In recent decades, with the advancement of micro-electro-mechanical systems technology, traditional materials have become insufficient to meet the demands of cutting-edge technology for various material properties. Composites have attracted widespread attention as an effective and viable solution. Silicon carbide whiskers (SiCw) have emerged as excellent reinforcements due to their high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, high melting point, superior mechanical properties, and high chemical stability. This article provides a comprehensive review of the reinforcement mechanisms and current research state of SiCw-reinforced composites. The reinforcement mechanisms include mainly grain refinement, load transfer, and crack bridging. The composites are categorized based on the type of the matrix: ceramic-based, metal-based, and polymer-based composites. The influence and parameter performance of the reinforcement mechanism on SiCw-reinforced composite materials with different matrices vary. However, the key to improving SiCw-reinforced composites lies in understanding the interplay of properties between the matrix and the reinforcement, as well as the ordered and regular distribution and binding at the interface. Finally, the current state and limitations of SiCw-reinforced composites are summarized, and future development trends are discussed. This article represents a great contribution to the future applications of SiCw-reinforced composite materials.

Thisreview introduced the food allergens and their sensitization mechanism, and summarized the research progress of peanut, soybean, milk, shrimp, egg and kiwifruit allergens in ultrasound treatment. Moreover, the research direction of ultrasound treatment in reducing food sensitization was also prospected.

Background and purpose: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) has been found to be dysregulated in breast cancer and is closely related to the malignant behavior of tumors. This study aimed to explore the effects of LINC02163 targeting miR-338-3p on the proliferation, invasion and migration of breast cancer cells. Methods: Breast cancer tissue samples and the adjacent tissue samples (2 cm to cancer tissue) were collected from 9 female breast cancer patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to September 2021. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RTFQ-PCR) was used to detect the expression of LINC02163 in tissue samples, human normal breast epithelial cell line (MCF-10A) and breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, BT-20, MDA-MB-231, T47D). MDA-MB-231 was divided into control group, sh-NC group, sh-LINC02163 group, sh-LINC02163+inhibitor-NC group and sh-LINC02163+miR-338-3p inhibitor group. MTT method, transwell test and scratch test were used to detect the MDA-MB-231 cell viability, invasion and migration ability. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of c-Myc, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 2, MMP9, E-cadherin and N-cadherin in MDA-MB-231 cells. Dual luciferase reporter gene was used to detect the targeting relationship between LINC02163 and miR-338-3p. In vivo tumor formation experiment was used to detect tumor volume and weight in nude mice. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the Ki-67 proliferation index in tumor tissues of BALB/c nude mice. Results: Compared with adjacent tissues, the expression of LINC02163 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher (P0.05), the cell survival rate, number of invasive cells, migration rate, expressions of c-Myc, MMP2, MMP9 and N-cadherin, tumor volume and weight, and Ki-67 proliferation index were significantly increased, while the expressions of miR-338-3p and E-cadherin were significantly reduced (P

ObjectiveA portable high-sensitivity X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was established to directly and quickly determine the content of arsenic， cadmium and lead in wheat flour.MethodsPart of the sample was put into the sample cup， and then directly put the sample cup into the portable high-sensitivity X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for testing. The testing time， sample compactness， and testing thickness of the instrument were optimized and applied to the detection of different types of wheat flour.ResultsThe relative standard deviation （RSD， n=6） of the precision was between 0.6% and 4.8%， and the recovery rate was 78.3%-120.4%. The detection limits of lead， cadmium and arsenic were 0.06 mg/kg， 0.06 mg/kg， 0.05 mg/kg， the quantification limits were 0.19 mg/kg， 0.19 mg/kg and 0.17 mg/kg， respectively. The correlation coefficient of portable highly sensitive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was greater than 0.98.ConclusionThe method has relatively high precision， good detection limit and quantification limit， and can meet the requirements of simultaneous rapid detection of multiple heavy metal elements in wheat flour.

With the rapid development of electronic technology and large-scale integrated circuit devices, it is very important to develop thermal management materials with high thermal conductivity. Silicon carbide whisker-reinforced copper matrix (Cu/SiCw) composites are considered to be one of the best candidates for future electronic device radiators. However, at present, most of these materials are produced by high-temperature and high-pressure processes, which are expensive and prone to interfacial reactions. To explore the plating solution system suitable for SiCw and Cu composite electroplating, we tried two different Cu-based plating solutions, namely a Systek UVF 100 plating solution of the copper sulfate (CuSO4) system and a Through Silicon Via (TSV) plating solution of the copper methanesulfonate (Cu(CH3SO3)2) system. In this paper, Cu/SiCw composites were prepared by composite electrodeposition. The morphology of the coating under two different plating liquid systems was compared, and the mechanism of formation of the different morphologies was analyzed. The results show that when the concentration of SiCw in the bath is 1.2 g/L, the surface of the Cu/SiCw composite coating prepared by the CuSO4 bath has more whiskers with irregular distribution and the coating is very smooth, but there are pores at the junction of the whiskers and Cu. There are a large number of irregularly distributed whiskers on the surface of the Cu/SiCw composite coating prepared with the copper methanesulfonate (Cu(CH3SO3)2) system. The surface of the composite is flat, and Cu grows along the whisker structure. The whisker and Cu form a good combination, and there is no pore in the cross-section of the coating. The observation at the cross-section also reveals some characteristics of the toughening mechanism of SiCw, including crack deflection, bridging and whisker pull-out. The existence of these mechanisms indicates that SiCw plays a toughening role in the composites. A suitable plating solution system was selected for the preparation of high-performance Cu/SiCw thermal management materials with the composite electrodeposition process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background. This study utilized network pharmacology and bioinformatics analysis to identify the hub genes influenced by scopolamine in lung cancer. Methods. The effect of scopolamine on lung cancer was investigated by cell invasion assay and cell scratch assay. The analysis involved protein‐protein interaction (PPI) networks topology analysis to identify these genes, and subsequent differential analysis and survival analysis were conducted using gene expression profile interaction analysis (GEPIA). Furthermore, the findings were supported by molecular docking experiments for verification. Results. Results from cell invasion and scratch assays suggest that scopolamine inhibits the migration of lung cancer cells. JAK2, JAK3, CCR5, and ACE were identified as the top four hub genes that have an impact on lung cancer. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the scopolamine response in lung cancer is significantly associated with ten pathways, including "neuroactive ligand‐receptor interaction in cancer," "PD‐1 checkpoint pathway in cancer," "chemokine signaling pathway," "PD‐L1 expression," and others. Additionally, the expression levels of JAK2, JAK3, CCR5, and ACE were found to be correlated with survival in patients with lung cancer. Furthermore, molecular docking experiments demonstrated that scopolamine binds and forms stable complexes with the protein products of all four aforementioned genes. The main targets of scopolamine in the treatment of lung cancer are JAK2, JAK3, CCR5, and ACE. Conclusion. Scopolamine has a significant effect on various cellular functions in lung cancer cells, potentially reducing the likelihood of metastasis. Based on these findings, it is recommended to consider administering scopolamine as part of the preoperative phase for patients with lung cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Norovirus (NoV) and hepatitis A virus (HAV) pose a considerable health risk worldwide. In recent years, many cases of virus infection caused by virus‐contaminated strawberries have occurred worldwide. This study applied a critical control point system to analyze the main hazards during the production and marketing of strawberries imported into China and explore the key control points in the whole process. To further evaluate the risks in the supply chain, the established quantitative microbial risk assessment (QMRA) was used to determine the probability that residents would be infected with viruses after consuming imported strawberries. It was found that the risk of virus contamination from imported strawberries was low, and the virus contamination mainly results from water resources and personnel. This research helps the regulatory authorities formulate strategies to ensure the long‐term microbial safety of imported strawberries. In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of high power mine equipment in fault condition, a fault tolerant operation method of double winding WFSMs system in high power mine equipment was proposed. First, double winding WFSMs mathematical model under two phase rotating coordinate system was set up, and air gap flux was selected as main magnetic field of vector control. Then, mixture gap flux observer of self-switching voltage and current model were built. On this basis, double WFSMs vector control system was designed based on primary and slave parallel drive mechanism, and changing relationship of the WFSMs system models in fault condition was pointed out, then active current correction mechanism was introduced to realize tolerant operation of double winding WFSMs. Finally, 2.5 MW mine hoist industrial field test results show that the proposed method can realize tolerant operation of the system in fault condition, and meanwhile guarantee dynamic and steady state performance of the WFSMs drive system.

With the advancement of semiconductor technology, chip cooling has become a major obstacle to enhancing the capabilities of power electronic systems. Traditional electronic packaging materials are no longer able to meet the heat dissipation requirements of high-performance chips. High thermal conductivity (TC), low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), good mechanical properties, and a rich foundation in microfabrication techniques are the fundamental requirements for the next generation of electronic packaging materials. Currently, metal matrix composites (MMCs) composed of high TC matrix metals and reinforcing phase materials have become the mainstream direction for the development and application of high-performance packaging materials. Silicon carbide (SiC) is the optimal choice for the reinforcing phase due to its high TC, low CTE, and high hardness. This paper reviews the research status of SiC-reinforced aluminum (Al) and copper (Cu) electronic packaging materials, along with the factors influencing their thermo-mechanical properties and improvement measures. Finally, the current research status and limitations of conventional manufacturing methods for SiC-reinforced MMCs are summarized, and an outlook on the future development trends of electronic packaging materials is provided. This article aims to analyze the effects of enzyme treatment concentration, temperature, and time on peanut protein so as to obtain an optimal enzymatic hydrolysis condition for flavorzyme (Fla) and alkaline protease (Alk). The results were as follows: enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 60 °C and 55 °C, enzyme concentration 10% and 4%, enzymatic hydrolysis time 80 min and 60 min, and double enzyme hydrolysis ratio 2% Fla + 5% Alk, respectively. The BALB/c mice were sensitized with gavage of peanut protein before and after enzyme treatment to evaluate the effects of different enzyme treatments on peanut allergenicity. Compared with the mice sensitized with raw peanuts, the weight growth rate of the mice sensitized with enzyme treatment peanut increased but not as much as the control, the degranulation degree of mast cell and basophils decreased, the inflammatory infiltration and congestion in jejunum and lung tissue decreased, the expression of proinflammatory factors and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) gene decreased, and the secretion of specific antibodies (IgE, and IgG) decreased, and the binding ability of peanut protein with peanut-specific IgE antibodies decreased as well. The results above indicate that the allergenicity of peanut protein decreases after enzyme treatment and the dual enzyme (Fla + Alk) treatment can be much more efficient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
