We have taken focus on communication between students of University of Maribor Faculty for Organizational Science with different personal temperaments. In theoretical part of the assignment, we have identified different types of communications and get acknowledged what temperament is and taken a brief view of different types of temperament. With a survey questionnaire, we have investigated which types of temperaments are most likely to get along with each other. We have obtained the results by providing the respondents with personality test, which provided us with information on their temperament. Possible temperaments types were: sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic. In second section of questionnaire, the respondents were asked to provide us with information on how do they get along with all listed students. By analyzing this data, we have learnt, that sanguine get along the best with sanguine, and that phlegmatic doesn’t get along with phlegmatic. By the courses of study, the results varied a bit, but they don’t contest with the previous learning.
