in order to overcome the limitations of the long-used UV lithography. Several techniques have been proposed during the last decades, but the continued improvement of UV lithography rendered them useful only for a limited number of applications. More recently, nanoimprint lithography (NIL), invented in the nineties, has been considered as the new NGL due to its extreme simplicity and high resolution. Thermal NIL consists in the deformation of a thermoplastic under pressure and temperature by a nanostructured mold, while UV-NIL consists in the polymerization by UV light of a monomer at room temperature and under a lower pressure than Thermal NIL. One of the main problems of this technique is mold-polymer separation after the process. This problem is especially important for UV-NIL, because the working treatments for Thermal NIL degrade with UV light. In order to assess this problem, thin diamond-like amorphous carbon films (DLC) have been proposed as an alternative to existing treatments for their low chemical reactivity and the possibility to incorporate other chemical elements to further reduce their surface energy. Amorphous carbon exists in different forms, depending on how it is grown. Its mechanical properties range from polymer or graphite-like to almost as resistant as diamond. Besides the excellent mechanical properties of DLC (high hardness, elasticity and wear resistance, and low dry friction), amorphous carbon has also been found useful in applications requiring inert and/or biocompatible surfaces. The project DPI2007-61349 of the Science and Innovation Department of Spain, named “Amorphous carbon molds for micro and nanoimprint of polymeric surfaces”, aims to study the effect of the incorporation of different elements in DLC films for the improvement of NIL molds. This thesis has focused on a series of objectives of this project: - Design and construction of a very high vacuum reactor for deposition processes and ionic etch - Incorporation of fluorine to amorphous carbon films and subseqüent characterization by different surface, mechanical and tribological techniques, as well as spectroscopy for the characterization of the plasma used for the process. - Set up and optimization of a deep ion etch technique with ion beam for the production of molds. - The use of different lithographic techniques oriented to the production in large scale of nanometric patterns. - The exploration of mold coating to increase its durability and antisticking properties in nanoimprint processes. The incorporation of fluorine in DLC films has demonstrated to be useful in the improvement of the properties of NIL molds, because it avoids the use of the current surface treatments, which in addition to being less durable, can react with polymers in presence of UV light. In this thesis, the influence of fluorine incorporation in the films has been studied. Fluorinated amorphous carbon films have been deposited by pulsed-DC plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, by progressively replacing methane by trifluoromethane. The experimental device used for deposition has been designed and built to allow a number of multiple processes in the same reactor. The results of the study demonstrate the feasibility of this technique, of easy industrial implementation, for the deposition of this type of coatings. The characterization of both the active species in the plasma and the groups incorporated into the deposited films has helped to understand the process of fluorine incorporation, as well as the change in the surface properties that it entails., [spa] La dificultad de extender el uso de la litografía de luz ultravioleta (UV) a los cada vez más estrictos requisitos de resolución, llevaron desde hace ya un par de décadas, a plantearse la necesidad de buscar técnicas litográficas llamadas de “Nueva Generación” (NGL) que las superasen. Son diversas las técnicas se han ido proponiendo durante estos años, pero la mejora de la litografía UV las ha ido relegando fuera del ámbito industrial. Más recientemente, la litografía por nanoestampación (NIL), ha tomado fuerza como la nueva NGL por su extrema sencillez y por su demostrada elevada resolución. La NIL térmica (T-NIL) consiste en la deformación de un termoplástico bajo presión y temperatura por un molde con estructuras nanométricas, mientras que la NIL por UV (UV-NIL) consiste en la polimerización de un monómero a temperatura ambiente con menor presión ejercida por un molde transparente al UV. Uno de los principales problemas de esta técnica es la separación de molde y polímero, una vez finalizado el proceso. Como alternativa a los tratamientos existentes, se han propuesto los recubrimientos de carbono amorfo tipo diamante (DLC) por su baja reactividad química, elevada dureza y posibilidad de incorporación de otros elementos químicos a fin de reducir su energía superficial. El proyecto del Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación DPI2007-61349, “Moldes de carbono amorfo para micro y nanograbado de superficies poliméricas”, en el cuál se ha enmarcado esta tesis, pretende estudiar los efectos de la incorporación de diferentes elementos en capas de DLC para la mejora de los moldes de NIL. La incorporación de flúor en capas de DLC ha demostrado recientemente ser útil en la mejora de las propiedades de los moldes de NIL, porque evita el uso de los actuales tratamientos superficiales (por ejemplo siloxanos), los cuales, además de ser menos duraderos, pueden reaccionar con los polímeros en presencia de luz UV. Así, en esta tesis se ha estudiado la influencia de la incorporación de flúor a capas de DLC en la composición y en las propiedades de superfície obtenidas.

The semiconductor industry is increasingly interested in the miniaturization of devices in the nanometer range. As the traditional techniques of lithography are reaching their limits growth the demand for new, including those that use equipment operating by probe, such as the atomic force microscope (AFM). One of the techniques that uses AFM on to produce nanolithography in semiconductors is the local anodic oxidation (LAO) of silicon (Si), one of the most widely used semiconductors in the manufacture of nano-devices. In general, the LAO is based on a mechanism for anodizing assisted by a high electric field produced by a potential difference applied between the probe and the conductive silicon. During the oxidation some of the parameters to be controlled are the scanning speed, the force between the tip and the sample, the relative humidity, the pre-oxidation cleaning, among others. In our study, we investigated the anodic nano-oxidation of silicon by the LAO technique using tungsten carbide probes. For this study, a chamber with controlled relative humidity adapted to the AFM, was built. The results show that it is possible to make nano-oxidation with pre- specified geometries in the micrometric and nanometric scale, of good quality and to study the dynamics of its roughness effectively. A indústria de semicondutores está cada vez mais interessada na miniaturização dos dispositivos na faixa nanométrica. Como as técnicas de litografia tradicionais estão alcançando seus limites, cresce a demanda por novas, incluindo aquelas que utilizam equipamentos que operam por sonda, tal como o microscópio de força atômica (AFM). Uma das técnicas que usa o AFM para produzir nanolitografia sobre semicondutores é a oxidação anódica local (LAO) do silício (Si), um dos semicondutores mais utilizados na fabricação de nano- dispositivos. Em geral, a LAO é baseada num mecanismo de anodização assistido por um alto campo elétrico produzido pela diferença de potencial aplicada entre a sonda condutora e o silício. Durante a oxidação alguns dos parâmetros que devem ser controlados são: a velocidade de varredura, a força entre a ponta e a amostra, a umidade relativa do ar, a etapa de limpeza pré-oxidação, dentre outros. No nosso trabalho, investigamos a nano-oxidação anódica no silício pela técnica LAO utilizando sondas condutoras de carbeto de tungstênio. Para este estudo, foi construída uma câmara com controle da umidade relativa do ar adaptada ao AFM. Os resultados obtidos mostram que é possível fazer nano- oxidação com geometrias pré-especificadas em escalas micrométricas e nanométricas, de boa qualidade e estudar a dinâmica da sua rugosidade com eficácia.
