Development small and medium enterprise (SME) of Thailand have been important for generating incomes and developing community-based business of Thai people. This paper proposes a development efficiency of machetes production in the Ban Na Thon community of Nakhon Phanom province. This strategy is apply by the industrial cluster method and development an innovation. The methodology consisted of 4 steps. The first study involved a study context of community, coordination with people, meetings and recording primary data with interviews and questionnaires. The research participants were people in the community in Nakhon Phanom University. The performance of the proposed development and design furnace can be controlled by proportional integral derivative (PID) at the temperatures ranging from 0 to 1,200 °C; the development the hardening tub can be controlled by the temperature of water in the hardening process, development of grinding machine. Results confirm that this development research has an efficiency more than conventional method.

Ag-Sb-Te (AST) thin film was successfully fabricated on a flexible polyimide substrate by using DC magnetron sputtering from the AgSbTe (AST) target. As-deposited samples were annealed at temperatures between 300 and 450°C under vacuum for 30 min. Then, uni-leg AST thin film thermoelectric modules of five elements were fabricated. Thermal annealing induced a change of thermoelectric characteristic of the thin film from p-type material (300–350°C) to n-type material (400–450°C) through the change in structures (amorphous to crystalline, atomic composition ratio and surface roughness, etc.). The highest power factor was 0.97 mW m−1 K−2 and 0.065 mW m−1 K−2 for p-type and n-type, respectively. The maximum power generation of the uni-leg AST thin film thermoelectric module was approximately 0.88 nW for p-type and 0.54 nW for n-type, with a temperature difference of around 20 K.

The improvement energy conservation system has been challenging and interesting for small and medium enterprises (SME) of Thailand. This paper presents energy conservation in the knife industry used energy management and brainstorming workshop. Methodology applied energy matrix management and collaboration with community. The results show that this research can be reduce the energy consumption and enhancement of machinery. Moreover, the participant community induced to sustainable development.

Proportion Integral Derivative(PID) controller have to apply in the control system and industries. The objective of this paper was to propose a design the tuning PID used Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) with simulation temperature control of the plant model. The methodology were used technique to search the optimization parameter for tuning controller and comparison with Ziegler-Nichols(ZN). The results found that the time response by ZN has been the overshoot 5.51% and ACO 1.22%. The performance of simulation the plant model has clearly, ACO has been overshoot lower than ZN method, this technique were bring to develop for tuning controller system and application in the practical.

The Ag–Sb–Te (AST) thermoelectric thin film was prepared on soda-lime glass and SiO2 1-μm/Si-wafer substrates by DC magnetron sputtering method at the room temperature (RT). As-deposited thin film samples on both substrate were annealed in temperature range 573–773 K for 30 min within argon (Ar) atmosphere. The crystal structure, morphology, composition, electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient of as-deposited and annealed thin films are investigated. The results demonstrated that the effect of substrates was influenced the crystallinity, morphology and thermoelectric properties of the AST thin films within annealing temperature. Highlighted, the AST thin film on SiO2/Si-wafer substrate showed the highest power factor of 0.84 mW m−1 K−2 while the AST thin film on soda-lime glass substrate was around 0.053 mW m−1 K−2 at annealing temperature 773 K.
