Abstract

PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that utilizes digital transformation to improve efficiency, optimize facilities and assist organizations in making business decisions quickly. However, there are new challenges in implementing digital transformation, namely increasing dependence on information technology (IT) and triggering high potential threats to information security. Therefore, good information technology governance is needed in managing information security. The research method is based on the Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) framework version 2019 as the best guide in managing information technology governance. The research was conducted in several stages, including data collection through observation of policy documents and interviews with employees of the BEICT (Business Enables & Information Communication Technology) Department who are responsible for managing services and maintaining the company's digital assets. Evaluation of the maturity level was carried out on 8 priority objectives consisting of EDM03, EDM05, APO12, APO13, APO14, BAI09, DSS05, and MEA04 based on design factor assessment. The results of the analysis of selected domain activities, the IT governance maturity level was at 2.56 (managed level). Indicates that the organization has managed and implemented information security activities, but some activities do not yet have written policies or procedures. With recommendations in the form of proposed improvements to the aspects of people, processes and technology, it is hoped that it can increase the level of maturity of IT governance in reducing information security risks and supporting digital transformation programs. 4. High Costs National Health Insurance Implementation (NHI) at Hospital Level: Indonesia’s Case

Abstract

The Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Indonesia has been implemented since 2014 under the name of National Health Insurance (NHI) to share the risks of out-of-pocket (OOP) health care spending. The Government of Indonesia (GOI) had been coerced to use extra sources in financing the gap between NHI spending and revenues. The inflated NHI spending was associated with the high NHI spending at hospital level since almost 80 percent of total NHI spending was allocated on hospital services per year. The three causal determinants included high utilization on catastrophic diseases, misalignment between costs and quality of care, and fragmented (uncoordinated) health services. Using policy analysis research frame, this study aims to assist Social Security Administering Agency (Health BPJS) as the single-payer of NHI in optimizing costs containment. Supporting data were collected during the NHI implementation from 2014 to 2017. This study proposes three policies. First, redesigning reimbursement method for catastrophic diseases through Bundled-Payment system. Second, aligning costs and quality of care with Hospital-Based Value Purchasing (HBVP) program. Third, improving physician coordination by using integrated health information system. Further, the pilot project is suggested to evaluate the impact of each recommendation and to assist Health BPJS in conducting risk management related to the unintended consequences prior to the wide implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study This study aims to determine how high the level of training motivation of athletes when carrying out training. The background of this research is the inconsistency level of achievement shown by the Basketball Student Activity Unit, Djuanda University, Bogor. Materials and methods. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, through descriptive methods using a survey method of the basketball team members consisting of 20 people. Data in the form of questionnaire values ​​on the Likert scale were processed using simple statistics SPSS Version 26 to determine the value of descriptive statistics as the final result of the study. Results. The results showed that the level of motivation of athletes who took part in training at the basketball Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Djuanda University, Bogor was in the moderate majority. This result is based on the consideration that the highest frequency is in the medium criteria of 40%. Motivation of athletes in the criteria is very high by 5%, 20% high, 20% less and 15% very less. Conclusions. The percentage of motivation revealed from this study was dominated by the medium category, with a percentage that was less than the high percentage 25% <35%. This can be taken into consideration to be able to evaluate the psychological training program and mental training of the basketball club athletes for better achievement., Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi latihan atlet ketika melaksanakan latihan. Latar belakang dari pada penelitian ini adalah adanya ketidak konsistenan tingkatan prestasi yang ditunjukkan oleh Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Bola Basket Universitas Djuanda Bogor.  Metode penelitian Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei terhadap anggota tim Bola Basket yang terdiri dari 20 orang. Data berupa nilai angket pada skala likert di olah menggunakan statistik sederhana SPSS Versi 26 untuk mengetahui nilai statistik deskriptif sebagai hasil akhir penelitian. Hasil dan pembahasan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkatan motivasi atlet yang mengikuti latihan pada Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) bola basket di Universitas Djuanda Bogor berada pada mayoritas sedang. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan frekuensi terbanyak berada pada kriteria sedang 40%. Motivasi atlet pada kriteria sangat tinggi sebesar 5%, tinggi 20%, kurang 20% dan sangat kurang 15%. Kesimpulan Persentase motivasi yang terungkap dari penelitian ini memiliki di dominasi kategori sedang, dengan presentase yang kurang lebih besar presentase nya dibanding presentase tinggi 25% < 35%. Hal ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat mengevaluasi program latihan psikologis dan mental training terhadap para atlit klub bola basket tersebut untuk pencapaian prestasi yang lebih baik lagi.
