The textbook outlines a wide range of issues of logistics economics. The methods and strategies of pricing in supply chains, logistics costs, including the costs of cross-border logistics, and ways of accounting, analysis and regulation; evaluation of the efficiency of the use of logistics systems resources; features of business planning and accounting for the risks of investment decisions in logistics. Along with the presentation of the theoretical foundations and methodological features of logistics economics, the textbook contains practical examples, control questions and tests to consolidate the educational material. It is addressed to students of all levels of training — bachelor's, specialist, master's and postgraduate studies, studying in the areas of "Economics" and "Management", and will also be useful to logistics specialists to improve their qualification level.

The study of the marine coastal accumulative forms’ relief allows clarify the regularities of their evolution. The use of satellite imagery to create bathymetric maps provides information about structure and dynamics of the underwater relief. To date, there are a number of developed algorithms for calculating the depths using satellite data with an expanded range of spectral channels (WorldView-2/3). There are also designs for using images with a standard range of channels (Red-Green-Blue-NIR). The objective of this study is to build bathymetric maps based on data from the non-commercial satellite Sentinel-2. The studied accumulative forms are located in the Black and Azov Seas. Regions characterized by increased muddiness and a small number of cloudless days. In this study the qualitative information was obtained about presence and value of the underwater part of the accumulative forms’ dynamics. It has been shown that the detail of the Sentinel-2 images for this purpose is sufficient. The algorithm, chosen for mapping, is based on the use of the linear regression method of the ratio of natural logarithms of the reflected radiation values of pairs of channels. The software implementation of mapping was based on the ScanEx Image Processor software. Digital bottom relief models were obtained for two sites with depths of 0-7 m. For correct of the underwater relief at greater depths, the obtained DEMs were supplemented with data from navigation maps. Estimation of accuracy was carried out according to the bathymetric measurements made by the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology RAS. The analysis showed that Sentinel-2 images are an important source of data for scientific research in shallow water areas. However, there are limitations that do not allow creating a universal method for creating bathymetric maps.

The article is dedicated to the issues of increase of international cooperation effectiveness due to timely estimation of the projects, international practice consideration and decision on their applicability at the local market. Nowadays estimation of projects, that are adapted for other markets, is performed the same way as for local projects which, in the authors’ opinion, is inappropriate. Methodology of project success estimation and special tools for searching opportunity of its adaptation to new conditions are suggested for making decision on project extension to new markets. The foundation for the article is adaptation factors classification based on domestic and foreign research. Practical results of using the methodology are provided by the example of cooperation of foreign vendors and domestic supply companies.

Stages of cost analysis development in world practice, methodical forms of systems� functional and cost diagnostics, types of models, and features of objects organization�s functional and structural assessment are considered in this paper. Projects� cost management possibilities are revealed by the example of business incubator design and risk management mechanism.

The article focuses on the problem of organization for business relations and increase of technological opportunities of company in market economic with using methodology of value analyses and value management. The methodical scheme of organizational characteristics and results of activities for application modern economic system are submitted in the different countries.
