- Abstract
In the new era, it is necessary to break away from the fixed mindset of a purely functional perspective to examine the mission of sports social organizations. Therefore, focusing on the in-depth integration of national fitness and national health promoted by sports social organizations, this paper discusses the logical starting point, value implications, and operational mechanisms of the integration through literature review ancl case analysis. The research finds that the public nature of sports social organizations reinforces the people-oriented attribute of the deep integration of national fitness and national health, their subjectivity breaks down institutional barriers to this integration, and their integrative capacity connects resource elements for the integration. To facilitate this integration, sports social organizations should prioritize communities as the main battlefield, adopt a project-based approach to public service delivery, and implement a secondary division of labor mechanism for public services. This study aims to fully leverage the power of sports social organization, utilize their unique advantages, overcome various obstacles in the current process of integrating national fitness and national health, and explore new practical approaches. Background: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a clinical syndrome characterized by multiple metabolic disorders and is a serious global health problem. The coffee effect, acting as one of the most prevalent beverages on metabolic syndrome, is debatable. Methods: We included patients from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2003–2018 and used a comprehensive evaluation called the MetS z-score to assess the severity of metabolic syndrome. The relationship between coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, and MetS z-scores was explored using a weighted linear regression. We also divided the participants into metabolic and non-metabolic syndrome groups according to the NCEP/ATP III criteria for the subgroup analysis. Results: A total of 14,504 participants were included in this study. The results demonstrated that drinking more than three cups of coffee daily was significantly linked to lower MetS z-scores (p < 0.001). Daily coffee consumption was also associated with lower BMI (p = 0.02), systolic blood pressure (p < 0.001), Homeostatic Model Assessment for Insulin Resistance (p < 0.001), and triglycerides (p < 0.001), while it was positively correlated with HDL-C (p = 0.001). Participants who consumed more than three cups of coffee daily had a lower MetS z-score in the MetS (p < 0.001) and non-MetS (p = 0.04) groups. Conclusion: This research indicates that coffee consumption is linked to MetS severity. However, decaffeinated coffee and tea intake were unrelated to MetS severity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

NATIONAL Health & Nutrition Examination Survey ,ENDOMETRIOSIS ,TRIGLYCERIDES - Abstract
Background and Aims: The association of the triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index, a promising novel biomarker for insulin resistance, with the risk of endometriosis has not been investigated to date. This nationwide study aimed to explore the association between the TyG index and the endometriosis risk. Methods: Data were obtained from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (1999-2006). Female participants who provided complete data on the TyG index and endometriosis were enrolled in the analysis. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were utilized to assess the association of the TyG index with endometriosis, adjusted by multiple potential confounders. Meanwhile, in-depth subgroup analyses were conducted. Results: A total of 1,590 eligible participants were included, among whom 135 (8.5%) women were diagnosed with endometriosis. The fully adjusted multivariate logistic model showed TyG index was significantly associated with the endometriosis risk (odds ratio [OR]
Q4 versus Q1 2.04, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.15-3.62; P for trend=0.013). In subgroup analyses, the significantly positive association between TyG index and the risk of endometriosis was also found in parous women (ORQ4 versus Q1 2.18, 95% CI: 1.20-3.96), women without diabetes (ORQ4 versus Q1 2.12, 95% CI: 1.19-3.79), women who smoke currently (ORQ4 versus Q1 3.93, 95% CI: 1.33-11.58), women who drink currently (ORQ4 versus Q1 2.54, 95% CI: 1.27-5.07), and in women who use oral contraceptives (ORQ4 versus Q1 1.91, 95% CI: 1.04-3.51). Additionally, significantly increasing trends in the odds of endometriosis across the quartiles of the TyG index were observed in the above-mentioned subgroups (all P for trend<0.05). Conclusions: This population-based study found that a higher TyG index, representing an increased level of insulin resistance, was associated with a higher risk of endometriosis among the US population. Our findings suggested TyG index might be a promising tool for the risk assessment of endometriosis. Prospective studies are warranted to further verify these findings. The relevance of the research is determined by the total dependence of the level of health of the population on the availability of medicines. The problem of consumer culture is among the problems of drug circulation, because the health of the nation directly depends on it. The state-economic program for providing the population with necessary products from the pharmaceutical industry is also related to the issues of health maintenance culture. The purpose of the research is to determine the population’s attitude towards the consumption of medicines as an indicator of health conservation. The study is based on the use of a questionnaire survey method. The main questions were the peculiarities of the respondents’ attitude towards taking medications, the question of medical prescription of drugs, the importance of drug prices for the population, the influence of advertising on drug consumption, etc. According to the survey results, it has been proven that the quality of life of the vast majority of people directly depends on the use of drugs. The culture of the population regarding the consumption of drugs is quite high, as evidenced by the information about studying theinstructions before taking the drug by the majority of respondents, a reasonable attitude towards advertising drugs in the media, and an optimal level of trust in the quality of pharmacy products. An important issue in the culture of health conservation remains the provision of people with chronic diseases with drugs for daily use, which should not be completely dependent on imports from other countries, as well as a pricing policy that allows patients to purchase the necessary medicine. Maintaining a high level of culture of drug consumption should be ensured by the state, which implements a reasonable social policy and effective control over meeting people's needs for resources to maintain the health of the nation.

There is no clear explanation for the extraordinary rebound in China’s population mortality over the past decade. This paper utilizes panel data from 31 Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2020 to determine the distinct impacts of public sports services (PSS), public health services (PMS), and their interaction on population mortality. Empirical results show that public sports services significantly reduce mortality. Every unit increase in public sports services reduces mortality by about 2.3%. It is characterized by delayed realization. Public health services were surprisingly associated with a rebound in mortality. Further studies found strong health effect from interaction of public sports and health services. The effect was significantly strengthened in areas with fewer extreme temperatures or developed economy. The findings have important policy implications for the high-quality development of public sports and health services. It also emphasizes integration of sports and medicine and mitigates health risks associated with extreme temperatures.

OBJECTIVE: The high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in the population causes physicians to request more vitamin D tests and increases laboratory costs. It is aimed at investigating the demanded numbers and cost analyzes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) tests with the big data obtained from the national information health system of the Turkish Ministry of Health. METHODS: Between 2017 and 2018, all inpatient and outpatient tests and 25(OH)D tests in all medical biochemistry laboratories in Turkiye were determined based on department and institution type. The cost amount, distribution among health institutions, and test request rates were calculated. In both years, the top ten most expensive tests, according to health institutions, were evaluated. RESULTS: The total number of medical biochemistry tests performed in 2017 and 2018 was 1.424.948.155 and 1.713.134.326, respectively. The number of 25 (OH)D tests analyzed in the same years was 8.698.393 and 13.919.127, respectively. When the data of the 2 years are compared, the consumption of 25 (OH)D tests increased by 37% in General hospital laboratories, whereas it increased by 115.09% in primary health laboratories. When all health institutions were evaluated, the increase rate in 25 (OH)D test demand was 60%, while the cost increase rate was 23%. CONCLUSION: This report showed that the demands for 25(OH)D testing are increasing steeply, especially in primary health-care facilities. In this direction, laboratory information system test demand restrictions in accordance with national and international guidelines are important issues for policymakers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the utilization patterns and clinical implications of cancer antigen 125 (CA- 125) testing in the diagnosis of ovarian and endometrial cancers using a large-scale dataset obtained from the Ministry of Health. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was conducted on anonymized data collected between 2017 and 2021, comprising 3.917.240 individuals who underwent CA-125 testing. The data included demographic information, test results, diagnoses, and clinical characteristics. Descriptive statistics and comparative analyses were performed to assess the utilization trends and clinical outcomes associated with CA-125 testing. RESULTS: Among the study population, CA-125 testing was primarily requested for female individuals, with the highest number of tests performed in the age group of 18-64 years. The overall positive rate for CA-125 was 13.31%, with slightly lower rates observed in females (13.18%) than males (14.07%). The study identified a significant association between elevated CA-125 levels and cancer diagnoses, with 19.88% of positive CA-125 results indicating cancer, whereas 10.51% had no cancer diagnosis. Furthermore, the study revealed a higher likelihood of cancer detection among individuals aged 65 years and above, with a positive rate of 17.79%. CONCLUSION: Our findings provide valuable insights into the utilization patterns and clinical implications of CA-125 testing in ovarian and endometrial cancer diagnosis. While CA-125 remains a prominent tumor marker, its interpretation should consider age, gender, and clinical context. The study emphasizes the potential benefits of integrating additional markers and imaging modalities to enhance diagnostic accuracy. These findings contribute to optimizing the use of CA-125 testing for early detection and management of gynecological malignancies, thereby improving patient outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Clarifying the integrated development mechanism of the National Fitness Program and National Health Program has positive and practical significance for the efficient implementation of the healthy China strategy. In order to analyze and study the integrated development mechanism of the National Fitness Program and National Health Program, we established a coupling-coordination measurement model. Based on two dimensions of space and time, we first analyzed the coupling degree between National Fitness System and National Health System in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region of China from 2016 to 2020, and studied and analyzed the coupling mechanism between the two. The research results show that the National Fitness Program and National Health Program have a development model of mutual promotion and mutual benefit. The National Fitness Program promotes the National Health Program by improving the fitness environment, increasing fitness participation, and health investment. The National Health Program optimizes environmental construction, health education, and healthy populations, thereby driving national fitness. Overall, there is stable development and balanced promotion in the integration of the National Fitness Program and National Health Program. In addition, the integrated development of the National Fitness Program and National Health Program is positively affected by economic level and regional marketization. The coupling- coordination model adopted in this study has practical value in measuring the coupling degree between the National Fitness System and National Health System. The results of this study also provide an important reference basis for the integrated and coordinated development of the National Fitness Program and National Health Program and the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.

Background: This study aims to explore the relevance and utilization of the CA 72.4 tumor marker in cancer diagnosis, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal tumors and ovarian cancer, based on data from the Ministry of Health. Materials and Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of health records from the Ministry of Health spanning over five years. The data, consisting of various demographics, including gender, age, and clinical service requests, was statistically analyzed. The rates of reference range exceedance for the CA 72.4 tumor marker, diagnosis times, the ratio of cancer diagnosis, and the cost distribution were among the key aspects evaluated. Results: The analysis revealed a significant increase in the request for CA 72.4 tests over the years. It was also observed that cancer detection rates slightly increased over time, with a higher percentage in patients testing positive for CA 72.4, primarily requested before diagnosis. The highest requests for the test were made by the Medical Oncology clinic. Furthermore, it was observed that gender and age groups played significant roles in the prevalence of cancer diagnoses. Conclusions: Our study indicates that the use of CA 72.4 as a tumor marker could be valuable, especially in the detection of certain types of cancer. However, the correlation between a positive CA 72.4 test and a definitive cancer diagnosis requires further investigation, as the sensitivity and specificity of this marker are still subjects of debate. Despite certain limitations, this study offers substantial insights into the utility of CA 72.4 in the current healthcare setting. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

COVID-19 pandemic brought up issues with healthcare costs, national economic development and welfare of the society in forefront. Nations across the globe followed different approaches to deal with COVID-19, such as zero tolerance, herd immunity, containment to build treatment capability. National healthcare became a contentious sociopolitical issue involving healthcare costs, technologies and societal health. In the United States even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the government approach was pursuing a sustainable improvement in patient care through adoption of medical and information technologies. The national healthcare policies are framed around technological interventions with the assumption that deployment of technologies could keep healthcare costs under control and at the same time improve health outcomes. However, evidences show that the healthcare costs are in the rise even with impressive progress in technological deployment. This article highlights some of the recent trends in healthcare costs, technological preparedness, medical technology developments in managing COVID-19 pandemic. The US government mandated electronic health record (EHR) systems implementation and assess its impact on healthcare costs and health outcomes. This article emphasizes the need for understanding the interconnectedness of costs, technology and societal health. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Rural communities tend to be more hesitant to accept and adopt information. This behaviour affects the knowledge they have, especially knowledge related to JKN. This study aims to determine the relationship between information exposure and JKN knowledge in the Sungai Lebung Village community. This quantitative study a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling technique for a total sample size of 108 respondents. The multiple logistic regression of risk factors was the statistical analysis used in this study. The univariate test results showed that 60 respondents (55.6%) had low JKN knowledge. Multivariate analysis showed that exposure to JKN information was associated with JKN knowledge after being controlled by confounding variables such as gender, education, occupation, and health worker support. People exposed to JKN information sourced by BPJSK have a 3.5 times chance of having high knowledge related to JKN. It can be concluded that socialization concerning JKN using information media sourced by BPJSK needs to be improved by considering gender, education, employment and health worker support.

- Abstract
This paper constructs a vector autoregressive (VAR) model and vector error correction (VECM) model, analyzes the air pollution, economic development, and national health of China from 1990 to 2019, and evaluates the economic losses from the respiratory diseases caused by air pollution. The results show that: (1) China's economy continues to grow, and the corresponding amount of exhaust gas emissions (during the study period) showed a trend of first increasing and then slowly decreasing. (2) The overall burden of respiratory diseases in China showed a downward trend, with significant differences in gender and age. (3) A significant long-term equilibrium relationship existed between per capita gross domestic product (PGDP), exhaust emissions, and the disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) of the respiratory disease burden. Exhaust emissions will bring about short-term fluctuations of PGDP and disease burden DALYs. Air pollution is mainly caused by exhaust gas emissions, and DALYs and PGDP have little effect on air pollution. (4) Indirect economic losses from respiratory diseases caused by air pollution are likely to be long-term and will impose increasing pressure. On the basis of the healthy and sustainable operation of the economic system, the government should effectively prevent environmental health risks and improve the pollution treatment level. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the situation of households in terms of income, expenditure, food quality, consumption of individual products and to assess the potential development opportunities for organic products market. Methodology / approach. The dialectical method of cognition, the systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes, the monographic method (the analysis of scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists on the assessment of income, cost structure, quality of life) were used in the research. The abstract-logical method (for theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions), the economic-statistical method (when assessing the reliability of differences between groups of households), the graphic method (when constructing graphical images), correlation analysis (to make a correlation between the level of consumption of meat and meat products based on the amount of income in the households) were used among the special methods of research. To assess the actual state of affairs, the authors used data from the statistical observation regarding the level of income and expenditures of the population of Ukraine according to 2018, which was called “Anonymous microdata on the main indicators of income, expenditures and living conditions of households”. The total number of households that responded to questions about their income level was 7698 from 8051, or 95.6 %. Results. The article emphasizes that one of the important criteria for social protection is the quality of food supply in accordance with scientific norms and established standards. The income level and food consumption by households were compared. It was noted that in general the distribution of respondents in cash income levels was not considered to be normal. A clear correlation was established between the level of household income and the level of food consumption in both monetary and physical units. These differences were tested using the statistical method of t-test for comparing averages, which provided evidence of the difference between groups of households. Originality / scientific novelty. For the first time, the level of discrepancies in income and food consumption between households was assessed using the t-test method of comparison of averages, which allowed establishing statistically a significant difference between groups in these indicators. The assessment of the impact of household income on the level of expenditures and consumption of certain types of food products has been further developed with the identification of promising focus groups for consumers of organic products. Practical value / implications. The practical value of the results is that the identification of patterns allows to predict further trends in the level of consumption of certain types of food, particularly organic.

- Abstract
Objective: An inability to correctly perceive chemosensory stimuli can lead to a poor quality of life. Such defects can be concomitant with excess alcohol consumption, but a large-scale cohort study linking these effects is lacking. This study aimed to investigate the impact of chronic alcohol consumption on chemosensory function by analyzing data from the NHANES 2013-2014, involving 395 participants categorized by alcohol intake behavior: 219 no-intake, 136 light-intake, and 40 risky-intake groups., Methods: Chemosensory function was assessed using a self-reported Chemosensory Questionnaire along with objective tests for taste (quinine solution) and smell (appetitive and hazardous odors). Adjusted regression analyses were conducted, controlling for age, gender, smoking status, and multiple pairwise comparisons. Weighted regression analyses were also performed., Results: Risky drinkers had significantly lower odds of identifying quinine (bitter taste) compared to light drinkers (OR = 0.37, p-adjusted = 0.04). Risky drinkers also had higher odds of identifying appetitive odors like strawberry (OR = 5.44, p-adjusted = 0.03) but lower odds for detecting hazardous odors like natural gas (OR = 0.11, p-adjusted = 0.001) compared to light drinkers. Additionally, light drinkers identified the leather scent more effectively than no drinkers (OR = 2.54, p = 0.02)., Conclusions: Chronic alcohol consumption, particularly at risky levels, is associated with altered chemosensory function. These findings emphasize the importance of assessing chemosensory symptoms in individuals with alcohol-related behaviors.

Since the reform and opening up of China, the economy has continued to grow, and diverse needs have generated different types and periods of economic activities. This has caused people to have an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, irregular work and rest, lack of sleep, mental stress, high psychological pressure, long-term bad moods, and other health problems. The proportion of the sub-healthy population continues to increase and health problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Based on this, we examine the internal mechanism of the economic cycle on national health since the reform and opening up of China. For a long time, China has actively responded to the UN's call for environmental protection and proposed that “clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” Therefore, this study combines air quality in the process of environmental governance in China to investigate national health. Data from 22 provinces, five autonomous regions, and four municipalities from 2004 to 2017 are selected as research samples to examine the relationship between economic cycles, air quality, and national health for empirical testing. Studies have shown that the economic cycle is significantly correlated with national health. The better the macroeconomy, the better the health of the human body; that is, the lower the unemployment rate, the lower the mortality rate. After introducing air quality, it was found to have a significant regulating effect on the relationship between the economic cycle and national health. Our conclusions reveal that economic development is closely related to national health. China should attach great significance to the environment and air quality in the process of economic development to achieve sustainable development and create a green economy.

Biobanks have long existed to support research activities with BBMRI-ERIC formed as a European research infrastructure supporting the coordination for biobanking with 20 country members and one international organization. Although the benefits of biobanks to the research community are well-established, the direct benefit to citizens is limited to the generic benefit of promoting future research. Furthermore, the advent of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation raised a series of challenges for scientific research especially related to biobanking associate activities and longitudinal research studies. Electronic health record (EHR) registries have long existed in healthcare providers. In some countries, even at the national level, these record the state of the health of citizens through time for the purposes of healthcare and data portability between different providers. The potential of EHRs in research is great and has been demonstrated in many projects that have transformed EHR data into retrospective medical history information on participating subjects directly from their physician's collected records; many key challenges, however, remain. In this paper, we present a citizen-centric framework called eHealthBioR, which would enable biobanks to link to EHR systems, thus enabling not just retrospective but also lifelong prospective longitudinal studies of participating citizens. It will also ensure strict adherence to legal and ethical requirements, enabling greater control that encourages participation. Citizens would benefit from the real and direct control of their data and samples, utilizing technology, to empower them to make informed decisions about providing consent and practicing their rights related to the use of their data, as well as by having access to knowledge and data generated from samples they provided to biobanks. This is expected to motivate patient engagement in future research and even leads to participatory design methodologies with citizen/patient-centric designed studies. The development of platforms based on the eHealthBioR framework would need to overcome significant challenges. However, it would shift the burden of addressing these to experts in the field while providing solutions enabling in the long term the lower monetary and time cost of longitudinal studies coupled with the option of lifelong monitoring through EHRs.

A country's degree of civilisation may be measured by its ability to provide insurance. It is becoming more and more apparent that the life insurance idea is a sound one as time goes on. To put it another way, insurance is a significant contributor to the growth of national wealth. This is a universal rule of nature: People must face risks in order to live and play, and insurance policies may at least alleviate some of those disappointments. However unlikely this is, the people of Andhra Pradesh are nonetheless reluctant to insure them. It was the goal of this research to determine the general public's perception of life insurance. Descriptive in nature, the research relies on material gleaned from primary and secondary sources. One hundred people in Kakinada city, the Andhra Pradesh, took part in the study's initial phase. Using a seven-point semantic differential scale, the research survey includes 15 questions on participants' attitudes. The SPSS 20.0 version was used to conduct a frequency distribution analysis of the data collected. In order to make individuals aware of the need for insurance coverage, the media may play a role. The findings of this research will aid in developing insurance policies in Andhra Pradesh. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
In recent years, extreme temperatures and arid climates have frequently occurred in the world. Drought and lack of water not only limit the development of society and the progress of material civilization, but also cause great obstacles to the sustainable development of human society. To monitor data such as climate drought and sports health, most application facilities need the ability to support image or data processing, and embedded applications in various industries have become universal. Therefore, the integrated image processing platform has a wide range of applications, which is also a major factor in accelerating the rapid creation of graphics and image processing programs. The new fitness rules run through the period of national health. The new rules clearly indicate the variety of existing fitness methods. At present, the national health informatization reflects the benefits of time and space extension and high accuracy. It follows the laws of development and changes and takes effect quickly. Under the normalization of disease control and surveillance, the improvement of environmental protection and ecological restoration in arid areas, and the establishment of the important role of national health informatization through embedded imaging technology, we must adhere to the functional positioning consistent with the overall plan. Continue to improve the basic capability structure, including improving and implementing relevant systems and standards, strengthening organization building, team building and system building, and continuously promoting the organic combination of embedded imaging technology and data monitoring informatization. Objective Using data from the Ministry of Health of Colombia, we performed an analysis of prevalence and general demographic characteristics of patients with inflammatory myopathies, with data from 2012 to 2018. Design A descriptive cross-sectional study based on data from the Ministry of Health of Colombia. We used as key terms the diagnostic codes of the International Manual of Diseases related to the diagnosis of inflammatory myopathies. Results We founded 12,401 individuals with a diagnosis of inflammatory myopathy and estimated an overall prevalence of 25.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. This diagnosis is more common in the age group of 65–69 years, and in the female population (64%), with a female-to-male ratio 1.79:1. In addition, we calculated a prevalence of 15.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants for dermatomyositis and 7.3 cases per 100,000 inhabitants for polymyositis (based on a total population of 48,203). There is little information on the epidemiology of myopathies in Latin America, and records are essential to know their behaviour in populations. In Colombia, the Ministry of Health collects information from the health system, which has nearly universal coverage (around 95%). This information makes it possible to carry out epidemiological studies on different diseases. For the present study we analysed the available data on inflammatory myopathies in Colombia. Conclusion The present work describes for the first time the demographic characteristics of inflammatory myopathies in the Colombian population based on official data from the Ministry of Health, where the most frequent was dermatomyositis and a predominance in the female population was evidenced.

SUSTAINABLE development ,BUSINESSPEOPLE ,MACROECONOMICS ,INVESTMENTS ,PUBLIC finance - Abstract
The national wealth notion and increase ways have been historically thought by the economists. One of the advices for entrepreneurs is "recline to your assets". When an entrepreneur establishes and improves his activities, he should use the assets as the base of development. This success key saying at the level of entrepreneur, I think, can also be attributed to the country. The category of the national wealth is macroeconomic category that measures the aggregate assets in the country. One of the main questions in the economic theory is that what is the wealth, how it is calculated, and what is its source. Mercantilists, physiocrats, classics have different opinions about this issue. In the study of the national wealth notion, the prominent economist Raymond Goldsmith, Eurostat and the UN Statistical Commission researches have a special place. Analyzing the existing theory, let's try to describe this category as follows. National wealth is a monetary expression of national-moral values and the amount of money that has been formed by deducting the country's and its residents' aggregate assets from outside that country's non-residents. The size of the country's national wealth affects the credit, the investment volume, and conditions of its economy. There are different approaches to the national wealth. I think it's more convenient for modeling based on the accumulated wealth distribution, but I suggest its improved option: • natural wealth (depleted and inexhaustible) • wealth created by human labor (physical, intellectual, financial) • the essence of man. The methodology of calculating the national wealth category should be improved. The property must be calculated with full or residual value? When they calculate by residual value, there is a different approach to the amortization in the legislation of different countries. There are other questions from this point of view... Along with other factors, sustainable development, requires the national wealth structure to be effective on key and sub-elements. That's why the invested capital in it should be oriented in terms of efficiency. The major change in the structure of national wealth in the world is increase of the human wealth share. What is the national wealth of our country? We try to find answer to this question. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
People's health is an important symbol of social stability and national prosperity, and physical exercise is an important way to improve people's health level and an important means to meet people's yearning for a better life. By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the connotation of the deep integration of national fitness and national health, and deeply analyzes the problems that hinder the deep integration of national fitness and national health, such as the lack of coordination and cooperation between sports and health, the imperfection of the legal system for the deep integration of national fitness and national health, the lack of compound medical talents to promote the national health and the national fitness, the vague implementation scheme of the deep integration of national fitness and national health. Finally, it puts forward the following four development paths: 1) to comprehensively deepen the reform and strengthen the coordination among departments; 2) to improve the legal system to provide guarantee for the deep integration of national fitness and national health; 3) to carry out the "sports are good medicine" plan to cultivate compound medical talents; and 4) to construct the integration pattern of national fitness and national health, so as to implement the integration.
