(1) Background: Several factors have been associated with the success of health education programs, such contact time, with better results being obtained from more intensive programs and early outcome measurement. Nurses play an essential role in educating patients with diabetes both in disease-management, therapeutic education, and healthy lifestyles promotion as well as emotion management. The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of a nurse-led educational program based on patients with type 1 diabetes; (2) Methods: An experimental, two-group comparison design, 69 patients participated in the intervention group and 62 in control group. The control group received routine health education and follow-up. The intervention group received intensive educational program led by nurses. The effects were evaluated after 1 and 3 months of intervention; (3) Results: The differences between groups in sensor usage, knowledge, and diabetes self-care three months after the educational program were significant; (4) Conclusions: The program could help type 1 diabetes patients to improve the control rates for blood glucose. The continuous glucose monitoring sensor allowed knowing which parameters improved one and three months after the intervention. The hypothesis of the influence of the emotional state on glucose levels was confirmed.

Background: Nursing students need to experience caring in their educational environment in order to learn how to care for the patients. Objective: The present study describes the caring model demonstrated by the faculty to the nursing students through their behaviours, from the perspective of both students and faculty members. Design: A cross-sectional, descriptive, observational study was conducted. Participants: The sample included 286 students and faculty members. Methods: The Nursing Students' Perceptions of Instructor Caring assessing tool was used to gather the data. Results: After analysing 676 questionnaires, it was revealed a moderately high level of caring perceived by the students. The most appreciated dimension was control versus flexibility, reporting a mean value of 82.29 and a confidence interval from 81.14 to 83.44, and the least valued was appreciation of life's meanings, reporting a mean value of 63.90 and a confidence interval from 62.20 to 65.60. The students' perception of the care demonstrated by the faculty was significantly lower than the care that the latter believed to transmit in all dimensions (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The caring perceived by the student was expressed through behaviours that inspired confidence in them, promoted a climate of learning and support, helped them to recognise the meaning of life, showed them flexibility and fostered their professional autonomy. Aim To identify a relationship between social support, family life cycle, family transition and stressful events; and the dyadic adjustment among couples from Seville with children of pediatric age. Method Descriptive, observational and cross-sectional study. 95 Sevillian couples were recruited following a consecutive stratified sampling by quotas. They filled in a questionnaire with the study variables and the Dyadic Adjustment and Social Support scales. Data collection was carried out in 2015. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Seville. Mann–Whitney U and Kruskall–Wallis non-parametric tests were used for statistical analysis, and Spearman test for correlation between variables. Significance was stated for p Results The couples were mostly marriages with good dyadic adjustment and social support. 26.3% had infant and 73.7% children of school age. No relationship between the life cycle nor the family transition and the dyadic adjustment were identified. The beginning-end of schooling was related to spousal cohesion and there were positive correlations between dyadic adjustment and social support; and negative correlations between the number of children and social support, consensus and satisfaction of the couple. Conclusion Social support and the number of children are identified as the main conditioning factors of dyadic adjustment. In this sense, it is essential to know the resources available to each couple to face the difficulties where social support and the union between the spouses can help them face the challenges.

Resumen Objetivo Determinar si el apoyo social, el ciclo vital familiar, la transicion familiar y los acontecimientos estresantes se relacionan con el ajuste diadico de parejas con hijos en edad pediatrica. Metodo Estudio descriptivo, observacional y de corte transversal. Noventa y cinco parejas de la provincia de Sevilla fueron escogidas mediante muestreo consecutivo estratificado por cuotas, y cumplimentaron un cuestionario con las variables de estudio y las escalas Ajuste Diadico Conyugal y Apoyo Social Percibido. La recogida de datos se realizo en el ultimo trimestre del 2015 con el visto bueno del Comite Etico de Investigacion de la Universidad de Sevilla. Se aplicaron los test no parametricos U de Mann-Whitney y Kruskal-Wallis. Para la relacion entre variables se utilizo el test de correlacion de Spearman y para demostrar correlaciones significativas se comprobo que p Resultados Las parejas mayoritariamente eran matrimonios con buen ajuste diadico y apoyo social. El 26,3% tenian hijos lactantes y el 73,7% en edad escolar. No existe influencia del ciclo vital y la transicion familiar sobre el ajuste diadico. El comienzo-fin de la escolaridad influye en la cohesion conyugal y existen correlaciones positivas entre ajuste diadico y apoyo social, y negativas entre el numero de hijos y el apoyo social, el consenso y la satisfaccion de la pareja. Conclusiones El apoyo social y el numero de hijos se identifican como los principales factores condicionantes del ajuste diadico. En este sentido, es fundamental conocer los recursos de los que dispone cada pareja para hacer frente a las dificultades donde el apoyo social y la union entre los conyuges pueden ayudarles a enfrentar los desafios.

Introduction Violence against women is a global health problem, and gender violence is a multifactorial phenomenon generally attributed to the fact of living in a patriarchal culture setting. Methods A systematic review and meta-analysis conducted in the following databases: PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Scopus, LILACS, MEDES, Web of Science, CUIDEN, ENFISPO, IBECS, Dialnet and Cuidatge. Inclusion criteria: quantitative design, Spanish population, Spanish, English, Portuguese and/or French language, no time restriction and use of the Myths about Love Scale. Data was collected and analysed from July to October 2020. A total of 146 records were identified, of which, after applying the eligibility criteria, 12 studies were included, and 6 met the criteria for the meta-analysis. The descriptive and prevalence analysis was performed by means of StatsDirect. In all the analyses, statistical significance was considered at p < 0.05 and the CIs, at 95%. Results The most accepted myths were those related to love idealization: the eternal passion, marriage, omnipotence and perfect match myths. The least accepted myths were those of the couple, jealousy and love-maltreatment link. Men and women accepted the myths in a similar manner, although the former showed more participation in jealousy and in lovemaltreatment link. Conclusions The study contributes a current perspective about the beliefs regarding the love myths that can be a conditioning factor in love relationships and a risk factor for gender violence. (1) Background: Type 1 diabetes is a chronic disease that creates a high demand and responsibility for patient self-care. Patient education, self-care training and the management of derived complications are great challenges for nurses. The objective of this project is to evaluate the efficacy of a therapeutic education program for type 1 diabetes. (2) Methods: Participants recruited to the study will be adult patients with diagnosed type 1 diabetes attending the clinic at the study site. A nurse diabetes educator will deliver a four-session education program. A two-group randomized controlled trial will be used in this study, with an intervention group and a control group. The subjects included in the experimental group will attend some health education sessions, while control group participants will receive the existing standard care provided by the endocrinology and nutrition unit of the hospital. Measurements and evaluations will be conducted at the baseline prior to the intervention and at 1 and 3 months from the intervention. (3) Conclusions: The primary outcome is improving patients’ knowledge about diet and treatment management. Secondary outcomes are improving patients’ glycemic control and mood. The findings from this study will help to determine the effect of diabetes education about self-care and treatment in patients with diabetes, as well as helping to decrease short-term and long-term complications and reduce health care costs.

Background: The migratory flow from the African continent to Europe is intense and the European countries should apply a humanitarian, health and social response to this emerging problem. Migrants coming from Africa to Europe are a very vulnerable population. Healthcare professionals should be prepared for answering their needs from a transcultural approach, which requires a better understanding of this phenomenon. Thus, the aim of this study was to improve nursing and healthcare professionals’ awareness and better understanding of migrant life experiences during the migration journey. An exploratory descriptive qualitative research was conducted. In-depth interviews were conducted involving four key informants and content analysis were performed with the transcriptions. Results: Three themes merged: life situations in their countries of origin, motivations that led them to undertake the migratory journey, and experiences they lived during the migratory journey. The results described the dramatic experience and motivations for crossing the strait of Gibraltar from Africa to Europe, including feelings, fears, hopes and lived experiences. The determination of immigrants to fight for a better life opportunity and the physical damage and psychological consequences they suffer were revealed. Conclusions: This study would help healthcare professionals to better understand this complex reality and deliver culturally adapted care. Knowledge of the starting reality of these populations can help health professionals to incorporate a cross-cultural approach that improves the relational, ethical and affective competences to provide quality care to the migrant population, as well as the development of health measures to fight against inequalities suffered by these population groups.

(1) Background: Structured education has been used in patients treated with insulin, promoting their ability to adhere to and self-manage their treatment. We aimed to know the perception and adherence to the recommendations on the management of diabetes in type 1 diabetes patients after participating in a therapeutic education program. (2) Methods: A descriptive qualitative study followed the Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research guidelines. Patients with type 1 diabetes participating in a therapeutic education program were recruited from February to April 2022. Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were used, and transcriptions were analyzed using the inductive qualitative content analysis method. The final sample consisted of 18 type 1 diabetes mellitus patients. (3) Results: A number of patients with type 1 diabetes said that they had improved their glycemic control after participating in the therapeutic education program. Some patients recognized that the chronic disease and the complications complexity generated stress and anxiety. This influenced their usual life, at work, and their interpersonal relationships. (4) Conclusions: In terms of satisfaction, the majority of patients reported a good perception of the quality of the organization, the professionals involved, and the contents of the program. The physical and psychosocial benefits of self-care training have been demonstrated.

(1) Background: Childhood obesity is a public health problem. The purpose of this study was to know if exposure to commercial messages which advertise food products exerts any effect on the short-term consumption preferences of 4- to 6-year-old children. (2) Methods: A double-blind and randomized experimental design. Sample consisted of 421 boys and girls from twelve schools in a city in Spain. (3) Results: In three of the four product pairs shown, the products advertised in the intervention were preferred. In the results of applying the model for the first product pair presented, sugared cereals, the predictive variable which best explains the behavior of the preferences expressed is gender (Odds Ratio 0.285 (0.19&ndash, 0.42), p &lt, 0.05). For the second pair, chocolate cookies, the family&rsquo, s nationality has a strong weight in the model. As regards the regression model calculated for the last pair (filled rolls), the predictive variable which showed having more influence was gender. Boys had a 1.39 times higher risk of selecting the advertised product than girls. (4) Conclusions: The persuasive effect of commercials has shown to be influential in a general, immediate, and significant way only in the case of products with wide brand awareness. This study reinforces the importance of advertising and emphasizes the need to initiate measures to control the content of TV commercials.

Breakfast is the first and most important meal of the day, and omitting it is associated with a greater probability of overweight and school absenteeism. The eating habits constituted in children depend on social, educational and economic factors, and they usually perpetuate into adulthood. For this reason, the most propitious stage for health promotion interventions on healthy nutrition is childhood. Specifically, in Brazil, malnutrition is relevant in children from low-income families although, currently, there are few studies that relate nutrition with the social factors. In this study, a reliability analysis of the Eating Habits of the School Population questionnaire was conducted, and the items referring to the breakfast habits and to some sociodemographic variables were selected. Subsequently, a total of 470 fourth grade pupils self-completed the questionnaire in 12 schools in Uruguaiana (Brazil). More than 50% of the mothers and more than 70% of the fathers worked in diverse areas of services and sales in stores or supermarkets. The objective of this study was to identify the videogame-related experiences expressed by regular adolescent gamers and to explore the socio-family factors related to these experi- ences. A cross-sectional observational and descriptive study was carried out with a conve- nience sample of regular Spanish videogamers between 16 and 18 years old. To measure the use of videogames for evasion and its negative consequences, the Questionnaire of Videogame-Related Experiences (Cuestionario de Experiencias Relacionadas con Videojuegos , CERV) was used and socio-family variables collected, evaluating their relationship with the results of the CERV. A total of 206 adolescents participated, 89.3% men [84.3– 93.2] and 17.9% [12.9–23.9] allocating more than 35 hours a week to videogames. The CERV subscale related to the evasive use of videogames (max. = 24 points) obtained a mean value of 11.71 (SD = 3.52) and the mean value for the subscale related to the negative consequences (max. = 27 points) was 7.14 (SD = 3.33). A higher frequency of high values of evasive use (p = .038) and higher scores of this subscale (p = .02) were found in gamers without brothers or sisters. Higher scores and larger numbers of negative consequences were found in gamers who play more than 21 hours a week (p = .032). In conclusion, fre- quent use of videogames does not seem to be carried out with an evasive purpose, except in the case of absence of siblings. Frequent videogame use has only proven to carry a higher level of negative consequences when playing more than 21 hours a week. No other socio-family variables related to these subscales of the CERV have been identified.

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the test–retest reliability of the paired selection method for measuring the impact of food advertising on the consumption preferences of children. Methods: In this study, 52 children aged 4 to 6 years participated in watching an advertisement style video showing four foodstuffs with low nutritional value. Two pollsters were introduced at two instances showing pairs of pictures of the advertised foodstuffs right next to similar products, so that children could express their preferences. The test–retest reliability was measured through the concordance and interclass co-relation between both answers. Results: Kappa concordance indices of 0.71 (0.46–0.97), 0.88 (0.62–1.15), and 0.90 (0.64–1.16) were obtained for the three foodstuff pairs. The interclass correlation coefficient for the sum of manifested preferred scores was 0.72 (p = 0.0000). Conclusions: The paired selection method has been demonstrated to be efficient with good or very good reliability, making it useful for measuring the impact of food advertising on this age group. To identify the related factors that compromise family integrity and the defining characteristics of poor family integrity.Integrative review in databases: Pubmed, Scopus, Cinahl, PsycInfo, and Web of Science. The inclusion and exclusion criteria led to the selection of 12 articles.Family conflicts, lack of communication, and detachment from family as risk factors that have a negative impact on family integrity. A decrease in the physical and psychological quality of life as defining characteristics of poor family integrity.Lack of family integrity has a significant impact on the physical, mental, and social health of its members.Findings will allow nurses to implement interventions for the maintenance or improvement of family integrity.Identificar los factores relacionados que comprometen la integridad familiar y las características definitorias de familias con baja integridad. MÉTODO: Se realiza una revisión sistemática acorde con las recomendaciones PRISMA, consultando las bases de datos Pubmed, Scopus, Cinahl, PsycInfo y Web Of Science. El proceso de selección de artículos siguiendo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión nos condujo a 12 trabajos seleccionados.Los resultados señalan como factores de riesgo el conflicto familiar, la falta de comunicación y el desapego que impactan negativamente sobre la integridad; y como manifestaciones clínicas la disminución de la calidad de vida física y psicológica.El deterioro de la integridad familiar tiene un importante impacto sobre la salud física, psicológica y social de sus miembros. IMPLICACIONES PARA LA PRÁCTICA: La identificación de factores de riesgo y manifestaciones clínicas permite a los profesionales sanitarios implementar intervenciones a favor del mantenimiento o la mejora de la integridad familiar.

Background: The aim of this study is to identify the sociodemographic characteristics and the most frequent diseases and nursing interventions carried out on migrants arriving by sea at southern Spain. Method: Cross-sectional, descriptive, and retrospective study based on the database of the Spanish Red Cross Intervention Activation System. All migrants who arrived on the coasts of a southern province during 2016 and were assisted by the Red Cross were included. Results: A total of 2027 people were registered, mostly males, aged between 18 and 40 years. Of these, 4.9% required healthcare, and 2.9% were referred to hospital. Highlighted diagnoses were headaches (15.6%), pregnancy (12.8%), and lower-limb wounds (6.4%), and outstanding nursing interventions were &ldquo, care of wounds&rdquo, (24.7%), &ldquo, pain management&rdquo, (21.9%), and &ldquo, prenatal care&rdquo, (15.2%). Statistically significant relationships were found between the diagnosed diseases and gender, geographic area of origin, and seasonal time of the year, as well as between nursing interventions performed and those three variables. Conclusions: Although in general, a good health condition was observed in most of the migrants treated, the most frequent health situations attended were related to dermatological, gynecological, and headache problems. The most performed nursing interventions were related to skin/wound care and promotion of physical comfort, requiring a low need for hospital transfers. Female gender, origin from sub-Saharan Africa and arrival in the summer period carry a greater risk of suffering health problems when migrants reach Spanish coasts.

Bullying affects thousands of teenagers worldwide and has devastating consequences. Various studies suggest that the personality of teenagers is a risk profile for bullying. The aim of this study was to analyse the relationship between the personality of teenagers aged 14 to 16 years from three education centres located in the province of Seville (Spain) and bullying in any of its victim or aggressor roles. A multi-centre cross-sectional observational descriptive study was conducted in three education centres in the province of Seville (Spain). The sample consisted of 93 students. In order to measure the two main variables, the Bull-S test was used for bullying, and the EPQ-J questionnaire was used for personality traits. A descriptive and correlation analysis was performed between variables. The results showed that 14% (n = 13) of the sample were detected as victims and another 14% (n = 13) were detected as aggressors. Statistically significant differences were found between neuroticism (p = 0.044, Phi = 0.615), sincerity (p = 0.016, V de Cramer = 0.474), and anti-social behaviour (p = 0.007, Phi = 0.620) with the variables victim/aggressor. Bullies are typically males who score high on neuroticism and anti-social behaviour, with a tendency towards social dissimulation.

The biopsychosocial consequences in Spanish population affected by an eviction process were described in this paper. A scoping review was conducted, consulting the following databases: PubMed, Scopus, PsycINFO, CINAHL, LILACS, CSIC, MEDES, Scielo, Dialnet, Cuiden Plus and Cochrane. The search strategy was (Eviction OR "Home eviction" OR "Housing eviction" OR "Households at risk of eviction" OR Foreclosure) AND ("Health" OR "Mental Health" OR "Psychosocial impact" OR "Impacts on health" OR "Social impact indicators" OR "Social Determinants of Health" OR "Social Indicators").Eleven articles published between 2008 and September 2018 were selected. They followed a quantitative or qualitative methodology. The research quality was measured, and the results were organized according to the biopsychosocial model. From the physical perspective, results described a poor self-perception of health, as well as an increase of chronic diseases, pain, drug consumptions. From the psychological perspective, it was found negative thoughts, recurrent emotions and increased anxiety, depression, mental disorder and post-traumatic stress. From the social perspective, it was found that family, the offspring and the guarantor were affected, as well as the health system with greater medical visits and emergencies. This review showed worse health indicators among women, such as a headache, smoking habits, worse self-perception of health and more mental health disorders (depression, anxiety and other types of psychological distress). Daughters revealed worse self-perception of health than sons. It is necessary an approach from public health, epidemiological surveillance, action protocols and health programs, to advise, diagnose, prevent, protect and promote the health of the Spanish population affected.

Aim To describe the nature of care received by patients measured through the Caring Behaviours Inventory. Background Professional nursing practice combines two dimensions of caring: instrumental care and expressive care. Instrumental care focuses on physical health needs, in terms of efficiency and employs interventions based on evidence. Expressive care is patient‐centred and based on the interpersonal relationship. It requires caring attitudes that include respect, kindness, sensitivity and patience. The Caring Behaviours Inventory is a tool designed to assess the care expressed through the behaviours nurses perform, contextualised within the Jean Watson's Theory of Human Caring. Methods A systematic review following PRISMA recommendations. Scopus, PubMed and CINAHL databases were consulted using the keywords “Caring Behaviours Inventory” AND “Nursing”. The Joanna Briggs Institute tool was used for the quality appraisal. A conceptual analysis and a thematic synthesis were performed for data extraction. Results 11 articles were selected. Three categories were identified: nature of caring, congruence between perceived care by patients and nurses, and factors associated with the expression of care. Discussion An emphasis on care of an instrumental nature was identified. The perception of patients differs from that of nurses, patients perceive a lower level of expressive caring than the one nurses believe to deliver. Caring behaviours are affected by the working environment, nurses' emotional intelligence and coping skills, and socio‐demographic characteristics. Conclusion This paper described the findings of previous research regarding the nature of care that is transmitted and received in clinical practice. Results highlight an emphasis on the instrumental aspect of the nursing care according to the patients' perception. Relevance to clinical practice Findings summarised in this review could contribute to a better understanding of the nursing care. Results reported in this paper could also help to improve the quality of care delivered by nurses as well as patient‐centeredness.

Resumen: Objetivo: Analizar si las variables familiares tales como tipo de relación de pareja, años de matrimonio, existencia de hijos, número de miembros de la unidad familiar, etapas del ciclo vital familiar, transición entre etapas, apoyo social percibido y/o acontecimientos vitales estresantes se relacionan con el ajuste conyugal. Diseño: Estudio transversal y correlacional mediante encuestas. Emplazamiento: Consultas de atención primaria y unidades de hospitalización de los centros seleccionados de la provincia de Sevilla, España. Participantes: Muestra consecutiva estratificada por cuotas de 369 parejas, mayores de 18 años, heterosexuales, que mantenían una relación de pareja, con o sin hijos, residentes en Sevilla. OBJECTIVE: To ascertain the content validity of the Self-perception of Family Health Status scale. METHOD: A validation study of an instrument with an online Delphi panel using the consensus technique. Eighteen experts in the subject were intentionally selected, with a multidisciplinary origin and representing different professional fields. Each of the proposed items was assessed using a five-point scale, and open-ended questions, to modify or propose items. Descriptive analysis was performed of the sample and the items, applying criteria of validation/elimination. RESULTS: The first round had a response rate of 83.3% and validated 75 of the 96 proposed items; the second had a response rate of 80%, and validated the 21 newly created items, concluding the panel of experts. CONCLUSIONS: We present an instrument to measure self-perception of family health status, from a nursing perspective. This may be an advance in scientific knowledge, to facilitate the assessment of the state of health of the family unit, enabling detection of alterations, and to facilitate interventions to prevent consequences to the family unit and its members. It can be used in clinical care, research or teaching. OBJETIVO: Comprobar la validez de contenido de la escala de Autopercepción del Estado de Salud Familiar. MÉTODO: Estudio de validación de instrumento con panel Delphi on-line como técnica de consenso. Se seleccionaron intencionalmente 18 expertos/as en el tema, de origen multidisciplinar y de diferentes ámbitos profesionales. Cada uno de los ítems propuestos fue valorado mediante una escala de cinco puntos, y mediante preguntas abiertas, para modificar o proponer ítems. Se realizó análisis descriptivo de la muestra y de los ítems, aplicando criterios de estimación/desestimación. RESULTADOS: La primera ronda tuvo una tasa de respuesta del 83,3% y se estimaron 75 ítems de los 96 propuestos; la segunda tuvo una tasa de respuesta de 80%, y se estimaron los 21 ítems de nueva creación, concluyendo el panel de expertos/as. CONCLUSIONES: Se presenta un instrumento para medir la Autopercepción del Estado de Salud Familiar, desde una perspectiva enfermera. Este puede suponer un avance en el conocimiento científico, al facilitar la valoración del estado de salud de la unidad familiar, permitir detectar sus alteraciones, y facilitar las intervenciones para prevenir las consecuencias de estas sobre la propia unidad familiar y sus miembros. MÉTODO: Um estudo de validação de um instrumento com um painel Delphi on-line, utilizando a técnica de consenso. Dezoito especialistas no assunto, selecionados intencionalmente, de origem multidisciplinar e representando diferentes áreas profissionais. Cada um dos itens propostos foi avaliado usando uma escala de cinco pontas, e perguntas abertas, para modificação ou propostas de itens. Realizada análise descritiva da amostra e os itens, aplicando critérios de validação / eliminação. RESULTADOS: A primeira rodada teve uma taxa de resposta de 83,3% e validados 75 dos 96 itens propostos; a segunda teve uma taxa de resposta de 80%, e validou os 21 itens recém-criados, concluindo o painel de especialistas. CONCLUSÕES: Apresentamos um instrumento para medir a auto-percepção do estado de saúde da família, a partir de uma perspectiva de enfermagem. Este pode ser um avanço no conhecimento científico, a fim de facilitar a avaliação do estado de saúde da unidade familiar, permitindo a detecção de alterações, e facilitando as intervenções para evitar consequências para a unidade da família e seus membros. Ela pode ser usado em pesquisa clínica de cuidados, ou de ensino.

Family health determines and it is determined by family´s capacity to function effectively as a biosocial unit in a given culture and society. The main of study has been to test reliability and construct validity of an instrument to asses the Self-perception of Family Health Status.We validated its content by an on-line Dephi panel with experts. We surveyed 258 families in them homes or in primary health centres from Seville, Spain. We administered the instrument that has five Likert scales: Family climate, Family integrity, Family functioning, and Family resistance. We tested reliability by Cronbach Alpha and construct validity by exploratory factor analysis.The five scales obtained values α between 0.73 for the Family Climate and 0.89 for Family Integrity. They showed evidence of one-dimensional interpretation after factor analysis, a) all items got weights r0.30 in first factor before rotations, b) the first factor explained a significant proportion of variance before rotations, and c) the total variance explained by the main factors extracted was greater than 50%.The scales showed their reliability and validity. They could be employed to assess the self-perception of family health status.
