This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, personal value, and organizational commitment on the performance of millennial employees with motivation as an intervening variable on millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is three internet service provider companies domiciled in Batam Center. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The analysis was assisted with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam while personal value has no significant effect. transformational leadership has no significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational commitment have a significant effect on motivation. The transformational leadership, personal value, and organizational commitment indirectly have insignificant effect on the performance of millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam with motivation as an intervening variable. transformational leadership has no significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational commitment have a significant effect on motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, Job Sress, and Perceptual Organizational Support on Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on Tanjungpinang City government employees. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires from government agencies in the Tanjungpinang City Government. The population of this study was all Regional Apparatus Organizations in Tanjungpinang City Government, totaling 31 Regional Apparatus Organizations, consisting of 97 sample respondents including the Head of Financial Subdivision, Head of Program Subdivision, Program Subdivision Secretary, Secretary, Development and Development Division of Control Programs in the Planning Agency, Development, Research and Development of Tanjungpinang City, and Inspectorate auditors. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on performance, work stress and perceived organizational support has no significant effect on performance. Competence does not significantly influence organizational commitment. Job stress and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on performance. Indirectly, organizational commitment mediates the relationship of competence and organizational support, but does not mediate the relationship between work stress and performance

The success of the application of patient safety in hospitals, among others, is measured by how much the productivity of nurses in providing quality nursing care to patients and their families. Factors that influence patient safety: organization (safety culture), work environment, individual factors and citizenship behavior, work behavior, teamwork structure and (servant) leadership. In this regard, the purpose of this literature review study is to prove the influence of servant leadership, organizational safety culture and work environment on OCB in the application of patient safety with affective organizational commitment in hospital. This literature review is based on literature sources and related scientific research journals. The method used in this paper is to search from the EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases using keywords servant leadership, organizational safety culture, work environment, OCB, and patient safety. The study population was health workers in the hospital, which measures in the construction are 54 respondents, with a random sampling technique as the sample of the population. The data were analyzed using parametric and non-parametric statistics with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The research proves that: Servant leaders and organizational safety culture that is applied, as well as a supportive work environment, have a positive influence on OCB in the application of patient safety in hospitals. Furthermore, it is expected that nurse managers will be able to implement servant leadership and safety culture as well as adequate work environment support so that OCB in implementing patient safety can run optimally, this can be assessed based on patient safety incidents and service quality as hospital brand equity.

Sepeda merupakan transportasi darat yang digunakan untuk jarak dekat. Pada era 4.0 sekarang ini sepeda tidak hanya digunakan untuk transportasi saja namun bisa digunakan sebagai sarana olahraga, bahkan menjadi trend serta gaya hidup di kalangan masyarakat. Seiring berjalannya waktu, penggunaan sepeda pun semakin meningkat yang menyebabkan diterapkannya beberapa kebijakan bersepeda yang berfungsi untuk memberikan keselamatan serta memfasilitasi pengguna sepeda. Di Indonesia kebijakan bersepeda sudah ada dan diterapkan oleh pemerintah namun tidak semua kebijakan diterapkan dengan baik oleh pemerintah atau pun masyarakat Indonesia sendiri. Maka dari itu, diperlukan perbandingan kebijakan bersepeda dengan negara lainnya untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan kebijakan bersepeda di Indonesia dan negara-negara lainnya yang terdiri dari Belanda, Denmark, dan Jepang. Tiga negara tersebut merupakan negara yang menjadikan sepeda sebagai kegiatan sehari-hari, dimana pengguna sepeda yang di Belanda mencapai 85% pengguna sepeda dengan jumlah sepeda 22,8 juta sepeda, di Denmark 80,1% dengan jumlah sepeda sebesar 4,5 juta sepeda, dan di Jepang 56,9% dengan jumlah sepeda sebesar 72 juta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dimana lebih mengutamakan kedalaman atau kualitas data, bersifat deksriptif, induktif, serta data yang terkumpul berbentuk kata-kata atau gambar. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Indonesia dikatakan tertinggal dari Belanda, Denmark, dan Jepang. Kebijakan bersepeda di Indonesia dikatakan tertinggal dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kebijakan bersepeda di ketiga negara tersebut tidak diterapkan di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah kebijakan mengenai jembatan penyeberangan untuk pesepeda di Belanda. Terdapat dua faktor yang menyebabkan kebijakan bersepeda di Indonesia tertinggal, yaitu regulasi serta sosial dan budaya. Terdapat beberapa kebijakan bersepeda di Belanda, Denmark, dan Jepang yang bisa diterapkan di Indonesia, yaitu kebijakan mengenai kompensasi pajak, papan petunjuk khusus, layanan registrasi, gedung tempat parkir sepeda, denda, buku pedoman manual parkir sepeda, sistem bike sharing, jalur sepeda untuk olahraga dan hobi, anak-anak menggunakan helm, mendaftarkan sepeda, serta setiap toko menyediakan tempat parkir.

This paper presents a survey to measure the effects of work motivation and leadership on the performance of employees as predictors of organizational culture in broadcasting commission of Riau islands province, Indonesia. There are two dependent variables namely mediating variables (moderating variable) consisting of Cultural Organization, and the dependent variable (dependent variable) consisting of Employee Performance. Using a questionnaire designed in Likert scale, the survey distributes 120 questionnaires among the surveyed people and manage to collect 101 properly filled ones. Using structural equation modeling, the survey has confirmed the effect of work motivation to latent variable, Cultural Organization. The survey also confirms that the performance changes were affected by Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture.
