The paper attempts to give insights into the allocation of spectrum in Indian Telecom Industry with a particular focus since the rollout of the 4G services. While attempting to give insights into the various methods of Spectrum allocation and analyse their efficiency, the paper will also be analysing the market structure in the Indian Telecom Industry through Quantitative Indicators like the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index (HHI) and the Four-Firm Concentration ratio (CR4). The paper would also attempt to give insights and constructive criticism regarding unallocated and inefficient methods of allocating spectrums and possibilities of monopolistic market concentrations in the Telecom Sector as well as the prospects of 5G services

After years of mandatory remote education, there is still a question that remains to be answered: “Is the online medium inclusive enough to be deemed a solution?” As classrooms relocate to onlineenvironments and pedagogies rely on technologies, it becomes imperative to ensure that no one isleft behind and education remains accessible to every learner. The issue of the universality of accessto technological resources in India mingles with various socio-economic disparities that hinder thesuccessful implementation of online education. This chapter attempts to analyze and bring forwardthe factors that may contribute to the stark contrasts regarding the practicality of the onlineeducation scene in India, including accessibility, gender, socio-economic factors, and policy issues. Inmitigating the impact of an educational disruption (e.g., global health crisis) as well as the futureadoption of online instruction, this chapter summarized the topics that need addressing into themes:content understanding, learning outcomes, technological, pedagogical, and behavioral.

Kerala is one of the many states in India which allow 50 per cent reservation for women in local self-governance through the Panchayati Raj act of 2005 and hence the representation of women in the same has risen to almost 54 per cent, as of 2015. However the same is not reflected in the upper levels of governance namely state legislature and parliamentary elections despite Kerala being praised as a forerunner of women empowerment in India. The current state legislature has a mere 8 female members out of 141, which was almost the same since the first assembly which had 7 women members. Not to mention the state also send only one member to the Parliament, a numerical trend which has been consistent since 1950. The Coronavirus pandemic has brought disorder in the international world order that few would have anticipated. The ripple of this medical crisis has reached various domains in this highly interconnected world. As world powers are trying hard to maintain their supremacy, revisionist powers who were waiting in line are quick to make use of this opportunity. E-learning is expected to be the future of education. This paper deals with the concerns that it entails and the development and growth that e-learning offers to India. The dark realities of severe economic muddles and discriminatory affairs of the country make it exclusive only to the privileged. The major stakeholders, the students are facing immense changes with education transitioning from the traditional face to face method to online platforms, be it in terms of their mental and physical health, all-around development or them missing out on a wholesome learning experience which involves interacting with peers daily. The traditional approaches in Indian pedagogy have clashing views and difficulties in adapting to online education.Further, education going virtual effects a major part of the society, be it the civil bodies or the private sector. The need for the Indian educational ecosystem to compete with the fast-growing educational technology market around the world is interlinked with the economic and social evolution of the nation. The paper also necessitates e-learning as a social investment and signifies that government policies for e-learning are the elements that solely define the future of e-learning.
