Abstract

Creatinine is a chemical compound left over from energy-producing processes in your Healthy kidneys that filter creatinine out of the blood. Creatinine exits your body as a waste product in urine. Objective: To examine the impact of vigorous-intensity exercises on serum creatinine concentration among student athletes. Methods: Participants were categorized as the control group (CG=n-15) and the experimental group (EG=n-15). Eight-week self-made vigorous intensity exercise protocol was applied on EG. 5 ml blood was collected from each subject, and similarly, serum creatinine concentration was assessed through a serum creatinine test in a biochemistry laboratory. The results (pre and post-test) were statistically tested by independent t-test, mean, and paired sample t-test as statistical tools. Results: A statistically significant difference was found in the Creatinine level between the pretest and posttest scores of EG (P < 0.05) after the treatment. No significant difference was observed in Creatinine level in CG's pretest and posttest scores (P > 0.05). Conclusions: The study shows a considerable difference in the pre and post-test of the subjects of CG and EG, and thus it is shown that vigorous exercise has a positive impact on kidney functions, particularly on creatinine

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Vokasi terhadap Minat Wirausaha (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Keputusan Alih profesi. terhadap Minat Wirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Pelatihan Vokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Minat wira usaha.(2) Keputusn alih profesi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Minat wirausaha. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To Know and Analyze the Effect of Vocational Training on Entrepreneurial Interest (2) To Know and to Analyze the Effects of Decisions on Transfer of Professions. against Entrepreneurial Interest. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 63 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Vocational training has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. (2) The decision to transfer a profession has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

In this paper, we designed the platinum octahedral complex as an anti-cancer drug by applying it to the Gaussian 09W program. The physical properties were calculated using the DFT / B3LYP density function theory for basis sets (LANL2DZ), we also calculated the ultraviolet-visible spectrum (UV), the infrared spectrum (IR), the stability energy, the HOMO and LUMO orbits, the Global properties, and the difference between them and studied the reduction of the octahedral complex to a flat square and its hydrolysis inside the human body, then compared its association with the nitrogenous bases that make up the DNA through nitrogen atom number (N7) and then its association With DNA strand and the results showed that the designed compound achieved high chemical rigidity when linked to methyl. DNA and this indicates its biological effectiveness towards cancer inhibition and compare this result with the well-known treatment against cancer, which is cisplatin, theoretically using the same method and the same basis.
