The diploma thesis deals with the parents' view of the process of speech therapy intervention and the profession of speech therapist. The work is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The introductory chapter describes the individual parts of the speech therapy intervention process, namely speech therapy diagnostics, therapy and prevention. The second chapter deals with departments where it is possible to meet speech therapists. The following chapter deals in detail with the competencies of individual speech therapy professions and also their necessary professional training. The fourth and last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the parents of children with speech desorder. Their role and participation in the process of speech therapy intervention are described. Subsequently, this issue is also described in the context of the implementation of distance therapies during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the results of a mixed research based on both a self-constructed questionnaire survey and interviews are presented. Wetlands play an important role in the global carbon cycle because they fix or release carbon dioxide (CO2) and are a source of atmospheric methane (CH4). The dynamics of the exchange of these greenhouse gases is determined mainly by the height and dynamics of water level, temperature and vegetation structure and biomass. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of plants with a dominant sedge, Carex acuta, on CO2 and CH4 emissions from a sedge fen on a model site ?The Wet Meadows? near Třeboň. This study included field research using a method of manual emission chambers in order to monitor the differences in the emissions between hummocks with vegetation and hollows without vegetation. In addition, aboveground plant biomass, water level and temperature were followed. The field research was supplemented with a mesocosm experiment in which the influence of water regime on C. acuta biomass production was evaluated. The results of the field research show that water level had a significant effect on CO2 emissions only in the hollows. Soil temperature was an important factor on both micro-sites. The presence and biomass of the plants had a substantial effect on the amounts of CO2 emissions, but only in the second part of the vegetation season, when the plant aboveground biomass reached its seasonal maximum. CH4 emissions were significantly influenced by the water level and its previous dynamics but not by temperature. An important factor was also the presence of sedge hummocks, which vented considerable amounts of CH4 into the atmosphere when their basal parts were flooded. Fairly small amounts of CH4 were mediated by the plants at water levels between -20 cm and the soil surface. A conceptual model has been created for the conditions of 2014 in order to estimate the effect of the C. acuta dominated vegetation of the hummocks on carbon emissions and its balance. The carbon assimilation into plant biomass exceeded not only the carbon emissions mediated by the plants, but also the emissions from the whole hummocks. Approximately 130 g C m-2 per vegetation season was stored into the soil owing to the plants. The mesocosm experiment indicated that the plants of C. acuta formed the greatest belowground biomass as well as total biomass in the limosal ecophase followed by the plants subjected to a spring flood.

Fyziologicke procesy, jako je kostni a kloubni formace, remodelace a angiogeneze, jsou významně ovlivňovany mechanickými faktory. Buněcna populace růstove chrupavky je mnohem vice senzitivni k imobilizaci než k periostalnim osteoblastům. Mnoho vědců zdůrazňuje důležitost svalove aktivity a embryonalniho pohybu dolnich koncetin pro fyziologický skeletalni růst a vývoj. Nikdo vsak neudava přehledne mechanicke zdůvodněni. Bylo pozorovano, že dynamický pohyb je důležitý pro tvorbu jamky kloubu a staticka sila přispiva k udrženi kloubni jamky již jednou vytvořene. Možnost, že pohyb kontroluje formaci kloubu vsak zůstava nedokazana. Neexistuje dostatecný důkaz o konkretnim prenatalnim ci postnatalnim mechanickem faktoru ovlivňujici vývoj a morfologii femuru u vývojove dysplazie kycelniho kloubu. Jsou popisovany jen sekundarni klinicke znaky onemocněni. Sledujeme vývoj kycelniho kloubu a torze femuru pomoci ultrasonografickeho vysetřeni soucasně s uživaným repertoarem pohybů dolnich koncetin s důrazem na vývoj rotacni komponenty pohybu pomoci kinematicke analýzy. Jsou sledovani jedinci s vývojovou dysplazii kycelniho kloubu a s fyziologickým vývojem kycelniho kloubu ve věku 2.-6. týden a 3.-4. měsic. Prvni měřeni naznacuji, že změny morfologie femuru a kavity kycelniho kloubu u vývojove dysplazie kycelniho kloubu, pozorovane postnatalně, se vyviji již prenatalně a maji vztah k vývoji motoriky a pohybu dolnich koncetin.

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Autor: Jitka Novotná Title: Human papillomavirus Bachelor thesis The bachelor thesis deals with the human papillomavirus, health effects caused by HPV, treatments for the health problems and preventing. HPV infection is sexually transmitted disease. Depending on the oncogenic potential the papillomaviruses are distinguished low risk LR (Low Risk) and high risk HR (High Risk). HPV causes changes in the squamous epithelium of the mucous membrane or the skin. The clinical symptoms vary depending on the site of infection. Diagnostics is direct or indirect and de- pendends on the removed tissue sample. Treatments for the health problems that HPV can cause are surgical, oncological and pharmacological. There has been made a pro- gress in preventing over the last 10 years. Three prophylactic vaccines are available in the Czech Republic. The case report demonstrates the clinical symptoms, diagnostics and therapy.

This diploma thesis has been focused on the relationship of pupils in the 1. -3. grade of elementary school to the contemporary fairy tales. The theoretical part of my work is focused on the fairy tale as a genre (classic folk and modern fairy tale), on the media influence of the fairy tale, on its current status, development trends, the influence of recipient etc. My work has an investigative character too. It has been focused on the reading behavior of pupils, their behavior, the influence of family and school, on the development of reading, respectively focusing on this genre, on the influence of media etc. Based on questionnaires and interviews with pupils and their parents I will try to capture the current status. The research results are compared with the theoretical part and are supported with the attachment. The results are interpreted in the conclusion.

A graph is k-resilient if it is possible to construct local routing tables for each vertex such that we can reach a specified destination vertex from anywhere in the graph. There is a conjecture that k-resilience is equivalent to (k+1)-connectivity. We prove this for 3-edge-connected graphs and 4-edge-connected planar triangulations. In the proof we use independent directed spanning trees. Two spanning trees are independent if they share no common edge with the same direction. For k=3,4 we show that a graph has k independent spanning trees if and only if it is k-edge-connected. We search for the spanning trees constructively through reductions of parts of the graph. The work deals with the exploration of public awareness regarding the basic knowledgeand consumption of cereal. The theoretical part describes the composition of cereals and their utilization for human consumption. It also deals with the nutritional value of cereals and health aspects of eating cereal. Among other things, the important parts of this work include the labeling of productsmade from cereals, important for market orientation and cereals in the prevention of civilization diseases. This work was done a survey of public awareness regarding the basic knowledge and their cereal consumption. The key idea is to determine what is public awareness and contribute to its increase. Questionnaire method was found that the public is informovaost for people with regularmotion activities higher than those without physical activity, women consume more cereals than men and that public awareness and consumption ofcereals does not increase with age. The conclusions of the work was created and educational leaflet, which summarizedrelevant information regarding their consumption and cereals.

In this thesis, we analyse several algorithms for solving strong positional games, mostly based on PN-search. We focus on games with high symmetry of the game plan, where it is possible to substantially reduce the partial game tree by joining isomorph positions. We review several known enhancements of PN-search and also propose some of our own design. We measure the effect of the enhancements on the clique game. A part of the thesis is a software solver for clique game for K=4 and N=5...8. We were able to solve (6,4) and (7,4) clique games and prove that the second player has a draw strategy, which was expected but not shown previously.

In 2011, vertical and longitudinal gradients of temperature, oxygen, pH, conductivity and chlorophyll were measured in the Římov Reservoir. Relative distance model was employed to evaluate spatial heterogeneity of parameters measured along the longitudinal axis of the reservoir. The inflow part comprised 15 % of the overall reservoir length and was characterized with temperature, pH and chlorophyll values lower than the rest of the reservoir. Highest chlorophyll and dissolved oxygen concentrations along with pH were measured in the transition zone constituting 40 % of the reservoir length. Lacustrine zone with low chlorophyll concentration accounted for 45 % of the reservoir. It was characterized with pronounced metalimnetic and hypolimnetic oxygen minima during summer as well as the marked increase in conductivity towards bottom.

My work deals with the problem of alcohol consumption of high school and apprentice students. The goal of my work was to find out what drinks youths prefer and how much of it they drink daily. The next goal was to find out the alcohol consumption of high school and apprentice students. In this research I evaluated how often youths drink alcohol, at what age they first drank it and what their opinion is about its effect on human health. In the theoretical part of this work I dealt with a better drinking regime, different kinds of beverages and I evaluated different alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages according to their effects on human health. I have described different examples of diseases that are caused by overconsumption of alcohol and those that people with alcohol addiction suffer from. For extra interest I have described the origin of different beverages. In the research part I dealt with the drinking regime of high school and apprentice students. I found out what sweet and sugar free beverages students and apprentices drink and how much they drink daily. It also deals with differences in alcohol consumption between students and apprentices, if boys drink more alcohol than girls and if smokers drink more alcohol than non- smokers. To obtain the results I used questionnaires and gave them to students at high schools and apprentices at vocational schools in České Budějovice. The results were processed in MS Excel. The research confirmed all expected hypothesis. The first confirmed hypothesis was that apprentices drink alcohol more often than high school students. The next confirmed hypothesis was that the above mentioned group does not follow a correct drinking regime. The third confirmed hypothesis was that boys drink alcohol more often than girls. The hypothesis that expected that students and apprentices who smoke drink alcohol more often was also confirmed. The last confirmed hypothesis was, that youths prefers beverages with a content of sugar more than water and sugar free tea.

Concentraction of the dissolved substances in parenteral solutions, which is involved in osmotic pressure of the preparation, is expressed as osmolarity (mosmol ∙ l-1 ). This better complies to practical application and relates to molar concentration (mol ∙ l-1 ). However, osmolarity cannot be measured, while osmolality (mosmol ∙ kg-1 ) can. In this work, density at 20řC and osmolality of aqueous solutions of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and ammonium chloride with molal concentration in a range 0,1 - 1,0 mol ∙ kg-1 and/or molar concentration in a range 0,1 - 1,0 mol ∙ l-1 , respectively, were measured. The experimental data were used to estimate osmolarity. Molal osmotic factors of the dissolved solutes in molal solutions were expressed. The values decreased when the concentration increased. Estimation of the actuall osmolarity requires knowledge of the solutions density and the partial molal volume of the dissolved solute. Amount of the dissolved substances in parenteral solutions is expressed in molarity (mol ∙ l-1 ). To express the osmotic effect of the dissolved particles in one litre of solution, osmolarity (mosmol ∙ l-1 ) is used. Physical measurement is provided by an osmometer. However, by this measurement we can determinate osmolality (mosmol ∙ kg-1 ) which depends on the concentration in molality (mol ∙ kg-1 ). Mutual conversion between osmolality and osmolarity is then desirable. The conversion of molality to molarity requires a knowledge of the volume of the solution whereas the conversion factor is wanted to convert molarity to molality. Conversion factor, in fact, expresses content of water in the solution. The mutual conversion between molality and molarity requires knowledge of the solution density. In this work, the effect of temperature in range of 15-40žC on density of the aqueous solutions was studied. Aqueous solutions of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and ammonium chloride in concentration range of 0,1 - 1,0 mol ∙ l-1 or 0,1 - 1,0 mol ∙ kg-1 were investigated. The thesis in the form of a project proposal is focus mainly on assessment of extreme rainfall impacts on structure, composition and dynamics of the phytoplankton in freshwater reservoirs and consequent effects on water quality.

In my Bachelor´s thesis I have investigated the locomotive activity in school children (ages 6-14) and I was trying to assess the hygiene of physical education in primary schools. I also evaluated the placing of PE-lessons within school schedules. I studied whether these children, who do a lot of sports, have a lower BMI, than children who spend their free-time passively. I also looked closer into the PE-lessons at primary schools and tried to assess if these children are subjected predominately to a static or dynamic load, and how much time is used for exercising. I carried out my academic research in České Budějovice, Český Krumlov and in Frymburk. In the theoretical part of the thesi,s I have examined the locomotive activity, children being overweight, illnesses and other related problems. I have described the history of scholastic physical education, dealt with the correct placement of physical education within school schedules and described how a correct PE-lesson should be conducted at school. Finally, I have described the hygienic demands upon school gymnasiums. For the first part of my research, I have used questionnaires that were distributed and filled out by primary school children. In the second part, entitled the Assessment of the Static and Dynamic Load in PE-Lessons, I have watched and assessed pupils in class. At the same time, I have also evaluated the placement of these lessons within school schedules. The results obtained from this research were compiled by using MS Excel. All three hypotheses were verified. Physical education lessons are, for the most par,t placed incorrectly within the school schedules. Those children, who exercise regularly, have lower BMI than those children who do not. Within the PE-lessons, the static load predominates over dynamic load.
