Abstract

This researchaims todetermine the role’ of customer’ satisfaction in to mediating online’marketing strategies’’and’’shopping experiences’’on repurchase desires Type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research sample was 72 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. Theresearch results show 1) online marketing strategies have a positive and;;significant influence oncustomer ‘satisfaction. 2) Online Marketing Strategy hasa positive and significant influence on Repurchase decisions. 3) Shopping experience has a’’positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 4) Shopping experience has a positive and significant’’effect on repurchase’’decisions. 5) Customer satisfaction’’has a positive and significant effect on repurchase’’decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorse terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare MS. Glow, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap pembelian produk skincare MS. Glow. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan metode Random Sampling dengan jumlah 97 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan celebrity endorse dan persepsi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare MS. Glow pada wilayah kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorse dan persepsi konsumen dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk skincare MS. Glow di wilayah kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Sektor industri di Sidoarjo saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat khususnya pada sektor karena lokasinya yang berdekatan dengan pusat bisnis di Jawa Timur (Surabaya). Sektor industri kecil juga berkembang dengan baik, salah satunya pada sentra industri kerajinan tas dan koper di Kecamatan Tanggulangin, sentra industri sandal dan sepatu di Wedoro – Waru dan Tebel – Gedangan. Sidoarjo juga dikenal sebagai kota Bandeng dan Udang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Logo Kabupaten yang melambangkan Udang dan Bandeng merupakan komoditas perikanan yang utama di kota ini. Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan sertifikasi halal untuk usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sertifikasi halal adalah fatwa yang keluarkan oleh Majelis Ulama Indonesia untuk menyatakan halal tidaknya suatu produk sesuai dengan syari’at dalam Islam. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) dalam pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan riset serta aksi partisipastif, yang selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi, perbaikan dan selanjutnya evaluasi. Pendekatan Participatory Action research (PAR) berbentuk siklus dengan empat tahapan tindakan setelah mengetahui permasalahannya, yaitu rencana, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terlaksana dengan lancar dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari seluruh peserta, dan seluruh peserta dapat menyiapkan dan mengajukan dokumen permohonan persyaratan sertifikasi halal secara benar dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are assisting the national economic recovery of various countries including Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) social entrepreneurship program in East Java, Indonesia is implemented to empower the Islamic boarding school's environment-based economy. This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and market performance with brand orientation as a mediating variable on business growth in the East Java SMEs OPOP program. This research has used a proportional random sample with 110 SMEs respondents of the East Java OPOP program and Partial Least Square analysis. The results of this study have confirmed the positive influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market performance on brand orientation, and brand orientation on business growth. In addition, this study also shows that brand orientation was not influenced entrepreneurial orientation and market performance with business growth. This study shows that East Java SMEs OPOP program needs intensive attention to entrepreneurial orientation and market performance to encourage good business growth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Awareness of the role of the environment for the sustainability of the next generation needs to be developed. Ecology in the Islamic perspective has taught us to always maintain and protect the environment. This study aims to analyze the Islamic boarding school or pesantren transformation program through the eco-pesantren program to support nature conservation and sustainable development. This study uses a literature review method by using some studies by previous researchers as the main data source. The results of the study show that the eco-pesantren program was in line with the principles of environmental protection and preservation that have been described in Islamic teachings. Humans are also responsible for harmonizing religion, education, and the environment with the awareness that all elements of life are creatures created by Allah as God. This concept contributes to strengthening the importance of building an alternative ecological imagination that describes the relationship between humans and their environment, including in the pesantren environment. Steps to realize eco-pesantren: 1) development of environmentally friendly boarding school policies, 2) development of a nature-based environmental curriculum, 3) development of extracurricular activities based on contemplation of nature, 4) waste management, 5) sanitation, and 6) renewable energy. 17. Pengenalan Pajak Sejak Dini Pada Siswa Smp Melalui Media Interaktif Berbasis Macromedia Flash Di Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

This research is aimed to provide a knowledge of taxes from an early age to junior high school students. Sampel of this research is consists of three schools, namely: (1) SMP N 1 Sidoarjo, (2) SMP N 2 Sidaorjo, and (3) SMP Islam Sidoarjo. The total of sampel this research was 89 students. The study was carried out by providing training to participants using interactive’s media based macromedia flash. Tax interactive media about: tax and simulations of calculation tax. The research method consists of: (1) media design, (2) field survey, (3) coordination to school, (4) socialization, (5) training provision, and (6) student response questionnaire. Data collection tools consist of students questionnaire sheets. The result of the research shows that there was an increase in students' knowledge about taxes before and after being given training. Students of SMP N 1 sidoarjo there was an increase from 40.5 to 78 after being given training. In SMPN 2 Sidoarjo there was also an increase from 38.62 to 71.03 while in SMP Islam Sidoarjo students increased their understanding from 38.45 to 62. In addition, the results of student questionnaire data for each school with high and very high average categories. Through this activity students from an early age understand about tax so that they will become taxpayers who obey the law.Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan secara langsung sejak dini kepada siswa SMP terkait pajak. Sampel penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan terdiri dari tiga sekolah, yaitu SMPN 1 Sidoarjo, SMPN 2 Sidoarjo, dan SMP Islam Sidoarjo. Siswa yang menjadi sasaran penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah masing-masing siswa SMPN 1 sebanyak 40 orang, SMP N 2 sebanyak 29 orang dan SMP Islam Sidoarjo sebanyak 20 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta dengan menggunakan media interaktif berbasis macromedia flash.
