Higher scores of DCS indicate higher decisional conflict. In the present study, we aimed to assess the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the DCS among Chinese young women making HPV vaccination decisions.Methods: A total of 107 HPV-unvaccinated Chinese women aged 18– 26 completed the survey assessing decisional conflict, knowledge and decision of HPV vaccination. Factorial validity, construct validity, and reliability of the DCS were examined.Results: The mean score of the DCS-16 was 41.5 (SD=20.0). Principal component analysis extracted a 3-factor model of DCS containing 13 items (DCS-13), but both the original DCS-16 and extracted DCS-13 showed poor factorial validity. An alternative DCS-10 revealed a good fit to the data with Cronbach’s alpha 0.86. Some subscales of the three versions of DCS showed inconsistent correlation.Conclusion: The DCS-10 demonstrated good model fit to the data. By using the DCS-10 total score rather than sub-scores to measure Chinese young women’s HPV vaccination decisional conflict a more valid assessment can be obtained.Keywords: decisional conflict, validation, HPV vaccination, decision making

Introduction: Physical weakness is associated with cortical structures, but the exact causes remain to be investigated. Therefore, we utilized Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis to uncover the underlying connection between frailty and cortical structures., Methods: The Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) on frailty pooled data from publicly available sources such as the UK Biobank and included five indicators of frailty: weakness, walking speed, weight loss, physical activity, and exhaustion. GWAS data on cerebral cortical structure were obtained from the ENIGMA consortium, and we assessed the causal relationship between hereditary frailty and cortical surface area (SA) or cortical thickness (TH). Inverse variance weighting (IVW) was used as the primary estimate, and heterogeneity and multidimensionality were monitored by MR-PRESSO to detect outliers. Additionally, MR-Egger, Cochran's Q test, and weighted median were employed., Results: At the aggregate level, there was no causal relationship between frailty and cortical thickness or surface area. At the regional level, frailty was associated with the thickness of the middle temporal lobe, parahippocampus, rostral middle frontal lobe, lower parietal lobe, anterior cingulate gyrus, upper temporal lobe, lateral orbital frontal cortex, pericardial surface area, rostral middle frontal lobe, upper temporal lobe, rostral anterior cingulate gyrus, lower parietal lobe, and upper parietal lobe. These results were nominally significant, and sensitivity analyses did not detect any multidirectionality or heterogeneity, suggesting that the results of our analyses are reliable., Discussion: The results of our analyses suggest a potential causal relationship between somatic weakness and multiple regions of cortical structure. However, the specific mechanisms of influence remain to be investigated. Preliminary results from our analysis suggest that the effects of physical frailty on cortical structures are influenced by various factors related to frailty exposure. Recently a dark matter-electron (DM-electron) paradigm has drawn much attention. Models beyond the standard halo model describing DM accelerated by high energy celestial bodies are under intense examination as well. In this Letter, a velocity components analysis (VCA) method dedicated to swift analysis of accelerated DM-electron interactions via semiconductor detectors is proposed and the first HPGe detector-based accelerated DM-electron analysis is realized. Utilizing the method, the first germanium based constraint on sub-GeV solar reflected DM-electron interaction is presented with the 205.4  kg·day dataset from the CDEX-10 experiment. In the heavy mediator scenario, our result excels in the mass range of 5-15  keV/c^{2}, achieving a 3 orders of magnitude improvement comparing with previous semiconductor experiments. In the light mediator scenario, the strongest laboratory constraint for DM lighter than 0.1  MeV/c^{2} is presented. The result proves the feasibility and demonstrates the vast potential of the VCA technique in future accelerated DM-electron analyses with semiconductor detectors.

We present improved germanium-based constraints on sub-GeV dark matter via dark matter-electron (χ-e) scattering using the 205.4  kg·day dataset from the CDEX-10 experiment. Using a novel calculation technique, we attain predicted χ-e scattering spectra observable in high-purity germanium detectors. In the heavy mediator scenario, our results achieve 3 orders of magnitude of improvement for m_{χ} larger than 80  MeV/c^{2} compared to previous germanium-based χ-e results. We also present the most stringent χ-e cross-section limit to date among experiments using solid-state detectors for m_{χ} larger than 90  MeV/c^{2} with heavy mediators and m_{χ} larger than 100  MeV/c^{2} with electric dipole coupling. The result proves the feasibility and demonstrates the vast potential of a new χ-e detection method with high-purity germanium detectors in ultralow radioactive background.

A search for exotic dark matter (DM) in the sub-GeV mass range has been conducted using 205 kg day data taken from a p-type point contact germanium detector of the CDEX-10 experiment at China's Jinping underground laboratory. New low-mass dark matter searching channels, neutral current fermionic DM absorption (χ+A→ν+A) and DM-nucleus 3→2 scattering (χ+χ+A→ϕ+A), have been analyzed with an energy threshold of 160 eVee. No significant signal was found; thus new limits on the DM-nucleon interaction cross section are set for both models at the sub-GeV DM mass region. A cross section limit for the fermionic DM absorption is set to be 2.5×10^{-46}  cm^{2} (90% C.L.) at DM mass of 10  MeV/c^{2}. For the DM-nucleus 3→2 scattering scenario, limits are extended to DM mass of 5 and 14  MeV/c^{2} for the massless dark photon and bound DM final state, respectively.

This research explores the intervention effect of the mindfulness acceptance insight commitment (MAIC) training program on the mindfulness level, flow state, and mental health of college swimmers. A sample of 47 college swimmers from a regular university was recruited and randomly divided into two groups before the intervention. Independent variables between groups are psychological training mode (MAIC training/no training), and the independent variable within group was time (pre-test, post-test, and continuity test). The dependent variables are mindfulness level, flow state, and mental health (anxiety, depression, training, and competition satisfaction). Results show that after the intervention of MAIC training, the mindfulness level of athletes' flow state has been significantly improved, whereas anxiety and depression significantly decreased. In addition, the satisfaction with training and competition significantly improved. In the continuous stage after the intervention, the mindfulness level, flow state, and mental health of athletes are still significantly higher than those in the pre-test. The comparison of the post-test and continuity test show no significant differences in the mindfulness level, flow state, depression, and training and competition satisfaction of athletes. Still, the anxiety level shows an upward trend with a significant difference. This study demonstrates that the MAIC mindfulness training program can significantly improve the mindfulness level, flow state, anxiety, depression, and training and competition satisfaction of college swimmers with a good continuity effect. The micro-elimination strategy is an effective approach to rapidly reduce the incidence and mortality of specific populations infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV). This article combines the current status of hepatitis C prevention and treatment in Guizhou Province, and introduces the current domestic and foreign hepatitis C micro-elimination models. It is worth mentioning that the Guizhou Provincial Medical Quality Control Center for Infectious Diseases jointly formulated the "Guizhou Province Chronic Hepatitis C Health Education Standards" to improve the awareness of health care workers and patients about the disease, increase the screening rate, and increase the patients willingness to receive treatment and accomplish the World Health Organization's goal of eliminating hepatitis C threat by 2030.

We report constraints on the dark photon effective kinetic mixing parameter (κ) with data taken from two p-type point-contact germanium detectors of the CDEX-10 experiment at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. The 90% confidence level upper limits on κ of solar dark photon from 205.4 kg-day exposure are derived, probing new parameter space with masses (m_{V}) from 10 to 300  eV/c^{2} in direct detection experiments. Considering dark photon as the cosmological dark matter, limits at 90% confidence level with m_{V} from 0.1 to 4.0  keV/c^{2} are set from 449.6 kg-day data, with a minimum of κ=1.3×10^{-15} at m_{V}=200  eV/c^{2}.

We report results on the searches of weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) with sub-GeV masses (m_{χ}) via WIMP-nucleus spin-independent scattering with Migdal effect incorporated. Analysis on time-integrated (TI) and annual modulation (AM) effects on CDEX-1B data are performed, with 737.1 kg day exposure and 160 eVee threshold for TI analysis, and 1107.5 kg day exposure and 250 eVee threshold for AM analysis. The sensitive windows in m_{χ} are expanded by an order of magnitude to lower DM masses with Migdal effect incorporated. New limits on σ_{χN}^{SI} at 90% confidence level are derived as 2×10^{-32}∼7×10^{-35}  cm^{2} for TI analysis at m_{χ}∼50-180  MeV/c^{2}, and 3×10^{-32}∼9×10^{-38}  cm^{2} for AM analysis at m_{χ}∼75  MeV/c^{2}-3.0  GeV/c^{2}.

Objective: Evaluation of improving the occupational protective effect of nurses in cytotoxic drugs. Methods: The occupational hazards of cytotoxic drugs in Qingdao Central hospital were taken as samples. Compare the occupational hazards of cytotoxic drugs before and after improvement. Results: From Sept.2017 to Aug.2018, the number of occupational hazards of cytotoxic drugs decreased by 90.38%; Sharp injuries, drug spillovers, distribution errors and excessive air diffusivity were decreased by 70%~100%. Conclusion: Targeted occupational protection can significantly reduce the hazards of cytotoxic drugs and ensure the health of the medicinal staff.

Objective: To report the clinical results of pediatric penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) in patients under 3 years old with congenital corneal opacity. Methods: Retrospective study. Sixteen eyes of 12 patients who were treated with PKP in Aier Eye Hospital Group from June 2009 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. All the patients were diagnosed as congenital corneal opacities: 8 cases (11 eyes) with Peter's anomaly I, 2 cases (3 eyes) with sclerocornea, and 2 cases (2 eyes) with corneal dermoid tumor combined with iris synechia. Seven cases (7 eyes) were under 1 year old. Eight cases (10 eyes) could not follow the light. Only 1 case (2 eyes) received PKP with extracapsular cataract extraction, and the others only had PKP. Postoperative examinations were performed more frequently than in adults, and sometimes general anesthesia was needed. Results: The follow-up period was from 8 months to 6 years (33.17±22.60 months). The postoperative visual acuity improvement was found in all eyes from 1 week to 1 month after surgery except a 3-year-old patient with corneal dermoid tumor with serious esotropia. All the surgeries were successful without intraoperative complications. Graft rejection occurred in 4 cases (4 eyes). The graft of a 33-month-old patient became semitransparent. The grafts of 2 cases under 1 year old were clear after drug therapy. And the vision of a 3-year-old patient with Peter anomaly improved obviously, but immune rejection occurred 2 years after surgery. The second PKP was performed, but rejection occurred again. Secondary glaucoma was found in the other eye early after operation; anti-glaucoma surgery failed, and the graft became cloudy. Graft infection associated with loosened sutures was observed in one case (2 eyes) of sclerocornea, and the second PKP failed. Conclusions: For the patients with congenital corneal opacities, there is often a noticeable visual improvement after PKP. Good postoperative care, appropriate amblyopia treatment and timely examination are the keys to success. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2017, 53: 941-946) .

Aim: To investigate the impact of non-Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (non-DSEK) on graft rejection rate, and its overall procedural effectiveness in patients., Methods: Non-DSEK was performed on 65 eyes of 64 patients, and the procedural outcomes, including rejection episodes, failure and dislocation of the grafts, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), endothelial cell density (ECD), and other complications, were analyzed retrospectively., Results: Of the 65 eyes, 63 recovered from bullous keratopathy with a clear cornea. The mean follow-up time was 26.4mo (range, 6-84mo). The mean BCVA improved from 1.70 logMAR preoperatively to 0.54 logMAR at 3mo, 0.46 logMAR at 6mo, and 0.37 logMAR at 1y after surgery. The postoperative donor ECD of the 25 patients who successfully underwent specular microscopic examination was 1918±534 cells/mm 2 (range, 637 to 3056 cells/mm 2 ), and the mean endothelial cell loss was 41.9% at 24mo postoperatively. One eye developed secondary glaucoma and required regrafting via penetrating keratoplasty (PKP). Another eye had postoperative graft failure due to rejection at 26mo. Postoperative graft dislocation occurred in eight eyes. All of the eight dislocated grafts were reattached using air reinjection., Conclusion: Immunological graft rejection of the donor graft rarely occurs in non-DSEK. Therefore, non-DSEK is a safe, concise, and effective alternative to restore corneal decompensation when the Descemet membrane is disease-free.

Objective: To report clinical results of non-Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (nDSAEK) to treat graft failure after penetrating keratoplasty., Methods: It was a retrospective case series study. Five cases of grafts failure after penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) were enrolled in this study. All patients had a cloudy and swollen grafts, which thicker than 620 µm, and had foreign body sensation, vision decrease. Of this 5 cases, 4 of them are pseudophakic eye, 1 is aphakic eye. One patient had previous vitrectomy, and 3 of them had one time history of PKP, 2 of them had twice PKP treatment. All cases were treated by nDSAEK, the nDSAEK grafts were prepared as a 200 µm thickness and 8.00 to 8.75 mm in diameter by using hand or femtosecond laser assisted methods. The graft was inserted by forceps or suture pulling method through a 5.00 mm scleral tunel incision., Results: One graft dislocated at 1day postoperation, and was reattached by rebuble. All grafts keep clear during 8 - 28 months follow up period, and no immune rejection episodes were noted. The endothelial density were 865 to 2410/mm(2). Postoperative best corrected vision (pBCVA) are better or equal to previous BCVA after pkp., Conclusion: nDSAEK appears a good alternative surgical method for patients of grafts failure after pkp, especially for high risk patients of immune rejection.

Crystals of the title compound, C(14)H(9)BrI(2)N(2)O(2)·H(2)O, were obtained from a condensation reaction of 3-bromo-benzohydrazide with 3,5-diiodo-salicylaldehyde. The Schiff base mol-ecule assumes an E configuration with respect to the C=N bond, and the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 6.9 (2)°. An intra-molecular O-H⋯N hydrogen bond is observed in the Schiff base mol-ecule and may contribute to its overall near planarity. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular O-H⋯O and N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the bc plane. Short inter-molecular I⋯O contacts [2.930 (5) Å] are also found, linking the mol-ecules into zigzag chains along b.

Objective: To explore the possibility of repairing periodontal defects with carbonated calcium phosphate bone cement (CCPBC) modified with synthesized peptides., Methods: Periodontal bone defects in 4 dogs were surgically created and then restored directly with hydroxyapatite (HA), Perioglass, CCPBC and CCPBC modified with peptides. The results were compared at different levels., Results: Bone replacement materials were lost in HA and Perioglass groups. In the HA group defects were restored with connective tissue. Perioglass group had only a little new bone around materials by alveolar bone. CCPBC could firmly stay in bone defects to maintain the space of bone defects even without membrane use. CCPBC modified with peptides was superior to HA, Perioglass, and CCPBC, surrounded by a great deal of new bone., Conclusion: Under limitation of this study, CCPBC modified with peptides has some osteoinuctive activity and may have good prospect for the clinical application in periodontal defect repair.
