Introduction. Digital and technological transformations of the national economy and the investment and construction sector as its integral part determine the need for the qualitative transformation of technical solutions in respect of both managerial and technological processes, referred to as reengineering in the present-day theory and practice. In turn, not only the main production activity is subject to such transformations, but also supplementary activities, including logistic support. In this regard, there is a contradiction between the transformed research and technology fundamentals of construction processes and traditional forms, as well as practical implementation patterns. In the field of logistics, this problem can be solved by logistics centres that are closely related to production and engineering structures. The purpose of the study is to establish a scientific rationale for the logistics efficiency intensification and improvement using logistics centres amid digital and technological transformation of the construction industry. This mission determines the following research tasks: establishing the nature of changes in flow management patterns applied to material and technical resources in the construction industry; proposing new configurations of these flows using logistics centres, determine the their position in the overall corporate structure. It is for the first time that this problem is formulated this way, which indicates its originality. The study is focused on logistics processes and their reengineering. Logistics centres are chosen as the subject of the study. Its practical value is a combination of the reengineering theory and new corporate structures such as production, engineering and logistics centres focused on intensifying processes of construction and enhancing the quality of the output. Materials and methods. The theory of logistics of regulatory impacts is used as the main methodological approach. Structural and functional analysis is used to confirm certain assumptions. Earlier research, as well as publications of local and foreign researchers, was used by the authors as the source data. Results. An organizational chart is proposed for the establishment and operation of a logistics centre in the construction industry; principal diagrams are developed for the flows of materials and resources; they are used to demonstrate interaction between a construction facility and a logistics centre. Conclusions. A logistics centre is a promising tool for modernizing and intensifying the logistic support of construction processes; it unlocks a high potential for the economic efficiency and competitiveness, cuts hidden losses and is primarily determined by lower downtime and a smaller amount of in-house and external defective construction products.

BACKGROUND: Adherence to drug therapy in patients with coronary artery disease is quite low nowadays, both in patients with myocardial infarction and in patients with chronic forms of coronary artery disease. AIMS: of our work was to assess adherence to drug therapy (aspirin and statins) and control of risk factors for coronary artery disease in patients undergoing coronary stenting 12 months after endovascular treatment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study included 279 patients, of whom 3 groups were formed. Patients of group 1 (n=96) personally visited the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, adherence to the prescribed therapy and its effectiveness were assessed during the examination by a cardiologist, and if necessary, it was corrected. Patients of group 2 (n=95) contacted the study coordinator remotely. Patients of group 3 (n=88) were monitored by a general practitioner and visited a cardiologist at the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology according to the decision of the general practitioner. RESULTS: At baseline, adherence to therapy in all groups was low and did not differ significantly between groups. 12 months after stenting, groups 1 and 2 showed a significant increase in the number of highly adherent individuals (from 17 to 33 and from 13 to 42, respectively, p 0.05), as well as a significant decrease in the number of individuals with low adherence to treatment (from 63 to 42 and from 67 to 36, respectively, p 0.05). The adherence to antiplatelet drugs was higher than to statins: 57.9% of people reduced the dose or stopped taking statins. After the follow-up time, there was a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure in groups 1 and 2 and a significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure in group 2. In group 2, a significant decrease in the number of smokers was noted: from 46.3 to 31.6% of the total number of patients in the group (p 0.05). CONCLUSION: Active monitoring of patients by a cardiologist both during the visit and remotely contributes to an increase in adherence to drug therapy and improves control of risk factors for coronary artery disease.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the employee lifecycle management (ELM) sphere, leading to the adoption of new human resource (HR) technologies and policies. This study investigates the impact of megatrends, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and innovation on ELM and human resource management (HRM) policies in China, Russia, and Indonesia. Data were collected through structured interviews and publicly available information from companies in these countries between 2021 and 2022. The study evaluates the effects of artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation (DT), and innovations on the sustainable development of ELM and identifies differences in technological responses to ELM in companies depending on their level of digital maturity. The results show that the majority of companies have continued the process of ELM digital transformation, but the percentage varies based on the scope of activity, labor, and readiness of the country to implement new technologies. The study reveals that large companies in each analyzed country with over 10,000 employees have a greater need and opportunity to implement HR digital transformation, whereas small companies with up to 100 people can operate without automation. In addition, the findings of this study provide propositions for designing how AI and innovations contribute to ELM. This article contributes to the current debate in the literature by substantiating the positive impact of AI, digital technology, and innovation on ELM and HRM strategies, offering practical applications for companies to improve productivity. Overall, this study highlights the importance of adopting innovative HR technologies in response to global challenges and workplace trends.

Currently, the main factor and a necessary condition for the stable position of the enterprise is the assessment of its economic potential. The paper analyzes the etymology of the definition of the “economic potential of the enterprise.” It was found that, despite the constant attention of economists to the problem, there is no consensus on the definition of “economic potential” and the methodology for calculating it. The authors proposed a phased methodological toolkit and a system of indicators, the use of which allows determining the level of the economic potential of an economic entity. On the example of a specific industrial enterprise, a detailed calculation and assessment of its economic potential are made. It is confirmed that an industrial complex enterprise may have high economic potential, but not use it effectively enough in practice.

The tendencies of new technological paradigms dictate the need for socio-economic and environmental stability, and for innovative economic growth. This may provide a faster way of overcoming the current regional crises. The present rapid digitalization of Russian economy brings attention to forming a balanced, innovative development of the agricultural sector, which largely affects the living standards of the rural population, food security, and general national security. These conditions emphasize the importance of forming an effective management system for innovative agricultural development. Developing the infrastructure would increase the return on investment of innovative development in the agro-industrail complex. In this research, we specify the main stages of the management system for the balanced innovative agricultural development. The paper establishes the principles of balanced development in the beginning, middle, and end phases. The study describes structural and logical patterns of the interrelations between the agro-industrail complex, nature, and society. This study may prove useful to the regional and federal authorities, and researchers involved in the development of the regional agricultural sector.

Objectives: To study the role of service quality for development of the real estate industry. Methods/Statistical Analysis: Apart from the general scientific methods of research (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, etc.), the authors use the method of economic and mathematical modeling for developing the mechanism of management of service quality at the real estate industry companies. Findings: The article is devoted to analysis of the global tendencies of development of the real estate industry and transformation of demand for service quality in the conditions of service economy, as well as modeling of the mechanism of managing the service quality at the real estate industry companies. The key idea and hypothesis of the research consists in the fact that service quality is a vector of development of the real estate sphere in the modern conditions. As a result of the research, the authors came to the conclusion that only the best service guarantees the growth of competitiveness and profitability of the real estate industry companies. Application/Improvements: The conclusions, received by the authors, expand the existing concept of service economy. Practical recommendations could be used in the activity of modern companies of the real estate sphere for increasing the quality of their service and their competitiveness.

This chapter develops an innovative approach to revealing recreational and touristic potential of rural territories based on grouping, classification of types, and clustering. The study is completed on the case of southern parts of Russia as the most suitable areas in the country for the development of rural tourism. The authors elaborate an approach to classification of rural territories on four parameters in purpose to discover their social, economic, demographic, and recreational potential for the development of rural tourism. Application of the approach in the case of rural territories of Stavropol region allowed establishing the individual complexes of innovative measures aimed at the diversification of employment of rural population and promotion of tourism and recreation sectors.

The article is devoted to the role of clustering in the development of modern Russian business. The authors analyze the dynamics of main parameters of development of small and medium business in modern Russia and reveal the problems and perspectives of development of business. The authors offer and prove the hypothesis that clustering is a growth point of modern Russian business.

In the article the nature of the competence-based approach towards the formation of an effective system of staffmanagement was revealed. The aim of this article is to justify a new competence-based model to staffmanagement using in industrial branch and its application at the Russian industrial enterprises. The authorspresent their version of a competency Model. Characteristic feature of the presented Model of competencies foremployees of industrial enterprises is that it is built on the basis of blocks, which are called clusters ofcompetencies. Each cluster of competencies has its levels - set of related behavioral indicators that represent thestandards of behavior of a person who has a specific competence. As many authors believe, the application ofthis model will allow managing the staff more effectively, including the stage of selection of a right candidate fora specific position. As a result, organizations will receive the information necessary for the deployment ofpersonnel at the workplace, as well as correction of goals of new employees’ development. The model givenbelow will allow compensating for missing competencies and promote the most promising employees. Thus,introduction of the competence model will enhance the productivity of labor of each worker, will make possiblean active professional growth and will help the disclosure of labor potential.
